Nendoroid Zero Two (DARLING in the FRANXX)

Hello everyone!! Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Zero Two!

From the popular anime series “DARLING in the FRANXX” comes a Nendoroid of Zero Two wearing her uniform. She comes with three face plates including a fearless smile, an innocent smile with closed eyes as well as a sidelong glance with an open mouth that can be used to display her sucking a lollipop or with her tongue out!

The bacon from the start is also included allowing you to recreate the iconic scene bacon eating scene from the series! Her jacket and hat are also included as optional parts for even more posing opportunities!

“Won’t you be my darling?”

From the popular anime series with the final episode fast approaching, “DARLING in the FRANXX” comes a Nendoroid of the character known as “Partner Killer”, the elite parasite, Zero Two! Her red and black outfit and fearless smile have been faithfully captured in cute Nendoroid size! ε-(o´ω｀o)

Along with the fearless standard face plate, she also comes with a more innocent looking sideways glance! ★

▲ She can also be displayed sucking her lollipop with this face plate!

In addition to the lollipop stick, the figure also comes with a tongue part which can be used in a similar way to display her sticking out her tongue for various licking poses including… the rather memorable honey bacon scene from the series! (●‘∀‘●)ﾉ”

A much more playful smiling expression!

Just looking at her with such a huge smile on her face makes me want to smile just as much!!

Nendoroid Kaoruko Moeta (Comic Girls)

I can’t believe that it’s already July next week… half of 2018 has disappeared in no time and WonFes is just around the corner!!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Kaoruko Moeta!

From the popular anime series “Comic Girls” comes a Nendoroid of the 4-panel manga artist “Chaos”, also known as Kaoruko Moeta! She comes with three face plates including a cute standard expression, an expression based on her “abababa” line from the series as well as a high-spirited energetic expression.

Optional parts include a tablet for her to draw her manga, as well as two different versions of the cat that looks similar to her, Nyaos-sensei! Be sure to add the cute and comical manga artist dormitory to your Nendoroid collection!

“Ababababababababababa!”

From the anime series that has a Blu-ray DVD release event coming up in November, “Comic Girls“, comes a Nendoroid of the manga artist, Kaoruko Moeta!! Her intricately braided hair, pleated skirt with a white line and cute school uniform have all been captured in lovely detail!


▲ The puffy parts where the braids meet the rest of her hair is so cute!

Optional parts include a pen and tablet allowing her to be displayed writing her manga in Nendoroid size! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Chaos-sensei is said to have withdrawal symptoms when she doesn’t touch cats for awhile, and thus the Nendoroid also comes with…

Nyaos-sensei the kitty! ((´д`●))三((●´д`))

The special arm parts are connected to the kitty allowing you to pose her in this cute pose hugging the cat! ♥

She also comes with a high-spirited, energetic face plate which matches with the cats expression creating a lovely pose of the two of them! ♪

The same face plate can also be used for various other poses as well! Here it is combined with the tablet to display her rather enjoying her own work!

But that’s not all…

A second version of Nyaos-sensei is also included!

This version features a different expression as well as his very own little body allowing him to be displayed anywhere you like!

Nyaos-sensei is often said to look very similar to Kaoruko, as you can tell from the face plates above… but her third face plate also matches with this version of the kitty perfectly! (∩・∀・)∩

An expression based on her “Ababa” line!

Just looking at the expression make me imagine her voice playing through my head!! This expression can be used in all sorts of different ways…

Used together with Nyaos-sensei…

Looking a little confused while working on her next manga…

Simply looking all worried in typical “Ababa” fashion…

Let’s take a quick look at the items that will be on sale at the event this time around…

Nendoroid Shielder/Mash Kyrielight: Casual ver.

“Huh?! Don’t Worry. I wasn’t playing with the important resource. Nope.”

From the popular smartphone game “Fate/Grand Order” comes a Nendoroid of the reliable Mash Kyrielight wearing her casual outfit! She comes with both a slightly worried looking embarrassed expression as well as a cheerful smiling expression. Optional parts include an alternate lower body part to display her sitting, the mascot character Fou-kun as well as picnic parts based on the “Chaldea Lunchtime” craft essence.

In addition, her third face plate is an expression based on the illustrations from the official “”Learning with Manga! FGO”” manga series, and she also comes with an alternate front hair part to fully match the design from the manga! Three Saint Quartz stones for Summoning are also included to display with her! Nendoroids of the twin sisters in their younger years!

From the anime series “Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-” comes Nendoroids of the twin sisters Ram and Rem from their childhood years. The iconic outfits from their childhood have been faithfully captured in Nendoroid size, and they each come with two face plates. Ram comes with a smiling expression and a serious expression while Rem comes with a smiling expression and a downcast expression.

Optional parts include holding hand parts as well as baskets together with fruits and plants to display them collecting ingredients. An alternate maid front hair part for each of them is also included allowing you to combine them with the previously released Nendoroid Ram and Nendoroid Rem in order to display the younger version of the twins in maid outfits! Be sure to add the adorable young twins to your collection!

“The Flash” Asuna (Sword Art Online The Movie: Ordinal Scale)

I need a new umbrella. The nice big one I’ve been using for ages has finally passed away…（´・ω・`）.;:…（´・ω…:.;::..（´・;::: .:.;:

But anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at AQUAMARINE’s…
“The Flash” Asuna!★

From “Sword Art Online The Movie: Ordinal Scale” comes a figure of “The Flash” Asuna! Her long chestnut hair and Knights of the Blood uniform have been sculpted fluttering around as she jumps forward with a beautiful trust of her rapier, Lambent Light. The figure has been sculpted by Satoshi Toda who is well known for sculpts with a dignified look.

The dynamic look of her hair and outfit as they flutter about combined with the intricately detailed accessories, armor and rapier combine together to capture Asuna in perfect harmony. The blade of Lambent Light is made with translucent parts and then painted over to capture the glowing effect when she used sword skills. Be sure to add the strong-willed sub-leader of the Knights of Blood to your collection!

“We’ll be together when we go back home.”

From “Sword Art Online The Movie: Ordinal Scale” comes a figure of the character known for her speedy rapier techniques- Asuna! She has been sculpted wearing her Knights of the Blood uniform!

The figure captures Asuna in the moment that she lunges with her rapier, with her beautiful long hair and outfit sculpted in beautiful detail as they trail behind her!

The flow of the hair looks particularly effective when you match the angle to her gaze!

The whole figure has such a powerful aura about it! It really captures the moment of her lunge in lovely detail! ヽ(*´∀｀)ノ

Let us also take note of her outfit! ♪

Not only does the figure feature a very dynamic sculpt, the details of her outfit and accessories are also so very intricate! The harder parts like her armor and the softer parts like the fabric parts of her outfit have had their textures separated very effectively through the paintwork! (・∀・)!!

The creases around her hips are also fantastic!

The way the outfit clings to her so tightly allows you to easily picture the curves of her body on the other side of her clothes!

In her hand she holds the rapier, “Lambient Light”! The blade has been carefully crafted to match the design in the series and even makes use of some semi-translucent parts to capture the glowing effect of the sword! (●‘∀‘●)ﾉ”

Altair: Holopsicon & Meteora Österreich (Re:CREATORS)

It suddenly got all cold again! How am I supposed to know what to wear in the mornings? Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Altair: Holopsicon!

From the anime series “Re:CREATORS” comes a 1/8th scale figure of the “Military Uniform Princess” Altair! The figure has been sculpted in an original pose with Altair holding her iconic drum magazine machine gun and saber at the ready with close supervision by the writer and character designer of the series, Rei Hiroe. Her hair and outfit have been sculpted whirling around which gives the figure an impressive size for a 1/8th scale figure.

This “Holopsicon” edition of the figure also includes a ring of fourteen sabers that Altair can be placed inside. The ring can also be disconnected at certain points to place the sabers in various other possible patterns! The figure also capturing various different textures though careful paintwork! Be sure to add her to your collection and enjoy the powerful Altair by your side!

From the original anime series written in conjunction between “BLACK LAGOON” author Rei Hiroe and “Fate/Zero” author Ei Aoki, “Re:CREATORS” comes a 1/8th scale figure of the “Military Uniform Princess” Altair!

This edition of the figure also comes with 14 sabers each with their own stand allowing you to display her making use of the Holopsicon ability! (っ’ω’)っ)

The joint parts of the stand connect with a small Nendoroid joint, allowing for a very wide range of possibilities!

Moving onto the figure itself, the iconic drum magazine style machine gun, as well as the way she holds her weapons similar to a violin and bow, have both been beautifully captured on the figure!

Note the lovely dynamic appearance of her outfit and hair as they expand out from the power of her activating her ability! ♪

The gentle yet imposing flow of the hair as it expands outward captures that bad-ass feeling about Altair so effectively!

Although her feet are quite hard to get a good look at on the figure, the iconic design of her shoes has also been included on the figure!

Be sure to take a nice close look at all the details once she joins your collection!

The whole figure is filled with amazing details, but perhaps the part I most wish to draw attention to is her facial expression!!

So fill of confidence… so fearless, and yet there is also a hint of mischief!

However… if you choose an angle that covers up the smirk the figure suddenly has a much darker feeling to it! :;(∩´﹏`∩);:

From the anime series “Re:CREATORS” comes a 1/8th scale figure of the character from “AVALKEN of Reminisce” that appears in the real world, Meteora Österreich! The figure is based on the scene where she summoned a Type 01 LMAT while floating in the night sky.

The dynamic appearance of her hair and robes as they flutter with the power of the magic has been captured on the figure, and the jewelry and accessories of her outfit are also intricately detailed. The magic circle that the Type 01 LMAT is coming out from makes use of a translucent material for a more magical look.

Eriri Spencer Sawamura: Dakimakura Ver. (Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend)

Today’s Main Feature!!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at KADOKAWA’s…
Eriri Spencer Sawamura: Dakimakura Ver.!

From “Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend” comes a 1/7th scale figure from KADOKAWA of Eriri Spencer Sawamura. The figure is based on the illustration by Kurehito Misaki that was originally used for a dakimakura hugging pillow.

Eriri is posed with her shirt opened up revealing her elegant curves. She has a slight blush on her cheeks allowing fans to enjoy her slightly embarrassed appearance as she lies in a rather revealing pose. All the details on the back that were never visible on the original illustration have also been faithfully included, so be sure to take a close look once she joins your collection!

A figure based on a hugging pillow illustration that was done by character designer Kurehito Misaki, originally included in the “Eriri Box”!

She doesn’t come with a stand since she is lying down, but in its place she comes with a lovely white cushion to display her on, which also really brings out the atmosphere of the figure!

The slight blush on her cheeks is lovely!! ☆

The blush makes looking into her eyes all the more of a rush! The fact that this pose is so different to her normal character is also what makes it such a lovely experience!

Personally I quite like this angle from the back! You get a lovely look at all the curves along her body!

▲ The collar bone, twisted hips and belly button!! (・∀・)

She has a very slender build, but it still has just enough substance to it that leaves to looking soft to the touch! ♪

In particular, her thighs look so soft and touchable! Plus the creases on her half-removed skirt have been sculpted with so much care! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

Lying down figures are fairy rare, but they have a special charm to them! The fact that you don’t see them very often adds an extra special feeling!

Plus, as is written in the release text… “all the details on the back that were never visible on the original illustration have also been faithfully included”! Definitely something to look forward to! ♪

Lancer/Altria Pendragon (Fate/Grand Order)

My third Kahotan blog! Takamii (@gsc_takamii) from GSC’s planning department here! Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Lancer/Altria Pendragon

From the popular smartphone game “Fate/Grand Order” comes an impressive 1/8th scale figure of the Lancer servant, Altria Pendragon, based on her appearance in her third ascension! She is posed riding her beloved steed Dun Stallion in a heroic and mature pose that captures her as if just before making use of her powerful Noble Phantasm.

The crimson cape that billows behind her and the deep blue outfit that shows off her impressive curves have all been sculpted in intricate detail, and the impressive armor on both the horse and Altria herself gleam with silver beauty. In her hand she holds the holy lance, Rhongomyniad, which makes use of translucent parts for a truly magnificent appearance. Be sure to add her to your side and experience the mighty Lancer and her trusty steed right by your side!

The holy lance is finally ready to have its power unleashed! The figure was first revealed back at FGOFes last year, and is finally ready for preorders to open!!

Such an overwhelming presence!! The figure has been sculpted based on her third ascension from the game!!

There are so many figures from the Fate series out there, but I can say with confidence that this is the top-class of quality in terms of Fate figures!!

Compared with the collectable figure you can see just how huge the figure is! Perhaps a comparison with an iPhone7 will be better…

▲ Dun Stallion is huge!!

It’s more than two times the size of an iPhone7! Not to mention how lovely and haughty she looks!

The figure is definitely more than just bi though, the amount of details of all the different parts of the figure, from the horse to the outfit to her amazing curves and facial expression… even the lance and the base are all so stunning!

The Holy Lance Rhongomyniad

The lance makes use of three different translucent parts to capture the beautiful swirling glow of her Noble Phantasm!!

Next up we have a closer look at the King’s beautiful face! She has the beauty of a goddess!! You can really see the difference in maturity compared to Saber/Altria Pendragon with the cool and composed look on her face! The details of the crown and the cross on her hair have also been beautifully preserved on the figure!

Your eyes may have wandered elsewhere on this photo though.

Let us move our gaze down to her hips, where you can see the contrast of textures between the heavy looking armor, the elegant fabric of her outfit and the little gaps showing off some bare skin!!

“You don’t know where to look? Why?”

The creases of the fabric areas and the sharp look of the armor is truly such a pleasure to look at close up! The details are exquisite!

Even from the back the figure is filled with highlights! The curves of her body are lovely and just look at the detail of the back of her hair – it is in fact a rather different style to that of the Saber version of Altria Pendragon.

Even from the back she has such a charismatic feeling to her! You can see why she is a King. The golden lines that adorn her outfit also add an extra level of elegance.

I know I’m repeating myself here, but once again note the different textures along her side: the skin under her arm, the metallic armor, the soft fabric and the lance. This is what I call a work of art. But now it’s time to move onto the second character that is a part of this figure…

Dun Stallion!

The details of the bit mouthpiece, the belts and the saddle are simply outstanding! Through the gaps in the horse armor you can also make out the muscular build of Dun Stallion as he rears confidently with Lancer on his back!

Another thing that really stood out to me when taking photos was that his expression really changes depending on the angle you choose to look from! He really is a beautiful stallion that looks like he comes right out of a famous painting in a museum.

Also take note of those adorable eyes!! A horse just as beautiful as his rider! On the final product, the Dun Stallion is planned to be held up with a special included stand to ensure that he can stand up securely!

Another point that I really love about the figure is the look of the fabric that hangs from the saddle – you can see it has a rather tough, thick looking appearance compared to the fabric of her outfit! Can’t you just imagine how this would feel to the touch?

Compare the fabric above to the flowing appearance this part of her outfit and you can really see the different in textures, all captured though the sculpt and paintwork!

Nendoroid Haise Sasaki (Tokyo Ghoul:re)

Hello everyone!! Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

I generally like my coffee black, but sometimes I suddenly feel like a latte filled with whipped cream! It’s more of a dessert than a drink to me! ( ‘༥’ )

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at….
Nendoroid Haise Sasaki!

From the anime series “Tokyo Ghoul:re” comes a Nendoroid of the kind-hearted ghoul investigator, Haise Sasaki! He comes with three face plates including a standard expression, a smiling expression and a combat expression.

Optional parts include a cup of coffee for him to enjoy, a book to read, the glasses he sometimes wears as well as the weapon needed for any ghoul investigator, a Quinque! Be sure to add him to your collection and enjoy him in various situations from everyday life to combat scenes!

“Let me show you what I can do…!”

From the popular anime series currently airing, “Tokyo Ghoul:re” comes an adorable Nendoroid of Haise Sasaki! His iconic dual-colored hair and prim outfit have been carefully converted into cute Nendoroid size! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

▲ You can even see the stripes on his pants!

In his hand he has Sen Takatsuki’s book “The Black Goat’s Egg”!

Other optional parts include a cup of coffee as well as his glasses, which allow you to display him really enjoying his book!((´д`●))三((●´д`))

This photo makes use of the same face plate as above, but with the glasses and the book covering his mouth it gives such a different impression!

All of the photos above make use of his standard expression, but he also comes with a smiling expression with closed eyes!

As well as a combat expression with a thirst for blood!

The contrast between the smiling expression and the combat expression is amazing! Plus in his hand he holds a Quinque, the weapon needed for any ghoul investigator!

The various expressions really allow you to bring out the various different sides to his character! ★

The glasses can also be used with any of the other expressions allowing for even more possibilities!

You can create a whole little story with the different parts!
