Today I’ll be taking a look at..

Nendoroid Asuka Shikinami Langley

From the popular animated film series “Rebuild of Evangelion” comes a Nendoroid of the Second Child, Asuka Shikinami Langley. She comes with three face plates including a standard expression, an angry expression and an expression pulling her eyelid down and sticking out her tongue.

She comes with her bag as an optional part and various hand parts including a pointing hand part in order to recreate various scenes from her everyday life. Be sure to add her to your collection, along with the other Evangelion Nendoroids!

The Second Child.

From the anime film series with fans across the globe “Rebuild of Evangelion” comes a Nendoroid of Asuka Shikinami Langley! ◎

Her Tokyo-3 First Municipal Junior High School uniform and red hair clips have been perfectly recreated in Nendoroid size!

▲You can see her hair clips have been recreated with gloss paint!

Joints are incorporated into her twintails, allowing you to easily move them to match her pose! ((｀・∀・´))

Her bag is also included as an optional part allowing you to recreate everyday scenes at school!

(You can practically hear Asuka’s voice, calling Shinji over.)

In addition to her standard expression face plate shown above, she also comes with…

“What are you, stupid!?”

…an angry expression often seen while saying one of her famous phrases.

Different from the last expression, you can see her top row of teeth! How cute!

As for her third face plate, it’s her expression pulling her eyelid down and sticking out her tongue!

A perfect “Akanbe” face!

I love the gap between her angry face and this face!

Today I’ll be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Rei Ayanami

From the popular animated film series “Rebuild of Evangelion” comes a Nendoroid of the First Child, Rei Ayanami. She comes with three face plates including a standard expression, a blushing expression and a smiling expression.

For optional parts, she comes with her bag, a rag & bucket and kneeling lower-half parts to recreate scenes from her everyday school life. Additionally, eye patch and bandage parts are included, allowing you to recreate her injured appearance. The First Child.

I finally joined the world of iPhone6 users. It’s the first time ever I’ve experienced the scientific power of fingerprint authentication!

But anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Shikinami Asuka Langley: EVANGELION RACING Ver.! ♪


The very first Nendoroid of Shikinami Asuka Langley! Dressed up in her EVANGELION RACING outfit!

From ‘EVANGELION RACING’ comes a Nendoroid of Shikinami Asuka Langley: EVANGELION RACING Ver.! She is posed wearing the cute and sexy race queen outfit made to look similar to her plug suit from the series!

Optional parts include a clipboard and signboard needed for any race! You can stick any number you like on the signboard allowing for a little extra customization as well! She comes with both a smiling expression and a shouting expression to cheer the drivers on!

Ooooooohhhhh!! (´∀｀*)

Following on from Nendoroid Rei Ayanami: EVANGELION RACING Ver. whom I reviewed last week, comes  a Nendoroid of  Shikinami Asuka Langley also dressed up in a shiny race queen outfit!! ♥︎

The numbers on her back, openings on the side of her skirt and black lines all over her outfit have all been faithfully included!

It’s actually a rather revealing outfit, but it still looks great in Nendoroid size!

Let’s take a quick look at what EVANGELION RACING is! ♪

What is EVANGELION RACING?

EVANGELION RACING is a racing team that was created as a tie-up when the new EVANGELION movie was made. The team takes place in popular motorsports races in Japan using a car painted the colors of Unit 01! The teams race queens are modelled off the ‘Children’ from the series!

With that said, obviously Asuka also comes with items ideal for a race queen!

First up… a grid board!

It’s been shrunk down to Nendoroid size, but is still very faithful to the full-size design! She also comes with a special hand part to hold the grid board, allowing for a lovely pose like above! ε=(｡・д・｡)

Speaking of lovely poses!

Her two side ponytails are both fitted with Nendoroid joints for easy posing!

You can create all sorts of dynamic nuances by playing around with the direction of her hair!

The second optional part included with her is a signboard!

This is the board that gives info to the cars in a race! This board for example tells Car #2 that he is on his 777th lap and must go in for a pit stop next! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

The signboard will be included as a blank board at first, with various numbers included as stickers for you to add the details as you wish!(｀・ω・´)

Anyways, lets take a look at her expressions next!

Rei Ayanami came with a clear and smiling expression, while Asuka comes with one that suits her personality just as well! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ


“What are you, stupid?”

Asuna comes with a shouting expression that makes you think of her famous lines from the series! It captures the tsundere side of her character so nicely! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

I’m sure she cheers on for the racers in a very harsh way! ♪

You can also pose her with Ayanami Rei and recreate some famous scenes!

What I really wanted to show with this pose though, is the fact that her belly button is sticking out! <○><○>

Even as a Nendoroid she is looking as sexy as ever!

Recently the mornings have been rather chilly and keep waking me up! I think it’s time to move onto a nice thick duvet instead of blankets!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Rei Ayanami:

From ‘EVANGELION RACING’ comes a Nendoroid of Rei Ayanami: EVANGELION RACING Ver.! Rei is posed wearing the cute and sexy race queen outfit made to look similar to her plug suit from the series!

Optional parts include both an open and closed parasol needed for any race queen. She comes with two expressions including her standard composed expression and a smiling expression.

From the popular series seen on the race track and various other hobby related events ‘EVANGELION RACING’ comes A Nendoroid of Rei dressed up as a race queen!

The outfit based on a similar design to her plug suit is so very cute!!

Not only does it preserve the feeling of EVANGELION perfectly, it also is a rather bold design for a race queen!

This is how she looks from the back!

Her light blue hair also has a lovely gradient to it, which gives off a very translucent feeling. The shiny look of the outfit has also been faithfully preserved!

The smaller details and accessories have all been carefully added too! ♡

In fact, the design has been so faithfully preserved that even as a Nendoroid there is a peculiar sexiness to her! (*´￢`*)ｼﾞ

Next up let’s take a look at her expressions!

First up is her standard expression! Clear and calculating!

The straight look in her eyes gives off both a confident side as well as a rather cold side… but it’s that cold side that makes her unexpected smiles all the more special, so we did of course include a lovely smiling expression as well! ♡

Ooooooooooohh!! (´□｀｡)

The gentle smile has captured my heart and refuses to let go!!

It’s amazing how much a few changes to the mouth and eyes can alter your impression of a character! (/ω＼)

I-I want to protect this smile forever!  <○><○>

She also comes with bent arms and legs for a variety of poses! Two different versions of her parasol are also included!

Not to mention that if you look at the parasol from the top…

You will find the EVA Racing logo, NERV logo and more!! (σ・∀・)σ

Plus the whole umbrella is shaded to look like an AT field!

These little details really do make me so happy inside! The optional parts really bring out her role as a race queen! ♥︎

FREEing’s Kaworu Nagisa!

I have a rather shy personality, so I often tend to put up my personal AT Field to prevent others getting too close! Particularly when I’m at the hairdresser… I never know what to say when they try and start a conversation! I also can never explain how I want my hair done…! ><

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at FREEing’s 1/8th scale…

Kaworu Nagisa! ♪

From the third movie in the Rebuild of Evangelion series, “Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo” comes a figure of EVA Unit-13’s pilot, Kaworu Nagisa.

The mysterious charm of the beautiful Kaworu has been captured by sculptor ‘Hiroshi’ – even preserving the delicate atmosphere that accompanies Kaworu’s character. Everything from his stunning body-line to his gentle eyes have been carefully sculpted for Evangelion and Kaworu fans to enjoy for years to come!

Ooooohh!! （*´▽｀*）

His deep gaze is looking me straight in the eyes, and his lovely body’s curves are brought out perfectly by the tight plugsuit!

Plus just as the product description states, the figure even preserves the delicate atmosphere of Kaworu’s character! Even just having him on my desk seems to make my day a little less stressful!

He has a slightly downward gaze, so looking from a slightly lower angle allows you to stare into his eyes… it also brings out his mysterious character really well! Personally however, I want to draw everyone’s attention to his amazing hipbone!

Just look at the way the bump of the bone can be seen right through his plugsuit! I can touch Kaworu’s hipbone!! ( ,,´･ω･)ﾉ”　ｻﾜｻﾜ

Talking about his hips, I also have to point out the reverse side!

Just look at how the tight suit brings out the shape perfectly!! He definitely does have a more manly bottom compared to most female figures! (ΦωΦ)

Looking at him from an overall perspective gives me the idea that it can’t be easy to sculpt thin, male characters like this! (゜д゜；)

He is sculpted by Hiroshi (Sakurazensen), the same sculptor who made the amazing Kaname Madoka ~The Beginning Story / The Everlasting~ and many other lovely figures. He really has captured the mystique and unique aesthetics of Kaoru’s body perfectly! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

■ Live Viewers
Those who wish to watch at the cafe at 18:30 on the day of the broadcast will need a viewer’s ticket. These tickets will be handed out from 18:00 at the register. Only one ticket per person will be provided, and they are limited so don’t arrive too late!

This is how she looks from the back!

That body-line really is in a league of its own! From the tight, smooth feeling of the plugsuit down to the interesting looking shoe soles – there are all sorts of lovely details to enjoy!

Let’s take a look from the front!

I forgot to mention before, but this is a nice big 1/6th scale figure! But just because it’s big, it doesn’t mean that it’s not as detailed as normal – everything is very carefully sculpted – from the hair to the toes and even the fingertips! Not to mention how incredibly sexy those twisted hips look!

This angle has to be one of the best!

The tight-fitting feeling of the plugsuit is really shown at this angle… isn’t it wonderful!? It’s so amazing how the figure manages to retain the rubbery, stretchy feeling of the plugsuit – it just once again goes to show how incredible sculptors are!

That tilted head pose is so unfair!

Just look how adorable she looks! If any girl were to give this expression and pose, I think any guy (or girl…) would fall for her!

This figure really gives off a different impression depending on the angle you look at her from. Personally I think looking at her from a lower angle like this looks best – I’d definitely display her so I could see her at this angle!

Although… an upper angle isn’t bad either…

The plugsuit really only just covers it up… 😛

I’m sure I don’t have to mention that the belly button is another high point of the figure for me… along with the sculpting that let’s you know exactly where the pelvis is! It’s another figure that really appeals to what you just can’t see to really make it sexy!

This angle made me notice something!

Maybe it’s just me, but I really like a cute looking stomach! It’s even better when it’s pushed out a little bit like this, it gives a really touchable feeling and looks much more ladylike! (Although, there is of course a limit to how far it should stick out…)

I get the feeling there might be quite a lot of male readers that would prefer the stomach to be flat… I think I’ll need to have a chat with them to make them change their minds. 😛

The base features the NERV logo!

The actual logo is clear, while the rest of the base is cloudy – it creates a very nice looking base! It also doesn’t take up too much space, so it’s ideal for all those figure collectors who don’t have enough space to display everything! (Although, at 1/6th scale, it is quite tall!)

Asuka’s long, beautiful hair has all been sculpted absolutely wonderfully! I’m sure some of you will have already guessed, but the sculptor of this figure was the same in charge of the 1/6th Scale Mari Illustrious Makinami, Chieri!

But that’s just what makes her adorable! This angle has a really ‘Asuka’ feeling about it – it really captures her perfectly!

The suit shows so much… and yet just not enough!

But, as I’ve said before, that’s just what makes it sexy! The fact that you can just not see what you want to see is part of the reason the figure has such an erotic feeling to it!

There are little spikes on her shoe soles!

They must be to avoid slipping an falling! If you look up close you can also see the design on the sole has carefully been sculpted in as well! 1/6th scale adds even more detail then we normally see!

My favorite photo this time around!

Chieri-san’s sculpting really is incredible!! I really like this figure so much that it’s going to be hard to part with it!! Everything is just so finely sculpted – no matter where you look it is simply amazing! The first time I saw it I really didn’t think it could have been sculpted by anything but a machine – it’s just too perfect! Great job, Chieri-san!
