Nendoroid Asuna: Ordinal Scale Ver. & Yui (Sword Art Online The Movie: Ordinal Scale)

I drank some transparent tea the other day and was somewhat surprised at how tea-like it tasted. The transparent drinks that are coming out recently really mess with one’s mind!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Asuna: Ordinal Scale Ver. & Yui!

From “Sword Art Online The Movie: Ordinal Scale” comes a Nendoroid of the main heroine, Asuna, based on his new outfit from the movie! She comes with both a standard face and a shouting face for combat poses. The AR-type information terminal “Augma” that plays an important role in the movie is included, as well as her favorite sword allowing for all sorts of poses from the series.

In addition, she also comes with a smiling face with a slight blush, a small figure of Yui as well as the engagement ring that Kirito gave her allowing for various Nendoroid poses that show the love and bonds between the characters of the movie!

“Ordinal Scale, Activate!”

From the anime movie with its Blu-ray & DVD going on sale today, “Sword Art Online The Movie: Ordinal Scale” comes a Nendoroid of Asuna, the rapier user also known by her nickname, the “Flash”! The unique design of her outfit from the movie has been converted into Nendoroid size with careful attention to detail on both the sculpt and paintwork! ♪

Her hairstyle with a ring of braids has also been faithfully preserved!

The little ponytail section at the back is attached with a joint for slightly different posing options!

Plus, she also comes with a little friend!!

The character that looks up to Asuna and Kirito as parents, Yui is included with Asuna’s Nendoroid!! (っ’ω’)っ))

She has been made as a really tiny figure to better match the size of the Nendoroids, but even so the detail on her outfit with it’s ribbons and even the flower in her hair have all been beautifully sculpted and painted! But let’s get back to Asuna!

She can also be displayed with her rapier drawn, ready for a fight! You can use this together with the included combat expression to display her ready for combat, showing off her speed with the weapon!

While there is a lot of power behind the expression, I also think the way her teeth are sticking out at the top is so very cute!!

Plus she also comes with a third face plate…

A blushing smile which is perfect to display with her showing off the engagement ring that she got from Kirito! ♥

If you look close you can see the ring on her ring finger!! I wish them many happy years ahead!! (/ω＼)

Nendoroid Murakumo (Kantai Collection -KanColle-)

We’re only just getting to the end of Summer and my hay fever is already starting to act up… it hasn’t even got that cold yet!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Murakumo!

From the popular browser game “Kantai Collection -KanColle-” comes a Nendoroid of the fifth Fubuki-class destroyer, Murakumo! She comes with three face plates including a standard face, a half-damaged expression as well as a smiling face.

Her unique ship parts have been captured using translucent parts to bring out the feel of the material, and the arm has a wide range of articulation allowing it to be moved in all different directions. The standard turret firing effects as well as torpedo effects are both included allowing for various combat scenes as well!

In addition, she also comes with a scarf, glove and chocolates to display her based on her Valentines day illustration! Enjoy various different sides of her character in your collection!

“So, you’re the commander? I hope you’re up to the job.”

The fifth special class destroyer, Murakumo, is joining the Nendoroid series! Her cute expression with an open mouth, the long red tie with a sailor uniform, rabbit ear-like ship parts and the long arms with turrets attached have all been faithfully converted into Nendoroid size!

The back of her long hair is also fitted with an additional set of joints (areas circled in red) that make sure that her hair does not get in the way when posing the arms, while also allows for slightly more dynamic nuances!

The arms and turrets also move in all sorts of different ways! (っ’ω’)っ

They can all be moved to the once side as a kind of shield…

Or instead spread out far on both sides…

” Fools who get my in way… will sink!“

You can just imagine her cute voice when you pose her in a more battle ready pose like those above! Although the expression above is based on her half-damaged expression it also has quite a steadfast look to it that can also be used as a confident look for combat scenes! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

She also comes with turret firing and torpedo firing effect parts which bring out the heat of battle even more!

For her third face plate, we have a cute smiling expression!

While they both have a slight blush, the contrast between the half-damaged expression and this cute smile is such a lovely sight!!

Plus as I’m sure you’ve noticed, she also comes with a scarf, gloves and a box of chocolates to recreate her Valentine’s look! ♡

The Valentine’s outfit can also be used with the half-damaged expression to create a perfectly tsundere scene!

Anastasia: Story of Revolving Stars Ver. (THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS)

Hello everyone! Chan-shuu from GSC’s planning team here!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at this scale figure from THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS…
Anastasia: Story of Revolving Stars Ver.!

From the popular idol production game “THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS” comes a 1/8th scale figure of Anastasia!

The figure’s outfit is based on the “Story of Revolving Stars” outfit for a inspiring yet somewhat wistful appearance as she stands on stage. The various chains and belts that decorate the outfit have been carefully detailed, creating an intricate figure filled with highlights – as if the illustration jumped up as a 3D figure for fans to enjoy! Be sure to add her to your collection!

A never-ending  sea of stars that fills the sky

The idol with a Russian father and Japanese mother who mixes Russian into her sentences has been transformed into a beautiful 1/8th scale figure!! Her gorgeous blue, gold and white outfit has also been captured in lovely detail!

▲ A gentle expression with confidence in her eyes!

Her long eyelashes and turquoise eyes have been captured beautifully, and the comfortable looking pose with her hand extended create a lovely flow to her outfit that makes one think of the deep blue sea! The cute open mouth is also a rather unique and very cute point! (*´ω｀*)

Also note the slight blue tints to the sides of her hair which are included to completely recreate the original illustration in figure form!

▲A part of her hair accessory makes use of translucent parts!

The pearl paintwork one one part, a lovely gradient on the feathers as well as translucent parts which all comes together to look amazing!!

Each and every one of the fingers have been sculpted to look so very charming! The white gloves also have a slight blue shadow to them to give them more depth that makes the hand look so realistic! The unique accessory on her arm is also lovely and intricate!

Another thing I love is the area of her arm you can see underneath the sleeve! It gives you a nice feeling of depth!

This hand also has such lovely sculpted fingers! Also note the clasp that holds the gloves close as well as the tiny little hole that shows an extra little bit of skin!! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

▲ According to Anya the outfit is a Japanese designer’s take on a classic Russian ceremonial dress!

An outfit with an ancient and honorable origin, that really suits Anya’s character perfectly! The pose also has a very dynamic feeling which makes the outfit flow around her really beautifully!

The skirt has a matte finish, while the socks below have a glossy look for a nice contrast! The top of the socks are also designed with belts and you can see they are squeezing her thighs quite tightly!

The end of the ribbon also has the same accessory that was at the end of the microphone! The flow of the ribbon also adds to the dynamic appearance I mentioned before!

The difference in gloss helps to differentiate the different textures on the figure while also giving them a very chic appearance while not being too obtrusive!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at Kahokawa’s…
Suzune Horikita: Clothes Changing ver.!

From “CLASSROOM OF THE ELITE” comes a 1/7th scale figure of the D-class’s Suzune Horikita posed in the middle of getting dressed. The figure is based on an illustration by original character designer Tomose Shunsaku, which was originally used for a bonus included with the original light novels.

She is posed with a surprised look on her face with a slight blush in her cheeks as she is caught in a rather sexy appearance with her shirt and blouse wide open in the middle of getting dressed. Her beautiful long black hair and her sexy underwear make use of a large number of intricate parts and her body line has been carefully sculpted to ensure that her stunning curves are captured exactly as they looked on the original illustration. Enjoy a more defenseless look to the usual Suzune by adding this figure to your collection!

A sexy scale figure of the mysterious beauty who tends to distance herself from her classmates, Suzune Horikita!

Tomose Shunsaku’s cute illustration has been transformed into figure with amazing detail that captures all the charm of the original!

The ever so slight gradient toward the tips of her long hair has been faithfully included on the figure’s design, and the curves of her thighs and bottom look lovely even from the back!! ★

Another thing that really gets me is this facial expression!

As the product description reads, she is posed with a surprised look on her face with a slight blush in her cheeks as she is caught in a rather sexy appearance… the expression alone tells a whole story!! The fact that her eyes are looking slightly to the side also just adds even more to it! ε=(｡・д・｡)

Plus if we look a little lower there is much more to enjoy than just the lovely facial expression! (/ω・＼)


Her amazing body that is normally covered up by her uniform has been beautifully revealed to stare at to your heart’s content!!

Just look at all the curves from her collar bone all the way down to her belly button! You can see they have all been very carefully thought out for the sculpt!

If we look even lower…

The skirt she has just removed is lying on the floor!!

The fact that this is here just adds to the “getting dressed” effect and sets the scene so nicely!! These parts are not connected to the base, so you can choose to display it without the skirt, or even have the skirt lying around in a different position!

Nendoroid Kaban (Kemono Friends)

Today’s Main Feature!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Kaban!

From the popular anime series “Kemono Friends” comes a Nendoroid of Kaban-chan! She comes with three face plates including a gentle standard expression, a shouting expression to recreate the “Please don’t eat me” scene as well as a smiling expression to show her enjoying her travels around Japari Park.

Her trademark large backpack is included and can be opened and closed for various different poses. She also comes with a Japari Park map to pose her strolling around the park as well as the paper aeroplane from episode one. Be sure to display her together with the previously announced Nendoroid Serval!

“Please don’t eat me!”

From the anime series that captured the hearts of young and old fans alike “Kemono Friends” comes an adorable little Nendoroid of Kaban-chan! The large bag on her back, iconic feather in her hat, her slightly messy looking hair and even her baggy shorts have all been shrunk down carefully to Nendoroid size!

Nendoroid Shuichi Akai (Detective Conan)

The nights have finally started to cool down a little bit! I think we’re just about officially into Autumn now!

But anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Shuichi Akai!

From the popular anime series “Detective Conan” comes a Nendoroid of the skilled FBI agent Shuichi Akai! He comes with three face plates including a cool and composed standard expression, a provocative expression with closed eyes and a gentle smiling face. His favorite rifle is also included to display with him, so be sure to enjoy various different poses in Nendoroid size!

“Fear of death is worse than death itself.”

From the anime series that has been loved by old and young for many years “Detective Conan” comes a Nendoroid of the mysterious yet skilled agent trying to get to the bottom of the Black Organization, Shuichi Akai! His iconic outfit with black beanie, navy blue shirt and black jacket has all been transformed into Nendoroid size for a rather unique Nendoroid appearance!

Nendoroid Ernesti Echavalier (Knight’s & Magic)

I had an excellent long weekend that has charged up my otaku batteries for the week! Both my stress and my wallet feel much lighter thanks to the break!!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Ernesti Echavalier!★

From the anime series “Knight’s & Magic” comes a Nendoroid of the robot loving main character, Ernesti Echavalier! He comes with three face plates including a composed standard expression, an excited expression for when he is near one of his beloved robots as well as an mesmerized expression.

He comes complete with his Gunlike Rod invention together with effect parts to display it being used, as well as a holster. He also comes with a blueprint for Silhouette Knight as well as magic effect parts for all sorts of poses! Enjoy the cute and reliable Ern and his love for robots in Nendoroid size!

“Ah… this cold, hard feeling… It’s wonderful!!”

From the anime series that has its last episode airing next, “Knight’s & Magic” comes a Nendoroid of the main character with amazing knowledge and love for robots, Ern! Even in Nendoroid size the Gunlike Rod he invented can be seen holstered away at his hips!

The paintwork switches from matte to gloss all over the figure to capture the various different textures of his outfit! His hair also features the iconic pink gradient at the sides and all along the back! ♡

The figure makes use of ball joints at the top of the leg allowing for all sorts of posing opportunities while still keeping his shorts looking natural!

The Gunlike Rod can also comes with special effect parts that connect to the holster to display him in aerial battles!(｀・ω・´)ゞ

In addition, he also comes with magic effect parts based on those from the series! ♪

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Yunyun!

From the anime series ‘KONO SUBARASHII SEKAI NI SYUKUFUKU WO! 2’ comes a Nendoroid of the member of the Crimson Magic Clan and self-proclaimed rival of Megumin, Yunyun! She comes with three face plates including a confident expression to display her proposing a duel with Megumin, a hesitant expression to capture her more reserved personality as well as a distressed expression with tears in her eyes.

Optional parts include a present basket filled with fruits, a pointing finger as well as special parts to display her waving her arms around frantically! Be sure to display her with the previously released Nendoroid Megumin for even more display opportunities!

“My name is Yunyun! An Arch Wizard who will one day be the Crimson Magic village chief!”

The long awaited fourth Nendoroid from the anime series “KONO SUBARASHII SEKAI NI SYUKUFUKU WO! 2” is none other than the member of the Crimson Magic Clan and self-proclaimed rival of Megumin, Yunyun!! ♡

Her lovely red eyes, the braids in her hair that looks a bit like an Alice band and even her impressive body have all been carefully shrunk into Nendoroid size! ♪

The shiny gold accessory in her hair with its red ribbon as well as the two tied up ends are all faithfully included!

But anyway, let’s get back to Yunyun! Along with her standard expression above, she also comes with a much more timid looking hesitant expression!

Quite the contrast to her first face plate!

She also comes with bent arm parts for both the right and left which allows for this fidgety pose that suits the expression so nicely! ♪

Moving on to her third face plate, we have a crying expression!

The blushing face together with the tears in her eyes and that wavy looking mouth! Easily create the more distressed Yunyun in Nendoroid size! (´□｀｡)

She also comes with the absolutely perfect parts to match up with this expression – parts to display her waving her arms around frantically!

Schwi (No Game No Life -Zero-)

Today’s Main Feature!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at the 1/7th scale figure from Phat! Company that is currently up for preorder…
Schwi!

From the anime movie “No Game No Life -Zero-” comes a 1/7th scale figure of the ex-machina heroine, Schwi! The figure is based on the key visual from the original novel that the movie was based on, and captures Schwi as faithfully as possible with careful use of colors, intricate sculpting and other creative touches.

The large gun she holds in her right hand as well as the artificial nerve cords around her hips have a detailed mechanical appearance which contrasts beautifully with the cute, soft-looking appearance of her body.

Similar to the previously released 1/7th scale figures of Shiro and Jibril, she also comes with chibi figures to display beside her – this time of Riku and Corone, allowing you to enjoy displaying Schwi together with her family!

“I want to do whatever you want to do, Riku.”

From the movie of No Game No Life, “No Game No Life -Zero-“ comes a 1/7th scale figure of the ex-machina girl Schwi! The sculpting and paintwork all over the figure from her cute appearance to the mechanical parts of her character have all been faithfully preserved, with the gradient of her hair also looking amazing! ☆

The figure is based on the key visual from the original light novel! Let’s take a closer look at some of the main highlights of the figure!

– Paintwork / Sculpt –

The first thing I think anyone will notice is the gradient of her hair! ♥

From yellow to green to blue to purple! Such a lovely mix of color!!The sculpt of the hair also has a very dynamic feeling as it flows around her, and the hair in front of her face also has a gentle wafting appearance that adds a gentle, floating feel to the figure! ε=(｡・д・｡)

The ex-machina parts of her design have a rigid, mechanical feeling to them that add a lovely contrast to the figure!♪

You can see the amount of detail put into the design, but it is even more impressive to see in person!! Be sure to take a nice close look if you add her to your collection! ヽ(*´∀｀)ノ

Look at the sharp, shiny and metallic appearance!

The difference between her soft skin, the ex-machina parts and her long flowing hair is such a treat for the eyes!

– Facial Expression –

Those cute wide eyes, little mouth and slight blush make for such an amazingly cute face!! Just looking her in the eyes makes me want to jump to her side and protect her however I can!! Taking a photo from a slightly higher angle allows you to match with her gaze nicely which makes for a very nice shot! ♡

– Chibi Figures –

As with the previous figures in Phat’s No Game No Life series, Schwi also comes with two little chibi figures to display beside her! This time around we have Riku and Corone!

▲ They may be small, but they are still nice and detailed!

The previously released Shiro and Jibril also came with little figures to display with the larger scale figure!

Nendoroid Roy Mustang (FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST)

Recently whenever it rains I forget my umbrella and end up buying a cheap vinyl umbrella! I really need to start paying more attention to the weather forecasts! (˚ ˃̣̣̥ω˂̣̣̥ )

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Roy Mustang!!

From the popular “FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST” series comes a Nendoroid of the “Flame Alchemist” Roy Mustang! He comes with three face plates including a standard face with a fearless smile, a serious expression with sharp eyes as well as a more playful smiling face for when he belittles Edward. His arms are articulated allowing for various different poses, and even in Nendoroid size the transmutation circles on his gloves have been carefully detailed.

Flame effect parts to capture his classic finger snap pose are of course included, as well as a line of fire which can be placed on the ground in front of him. The black coat he wears on his shoulders is also included allowing for even more magnificent poses! Be sure to display him together with the previously announced Nendoroid Edward Elric and Nendoroid Alphonse Elric!

“I am the Flame Alchemist. You’d best not forget it.”

The ambitious State Alchemist that can be quite the womanizer but also cares deeply for his comrades, the Flame Alchemist Roy Mustang is joining the Nendoroids! The casual-looking straight hair and confident smile have been captured perfectly for fans to enjoy the colonel in their collections!

This is the 3rd Nendoroid from FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST so far!

But lets get back to today’s main feature! The blue uniform of the Amestris army has been shrunk down to Nendoroid size with lovely attention to detail!

You can even see there is a tiny transmutation circle on his glove!

Of course he also comes with flame alchemy effect parts to display him in his signature finger snapping pose!

▲ The flames are sculpted to curl around his arm! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

▲The translucent yellow-red gradient looks beautiful!

The jacket on his shoulders can also be removed like so! ♪

Simply match the parts with whatever situation you are trying to create! ♡

In addition, he also comes with a fiery circle flame effect part which can be placed at his feet to bring out his element even more! (∩・∀・)∩

The second face plate included is this serious expression which is ideal for posing him in more serious combat scenes!

The confident smile and this composed expression capture two very different sides of his personality so nicely! He can also be posed saluting, like so…

Even though the face plate is the same as above, the situation makes the expression look even more formal!

The furrowed brow captures his compressed emotions so perfectly! Anyway, let’s move onto his third face plate which has a much more playful feel to it… a condescending smile!
