The Blu-ray version! (That’s a really long title! xD)

The Sonic game beside also peaks my interest… (I grabbed the 3DS version myself!), but even more important is what is beneath it!

The 3rd Milky Holmes Nendoroid:
Nendoroid Nero Yuzurizaki!

The playful Milky Holmes member from the anime series with a second season on the way, ‘Tantei Opera Milky Holmes!”

Sorry for the long wait, Milky fans!  ･ﾟ･（ﾉД`）･ﾟ･
I last looked at Elly back in August, so it’s been four months since the last Nendoroid release! I would also like to point out that I am one of those Milky fans!

This is how she looks from the back!

She is the only Milky Holmes member that is wearing shorts!! Nero is in fact the only one of the girls that really shows off her thighs!  Her legs are connected by ball joints which really work nicely with the shorts and allow for all kinds of poses!

I’m sure I don’t even need to say it, but…
The hat is of course removable!

I also don’t think I need to tell you that Nero looks super cute without her hat! 😛 She also comes with bent legs as you can see in the picture – they let you add a nice dynamic running feeling like this!

The flying machine from the last episode!

The flying machine that Twenty was using in the last episode of season 1 is also included! Plus it can also be equipped to other characters! I must say I really loved Twenty in the anime series… he was such a pervert. 😛

You can’t have a Milky Nendoroid without…
A Toys Expression!

As with all the previous Nendoroids from the series, she also comes with this lovely expression! For those unfamiliar with the series – each of the girls have a special power called their ‘Toys’, and when they use these powers their eyes start to kind of sparkle like this!
Nero also comes with the metal rod she uses for her ability!
Nero’s ability lets her control any electronic equipment!

Plus!

All the previous Milky Holmes Nendoroids have had some really unbelievable optional parts… what about Nero!?

Possessed by her ancestor!

Just as I expected! 😛 When I saw the parts that came with Elly, I wondered if the same would come true for Nero… it really did! A quick summary of the parts here:

Wolfe Face, Wolfe Hair Parts(!!), Wolfe Upper Body as well as a bent left arm and a tasty snack!

I’m not quite so sure how much this actually represents Nero Wolfe, but I do know that that face is absolutely adorable! 😛 I can’t try right now, but later on I think I’ll try using this expression on some other characters!!

The three members lined up together!

They really look great all lined up together! The Milky colors are so vibrant – they’ll really brighten up any figure collection!

Nendoroid Elly will be sent out from GSC on the 15th December!

What is Kyubey playing with here…?

Any gamers should be able to recognize it!
It comes with this character and is a very important part of the game he is from!!

Nendoroid Sonic the Hedgehog!

The Sonic series has just reached it’s 20th anniversary, and from that series comes a Nendoroid of the super fast hedgehog himself – Sonic!

That’s right! Sega’s famous Sonic the Hedgehog has been around for 20 years! ヾ(*ﾟωﾟ)ノ゜

It’s the second Nendoroid of a popular worldwide known character, following on from Disney’s Mickey Mouse! Isn’t it great to see the characters of our childhood still getting the chance to become Nendoroids! Let’s take a closer look!

This is how he looks from the back!

As you’d expect from a hedgehog, Sonic has a lovely spiky back! His stylish red shoes are painted with a glossy cover for a nice shiny effect!

Running at the speed of sound!

Sonic is of course well known for his incredible running speed… I remember it always felt to great to run along at super speed in the games…

He comes with an optional bent right leg!
The picture here kind of hides it behind him a bit, sorry! But it still gives a good feeling for the running pose!!

He also comes with a more serious expression!

It is a Nendoroid after all! Of course he comes with an extra expression to play with!  This expression is for the more pressing times, and gives him a slightly worried and more serious look.

He also has open hands and an item box!
There are in fact a load of extra hand parts to help you recreate all sorts of scenes from the game!

There is also an item box, which has a lovely extra life inside it… but…

You can also change the items inside!

You can take apart the item box and put whatever item you’d like to see inside! I think the 20 rings looks best!

He also comes with a ring to collect!

It would be fun to line lots in front of him to collect, or even have them scattered around as if an enemy had just hit him. Unfortunately he only comes with one ring. ^^;

A chaos emerald!

The chaos emeralds are the powerful gems that Sonic runs around collecting! As you can see it is made from beatiful clear plastic and even comes with its very own little stand! (The photos here show it held by a brass wire, but the final version will have a proper stand.)

A grinning smile and a thumbs up hand!

That smile suits Sonic so well – always running around doing whatever he likes! The thumbs up hand can be used with the bent left arm to create this confident looking pose!

He also comes with a half-way marker!

The half-way markers that saved you having to redo the whole level after dying! Those who play Sonic should feel quite relieved to see this along with the Nendoroid. ^^

The blue barrier section can be removed!

The blue balls on the top can also be rotated around, allowing you to pose them upward as if Sonic has run through the point!

You can pose him dashing through it!

It’s definitely a Nendoroid that comes with a load of fun ways to play around! So many optional parts to have fun with and strike your favorite poses.

Last week, when we looked at this pile of goodies…

There was one other fresh product sample hiding!!

It was still wrapped up in the packaging paper, so it wasn’t easy to notice it… but there were some people who still managed to point out who it was! Today we’ll be taking a look at…

From ‘The World God Only Knows’:

Nendoroid Elsie!

The young demon who has come to Earth, and with the help of Keima Katsuragi is ready to capture some runaway spirits!

This is in fact a Max Factory product! (･∀･)ﾉ
The sculpting is by Yukiwo Ageta, you can tell just by how she looks!!

You can see all sorts of lovely looking parts! Plus an four amazing expressions! Normally there are only three!

This is how she looks from the back!

The stand’s base is slightly different to the normal GSC stand – it makes a kind of M-shape. It’s a motif to show it’s a Max Factory product! (Probably :P)
It conserves space but still holds the Nendoroid up nice and securely!

Let’s move into the optional parts!
First up is her beloved broom!

Elsie is well known for her great ability to clean, so you have to give her a broom! You can also let her hold it in her right hand!

You can also see a bent left leg and bent left arm in this photo!
There is also a bent right leg for plenty of posing possibilities!

A smiling face and the capturing jar!

The jar she uses to capture the runaway spirits is also included! The bent arm is fitted with a join allowing you to bend it in the direction you need!

She also comes with a chibi expression!

As well as frantically waving arms!!  ((((ﾟДﾟ)))
This is definitely a scene seen in the anime and manga quite often!!

What a wonderful idea for an extra!
When you actually see them with your own eyes you’ll probably be just as amazed as me as to how well they pulled off this particular part!

She also has a similar part for her legs!

To think that we’d be able to create Elsie in a pose as true to the original as this!! As a Nendoroid!! Plus look at the adorable crying expression!

Others can also use them! Madoka’s turn!

It’s so adorable!!

The face adds a lot to it, but those hands as well! They just go so well together! Unfortunately they won’t so well work with Nendos that have a darker colored sleeve though…

Yesterday, you might have seen these two lying in the spoils of war…

Today we’ll be taking a look at Nymph!

Ikaros was already released a couple of months ago, but in a few days Nymph will be released too, and you should be able to find her in stores – so lets take a closer look at her!

From Sora no Otoshimono:
Nendoroid Nymph!

Nymph is the Electronic Warfare Angeloid, Type Beta, who came down to Earth in an attempt to bring Ikaros back!

As I said back with the prototype… that outfit is so sexy!
The slits at the sides of the one-piece are really something! 😛

This is how the packaging looks!

When taking out the broken wings in the upper section, be careful they don’t pop out and go missing!

The clear wings look so beautiful!!

They are made so that the edges have a slightly darker blue look to them – a small touch that makes such a big difference.

The stand is the normal push-in type of stand, but it also comes with an extra extender piece to attach that makes sure that the wings and stand don’t get in the way of each other. It’s all detailed in the instructions included in the box, so just take a look there when putting it together!

You can pose her flying though the air!

A quick note now that we’re moving into the colder Winter months…
If you can’t get the wings on, just heat them or the figure up a little and it’ll become much easier to attach them!
Just warm them with your hands, or quickly put them underneath a kotatsu to warm them up and it becomes much easier to work with!

Upset face and a bent right arm!

Nymph is of course the kind of character that shows this kind of expression very often 0 and while she does look upset, it’s also so cute to see her like this – I just want to poke those cheeks! 😛 

In my opinion, the final version actually gives a softer feeling to this expression when compared to the prototype version, but I think the softer look actually looks even cuter! Great job production team!

Sitting down with an upward glance!

Her bottom actually kind of floats a little, so it’s not quite sitting – she is balancing on her twin tails! 😛

As you can see, the cape can be removed!!
This allows even more of her skin showing, so it seems to suit the expression well! Just looking at this picture makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside… but I promise it’s even better with the real thing!

Her chibi face and a packet of chips!

Fans of the show will know just how much Nymph loves snacking on things, so of course she has to come with something to snack on, along with hands to hold it!
And my best thing about her – this expression!!
Ikaros also had a similar expression – isn’t it just adorable! It suits the Nendoroid size so nicely!

Switching expressions with Gumako!

Both of them have blue eyes, so it actually works very well to exchange the expressions! (It would work with Snow Miku as well!!) The eyebrows do give it away a little, but those who are willing to make some changes can easily create all new expressions either way.  I must say that I really like the laid back pose that Gumako is in here! xD

These two just have to be displayed together!

The pastel coloring and the contrast of the blue and pink really look great together! Well, they are after all from the same series 😛

Today’s spoils of war!

Just by wandering about the offices I managed to grab all these figures! But perhaps more importantly is this new prototype!

From Amagami SS:
Nendoroid Haruka Morishima!

A second anime season is on the way of Amagami SS, and from the series comes a Nendoroid of the beautiful girl who attracts the gazes of all the guys at the school -Haruka Morishima!

Sorry for the long wait!! ((((ﾟДﾟ)))
I got so many mails with ASCII art asking “Where is the Haruka Morishima review~?”, so I’m glad I can finally show it to everyone!

This is how she looks from the back!

Her trademark long, black curly hair has been beautifully shrunk down to Nendoroid size.  Even though she is a Nendoroid she is so very detailed! I hope the production team can get the final version looking just as lovely!

Lets move into the optional parts!

An outstretched arm (Right) and bent arm (Left) !

If you use the pointing index finger, you can recreate the scene from the popular key visual! Just cross the legs a little, and take a photo from slighly above!

An adorable embarrassed expression!

I can almost hear her cute voice coming out just by looking at this!

She also comes with a left outstretched arm for this pose!
She even comes with extra hand parts with  interlocking fingers!

A school bag and hand to hold it!

You can’t have a school character without her school bag! You can also put the hand on the outstretched arm to make her hold it in front of her instead!

But more importantly, she is brushing through her hair with her pinky in the air!! (*ﾟ∀ﾟ)=3
It’s so very classy, and looks great as a Nendoroid!! It’s amazing how sexy she manages to come out, even as a Nendoroid!

“Behind the knees, please!”

This is from the famous scene where she asks the main character to kiss her behind the knees!! It’s great to see scenes like this in Nendoroid format! When I first saw this scene in the series I was somewhat shocked, but at the same time I was applauding and cheering in my mind. You could tell just how hard the main character was trying to please!!

She also comes with a troubled face!!
She really does look quite troubled, doesn’t she – all for you to enjoy!!! 😛

Nendoroid Sanada Yukimura!

He is the second Nendoroid from the popular Sengoku Basara series, following on from the previous Nendoroid Date Masamune! We heard all the fans voices, and we’re glad to finally bring more Sengoku Basara Nendoroids!

This is how he looks from the back!

The mark of the Sanada family – the 6 golden coins are clearly visible from the back with absolutely gorgeous painting! Even the headband is fitted with ball-joints allowing for some wonderfully dynamic poses!

Yukimura’s beloved spears!

You can’t have a Sengoku Basara figure without his weapons!! He also comes with a bent right leg for a more battle-like pose!

He comes two headbands, one straight one, and one fluttering one!
Recreate the most epic of battle scenes from the series all on your desk or in your display case!!

Joining parts to connect the two spears!

Combining the two spears to recreate a whole different weapon for Yukimura to fight with!! He also comes with a bent arm to recreate this pose here with his weapon resting on his shoulder!

Oonoshi came to me quite exited mentioning that this was the first Nendoroid with a visible collarbone! 😛 It’s a bit hard to see it behind his six-coin necklace, but it really is there!!

Oyakata-sama!!

First up is his inspired expression!

This is the expression he always gives when showing his respect and affection for Takeda Shingen!! It really keeps that dog-like loyalty feeling, but at the same time, that’s just what makes Yukimura so awesome! 😛

“Must… try… harder!!”

He really looks like he is angry with himself here… those who know the series will know he can get upset with himself quite easily, but to think you’d be able to get that feeling in Nendoroid form!!

His next expression is this regretful face!
Those clenched teeth really get the feeling across!!!

Facing off against Masamune!!

You can of course display them together for great scenes like this!!

As I mentioned yesterday with Mami-san…

Today we’ll have the very first look at the painted Nendoroid Sayaka-chan!

Ever since we saw the very early stages of her there have been all sorts of questions coming through asking about when we’ll see more of her! Today we’ll be taking a much more detailed look at her!

The 4th Puella Magi Madoka Magica Nendoroid:
Nendoroid Sayaka Miki!

A Nendoroid of the energetic character who is close friends with Madoka, also from the popular anime series Puella Magi Madoka Magica!

Ever since Nendoroid Madoka was announced…

I received so much mail requesting her! I’m so glad that I can finally introduce the prototype to everyone!!

This is how she looks from the back!

Sayaka’s Puella Magi outfit has a lovely white cape that flows behind her – it looks great in Nendoroid form! The stand is an arm stand that attaches to her back, leaving the cape nice and clean!

Let’s move onto the optional parts!
First up is an upset face and her sword!

As with all the previous Nendoroids in the Madoka series, she comes with an upset face and a weapon to recreate some of the battle scenes from the show! On an unrelated note, I must say I love all the gold lining used all over Sayaka’s outfit! It’s absolutely gorgeous!

Bent arms for even more combat scenes!

The shoulder and arm parts are actually separated, allowing for all kinds of possibilities! Using the arm stand you can even make the famous ‘final blow’ scene from episode four!

She also has a pained expression!

Quite a unique expression for a Nendoroid! Those clenched teeth look so cute!! If you pose her like this with the sword in front of her, it really looks like she was trying to fend off a blow as well!

She comes with 8 swords in total!
Plus they all have their own little stands! (sorry, there are only 7 in this photo :P)

As not to lose to the figma version, she also comes with a lovely 8 swords to display around her! And just like Mami-san with her guns, each of the swords has their own little stand to balance it upright. It looks so amazing to see all the swords displayed around her!!

Definitely today’s #1 shot! It looks so nice! Unfortunately I couldn’t get hold of Mami’s prototype though… sorry! It’s so nice when all of the figures of a set are finally released so you can display them all together like this!

Nendoroid Petite Falcom Heroine Set!

A collaboration between Falcom, Good Smile Company, Dengeki Playstation and Dengeki Online! A lovely Nendoroid Petite set of three Falcom heroines – Renne, Estelle Bright and Feena!

It’s Falcom’s 30th anniversary this year
The three heroines in the set were decided on by popular vote from among 125 heroines – ranging from the “Dragon Slayer” series to “The Legend of Heroes ZERO NO KISEKI”

125 different heroines!
Fans of the heroines all put in their votes and these three were decided on! You can find the full details of the results over at Dengeki.com!

Number one from the voting was this lovely lady!
Renne, from Trails in the Sky!

She managed to grab an incredible 14619 votes, putting her in first place!
Taking a look at the prototype my very first thoughts were…

I’m serious! Look at those details!

A nice dynamic pose wielding her huge scythe!

The long wavy skirt and hair really give it a lovely dynamic feeling! Her shoulder is fully posable, so you can also put the scythe in front of her if you prefer.

Moving on to the second most popular!
Estelle, also from Trails in the Sky!

She was about 2000 votes away from first place, coming into second with 12940 votes! She is posed with a lovely smile across her face in a pose that looks ready for anything! Although I’m certain that colorful outfit is going to give the production team some troubles! ^^;

Estelle comes with her weapon, a fighting staff!

Each of the characters in this Nendoroid Petite set comes with some optional part that can be attached and removed, giving you the choice to display them in a more battle-styled pose, or without their weapons for a less battle orientated pose.

Then we move into third place!
Feena from Ys I!

She placed 800 votes away from the second place position, putting her in third place! Feena has been a long time favorite, so I’m sure lots of fans will be glad to see her as Nendoroid Petite that they can keep by their side!

She comes with lovely wings and an angel’s raiment!

Creating an absolutely gorgeous figure over all – such incredible quality for such a small figure!! While she is wearing a very simple dress, it is still absolutely beautiful to look at and suits her figure so nicely! Plus the bare feet that you can just see through the flowing dress are a lovely sight!

Trying to get hold of prototype figures has become quite a battle with the design team as of late! 😛

We always seem to need them at exactly the same time! But I shall not lose! I’ll just take it when I need it, as that wooser plushie can do nothing to stop me!

Today we’ll be taking a look at this figure:

From Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai:
Nendoroid Ayase Aragaki!

She is in the a friend of Kirino’s and is in the same grade at school – plus she also works as a model with her! She is the third Nendoroid in the series following on from Kirino Kousaka and Kuroneko!

This is how she looks from the back!

You can just see her school uniform’s collar through her black straight hair!! Plus even as a Nendoroid the curves of her calves are quite a sight to behold!

Let’s move onto the optional parts!
Her cellphone and school bag!

This image is made to look like she is playing with her cellphone while on the way to school, but you can remove just the school bag and it looks like she is relaxing at home with her cellphone instead! or even switch expressions for an annoyed “Message Undelivered” pose! 😛

An upset expression!

Ayase knows Kyousuke is filled with tricks for sexual harassment, and this is exactly the face she would give whenever she suspected him!! She looks like she is ready to kill someone ^^; But even when she is angry she is still so cute!

She also has a bent arm to place on her hips!
This just makes her look even more upset! The arm is actually posable at the sleeve, so you can pose it at all sorts of different angles.

An unsure expression and folded arms!

This is of course to recreate all those scenes when Ayase is judging Kirino’s beloved otaku culture. I really like this picture – with the red cheeks, folded arms and the way her body is twisted back a bit – it really looks like she is trying to back away! ^^;

She also comes with the bent leg for poses like this!

She really doesn’t look very comfortable!

She is reading the ‘thin book’ from the series – it’s cover has been recreated to look just like the one from the anime! Although I’m afraid the contents couldn’t be redone. 😛 She also comes with arms to hold the book!

This expression comes from Nendoroid Zange-chan! It isn’t included with Ayase!
However, the handcuffs are included!
