If you don’t give me candy I’ll sit and until you do! We even had quite a few people come into the offices in costume today… including Aki-san as Mario! You can see some photos over on the GSC Lab Blog! ♪

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Aoi Yukimura!♪

From the anime series ‘Yama no Susume’ comes a Nendoroid of the character who likes to say indoors, Aoi Yukimura! As the very first mountain climber Nendoroid, she has been sculpted wearing her mountain climbing outfit in adorable Nendoroid size! Optional parts include her backpack and alpenstocks for climbing, as well as the pilgrim’s staff she bought at Mt.Fuji.A special sloped mountain part is also included to display her on, and can change from a rather gentle slope to a very steep slope based on the angle you place it at! She also comes with three expressions including a smiling face, tired face and completely exhausted face! Recreate all sorts of fun mountain climbing scenes! She also looks great in the upcoming Nendoroid Pouch: Sleeping Bag Red Ver. / Blue Ver.!

From the popular 15 minute anime series that’s currently on air ‘Yama no Susume’ comes an adorable Nendoroid of the gentle main character, Aoi-chan!

Her mountaineering outfit has been sculpted in lovely detail from the stitching of the skirt to the zip on her jacket! (*´Д｀)=з

Her backpack can be attached and removed whenever you like, allowing you to pose it beside her for some breaks or alternate poses! Even the straps and connectors on the bag have been included on the design! The straps that connect to her shoulders are also fitted with a ball joint, allowing you to match their positions with nearly any pose!  ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

She also has important tools for mountain climbing!

Her outfit is beautifully detailed and all, but it all comes together as a true mountaineering outfit as soon as these are added! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

It’s amazing how adding some parts like that really brings out the atmosphere of the series! ♪

It’s way bigger than I imagined!!
The loose rocks certainly don’t make it look like an easy climb either…!

(・∀・) “She also comes with an exhausted expression, so you can pose her struggling to climb up the mountain – like this!”

You can add the pilgrim’s staff too! It’s like she’s climbing Mt.Fuji! (´□｀｡)

It might have been a rough climb, but it’s why she feels the way she does about mountain climbing! Just remembering that episode brings a little tear to my eye!

 (・∀・) “Yama no Susume teaches people about both the fun times and the  hardships of mountain climbing!”

You can also place the stand on it’s other side… to get this!

A less steep slope! You can choose between the two depending on what sort of scene you prefer! (｀・ω・´)ゞ

Her smiling face is adorable and all, but she is just as lovable when trying so hard!! ♥︎

Nendoroid Seishiro Tsugumi

We’ve already reached the time of year when it’s cold enough for warm corn potage in the vending machines! The end of October is here and the Skytree has already started it’s Christmas decorations!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at a figure that went up for preorder last Tuesday…

Nendoroid Seishiro Tsugumi!

From the romantic comedy anime series ‘Nisekoi’ comes a Nendoroid of Seishiro Tsugumi! She comes with three expressions including her standard relaxed expression, a chibi shouting expression and a more ladylike embarrassed expression.

She also comes with her handgun and an alternate upper body part wearing just her white buttoned shirt as optional parts. Recreate your favorite scenes from the series in cute Nendoroid size!

The hitman of the Bee Hive gang, Seishiro Tsugumi! ♡

The third heroine from Nisekoi together with Nendoroid Onodera Kosaki, who was announced at the same as her as well as Nendoroid Chitoge Kirisaki who is already on sale!

The cool and composed look makes her so adorable!! ♪

She is wearing the men’s school uniform as it is of course much easier to move around in for a hitman!

It’s been quite a while since the last female Nendoroid was wearing long pants! The large blue and white ribbon in her hair and her beloved pistol are also faithfully included!

You can even pose her ready to fire her gun like this! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

However, considering Tsugumi’s tsundere personality, she is more likely to be firing on someone in order to hide her embarrassment at something… and to do that she needs an expression like this one!! ♡

／A-Are you making fun of me?!＼

It’s so easy to imagine her voice shouting at Raku with this face!! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ
The way her mouth is trembling at the top makes it perfect! ♥︎

However…. once we’ve enjoyed the harsh side of a tsundere character, it’s always nice to have the gentle side too! How about a cute embarrassed expression for that!

Awwwww!!!! (/ω＼)

You can enjoy a more ladylike Tsugumi as well! Definitely my preferred side! ♪

She also comes with arm parts that can form a heart! ♡

The slightly worried, unsure side of the expression captures Tsugumi beautifully… and she comes with an alternate body that suits this expression perfectly! (*´Д｀)=з

A body featuring a white buttoned shirt! ﾍ(ﾟ∀ﾟ*)ﾉ

You can even see her bra and bosom if you look close!

Definitely a very nice part to have for her!
Props to the figure’s planner, Yassan! ★

Even if she is a Nendoroid, she has arguably some of the best curves of the Nisekoi girls, and this ensures you can get a slightly better look at them!

I feel like letting her try on some other outfits will also be lots of fun!

Maybe I’ll show some examples a little later… Definitely a Nendoroid Tsugumi fans can enjoy no matter which side of her they like!

Now for another quick notice! Earlier today on Max Factory’s blog, figma Sakura Kinomoto’s painted prototype was revealed for the first time!

As there is no English version of the blog I decided I had to include the photo here for everyone to enjoy!

Even on the unpainted version a lot of people were mentioning the sculpting of the frills, the cute poses and how the hair and hat looked perfect… but now that it’s painted she looks even cuter than before!!

The wings on her back are made with a translucent material and the shoes have a nice little shine to them… everything comes together to make a really detailed and adorable Sakura-chan!!

But that’s not all!!

Max Factory has announced they are going to make ‘figma Sakura Kinomoto: School Uniform ver.’ too!!

I am told there will be more information regarding that early next week!

Satsuki Kiryuin: Senketsu Ver.

“The only ones who can stop her now…
and you and I…!”

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

The 1/8th Scale:
Satsuki Kiryuin: Senketsu Ver.!

 

From the anime series ‘KILL la KILL’ comes a figure of Satsuki Kiryuin based on one of the final scenes from the anime where she wears Senketsu! The figure is based on the garage kit created and sold by Iwanaga Sakurako from Shokubutu Shojo-en – the PVC figure version has been sculpted and painted to be as close to the original kit as possible!

Satsuki’s beautiful black hair flows around her as she stands ready to take on the world. The paintwork has been done in a unique and artistic style which is sure to give her a powerful presence in any collection!

 

Satsuki-sama!!! ♡(´□｀｡)

From KILL la KILL comes a figure of Satsuki Kiryuin in all her magnificence – with her beautiful black hair flowing around her, and thick, serious eyes-brows showing her determination! Not to mention that she is wearing Senketsu!! ♪

She’s simply beautiful!!

The eyes filled with unyielding determination and straight mouth make her look so imposing, and the way her hair are skirt are blowing around her give the figure a lovely dynamic element as well! Everything that made Satsuki-sama so epic has been captured in the figure beautifully! ♥︎

Plus thanks to Senketsu she is showing off her stomach!
Look at that cute belly button!!

When Satsuki is transformed she does generally show more then enough skin, but it’s different here as she is wearing a uniform! You only get to see this skin in a school uniform when Satsuki is wearing Senketsu, giving it a bit of a rare feeling to enjoy as well! ♪

I still clearly remember when I saw the episode where Satsuki-sama wore Senketsu in the series, I thought the uniform looked so amazing on her that I just couldn’t forget!! 

I can’t really put it into words well… but I think this figure of Satsuki-sama really captures what she became in second half of the anime… she was no longer just about strength, but a pillar for people to depend on and trust!! Ahh, I need to go rewatch the anime now!!

By the way, this figure is sculpted by Iwanaga Sakurako from Shokubutu Shojo-en, and was originally sold as a garage kit at Wonder Festival 2014 (Summer)!

(・∀・) “The delicate little details to Satsuki have been so beautifully sculpted and painted, that we really wanted to give more people the opportunity to add it to their collections! We tried our best to preserve the feel of the original kit as close as possible!”

 We’re joined by the figure’s planner, Kyojin!!

(・∀・) “Looking at Satsuki you could see the strength, beauty and awe-inspiring personality in her character… but that’s not all – even in such a simple standing pose I swear I could feel Satsuki-sama’s powerful will through the sculpt… I contacted Iwanaga-san as soon as possible to try and get a PVC version in the works!”

I guess it was love at first sight for you! ♪

Which means that now fans can enjoy Iwanaga-san’s ‘KILL la KILL’ atmosphere in their very own collections much more easily! (｀・ω・´)

Although… can you really bring out the same feeling through mass production?! 

(・∀・) “The manufacturing team is trying their very best!! For example, they have carefully made 3D data of Kouryu and Gako as faithfully to the original as possible!”

(・∀・) “Of course we want to preserve Iwanaga-san’s artistic flair as much as possible, so the manufacturing team is working very close with the production team to get the best possible results from mass production.”

But does that mean… that the metallic blue look glint in her hair will be kept in the final product?!

(・∀・) “Yep! The sculpting was amazing, but the paintwork really brings it all together, so things like the metallic shine of her hair have been preserved! Plus she also comes with an all new rock base made specially by Iwanaga-san for the PVC figure version! It helps bring out the KILL la KILL universe a little bit more!”

The wind is bring rather playful with her skirt…! 

(・∀・) “You’ll have to wait till she’s in your collection to see any more than this!”

I tried to get as close as possible but this was the limit for the blog! (´□｀｡)

(・∀・) “We’ve mentioned the sculpt and paintwork a lot, but in particular I want to point out Iwanaga-san’s very unique facial expression!” 

She looks lovely in profile as well…! 

Figures are lovely in the fact that you can enjoy them from the angle of your choice, but I think that is really brought out well with this figure! You really do get a lovely view from any angle you choose! ε=(｡・д・｡)

Nendoroid Batman: Hero’s Edition

I have been practising hard for Halloween by eating as much candy as possible these last few days! I also get the feeling that a couple of people will be dressing up for Halloween in the offices on Friday!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Batman: Hero’s Edition!

From ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ comes a Nendoroid of Batman! His entirely black outfit has been made using different textures for areas such as the chest and cape, faithfully keeping all the subtle differences in shades of black.

His batarang and grapnel gun are also included, as well as an alternate body part completely wrapped up in his cape! A searchlight with the bat signal is also included allowing for all sorts of scenes to be recreated in cute Nendoroid size! The front of the searchlight can also be removed to display the bat signal mark alone instead!

The Dark Knight of Gotham City is joining the Nendoroids! ♡ 

The very first Nendoroid from the world of DC Comics! Also my personal favorite character from US comics, so I couldn’t be happier!

There have of course already been quite a few Nendoroids from Marvel Comics!

· Nendoroid Iron Man Mark 7: Hero’s Edition
· Nendoroid Iron Man Mark 42: Hero’s Edition + Hall of Armor Set
· Nendoroid Iron Patriot: Hero’s Edition
· Nendoroid Spider-Man: Hero’s Edition

But anyway, let’s get back onto Batman!! 

The bumps and indents of his outfit have been carefully sculpted!

Batman really is a Dark Knight in the fact that he wears an outfit that is almost completely black,  but even so if yo look close you’ll see that different areas have a different texture, and the bat on his chest is faithfully included! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

The careful sculpting and use of textures takes a rather simple one-color outfit and turns it into a rather impressive sight!

Plus just like Ironman and Spider-Man,
Batman’s elbows, knees and chest area are articulated making him a much more posable Nendoroid compared to most! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

Let’s see how he looks from the back!

His cape is split into a left and right side, even allowing you to pose the cape with a dynamic movement to it! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

In his hand he is holding a grapnel gun!

A very important item for Batman! A high-tech gadget that shoots wires out allowing him to move around quickly and easily! 

Plus he also comes with an alternate body part which allows you to pose him in a rather memorable pose!

Even the tiny little gap at the top of the cape had his body carefully detailed! The difference in texture of the cape compared to his normal outfit is also very faithfully preserved!(･ω･)b

By the way… because this body is a completely separate part, you can also place other Nendoroid head parts on it!

Add an insidious feeling to any character!
*Perhaps its just insidious looking as it’s Dayo-san…

The included parts provide all sorts of fun possibilities! Definitely something to look forward to!!

(・∀・) “As you mentioned he comes with the grapnel gun as one of his weapons, but there is another weapon that just had to be included for this to truly be a Batman figure!”

He seems to be holding something… something golden and metallic looking!
Is that what I think it is?! Σ(･ω･ﾉ)ﾉ

(・∀・) “I’m sure it is! Be comes with his very versatile Batarang!“

The edges are even made to look a little sharp!! It’s lovely!! ♡

(・∀・) “Plus even though it’s tiny, it can be attached and removed from the hand!”

It’s so nicely made for something so small! A true work of art!!

(・∀・) “Speaking of works of art… he also comes with the bat signal!“

The ‘light’ of the searchlight is made with translucent parts in order to make it look like a searchlight! It’s amazing how well it works! ε=(｡・д・｡)

(・∀・) “The light can also be removed from the searchlight in order to display it before it’s turned on! The bat signal shape is of course included on the switched off version too!

Oooohhh!!!

Details added to parts that normally wouldn’t even be seen! The bat shape is actually rather cute! ♡

(・∀・) “We tried our best to make him able to take epic action poses, and also paid very close attention the the sculpting! I hope fans will enjoy him!”

Perhaps you can display him with the previously released Marvel Comics heroes! You could create Marvel Vs. DC in Nendoroid size! ♪

Nendoroid Kosaki Onodera

Nice warm tea and some daifuku are such a lovely combination!
The chestnut sweet bean jelly is also hard to avoid at this time of year!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Kosaki Onodera! ☆

From the romantic comedy anime series ‘Nisekoi’ comes a Nendoroid of Kosaki Onodera! She comes with three expressions including a gentle smiling face, an embarrassed face as well as a panicked chibi expression!

Optional parts include her school bag and the important ‘Promise Key’ from the series! Recreate your favorite scenes from the series in cute Nendoroid size – from nervous confession scenes to simply walking to school in the morning!

Oooooooohhhh!!! (*´∀`*)

The second Nendoroid from Nisekoi following on from Nendoroid Chitoge Kirisaki! The gentle, cheerful and rather shy Kosaki-chan looking adorable in chibi Nendoroid size! ♪

Her Bonyari High School uniform has been sculpted beautifully, with a nicely little dynamic touch to the skirt as well! She even comes with her school bag, making it easy to pose her walking to school in the mornings! (｀・ω・´)

You can have even more fun making poses if you have Chitoge to display with her! ♪

Along with the smiling face above, she also comes with this panicked expression! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

…I can’t help but want to jump to her side and help her! She looks so distressed!!

The ‘Promise Key’, a rather important part of the series is also included!

Note that the key is different to the one included with Chitoge! (σ・∀・)σ

Plus she also comes with a third, embarrassed expression!

The worried eyebrows are so adorable!! ♡

I’ll run up and hug her well before Ichijo-kun ever gets the chance!

This expression also lets you recreate a rather special scene!

The confession scene!! (*´Д`*)

She comes with a separate skirt part held up to make an even close reproduction! Just look at the sculpting of the creases!! ♡

Plus you can use these skirt parts with other expression parts to create a whole new little story for Kosaki-chan!

I thought I was suffering from some Autumn allergies, but it turns out it’s just a cold… I hope everyone is taking care to avoid colds as Winter draws closer!

Anyway, today I’m going to be looking at a product announced earlier today by Max Factory!

From the popular browser game ‘Kantai Collection -KanColle-‘ comes a figma of the second Nagato-class battleship, Mutsu!

· Using the smooth yet posable joints of figma, you can act out a variety of different scenes.
· A flexible plastic is used for important areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability.
· She comes with three expressions including her standard face, a smile with upturned eyes and a cute blow kiss expression!
· The ship parts at her hips are also articulated, and she comes with an alternate lower leg part to fix the anchor to her leg!
· An articulated figma stand is included.

Up for preorder just two days after her debut on Kahotan Station!

She is the second battleship and the sixth character from Kancolle to join the figma series! Her soft thighs, short skirt intricate ship parts, antenna Alice-band, sexy stomach, short brown hair and even the anchor curled around her neck have all been faithfully kept in figma form!

Let’s have a look at how she looks from the back! ♪

The anchor on her right side is slung over her ship parts and wound around her left leg! As usual with KanColle figures, the contrast of the soft skin and the mechanical ship parts is fantastic! (｀・ω・´)

Even from this angle you can see she has a fairly impressive bust as well… but that’s not all! If you go a little higher…

I can’t quite put it into words, but she is certainly detailed down to the finest nooks and crannies!

Along with her more serious standard expression, she also comes with the expression I started today’s blog with… the ‘blowing kiss’ winking face!

Ahhhhhhhh!! (/ω＼)

My heart was just hit right in the… well… heart!
 A very sexy and playful expression! ♥︎

The huge ship parts of the super-dreadnought are articulated at the hip joints as well as the cannons, allowing you to match them with almost any pose!

She also comes with 11 different hand parts meaning you can make various original poses for Mucchan too! There are so many possibilities! ♡

But this view just can’t be ignored…

The sculpting around her belly button, and the muscles on either side of it! 

The ship parts truly do look like real parts of a ship… but that doesn’t mean the skin parts aren’t amazing. They look absolutely incredible! ♪

Plus along with the blow kiss expression, she also comes with this adorable smile! ♡

The anchor can be removed from her leg! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

The above leg part is a standard smooth leg part, but she also comes with a special alternate left lower leg part which includes a hole for the anchor to connect into, allowing you to recreate the official illustration completely!

You can choose to wrap the anchor around her arm or neck instead for some fun alternative poses!

Fate Testarossa: Swimsuit Parka style & Twitter Header Images!

It has finally become cold enough to add a blanket to my futon… but it makes it all the more difficult to get up in the morning!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at a product by AQUAMARINE announced earlier this month…

Fate Testarossa: Swimsuit Parka style! ♥︎

From “Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha: The Movie 2nd A’s” comes a figure of Fate Testarossa wearing a blue bikini.She has been sculpted with a gentle smile on her face, with her white Parka carefully sculpted and her partner ‘Bardiche: Assault Mode’ by her side – his sharp, black appearance contrasting against Fate’s soft white skin. She is posed leaning over with Bardiche held behind her back, showing off her youthful curves and blond hair – all the charms that fans of the A’s series have come to love!

Oooooohhhh!!! (´□｀｡)

A lovely blue swimsuit and white Parka!

Not to mention her dazzlingly bright smile!

The blond twin-tailed magical girl prodigy Fate Testarossa as a 1/8th scale figure in a beautiful blue bikini! ★

This is the Fate from the second movie, so she still has her very youthful looks and innocent smile!!

This is how she looks from the back! ♪

Her soft and supple looking skin is contrasted beautifully with the sharp, mechanical look of Bardiche Assault beside her! The fact that the difference in texture between two things can be brought out so nicely through sculpting when the material is actually the same never ceases to amaze me! (｀・ω・´)ゞ

The way her Parka is blowing up in the wind also allows a peek at her lovely thighs and bottom!! Just as the product description says, it really ‘shows off her youthful curves’! 

The curves around her hips look so very soft and touchable!! 

The ups and downs on her waist have been very carefully sculpted!

Taking a look from the side you can also see how her stomach is sticking out a little! Lovely!

She is definitely a figure that has lots of eye candy to enjoy once you add her to your collection! <○><○>

Just look at her… from her cute bottom, her hair and Parka blowing in the wind and the delicate little fingertips holding onto Bardiche… there are so many little details that really show off AQUAMARINE’s sculpting prowess!!

While the pose itself is a rather simple standing pose, having all these little details to the body and outfit makes it an item that fans simply cannot miss out on! ♪ 

Also in case anyone missed out on the announcement, brand new Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha anime series has been announced, so I’m sure we can expect some more wonderful figures soon! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

I’ve recently noticed that I have a rather sensitive mouth when it comes to eating and drinking hot things. I need to take care during these colder months not to burn my mouth on tea or miso soup…!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Kurumi Tokisaki! ♡

From the popular light novel and anime series ‘Date A Live II’ comes the third Nendoroid from the series – Kurumi Tokisaki wearing her Goth-Loli Astral Dress!She comes with three expressions including a mysterious sidelong glance, a condescending expression as well as a maddened expression showing off her fearless disposition. Optional parts include both Zafkiel’s musket and pistol, allowing you to pose her in the various poses she took while firing shots from them! Enjoy the adorable madness of Kurumi in Nendoroid size!

Nendoroid #3 from Date A Live following on from Tohka Yatogami and Yoshino! ♪

The yandere spirit who controls time and shadows!

The golden clock face in her left eye looks great!! ♪

The fact that she has different colored eyes also makes for quite a rare sight in the Nendoroid series! If you buy a couple of her you can even recreate a certain special scene from the show!

Let’s take a closer look at her lovely outfit! ε=(｡・д・｡)

All the intricate patterns on her red and black dress!!

Not to mention the details on the frills, ribbon and boots – which have all been beautifully sculpted! ♥︎

Also… although it’s a little bit difficult to see, her skirt makes use of a translucent material, just like  Tohka Yatogami’s did! It helps to bring out the setting of the outfits being composed of light! ♪

(・∀・) “Let’s a lot more to Kurumi than just her outfit!”

We’re joined by Kurumi’s planner, Shuuchan-senpai!

(・∀・) “Zafkiel’s musket and pistol are also included in all their glory!”

Oooooooohhhh!!!♥︎♡

(・∀・) “Even though they were shrunk down to Nendoroid size, we still tried to keep as much detail as we possibly could!” 

It shows! They’re so tiny but the detail is astounding! (゜д゜；)

 (・∀・) “We also decide to include this!”

Ooh! Is that what I think it is?!

(・∀・) “Not only are her guns included, but Zafkiel’s form as a giant clock face is also included as an effect part to place behind her!”

It brings out the atmosphere of the series nicely! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

The clock face is a plastic sheet, but it comes with a special little connector to hold it up behind Kurumi! 

(・∀・) “The connector is the same as the ones that came with the Attack on Titan Nendoroid series – it plugs into one of the holes on a standard Nendoroid stand!”

By the way, if we take a look from the back you’ll notice that her twintails…

(・∀・) “Yep! Her twintails are both fitted with Nendoroid joints allowing you to move them in absolutely any direction for some epic poses! Like this one!!

Ooooh!!

Just adding a twist to the hair instantly makes her look more dynamic! <○><○>

Not to mention the expression that has been in the past few photos! She looks ready to take on the world! ♥︎

It’s so very adorable!!

(・∀・) “This is her condescending expression! This expression combined with the way she speaks makes such a perfect combination!”

You can use the bent arm to make some playful poses too – even something a bit like a cat paw pose!

This expression is actually really easy to use in all sorts of ways!

(・∀・) “Kurumi is one of those characters with a load of expressions, and the third one we picked is very special for her!“

\ Ha.. hahaha… Ahahahahaha!!♪/

 (・∀・) “Kurumi’s third expression also captures her character brilliantly… the mad side of her character!” 

She looks completely uncontrollable with this face!

It very much reminds me of episode 8 from the series!

We’re finally into the last few days of October! It’s been quite a typhoon filled month so far, but let’s hope things calm down a bit from here on…!

Anyway, today I’ll be taking a look at:
Nendoroid Eli Ayase!♡

From the popular anime series ‘Love Live!’ comes a Nendoroid of the responsible, confident member of μ’s, Eli Ayase!  She has been sculpted wearing her outfit used in the song ‘Bokura wa Ima no Naka de’. 

Eli’s standard face shows off her confident smile, and she also comes with another smiling expression which can also be used as a singing expression!  She also comes with a large number of parts that allow you to recreate the dance moves from the opening theme of the first season! Be sure to display her together with the previously announced Nico Yazawa, Honoka Kousaka, Kotori Minami and other upcoming members of μ’s! ♪

The smart, athletic student council president and μ’s member! ♡

Elichika, also known as Eli Ayase is joining the Nendoroids!
She’s the fourth character from Love Live! to become a Nendoroid! ♪

Just like the others before her, she is in her ‘Bokura wa Ima no Naka de’ stage outfit! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Let’s see how she looks from the back!

Her trademark ponytail is fitted with a Nendoroid join allowing you to match her hair with her pose!

The frills on her sleeves and collar have also faithfully been included! ♪

Her outfit is rather different to the previously announced μ’s members!

While the previous characters all had ribbons around their necks, Eli instead has a neck tie! The balance of the bottom is also completely different to the others! ♡

Also, just look at this expression…!

Elichi’s confident smile is so adorable! ♥︎

This expression really suits her character really well! (*´Д｀)=з

(・∀・) “Her alternate expression is also filled with Elichi charm!”

We’re joined by Nendoroid Eli’s planner, Hamako!

(・∀・) ‘Take a look!”

I-It’s so cute…! (*´∀`*)!

(・∀・) “This expression is based on Eli’s expression when the μ’s members all went out to eat hamburgers! The smile was so heart-warming and memorable that I just had to include it!”

It was the same episode where the nine members did their first live at an open school! The episode itself was very memorable too! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

(・∀・) “Yep! By the way, the pose above is made in the image of the first opening song! The part that goes ‘datte~ sono kurushisa mo~ ♪’”

That section actually has a bit of a sad expression, which was still cute on Eli – but when it comes down to it… her smile is definitely #1! ♪

(・∀・) “Once again we included bent arms and legs allowing for dance scenes, or various original poses!”

Plus by the time Eli-chan reaches everyone’s homes… Honoka-chan, Nico-nii and Kotori-chan will already be on sale! ε=(｡・д・｡)

Once we have Maki-chan and Nontan we can start posing them in their respective units, or school years! I can’t wait for the rest to be announced! ♪

Optional parts include a clipboard and signboard needed for any race! You can stick any number you like on the signboard allowing for a little extra customization as well! She comes with both a smiling expression and a shouting expression to cheer the drivers on!

Following on from Nendoroid Rei Ayanami: EVANGELION RACING Ver. whom I reviewed last week, comes  a Nendoroid of  Shikinami Asuka Langley also dressed up in a shiny race queen outfit!! ♥︎

The numbers on her back, openings on the side of her skirt and black lines all over her outfit have all been faithfully included!

It’s actually a rather revealing outfit, but it still looks great in Nendoroid size!

Let’s take a quick look at what EVANGELION RACING is! ♪

What is EVANGELION RACING?

EVANGELION RACING is a racing team that was created as a tie-up when the new EVANGELION movie was made. The team takes place in popular motorsports races in Japan using a car painted the colors of Unit 01! The teams race queens are modelled off the ‘Children’ from the series!

With that said, obviously Asuka also comes with items ideal for a race queen!

First up… a grid board!

It’s been shrunk down to Nendoroid size, but is still very faithful to the full-size design! She also comes with a special hand part to hold the grid board, allowing for a lovely pose like above! ε=(｡・д・｡)

Speaking of lovely poses!

Her two side ponytails are both fitted with Nendoroid joints for easy posing!

You can create all sorts of dynamic nuances by playing around with the direction of her hair!

The second optional part included with her is a signboard!

This is the board that gives info to the cars in a race! This board for example tells Car #2 that he is on his 777th lap and must go in for a pit stop next! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

The signboard will be included as a blank board at first, with various numbers included as stickers for you to add the details as you wish!(｀・ω・´)

Anyways, lets take a look at her expressions next!

Rei Ayanami came with a clear and smiling expression, while Asuka comes with one that suits her personality just as well! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ


“What are you, stupid?”

Asuna comes with a shouting expression that makes you think of her famous lines from the series! It captures the tsundere side of her character so nicely! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

I’m sure she cheers on for the racers in a very harsh way! ♪

You can also pose her with Ayanami Rei and recreate some famous scenes!

What I really wanted to show with this pose though, is the fact that her belly button is sticking out! <○><○>

Even as a Nendoroid she is looking as sexy as ever!

Anyway, you are of course welcome to enjoy Asuka alone… but…
