Nendoroid Kuroki Tomoko

Today I’m going to take a look at a Nendoroid with expressions that are sure to get everyone exited… even on a Monday!

Nendoroid Kuroki Tomoko!

From the anime series that many unpopular women relate to, ‘Watashi ga Motenai no wa dou Kangaetemo Omaera ga Warui!” comes a Nendoroid of the main character, Kuroki Tomoko! Pose her in many of your favorite scenes from the series such as the famous panty tearing scene, or instead holding her Handy Massage Machine and ‘Nude Butlers’ in each hand. Her unique expressions are also included for even more effect! Mokocchi hopes you’ll give her loads of attention in Nendoroid size!

Every time I watch an episode of this series I remember some of the darker times of my school years…

The main character from ‘Watamote’ is joining the Nendoroids, and she also comes with her headphones to ensure she can keep calm when need be!

Her school bag is also included!


Both the headphones and school bag can be removed!


The flaps in her skirt are really well done!! (｀・ω・´)


Mokocchi’s bent legs are shrunk down into Nendoroid-size in such a way that they keep her awkward posture perfectly!

If you’re a fan of the series you should also know that the November issue of Nyan-TYPE is a Watamote special, so don’t miss out!

A quick page-through reveals a lovely big pin-up!!

Easily one of the most entertaining I’ve seen in ages!

But anyway… it’s time to move onto the highlights of the figure…. her incredible expression parts!! ♪

Here we go…!!

An expression to recreate the scene where she rips apart the panties she bought with Yuu-chan in episode 4: “Since I’m Not Popular, I’ll Have a Good Dream”

The manga conveyed her insanity super well, but seeing it in motion in the anime took it to a whole new level! She also comes with a separate font hair part to use with this expression! ♪

Putting the ruffled hair on the standard expression is also cute! It gives her hair a messier look which no one can say doesn’t suit her! The mad expression did cause quite a few discussions to arise here in the offices though…
(discussions like “can we really take it this far…?” ^^;)


But while the Nendoroid was being supervised by the original authors known as ‘Niko Tanigawa’, he had this to say: “It’s amazing how she still looks cute in Nendoroid size even with the twisted expression…”

We couldn’t ask for a nicer comment from the original author!! Thank you!!

The panties can also be swapped out for this other part!

The paper reads ‘Riajyuu’, which refers to people who are living an ideal and enjoyable life in reality… this shows Mokocchi’s envy toward all those people!


She looks even more mad with both eyes visible!

The main planner of this figure was none other than the sole player of the GSC offices… me!! (｀・ω・´；)

The expression gives off a feeling of loss and can also be used to recreate the Mokocchi running around in the final episode. There are various different possibilities for it! But there are still another parts for me to show everyone…!


The Handy Massage Machine and “Naked Butlers” game!! ♡

Together with this satisfied looking expression you can recreate Mokocchi’s night of relaxation!

I don’t think we can ever expect to see an optional part like this be included with any other Nendoroids… Mokocchi allowed for some really unique parts!


Note that the Handy Massage Machine isn’t a toy! Be sure to read the handing instructions carefully before use! (｀・ω・´；)ｷﾘｯ


If you pose her with both arms up and the same expression, it has a bit of a psychotic look! As if she’s ready to pounce on Yuu-chan’s well-endowed body!!


This could even make for some poses similar to those W**dy is known for…

Nendoroid Shimakaze

“Noo! I can’t believe I’m going down like this…”

Let’s get straight into today’s prototype review! A character from the hugely popular browser game ‘Kantai Collection ~KanColle~’…

Nendoroid Shimakaze!!

From ‘Kantai Collection ~KanColle~’ comes a Nendoroid of Shimakaze, one of the cutest and fastest battleships you’ll ever see! Shimakaze includes various optional parts including three of the cute ‘Rensouhou-chan’ naval artillery cannons!

Other optional parts include an alternate body to pose her in her ‘half damage’ form, torpedo parts to fire on her enemy and even shooting effect parts for her cute little cannons. Recreate the world of KanColle in cute Nendoroid form!

She is so super cute!! (*´Д`)*lick* *lick*

The huge bow in her hair looks like giant bunny ears!


Her low-rise pleated skirt and slightly visible V-string underwear are also lovely!


She has been sculpted down to the very finest of details!!☆

Three Rensouhou-chan cannons are also included!

Here they are all displayed together! ♪

They also come with special effect parts to display them firing! (ﾟ∀ﾟ)


But that’s not the only effect parts! Shimakaze herself also comes with a torpedo launcher to sink her enemies!


The effect parts really make the torpedoes appear to be firing off! ★


Apparently there parts were remade again and again to try and recreate the ‘launch’ feeling as accurately as possible!


You can really see a lot of work was put into her weapons!

What made you want to work on KanColle Nendoroids in the first place?

(・∀・) “I was playing the game and decided the characters were so cute, I’d love to make figures of them! Just before WonFes I managed to speak with the publishers and that started it all – they were very keen themselves!

So everything worked out nice and easy! ♪ Yay!

(・∀・) “I really think the Nendoroid design suits the KanColle girls quite nicely, so I’m hoping we can continue the series too!”

Nendoroid Amy, Picktam!, Danganronpa Cycling Goods & Live Broadcast!

Whenever I’m feeling a little down I always start lip-syncing to songs while walking home at night. It really cheers me up, and if anyone comes around you simply need to face down and they’ll never even know!

But anyway, today I have a couple of things to introduce to everyone so let’s get started! There is also a live broadcast announcement at the end of the blog!

First up I’d like to take a look at…
Nendoroid Amy!

From the anime series ‘Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet’ comes a Nendoroid of the energetic heroine of the series, Amy! She comes with two different smiling expressions to really bring out her cheerful and energetic personality.

Other optional parts include the ‘kite’ glider she uses on her deliveries, the Hideauze flute that Ledo made as well as the Grace, the squirrel who always keeps her company – various parts to help recreate your favorite scenes from the series!

I know many of you have been waiting for this ever since her unpainted prototype was revealed – apologies for the wait! She is the adorable character designed by none other than Hanaharu Naruko-sensei!

The Hideauze flute and bag look lovely!


Everything has such intricate detail!


(・∀・) “The reason for that is that the publisher worked directly with us to help get her perfect!”

Today we’re joined by Yassan from the planning team!

(・∀・) “We worked closely with them to ensure she came out as a Nendoroid of ‘Hanaharu Naruko’s Amy’, even in Nendoroid form!”

The slightest changes in color and smallest details on the accessories were all carefully checked by the publisher!


The story, world and battles were definitely a big part of Gargantia for me, but the bright colors used for the characters, the pretty sea and amazing effects made it beautiful and even more amazing to watch! ♡

(・∀・) “We had to put a lot of thinking into how to get the colors of Grace to come out nicely! The planning team, manufacturing team and publisher would all come together to discuss things like this to help create the best product possible! The meetings were also rather fun and memorable!”

That’s a lot of people to be coming together to all add their input! (｡・д・｡)


If you remove her cape you can see she is actually rather well endowed!


(・∀・) “They’re not too big, but they’re just the right size for fans to know they’re there!”

Let’s have a look at the reverse side of the Nendoroid!

Her skirt is a little dangerously short… I had to take care with the photos while still trying to show off a bit of skin!! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

(・∀・) “The skirt was adjusted to help show off her curves a little better!”

The curves on her bottom are rather lovely… I highlighted them a bit for everyone!


Aren’t they lovely?!

Plus she comes with this amazing option part – her glider!

It’s actually bigger than you might think! I put a 1 yen coin next to it to try and give you a better idea for the size! She comes with special arm parts to pose her gliding through the air!


Posed as if someone’s calling out to her as she flies through the clouds!


Something like, “Amy! Take this too please!!” as she’s about to fly off!

Nendoroid T.M. Revolution

Today I’ll be taking a look at a Nendoroid who was announced a little while back, but is now available at the GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP!

Nendoroid T.M.Revolution!

The popular music artist ‘T.M. Revolution’ is joining the Nendoroid series wearing the stage outfit seen during his live tour ‘T.M.R. LIVE REVOLUTION’13 -UNDER：COVER 2-‘. The Nendoroid also includes the ‘CLOUD’ seen in his ‘Preserved Roses’ music video, along with a sticker allowing you to recreate the important cut on his cheek seen in the music video!

Various other optional parts such as a mike stand, tour T-shirt and towel are all also included to recreate one of his live performances! You can choose to pose him in the cool poses from the music video, or instead have him performing for you live on stage!

Nishikawa-san!!!! (*´Д`)

He is the 3rd musical artist to join the Nendoroid series! He is also the 5th Nendoroid based on a real person! (The first was Joy Max!)

He’s so cute!! So very cute!!! (*´Д`)ﾊｧﾊｧ

His soft looking curly hair has been transformed into Nendoroid size beautifully, and even the reverse side of the figure is amazingly detailed!

(・∀・) “We had Nishikawa-san himself supervise the making of this Nendoroid!”

The head planner for this figure has come to join us! Kyojin!
I believe that your home town is the same as Nishikawa-kun’s! Is that right?

(・∀・) “Yep! While he was checking the Nendoroid we chatted all about Shiga prefecture!”

I’m really jealous…!
But let’s get back to talking about the figure… what are your best parts?

(・∀・) “We paid special attention to his lower eyelashes and even his mole! They’re important! But the detail on his outfit and accessories also had a lot of focus put into them!

It really looks like he just jumped out of the ‘Preserved Roses’ music video!

Zooming up close you can really see the details!


I really love the part in the music video where Nishikawa-san takes off the helmet and looks upward… ♥


Or the scene where he leans against the wall! Or even the running scene! Not to mention how amazing Nana-sama looks with either the black or silver hair!! The silver hair style also gave her such a fresh appearance! ♥ The overall futuristic feeling of the video was also such a thrill to watch… be sure to take a look if you haven’t seen it!!

Phew! Let me get back on track again… another item included is the strange block of squares seen on the CD jacket and in the music video! ☆

An alternate body wearing a live tour T-shirt is also included! ♪


Such detail is visible on the design of the shirt!


Another fan item, the T.M.Revolution towel is also included!

I think I remember Mikatan-sensei telling me about this before…

(｀・ω・) “Prototypes are often needed by the manufacturing or planning teams, or might be on display at events… making them nearly impossible to get hold of!
When the time comes, you’ll need to fight to get your hands on them first!!”

The fight for the prototypes… I think I’ve already lost this time around though…! Next time I’ll get hold of everything well before hand!! For today I’ll have to just use the official photos!

On closer inspection you’ll notice his eyes are a different color. This expression is less cute and more beautiful!♡ A sticker to recreate the scene where his cheek is cut is also included.

Uzuki Shimamura: New Generation Ver.

Yay for long weekends! The dreaded Monday is nowhere in sight! Although having two long weekends in a row makes me scared about next week… it’s going to feel longer than ever! ((((；ﾟДﾟ))))

But let’s not think about that and instead have some fun taking a look at someone with one of the brightest smiles ever! A figure which was recently on display at THE IDOLM@STER 8th ANNIVERSARY HOP! STEP!! FESTIV@L!!!

Uzuki Shimamura: New Generation Ver. ♪

From the popular social game ‘IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls’ comes a 1/8th scale figure of Uzuki Shimamura wearing her ‘New Generation’ outfit!

She has a huge smile on her face bringing out her cheerful personality, and the cute pink stage outfit has been sculpted down to the finest of details for fans to enjoy! A Visit to Tokyo Game Show & animate Yokohama!

The only games I’ve ever managed to play from start to finish are “Lupin the 3rd: The Castle of Cagliostro: Saikai” and “Kingdom Hearts”! I actually play a lot but I just never manage to get very far into them! (´・ω・｀)

But this weekend is the… Tokyo Game Show 2013!!

I was able to visit the event early yesterday! (｀・ω・´)


I hadto wonder why the one screen was covered with a ‘backpack exhibition’ sign…


Let’s head into the event hall!


Things are already getting rather exciting!


The whole event hall felt like something from the future! ☆

I’ve been to the Makuhari Messe for all sorts of events in the past, but the lighting and atmosphere of the Tokyo Game Show has a completely different feeling to it! It feels more like a theme park!

Plus there were slimes and chocobos floating around in the air…

There was even someone wearing this cute Metal Dragon hat!


There were also lots of High Score Girl Akira-chans!! All so cute!!(*´Д`)
I was too embarrassed to get close enough for photos though… (´・ω・｀)

Good Smile Company had a figure on display at the GOD EATER2 booth!


GOD EATER2 releases in November this year, and the new main character ‘Ciel Alanson’ has already come this far as a figure!!


When I heard she was going to be on display at TGS, I quickly grabbed some photos of her in the office beforehand! (ΦωΦ)…!


Her twisted pose and beautiful body-line… and that glaring expression!
They’re all so beautiful!!


Plus the outfit is super cute! ♥ The combination of the cute girl side and the serious combat look gives the figure a great presence!

Plus I can also make another announcement on today’s blog!

Nendoroid Alisa is in production!!

Alice is from the previous God Eater game, and she has a brand new costume in the new game! Her light skin and white hair look great – as expected of a Russian beauty! I can’t wait to see the Nendoroid sculpt!! ((o(´∀｀)o))

One of the games at SEGA’s booth was Hatsune Miku Project mirai 2 which is going on sale on the 28th November!


At the booth they were handing out this ‘Weekly Famiku’ magazine filled with all sorts of info from the game, including information on the songs in the game and other new features! ♪


The cover also mentions that the magazine came to the GSC offices!
They even interviewed Hamako and myself!!

This was the first interview I’ve ever been a part of, so I was super nervous throughout… I don’t even really remember what I said on the day! (｀・ω・´；)

Yesterday I decided to go help out at a very store that means a huge amount to me as I’ve been there so often… animate Yokohama!

I came here two days ago during the typhoon as well! Ever since I was in middle school I often come by here… I love this store! ^^

There was even someone advertising the Mikudayo sales on the third floor! Thank you!!

Nendoroid Petite: THE IDOLM@STER 2 Million Dreams Ver. – Stage 01

Hello everyone, Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

When I think of idols the first things that come to my mind are Morning Musume and Aya Matsuura! I also remember buying idol photos from the Hello! Project shop and going to concerts all the time… I was really a huge fan at one stage!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at a bunch of idols that producers around the world have come to love…

Nendoroid Petite:
THE IDOLM@STER 2 Million Dreams Ver. – Stage 01 ♪

The popular Nendoroid Petites from ‘THE IDOLM@STER 2’ are back again, this time featuring the idols in their ‘Million Dreams’ outfits! The set includes seven idols including Haruka Amami, Chihaya Kisaragi, Makoto Kikuchi, Yayoi Takatsuki, Mami Futami, Takane Shijou and Ritsuko Akizuki. The alternate colored outfits will help you produce your cutest concert ever!

The product name is too long to fit nearly on a single line! ><

The idols are all together once again, this time wearing the bright ‘Million Dreams’ outfits – the last outfits released in IDOLM@STER2!!

Let’s take a closer look at each of them one-by-one!

1) Ritsuko Akizuki
– Always on the ball and working hard! The silent governor of the office! –

Ricchan was a secret character in the original set, but there was no point hiding it this time around! She is also included with the new outfits! Her glasses look super cute, but they can also be removed if you prefer!

2) Haruka Amami
– She loves singing, sweets and friends! The ever-happy Haruka! –

“Producer-san! Our Million Dreams outfits are being released! Million Dreams!!”

I remember grinning every time I heard her voice play during commercials!
It’s so lovely! ε=(｡・д・｡)

3) Makoto Kikuchi
– Always filled with energy! A girl as clear as the blue skies! –

I think the silver in these outfits brings out Makoto’s cool side more than before! Both her tough appearance and soft personality are captured in the figure!

4) Chihaya Kisaragi
– The quiet loner who dedicates everything to song –

Most likely the most popular of the idols among producers in the our offices! Whenever I see the number 72 I think of Chihaya now… ((o(´∀｀)o)


Moving on to the final three!

5) Takane Shijou
– The well-mannered, elegant princess? Nobody knows for sure! –

Even as a tiny Nendoroid Petite, Takane-sama always looks incredibly classy and ready to impress everyone! I’ve been told that Chihaya fans and Takane fans get along well, can anyone confirm that? 😛

6) Yayoi Takatsuki
– The bright and cheerful idol for the people! –

Listening to Yayoi’s songs always gets me excited and cheerful, so I almost always listen to them before WonFes…!

7) Mami Futami
– A solo debut! The hard working, more relaxing of the Futami twins! –

I think this figure shows that Mami-chan does have a bit of a mature side too! The pink wrist bands suit her so nicely! ♥
I have to admit that I personally prefer Mami to Ami…! (ΦωΦ)

That brings us to the end of these seven idols!
…and just look at Ricchan’s sexy back! ( -ﾉｪ-)

I can hear the producers all the way from here…!

Today I took a look at the Million Dreams Ver. – Stage 01 set! (ΦωΦ)
Stage 02 will be coming at a later stage, so worry not! ♡

As things are going it will most likely be next month.
I’ll take a closer look at them at that point!

Nendoroid Misaka

Hello everyone, Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

Whenever I’m at events I often make use of Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu to get around everywhere at once… but since watching the new Railgun series I’m quite worried that I might have doppelgangers out there that I can’t control!

With that said, today I’ll be taking a look at a doppelganger just like that!

Nendoroid Misaka!!

From the anime series ‘Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S’ comes a Nendoroid of one of Mikoto Misaka’s clones. She comes with three expressions including her standard blank expression, an interested expression and a chibi expression. The goggles she wears are also included, and can be worn on either her forehead or over her eyes. Other optional parts include a fully detailed assault rifle and electricity effect parts for combat scenes.

The kitten that appeared when she first met Mikoto, as well as a rolled up skirt part to display the kitten in are also included! A Gekota badge is even included to place on her uniform! This Misaka may be a clone, but there are still many unique elements to her for fans to enjoy!

Following on from Nendoroid Mikoto Misaka and Nendoroid Kuroko Shirai comes a Nendoroid of one of Mikoto’s clones or ‘sisters’! ♪

She comes with both an assault rifle and electricity effect parts! (｀・ω・´)


The spiraling electric effect parts are placed on her arm, making her look charged and ready for combat!


The goggles can either be worn over her eyes or placed on her forehead – an alternate front hair part is included for the latter!

She also comes with three different expressions including her standard blank expression, an interested expression and a chibi expression. ☆

A Nendoroid-sized Gekota tin badge! This is included as a sticker with the product. Each Misaka will come with four of the sticker! ♪

Combined with the chibi face it makes her look embarrassed to be wearing it! So cute!! It was #9982’s final present… a gift to be remembered! (´・ω・｀)

Skirt parts and a black kitty are also included ro create the scene where the clone first meets the real Mikoto!

I can also picture a number of other uses for these skirt parts… even just combining them with the chibi expression creates quite an interesting scene for the shy Misaka!! ☆

The slight blush on her cheeks says everything…!

Plus the hand parts for holding up the skirt can be used without the alternate skirt, allowing for poses like this one!

Nendoroid Nozomu Itoshiki 1.5

Rumba, rumba, rumba, rumba, rumba! ♪

I’m still half asleep due to the long weekend, but even so I was happy to take a look at these two lovely Nendoroid which will be shipping out from GSC on the 24th September!

Nendoroid Nozomu Itoshiki 1.5 and

Kouji Kumeta Color Ver.!

He’s finally back again ヽ(･ω･´(｀；ω；´)ﾉ｀･ω･)ﾉ-!!

Nendoroid Zetsubou-sensei came 4th on the rerelease polls during the GSC 10th anniversary, and instead of a simple rerelease, he got a little remake with a complete new sculpt and alternate color version! (｀・ω・´)

The ‘1.5’ in title isn’t just for show! The Nendoroid really has been upgraded with all sorts of improvements including overall balance changes and better neck joints. He’s cuter and more posable than ever before!

Plus as I mentioned before there is a completely alternate color version – colors decided on by the original author of the manga, Kouji Kumeta! ﾍ(ﾟ∀ﾟ*)ﾉ

He has a lighter skin tone and a more monotone look – rather stylish if you ask me! Not only is his hair and clothes a different color, but the small accessories are also rather different!! (*´Д`)

Have a look! Even the smaller details like the metal parts on the bag have all been changed from silver to gold on the Kouji Kumeta version! It’s so nice to see little details like this! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

They both also come with an attendance register!

Which allows for interesting poses like this one! (´∀｀*)ｳﾌﾌ

Every time I see Zetsubou-sensei I wish I could push his glasses up. ^^;

Oh, and the scarf can be removed and even swapped out between versions! ☆

This is how they look with swapped scarves! It’s actually quite fun to exchange parts between the two and see how they look! ♪

Let’s try swapping out his hakama as well!!!

Whilst I do think they look best with their own parts, it’s still a lot of fun to try create your very own Zetsubou-sensei by swapping out parts between the two versions! Did you notice I swapped their bags out too? ☆

It’s also a rather unique outfit as far as Nendoroids go, so let’s see how it looks on some other characters!

It’s so different to their normal outfits, giving them a nice, refreshing appearance! ε=(｡・д・｡)

You can also try out the despairing expression on some other characters… it’ll suit some more than others though!

I kind of wish I had a girl’s hakama to create a Taisho era couple out of Kiriro and Asuna!!

Perhaps the most important part to this Nendo, the hanging rope, is included with both versions! (ΦωΦ)

As soon as you think, “It’s time to hang Zetsubou-sensei!”, you first need to remove the hair part of his head…

Then look in the box and locate this special hair part with a hole in it!

Place the end of the rope with a circle around the neck joint, and then feed it through the hair parts as you see below!

The way to do this is also written in the handling instructions, so take a look through them too if you find yourself a little bit lost! Now simply reattach the hair parts and hang the rope from whatever you please!

Just so we’re clear, this is just to stretch out his height!
I would never really hang Zetsubou-sensei!!

Nendoroid Sheryl Nome

Today is not only Friday the 13th, but also the birthday of two famous twin plumbers! Not only that but it’s also my 30th blog update!

I made sure she would be here for today! (・ω<)

She comes with both left and right bent legs, so I made use of them to create a makeshift sitting pose! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

The big ribbon on her back even features ball joints for easy posing!

Even as a Nendoroid she has a sexy air about her!! (*´Д`)


Her shiny earrings have been faithfully recreated in Nendoroid size! Not to mention her beautiful long hair…! I can only imagine that it smells fantastic! (ﾟ∀ﾟ)

That’s right! They both comes with stage parts! Let’s take a look!

The stage part starts off as two separate parts in the box! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ


You simply need to connect the smaller part into the bottom of the stage!


That smaller part can then be connected to the normal Nendoroid stand to complete the stage stand! As you might expect, she looks amazing up on stage! ﾍ(ﾟ∀ﾟ*)ﾉ
