Looks like we ave entered the rainy season here in Japan! The rain never seems to stop!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Doll: Emily &
Nendoroid Doll: Ryo!

The very first in the Nendoroid Doll series will be going up for preorder from tomorrow, the 12th June 2018! Their names actually come from the Japanese words of Good Smile Company! ♪

Good ⇒ グッド　⇒　良い　⇒　良　⇒　リョウ ⇒ Ryo
Smile ⇒ スマイル　⇒　笑う　⇒　笑み　⇒　エミリ ⇒ Emily

You many recognise the faces from various examples of use of the Nendoroid More series… but this is the first time they will actually be available for sale!

What is the Nendoroid Doll series?

① Heads are Nendoroid size
② Outfits are made from fabric and slightly larger than Nendoroids
③ The elbows, knees and hips feature smooth articulation
④ Head and hand parts can be swapped with current Nendoroids
*Note that certain head and hand parts may not be compatible!

The series is basically an alternate doll-type of Nendoroid that keeps the chibi design of the Nendoroid, but allows for customised outfits on a slightly larger body! ヾ(o´∀｀o)ﾉ

Let’s take a look at what this means with photos! (∩・∀・)∩

The neck joint is the same as standard Nendoroids, which means you can quick and easily swap the entire head part!!

As the body is larger than the standard Nendoroid it allows for a much wider level of articulation! Here are some examples of the poses you can take!

① Two Different Stands

Base & Stand Type

The first way you can display Nendoroid Dolls is using a similar stand to that of a Nendoroid – simply connect that stand into the back and take all sorts of poses!

Body Holding Type

The second type grabs around the body and is often seen with dolls. This stand allows for an easier time with custom outfits – you don’t need to open a hole the back!

Bonus: Magnetic Base

The third option is not to use a stand at all! The shoes of the Nendoroid dolls feature magnets which can connect onto the base allowing the dolls to take simple poses without the need for any stand! ♪

② Alternate Hand Parts Included

Both Emily and Ryo come with three sets of hands: open hands, closed hand and peace hands! You can also swap out the hands with the hands from previously released Nendoroids!

③ Two Neck Joint Types

A standard size neck joint as well as an extra long Nendoroid Doll neck joint are both included.

The reason for this is that when dressing the Nendoroid Doll in a new outfit, the collar area of some outfits may be too long to allow the head part to attach. The longer joint provides more leeway allowing for a larger variety of outfit possibilities! Simply pick the joint that suits your clothing best! ε-(o´ω｀o)

Unlike Emily and Ryo, the items above are bodies only! They do not include any head parts or outfits. These are ideal for people who already own Nendoroids and want to dress-up their characters in custom outfits!

These archetypes include the following! ★

  • Figure Body
  • Interchangeable Hand Parts (Open Hands / Closed Hands / Peace Hands)

The Girl version is around 90mm in height, while the Boy version is around 100mm in height! (Emily and Ryo are similar in stature!)

Honoka: & Marie Rose: Bunny Ver. (DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme 3)

I’ve had a really hard time deciding what kind of blankets to use at night recently. A thick blanket is too hot, but a thin blanket is too cold… I also am in search of the perfect pajamas!

But anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at FREEing’s…
Honoka: Bunny Ver. & Marie Rose: Bunny Ver.!

Let’s take a closer look at each of them individually! ♪

Marie Rose: Bunny Ver.!

From the spin-off DEAD OR ALIVE game, “DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme 3” comes a figure of Marie Rose wearing a bunny girl outfit! Her youthful yet seductive appearance has been captured in an impressive 1/4th scale size for fans to enjoy by their side! The sculpt is based on her iconic tag-team victory pose with Honoka from DEAD OR ALIVE 5.

The net tights around her legs are made with real fabric for an authentic look similar to previous B-style figures, and the soft, pale shades of color that Marie is known for has been captured as faithfully as possible on the figure! Honoka: Bunny Ver. is also scheduled to be announced soon, so be sure to display them together and bring out the DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme 3 universe even more!

The Wicked Lil’ Servant has arrived wearing a sexy bunny girl outfit!

Even though she still has that youthful look about her, the bunny girl outfit gives her such a sexy look that really brings out all of her charm in figure form! ♡

The pearl paint used for her hair together with the sculpt that captures it blowing out behind her captures the soft look of the twin-tails perfectly!

▲ The zig-zag parting of her hair at the back has been carefully included on the sculpt!

It’s not only detailed, but filled with highlights that show off her impressive curves! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Including the lovely curves of her modest bosom!!

Honoka: Bunny Ver.!

From the spin-off DEAD OR ALIVE game, “DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme 3” comes a figure of Honoka wearing a bunny girl outfit! The body said to be the best of all characters in the series has been sculpted in a lovely 1/4th scale size for fans to enjoy in exquisite detail by their side! The sculpt is based on her iconic tag-team victory pose with Marie Rose from DEAD OR ALIVE 5.

The net tights around her legs are made with real fabric for an authentic look and the soft appearance of her skin has been captured as faithfully as possible on the figure! Be sure to display her with the previously announced Marie Rose: Bunny Ver. to bring out the DEAD OR ALIVE Xtreme 3 universe even more!

The Super Secret School Girl Fighter, dressed up in a sexy bunny girl outfit!

Honoka’s “top-class” body has also been sculpted in lovely detail to display with Marie Rose to complete the pose, or all alone with her own special charm!! ♥

Compared to Marie Rose, Honoha’s chest is literally bursting out of her outfit, and together with the tight bunny suit’s gleaming appearance it makes for a dazzling sight!

My personal recommendation is here!

You can make out the sculpt of the area behind her knees even through the net tights!! Also note the slight shift in colors at the bent knees? FREEing has really outdone themselves! (/ω＼)

Such a cute face with glossy lips!★

The soft looking skin makes me want to try and grab her cheeks and hope they will be just as soft as they look! (´□｀｡)

Nendoroid Lancer/Elizabeth Bathory (Fate/Grand Order)

Hi everyone! Takamii (@gsc_takamii) from GSC’s planning department here! I can’t wait for the Fate/EXTELLA LINK livestream!!

But that aside, today I’m going to be taking a look at a Nendoroid that idol managers around the world will be happy to see…

Nendoroid Lancer/Elizabeth Bathory

From the popular smart phone game “Fate/Grand Order” comes a Nendoroid of the top idol in the world of servants, Lancer/Elizabeth Bathory! She comes with three face plates including a standard expression, an embarrassed expression as well as a lovely smiling expression! Optional parts include a microphone stand, her lance as well as heart effect parts allowing for all sorts of different situations! Be sure to summon the big hit idol Eli-chan into your collection, Master!

“Obviously I am Number One! ♪”

A character that has appeared in Fate/EXTRA, Fate/CCC and I’m sure will have a big part to play in Fate/EXTELLA LINK… the adorable Lancer/Elizabeth Bathory is joining the Nendoroids!!

The Nendoroid is based on her 2nd Ascension outfit!

You can see that the iconic design of her skirt and the lovely frills have been captured on the Nendoroid! The chequered pattern unique to the 2nd ascension has also been painted on beautifully!

Her first optional part is her Lance!

You can see from the first set of photos that she comes complete with a microphone stand for idol-like poses, but her also comes with a lance to hold to show her off in more Lancer-like battle poses!

“It’s a little embarrassing, but I’ll show you!”

She also comes with an embarrassed expression and tail parts!

Look at that cute little blush on her cheeks….! Her tail comes in the standard version which is articulated, as well as this long version which is great for showing off the length!!

So close…. but you can’t quite see them!

Next we have her third face plate…
A smiling expression!!

Nothing says “idol” more than a smile like this!! Also note the details of her fingers which have each been painted to separately to capture the unique look of her hands!! She’s so cute!!

You can recreate her Noble Phantasm with Heart Effect Parts!!

LARGE → Medium → Small!

You can imagine hearing her lovely singing voice whenever you see her with these heart parts, each made with translucent parts and featuring a little musical note! ♪

However, note that while these photos show all of the sizes from large to small, only the medium sized heart is included with the standard release! The large and small heart effects are included as a preorder bonus from the GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP!
