Today I’m going to be taking a look at the 1/7th Scale…
Sakura Kinomoto: Stars Bless You!

A collaboration project between Good Smile Company as a part of our 15th anniversary and ‘Cardcaptor Sakura’, which has not only reached its 20th anniversary but also started an all new ‘Clear Card Arc’ in the July edition of Nakayoshi magazine! The figure is based on an original illustration drawn by Cardcaptor Sakura’s author, CLAMP!

Sakura-chan’s sweet smile has been captured for fans to enjoy by their side, and the details of her hair as well as the frills on her skirt have been intricately sculpted to ensure everything about the original design has been kept intact. A special base has also been included to truly bring the illustration to life – it features various celestial bodies floating around Sakura as well as a circular frame based on the waxing and waning of the moon. Be sure to add Sakura to your collection with this intricate commemorative item!

A product to commemorate Good Smile Company’s 15th anniversary and Cardcaptor Sakura’s 20th anniversary, going up for preorder from tomorrow, the 21st July! (ㆁᴗㆁ✿)

Apologies for the long wait since her prototype was first revealed! The beautiful figure transformed from CLAMP’s original illustration has finally been completed as the ultimate Sakura-chan centerpiece for any collection!

I remember back when I was in primary school and wished I could be like Sakura-chan… every time I felt the wind I would mumble “The Windy is nearby” to myself. I even tried roller-blading with my terrible reflexes and made pancakes my favorite food all because of Sakura-chan. I would never have imagined that I would be able to work with CLAMP-sensei and help transform an original illustration into such a lovely figure! I couldn’t be happier!!

The photo above is one of the official product photos taken by a professional, but all the photos below are my own photos taken in the GSC Offices!

△ The figure stands approximately 45cm in height with the stand!

There are just so many intricate, beautiful details… I don’t know where to begin!

I have probably looked at the details on this figure more than anyone else in the world, but I still have no idea how to put the passion I feel for this figure into words! ( ∩ω∩)

You know that feeling when you try to explain a dream to someone by slowly explaining it piece by piece, but by the time you’re done it seems like an incomplete explanation? That’s exactly how I feel trying to explain the beauty of this figure to everyone!!

While I was taking these photos I kept spinning her around while making little excited noises that made everyone in the offices look at me rather strangely…

This is how she looks from the back!

The white, airy fabric above her skirt has been added onto the figure with a transparent material that stays faithful to the original illustration and also adds such a lovely extra level to the figure!

As far as the sculpting goes, you also need to take a nice close look at the sculpt of her hair around her cheerful face! (/ω＼)

CLAMP-sensei’s delicate touch depicts Sakura’s silky hair so nicely, and it was quite the challenge to convert it into figure form! It had to have a certain amount of volume in figure form without becoming too done up to look different from the original illustration… but at the same time if it was made too thin then it would be impossible to mass produce…!

But the hair aside… just look at that adorable face!!

The green eyes with thin white lines at the bottom of the pupils… looking into her eyes just draws you right in! The gentle and warm Sakura-chan is staring right back at you with such a beautiful smile on her face! The details on the outfit and base have really been pushed up to a whole new level, but the moment I saw this face I was convinced that this was the Sakura-chan figure to stand above all others!

Just look how cute she is!!

I wish I could explain my love for her better than I am, but I know that fans will understand how I feel when they see this figure in person!

Let’s take a look at some other details! ★

Her knee-high socks have a glamorous finish and the little creases around the back of her knee are also fantastic! ♡

Her gloves also feature the same pearl paint!

Each of her fingers have been carefully sculpted with careful calculations made based on the thickness of the material used for her gloves! You can easily make out the tips of her fingers through the gloves!

Then we move onto the unbelievably intricate frills of her dress!

The tightly-packed appearance of the thin, soft material all gathered up has been sculpted in such detail, and they go all around the figure giving Sakura-chan such a light, airy appearance that really supports the floating pose of the figure! (´□｀。)

Looking back at the perfect fit of the gloves, socks and rest of the outfit I can also say that this outfit must have been carefully measured out and made with love by Tomoyo-chan! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

Moving on to the celestial bodies included with the base!

The planet parts themselves look just like models from a miniature solar system as they float around Sakura-chan, and have been painted with much deeper colors that contrast with the light and air appearance of Sakura-chan herself! The mechanical parts of the base’s design have also all been sculpted so nicely! ★

The planets actually look rather tasty! A bit like delicious candy!

The planets were an important part of the base on the original illustration, but were altered to look a bit more realistic to better suit with the atmosphere of the figure! Choosing between being more faithful to the original work or instead altering things slightly to make for a better figure is a very hard thing to balance, and I am always amazed at how well figure sculptor’s manage to balance out the details so nicely! (°Д°；≡°Д°；)

The back of the figure was of course never even in the original illustration, and was all sculpted and painted based on what could be seen! ♪

That’s not entirely true though! The design of the back of her outfit was provided to us with a separate illustration, but the way the outfit and hair are flowing and the creases on her sleeves and other little details all had to be carefully sculpted without any direct source material to work from!

You can really feel all the love that went into each little part of this figure!!

We also had so much fun taking photos of the figure that we made some special image cuts with special backgrounds this time around! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

I went to various stores and picked up various items that could be used in the photos and worked with the professional camera man and Chan Shuu to create some interesting backgrounds for the figure! It was actually a very fun and exciting experience! ♪

The final photos will be used on various adverts and other promotional material, so keep an eye out for them! (●´ω｀●)

This was another one of the background with a rather different taste!

This photo is taken around various items you might find around the house, in the hopes that Sakura-chan will find a place in everyone’s home!

The figure has already been on display at Anime Expo 2016 and CCG Shanghai 2016, but was unfortunately closed to photos at the time! From tomorrow she will be on display at the animate ACZ Store in Akihabara! Be sure to come by and take a look if you’re in the area! Plus she will also of course be on display at Wonder Festival this weekend – together with the original illustration that she is based on! ♡

The figure will be available for ¥25,000, which is honestly a very challenging price for us here at GSC! We went through so many meetings trying to set the price at a point that would allow as many fans of the series as possible to add the commemorative figure to their collection – this price is really pushing the limits!

I just wanted to try and get this figure to as many Sakura-chan fans as possible!! Just look at how adorable she is!!!

The figure will take quite a while to be released once the orders are in, but we will be putting everything we have to ensure she comes out in top quality for fans to enjoy in their collection for many years to come!

But I also have some new info!

For those who really want Sakura but just don’t have the space for the budget, we are also going to be releasing an alternate version without the base!

The 1/7th Scale:

This version might not include the planets and large waxing and waning moon base, but on the other hand you can get an even closer look at the details on her outfit and that amazing expression! It will be available for ¥14,000! Be sure to keep both versions in mind when preordering!

Nendoroid Kashima & figma Hikaru Shidou

Today’s Main Feature!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Kashima! ♥︎

From the popular browser game ‘Kantai Collection -KanColle-‘ comes a Nendoroid of the 2nd Katori-class Training Cruiser – Kashima! She comes with three face plates including a standard expression, a half-damaged expression and a winking expression.

Although she may be a training cruiser she still comes with effect parts to display her firing her turrets in the case of combat! She is also the first Nendoroid to include a Type 94 Depth Charge Projector which even comes with effect parts to display her firing off a depth charge – training cruisers are not to be underestimated! Her searchlight also comes with an interchangeable part to display it lit up!

A lunchbox filled with sandwiches and well as a gratin are included as the usual food parts, and she even comes with a selection of parts to recreate her Christmas graphic from the game! Enjoy Kashima by your side in all sorts of different poses!

“Training cruiser Kashima, on duty! Ufufu.”

The latest in the KanColle Nendoroid series! The 2nd Katori-class Training Cruiser Kashima is joining the Nendoroids! Just like the previously released Katori she has a rather tight-fitting outfit, but unlike her older sister she is wearing a pleated skirt which gives her a more casual look! Plus just like her older sister her impressive boobies have been faithfully included even in Nendoroid size!

The ship parts on her back, binoculars in her hand and the Type 94 Depth Charge Projector have all been so intricately sculpted, and the pouch in the shape of a ship’s bridge makes use of a strap made from actual cord and her lovely fluffy twintails are fitted with joints which means you can pose them swinging to the left and right to better match your poses! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

Plus she comes with all sorts of lovely optional parts! Let’s take a closer look! (/ω＼)

“Enemy? Is it an enemy ship?“

First up are these firing effect parts!

Plus she is also the very first KanColle Nendoroid to include a Type 94 Depth Charge Projector, and she even comes with parts to display it firing! (´□｀｡)

“Kyaa-!“

You can combine the depth charge parts with the expression based on her half-damaged pose to recreate a scene where she accidentally set off a depth charge! (・∀・)

Plus if you’ve been paying close attention you’ll also note that the searchlight on her ship parts comes with interchangeable parts to display it lit up! They are pretty small parts so be careful not to misplace them!

Plus, as with all the KanColle Nendoroids before her, she also comes with food parts! This time around two different parts, the first of which is some sandwiches for lunch! ♥︎

Then for dinner we have a Kashima special – Chicken Gratin! ★

△ The little bread crumbs on the top are such a nice touch!

In other words you can enjoy all sorts of Kashima’s home-cooked meals filled with love! But that’s not all…

“Admiral! Merry Christmas!“

She even comes with a completely interchangeable upper body part to transform her into the limited edition Christmas version seen in the game!! The hand-knitted red sweater has such an intricate little pattern!! (੭ु ›ω‹ )੭ु⁾⁾♡

In addition to the body she also comes with a Christmas hat with accessory as well as a fluffy looking Christmas cape to really complete the festive appearance!

△ She pretty much comes with a completely alternate body!

As you can see above it suits the winking expression really well, but you can also switch out for the half-damaged expression…

With Monday being a public holiday here in Japan there isn’t much time left until the big event!! I’m already nervous!!

That said, it’s a day full of new announcements and fun to be had for figure fans all around the world so I’m also very much looking forward to it! There are even a few items that I planned that I’m looking forward to revealing for everyone!!

Nendoroid Saber/Altria Pendragon

From the popular smartphone game ‘Fate/Grand Order’ comes a Nendoroid of Saber/Altria Pendragon as a commemoration product to both Good Smile Company’s 15th anniversary and the Nendoroid series’ 10th anniversary! She comes with four expressions including her gallant standard expression, a shouting expression for combat scenes, a gentle smiling expression as well as a chibi expression reminiscent of the previously released ‘Nendoroid Lazy Saber: Limited Ver.’.

She also comes with both the cape and crown that she wears after her ‘Ascension’, which can be attached and removed whenever you wish. Excalibur, Caliburn as well as Invisible Air are also all included as optional parts to recreate various different scenes. Be sure to add the second coming of Saber to your collection!

As a part of the Good Smile Company 15th anniversary and Nendoroid 10th anniversary celebrations, the popular ‘Nendoroid Hatsune Miku’ is coming back in jumbo size – standing approximately 27cm in height!

The giant Nendoroid has all the features various interchangeable face plates and can take all sorts of poses just like its smaller counterpart! Even though it is much bigger, the unique form and cute expressions of the Nendoroid have been faithfully preserved creating the perfect anniversary item to celebrate the Nendoroid 10th Anniversary!!

Nendoroid Mega Man: Metal Blade Ver.

From the popular ‘Mega Man’ series comes a Nendoroid of Mega Man once he has defeated Metal Man and taken the ‘Metal Blade’ power! Optional parts include the powerful ‘Metal Blade’ special weapon in both a small and large size, allowing you to pose Megaman both holding the blade at the ready as well as have it flying through the air as if it had just been thrown!

From the popular anime series ‘Osomatsu-san’ comes a series of miniature figures featuring the six Matsuno brothers wearing colorful overalls! The set includes Osomatsu, Karamatsu, Choromatsu, Ichimatsu, Jyushimatsu and Todomatsu all wearing their overalls in cute different ways! Jyushimatsu also includes a traffic cone to wear on his head!

In addition two post cards are also included which can be used as backgrounds for the figures using the included card stands! Enjoy the unique traits of each of the brothers as cute mini figures!

From the anime series ‘Sword Art Online II’ comes a figma of Yuuki, the ‘Absolute Sword’!

Using the smooth yet posable joints of figma, you can act out a variety of different scenes.
A flexible plastic is used for important areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability.
She comes with three expressions including a smiling expression, a shouting expression and an innocent smiling expression.
Optional parts include Yuuki’s one-handed sword, a scroll of the OSS Skill she gave to Asuna as well as articulated wings.
She also comes with holding hand parts which can be used together with the previously released figma Asuna: ALO ver.
An articulated figma stand is included, which allows various poses to be taken.

Summer Version Io

Hi everyone! Suwabe (@gsc_suwabe) from the Corporate Planning Division here! I was born in Summer so I feel I have a bit of an affinity for sunflowers!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Phat’s 1/7th Scale…
Summer Version Io!

From the popular smartphone game ‘Granblue Fantasy’ comes a 1/7th scale figure of Io! She has been sculpted in her Summer version wearing a cute blue and white swimsuit which contrasts with her tanned skin beautifully

The colorful gradient of her hair has also been preserved and also makes use of translucent parts to capture the unique charm of the illustration in figure form! Enjoy the playful appearance of Io as she looks out to the sea for the first time!

The Little Lady of Midsummer also known as the Summer version of Io is becoming a 1/7th scale figure! Her superb skin color and the sculpting of the muscles as they pull tight in her pose are both fantastic!

Not to mention the dynamic sculpting of her colorful hair and the careful shading done throughout the figure! The large sunflower she is holding also has such a powerful presence, creating a figure filled with highlights!

I’ll be revealing when she will be up for preorder a little bit later, but for now let’s take a closer look at the details! (ΦωΦ)

– Skin Color –

Io is well known for her darker skin tone and the swimsuit just matches up with the tanned appearance so perfectly! Apparently the color went through a number of changes through the prototype stages, but through trial and error finally managed to reach this lovely appearance!

– Figure –

Scale figures that reveal a lot of skin are often defined by how the muscles and tendons are sculpted! Keeping these looking realistic as well as appealing is one of those things that really shows a high quality figure!

The sculpt of her elbows and knees really brings the figure to life! It feels like she’ll just start moving any second now! Plus just look at that sexy bu… those sexy hips!! ( ;∀;)

I can’t help but want to touch them!!

– Hair –

▼ Such an incredible feeling of movement…!

▼ Such an outstanding gradient…!

The beautiful colors of Io’s long twin-tailed hair could easily be her most charming feature! It’s not easy to get colors to come out nicely on translucent materials like those used for her hair here, but Phat! has not only managed to capture the colors and appearance perfectly but even preserved the dynamic feeling as the hair flows behind her! Thank you!! ( ;∀;)

– Sunflower –

Don’t think that this flower is just an extra!

With Io sculpted so adorably it would be rather disappointing of the sunflower didn’t match her quality… but just look at the little details on both the sculpt and the paintwork!

The slightly darker gradient of the petals toward the ends and the multiple layers of the seed head make it look like she is really holding a freshly picked sunflower!

Nendoroid Ryoma Echizen

Hello everyone, Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

Everyone in the offices keeps asking me if I got a tan while I was away on my business trip. I don’t remember being out in the sun that much…!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Ryoma Echizen!

From the anime series ‘The New Prince of Tennis’ comes a Nendoroid of Ryoma Echizen! He comes with three face plates including his standard expression, a composed smile and a more serious expression to recreate various different scenes from the series!

The Nendoroid also includes effect parts to recreate Ryoma’s signature shot – the Twist Serve! A curve ball as well as Ryoma’s pet cat ‘Karupin’ are also included to display by his side! Enjoy various different sides of Ryoma in Nendoroid size!

The young tennis prodigy and first year student at Seishun Academy, Ryoma Echizen is joining the Nendoroids!

This Nendoroid was announced on the New Prince of Tennis Official Site yesterday! All the little details like his wristband, the tennis ball and his red tennis racket have all been faithfully preserved in Nendoroid size! The Seishun Academy shirt and his trademark white hat are also looking lovely!

I also love the way his casual hair style has been sculpted! You can just imagine it being smooth and silky to the touch! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

Let’s move on by taking a look at his alternate face plates!

He looks so sure of himself with this smile!

Ryoma is known for his perfect technique and game sense that overwhelms opponents no matter who they are, and this smile captures that confidence of his so nicely!

He also comes with bent arm and leg parts that allow you to create action poses with more of a dynamic feel to them! (๑•̀ㅁ•́๑)✧

△ He looks completely undefeatable!

The difference between his standard smile and this confident smile really captures that slightly conceited side of his personality! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

But there are some opponents that require him to take things a little more seriously, and he comes with an expression for those matches as well!!

Looking at the photo above makes me feel like I’m a tennis ball flying toward Ryoma… he’s looking right at me!! Special effect parts to display him performing his signature Twist Serve are also included!

Even the warped appearance of the ball has been sculpted!! (｀・ω・´)ゞ

Nendoroid Shiro & Nendoroid Sora

Hi everyone! Suwabe (@gsc_suwabe) from the Corporate Planning Division here! On rainy days I used to enjoy watching my siblings playing TV games!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Shiro!

From the anime series ‘No Game No Life’ comes a Nendoroid of the younger of the ‘Kuuhaku’ gamer siblings – Shiro! She comes with three different face plates including her standard expression, the crying expression she had when she was first summoned into the game world as well as a worried expression that can be used for all sorts of different poses!

Optional parts include a playing card, a smartphone that matches Sora’s and a gaming console. Sitting parts are also included for even more display options! Also note how beautiful her long rainbow-colored hair looks even in Nendoroid size! Be sure to display her with Nendoroid Sora who will be available for preorder at the same time!

The younger of the unrivalled gaming siblings ‘Kuuhaku’ is joining the Nendoroids! The purple uniform with the eye-catching yellow scarf, the crown on top of her head and even the unique colored gradient of her hair have all been converted into Nendoroid size!

▼Just look at this beautiful GRADIENT!

Perhaps one of the most charming things about Shiro’s design is her long and colorful hair! The gentle colors that move from a gentle light blue to pink, orange , and finally a tip of green! It looks so lovely in figure form! This is still the prototype, but the final version that joins everyone’s collections will be just as stunning!

Let’s move on to her optional parts and face plates! ♪

♥ Worried Expression ♥

I know everyone has their own ideal image of characters in their mind, but my ideal version of Shiro is with this expression! It’s like she is innocently trying to get her way… who could say no to this expression?!

( ;∀;) Ahhh!!! Thank you for being so cute!!

Depending on how you look at it, it it can also look like she is thinking about some kind of puzzle in a game! The hand part with her thumb out is included!

♠ Crying Expression! ♠

A crying expression based on when they were first sent to the alternate world! You can also use it for various other scenes as well – maybe she just lost a game against Sora!

♣ Sitting Parts & Gaming Console! ♣

The ‘Kuuhaku’ siblings are all about their games, so they just had to include a gaming console!

♦ A smartphone matching Sora’s! ♦

The smartphone has a cute cover with ears and reads ‘For Gaming Only’ on the bottom! It’s such a small part but the details are lovely!

Nendoroid Akizuki

Greetings everyone!
Chan-shuu from Good Smile Company’s planning team here! (@gscs_hirase)

Today I’m going to be taking a look at the anti-aircraft destroyer that has been making appearances at events recently…

Nendoroid Akizuki!

From the popular browser game ‘Kantai Collection -KanColle-‘ comes a Nendoroid of the first Akizuki-class anti-aircraft destroyer – Akizuki!

The ship parts on her flanks can be deployed to set her up for battle, and the 10cm gun turrets can be detached and displayed on their own! She also comes with effect parts based on the cut-in effect for anti-aircraft attacks in the game, as well as effect parts for her turrets and torpedo effect parts allowing her to battle on various different fronts!

Nendoroid Akizuki comes with three different face plates including her standard expression, a half-damaged expression as well as a combat expression. A half-damaged body is also included! As with most KanColle Nendoroids she also comes with food based optional parts – this time riceballs and pickled radish as well as some canned beef allowing you to display her in all sorts of original poses!

“Nendoroid Akizuki, reporting in!”

The 28th Nendoroid from KanColle, and also the first ever anti-aircraft destroyer to join the series – Akizuki is joining the Nendoroids! She has a mostly white sailor uniform outfit which contrasts with her black hair beautifully! I also personally really like the design of her outfit around the hips – it looks a bit like she is wearing a corset! （＾ω＾＊）

The embroidered ’61st Destroyer Division’ letters on her ‘pennant’ headband are painted on with a lovely gold to really stand out! The adorable little 10cm gun turrets are also hard to ignore, but I’ll get into more detail about them later!

▲ The ship parts that act as a hair clip are so cute! ♪

The way the ponytail comes out in a fan-like shape is rather unique! The huge torpedo launcher on the back of all the destroyers illustrated by Shizuma is also included!

▼ Now let’s take a look at the Nendoroid-sized 10cm gun turrets!

▲ Which can be removed from the ship parts!

There are cylindrical openings on either side of the ship parts that allow you to insert and remove the turrets! Plus there is a little hole in his bottom as well as a special stand which means…

▲ You can pose him jumping up in the air!

Moving on, she also comes with some food parts!

▲ Rice balls and pickled radish!

These were chosen based on some of her lines from the game! The dish they are on is shaped like a bamboo leaf for some bonus style points! ♪

▲ “I went and splurged a bit today!”

She also comes with some canned beef based on this line!! To think that canned beef would be considered splurging…! (´；ω；｀)

▼ Let’s move into combat mode!

▲ “Let’s get started. Fire away!”

I borrowed the abyssal aircraft from Nendoroid Wo-Class for her to battle against!

▲ “So long as I’m still standing, you won’t get past!”

As she is an anti-aircraft ship special effects are included to recreate the cut-in effect for anti-aircraft attacks in the game! Firing parts for the turrets are also included and she comes with a combat expression to being everything all together! The three-layered anti-air explosion part comes with its own arm stand to easily position wherever you need it!

She also comes with torpedo firing effect parts for battles on the sea as well!

▼ But if she isn’t careful…

▲”I-I can’t sink yet! I’m the fleet’s anti-air defence!!”

She also comes with parts to recreate her cute half-damaged pose holding her bottom! An alternate body is included with the clothes on her back are torn up, she comes with a special face plate to recreate the pose and there is even a damaged version of the 10cm turret included to display beside her!

The ship parts on her hips are very nicely articulated allowing you to place them in various poses like this one! It’s almost like the ship parts are protecting her!

Nendoroid More: Face Parts Case

These Nendoroid More: Face Parts Case are releasing this month, and I got my hands on some early samples!! (*’▽’)

Has everyone here seen the Nendoroid More: Face Parts Case before? Here is a quick reminder of the product info for those who have never seen the series before!

‘Nendoroid More’ is a series of products created to make Nendoroids even more enjoyable, and the latest addition to the series are these cute Nendoroid face parts cases! The cases allow you to store up to two spare expression parts inside while also having a cute appearance to put on display – which means that even your spare parts will have a place in your collection!

Nendoroid Hatsune Miku: Lion Dance Ver.!

Lion Dance Miku is here to bring you good luck and protection from evil!

From the ‘Character Vocal Series 01: Hatsune Miku’ comes a Nendoroid of Hatsune Miku wearing an outfit based on the traditional Chinese lion dance – a symbol of good fortune! The figure is based on the illustration by versus and includes both a Chinese-style Miku as well as a colorful lion dance Lion as a set!

She comes with three face plates including a cheerful smiling expression, a playful winking expression as well as a chewing expression with cute cheeks! She also comes with a decorated staff as well as a Chinese dumpling as optional parts! The included lion has movable eyebrows allowing for slightly different expressions, and the face part can even be removed and worn on Miku’s head! Be sure to add the Lion Dance Miku to your collection and enjoy the good fortune she brings with her!

Everyone’s favorite songstress Miku-san is back again as a Nendoroid, this time all dressed up in a classic Chinese lion dance outfit!

The dress, her hair ornaments and the edges of her sleeves have that fluffy white appearance based on the white beard of the lion! She also has a lovely gradient in her hair that gradually gets lighter toward the ends and also matches with her outfit so nicely!

But anyway, let’s get back to the Nendoroid with a look from the back! ♪

The ribbon and bell seen on her back in the illustration have been included on the Nendoroid design too! The included lion has also been shrunk down to Nendoroid size and looks so charming even from the back!

A closer look at her outfit!

The ribbons at her neck and on her sleeves add a lovely accent to the design!

A shot from above to capture her hair accessories! (ΦωΦ)

▲ The hair accessories match up with the lions ears very nicely, and the twirl in her hair captures the dance part of the lion dance! (*´▽｀*)

In case you hadn’t realised yet, Miku’s lion partner is included with the Nendoroid!! A lovely addition for animal(?) fans!! (*´▽｀*)

▲ The lions white eyebrows can be moved up and down allowing for various different expressions!

As you can see from the image above he can look serious, angry and even sad just with a change of eyebrow angle!! This allows for all sorts of different poses when displaying him by Miku’s side! You could even change his expression depending on your own mood for the day!

She also comes with a Chinese dumpling! (*´ω`*)／

Perhaps the first food that comes to mind when thinking about Chinese food! Plus she also comes with a chewing expression that works great with any food parts!

I can think of all sorts of fun ways to use this expression!

Plus another important point…

The lion’s head can also be worn as Miku-san!

You need to first remove Miku’s hair accessories and sticking up hair, and then you can place the head on her almost like a hat!

Nendoroid Todomatsu Matsuno

Greetings everyone!

Following on from yesterday, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Todomatsu Matsuno!

From the popular anime series ‘Osomatsu-san’ comes a Nendoroid of the sixth son of the Matsuno family, Todomatsu! He comes with three face plates including his cute standard expression, his classic ‘Totty’ expression as well as a blank expression with a variety of different stickers for you to create your very own expression!

Optional parts include his smartphone, a cafe apron and an alternate head part wearing his hat – all sorts of parts to recreate your favorite scenes from the series! Be sure to display him with his other brothers who are also joining the Nendoroid series!

“I’m the youngest of the brothers. Todomatsu Matsuno!”

The youngest brother who excels at taking advantage of those around him and knows just how cute he is! The perfect model for the youngest sibling, Todomatsu Matsuno is joining the Nendoroids! His lovely pink hoodie and denim pants have both been shrunk down to Nendoroid size along with his smartphone to hold in his hand!

His right hand goes up just high enough to make him look like he is talking on the phone! The sticking up hair has also as usual been included on the Nendoroid design!

I’m sure Todomatsu takes a lot of selfies of himself! This photo is based on that idea!

Todomatsu is often known by the name “Totty” as you can see written on this apron based on the uniform from the cafe! It connects to the figure by detaching the body and placing the apron in-between the head and body!

It can also be worn by all of his brothers as well!! Let’s try that out…

I don’t think there has ever been a Nendoroid face plate with such an impact! Those eyes, nose and mouth… everything about this expression is just so… whoa!! ((((ﾟДﾟ；))))

He also comes with a clenched fist which has purposefully been made to look more realistic than most Nendoroid hands!

It seems Jyushimatsu accidentally hit his brother with a baseball… the flustered look on Jyushimatsu and that powerful gaze from Todomatsu really tell a story all on their own!!

Anyway, let’s move on with the next optional parts…

▲ This is actually a completely separate head part that replaces his standard hair to instead display him wearing the hat! He really looks quite stylish with the beanie… which can also of course be used on the other brothers as well!

He is also holding the oden included with Nendoroid Osomatsu! It’s so fun swapping the parts around between the brothers! ♪
