Nendoroid Tanya Degurechaff (Saga of Tanya the Evil)

A while back I used to have quite an addiction for coffee jelly with a dash of cream on the top! The little containers they come in are were also so cute… I haven’t had any in awhile now, but I have this strange urge to have some now!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Tanya Degurechaff!

From the anime series ‘Saga of Tanya the Evil’ comes a Nendoroid of Tanya Degurechaff! She comes with three face plates including a tough-looking standard face, her iconic sneering face as well as a crazed face plate with gritted teeth.

The Nendoroid can be displayed saluting, equipped with a rifle or in various other poses that bring out the military feel from the series. She also comes with a cup and saucer to display her enjoying a cup of coffee. Her military cap can be removed for even more posing options. Be sure to add the expressive Tanya to your collection!

“Well then comrades, it’s time for war!”

From the anime series “Saga of Tanya the Evil” comes a Nendoroid of Tanya Degurechaff, the elite rationalist girl who lives in the world filled with both magic and gunpowder smoke fill the air! Even her saluting pose has been faithfully converted into Nendoroid size!

The details of her military outfit has been faithfully included down to the buttons and slack of her pants! The hair she has tied up at the back is connected with a Nendoroid joint allowing it to be moved around for various different nuances in posing! (σ・∀・)σ

Nendoroid Ice Kirby

Hello everyone!! Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

As we head into the hotter months of Summer I crave more things that have ice in them! I also crave pear-flavored things in the Summer!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Ice Kirby!

From the popular ‘Kirby’ game series which recently celebrated its 25th anniversary comes a Nendoroid of Ice Kirby! The Nendoroid makes use of a number of magnets to make his movements smooth, natural and easy to pose!

He comes with four different face plates including his standard smiling face, a more serious face, an expression with his mouth wide open to display him using his inhale ability as well as an expanded expression to show him filled up after inhaling! His ice crown can be removed to display the standard blue Kirby seen in various fighting games, and he comes with a collection of optional parts that allow you to display him with his ‘Parasol’ and ‘Fighter’ Copy Abilities as well as using his Star Bullet ability!

The original Nendoroid Kirby is also being rereleased at the same time as Ice Kirby’s release, and owning both of them allows for even more fun display opportunities. As a special bonus, Nendoroid Ice Kirby will also include a new additional sleeping face plate for Nendoroid Kirby! Be sure to display them together and bring out Dream Land in your collection!

– Smiling Face –

Plus as you can see he comes with ice effect parts under his feet to display him sliding along! ★

– Serious Face –

A serious face together with icy blowing effect parts to display him attacking with his ice powers! ♪

The puff of cold air has a translucent look with little snowflake patterns printed on the design!

▲ It looks so cute and fluffy!

– Expanded Face –

Ice Kirby looks just as cute all filled up! Not only does the expression change but so does the actual shape of his body! (*´ω｀*)

– Inhaling Face –

I say “Inhaling Face”, but this Kirby also comes with effects to display him spitting out starts so in this case it is more of a spitting face! ♥

Plus as you can see from the above, his ice crown can also be removed for a more simply blue Kirby to enjoy! (σ・∀・)σ

The headband blowing in the wind behind him gives Fighter Kirby an illusion of speed making for a rather dynamic looking pose! The arms and legs are attached with magnets allowing them to easily be switched into a more action-orientated pose like this! (∩・∀・)∩

He’s so adorable!! (●´Д｀●)

The sleeping face is included as a bonus for the original Kirby! I want to have this adorable sleeping face by my side to look at whenever I need to de-stress a little!

Nendoroid Lillie (Pokémon)

As soon as the summer months come around I am very reliant on insect repellent spray. But even when I use it they still tend to target me!!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Lillie!

Nendoroid Warspite (Kantai Collection -KanColle-)

Hello everyone!! Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

If I had to choose between tea or coffee, I would be on the tea side. Recently I’ve really been enjoying “KUSMI TEA” – they have so many different varieties!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Warspite!

From the popular browser game ‘Kantai Collection -KanColle-‘ comes the first Nendoroid of a British ship – the second Queen Elizabeth-class battleship, Warspite! She can be posed sitting on her ship parts like a throne as in the illustration from the game, but also comes with interchangeable parts which allow you to pose her standing!

She also comes with effect parts to display her turrets firing, as well as a more stern face plate that can all be used to easily pose Warspite in battle scenes! As a British ship she also of course comes with a cup of tea, and the chalkboard from the classroom set is also included as a cardboard sheet to display beside her. Enjoy all sorts of situations in Nendoroid size!

An adorable Nendoroid of the second Queen Elizabeth-class battleship, Warspite! She is also the first British ship to join the Nendoroids! ★

I must say that every time I look at the KanColle Nendoroid line-up I’m always amazed at how many characters have been released! Yet they are all so different and special in their own ways! (´□｀｡)

But let’s get back to Warspite! ♪

The iconic ribbon on her chest with a bit of a rosy look, the folded legs that give a slight peek at her bare skin and so much more details have all been shrunk into a 10cm tall figure! ♡

▲ Her impressive bosom is also very noticeable even in Nendoroid size!

As with some of the previous KanColle Nendoroids, her ship parts come with Nendoroid joints in the left and right sides and the turrets are rotatable, allowing for the parts to be moved around in all sorts of different ways! ε=(。・д・。)

▲ The left and right turrets can rotate around too!

As you can see, her ship parts are designed like a little throne for her to sit on…

However, if you transform the back piece so that the turret points outward…

The Nendoroid can be transformed into a standing mode more suited for combat scenes! ((´д`●))三((●´д`))

In other words the Nendoroid can switch between two completely different ship part types allowing for even more posing opportunities! Plus the whole transformation also does not require you to add or remove any parts!

But that’s not all!

She also comes with a paper blackboard from the classroom set, together with a stand to display it beside her!

This would also look great with certain other KanColle Nendoroids as well! You can always switch parts around between them! (●‘∀‘●)ﾉ”

As you can see from the previous photos, she can easily be displayed without the ship parts entirely, and you can also just take the seat part of her throne and display her with that only! ♪

As a British ship she also of course comes with a cup of tea, which matches the sitting pose very nicely and captures a more everyday kind of pose! ♡

You could pose her with the cafe counter kit from HACOROOM and create a lovely tea time scene! ★

on my camera. It really brought out the mood!

Along with the parts above, she also comes with the standard turret firing effect parts as well as a face plate designed for combat scenes! (∩・∀・)∩

Nendoroid Mari Ohara (LoveLive!Sunshine!!)

Today I’m going to be taking a look at a character who not only celebrated her birthday today but also her announcement as a Nendoroid!

Eriri Spencer Sawamura: Swimsuit Ver.!

From the popular anime series Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend ♭ comes a 1/7th scale figure of the up-and-coming doujinshi illustrator Eriri Spencer Sawamura wearing a swimsuit! The figure is the second in a series of figures based on original illustrations by Kurehito Misaki, each featuring the Saekano girls wearing their swimsuits.

Misaki’s delicate touch and unique coloring have been carefully preserved on the figure, while also capturing the slender and soft appearance of Eriri’s body with intricate sculptwork and paintwork. The top of the floating tube makes use of translucent parts allowing you to get a peek at her body through the tube as well.

She is posed looking rather relaxed while sitting on a floating tube, and the balance and movement of her hair has been adapted to the sitting pose really beautifully! Even from the back the overall composition of the figure is stunning! (*’▽’)

I personally quite like the moderate size of Eriri’s chest! Perhaps just the right size for me… ♡

Just look at those lovely realistic looking thighs! When I look at a figure and think it looks just like a real body I can’t help but be in awe… ( ;∀;)

Another rather small thing, but still amazing…

The fingers that gently brush against the tube have such a pretty look to them! The natural pink manicure has also been faithfully included on the design! ♪

– Floating Tube –

The sculpt of the tube together with the fact that the top is transparent makes it look so realistic! It’s like it should be all soft and squishy to the touch!! I couldn’t stop myself and went ahead and touched it, but it was in fact just as hard as any other parts of the figure… (/ω＼)

▼ From the Back!

The fact that the top is transparent means you can in fact get a blurred look at what is on the other side of the tube! You can’t get a direct look when she is sitting in the tube, but this blurred look leaves some to the imagination making it all the more enticing!

– Accessories –

From the sunglasses in her hair to the bracelets on her arms, the details are magnificent all around! The glasses also make use of translucent parts allowing you to just slightly see the hair on the other side! ♪

A quick look down at her feet! (*´ω`*)

The straps on her sandals have that shiny look showing the enamel material they are made from, and just like her fingernails her toes also have been painted a lovely light pink! Such a work of art!

This morning we had a product announcement at four in the morning Japan time in order to get the news out at the same time worldwide! Without further ado, today I’m going to be taking a look at the first figma from Overwatch…

The smooth yet posable figma joints allow you to act out a variety of different scenes.
A flexible plastic is used in specific areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability.
Tracer comes with three face plates, including a smiling face, an excited expression, and a serious, confident expression.
Optional parts include her trusty Pulse Pistols as well as a Pulse Bomb to display her using her ultimate ability.
Also included is an articulated figma stand to facilitate various exciting poses.

Summer Version Vira (Granblue Fantasy)

Today’s Main Feature!

I changed my wardrobe into Summer mode, yet find that some days are still rather chilly at the moment. I wish it was easier to adjust your clothes to the weather!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at the 1/8th scale figure…

Summer Version Vira!★

From the popular smartphone game “Granblue Fantasy” comes a scale figure of the Lord Commander of Albion, Vira, in her swimsuit summer version! The cute frills, translucent ribbons and various other accessories that make up her elaborate swimsuit have been completely reproduced on the figure.

Her gorgeous and sexy charm has been captured with the exact same taste as the original illustration for fans to enjoy by their side. The included base is made to look like the beach to bring out the summer atmosphere even further.

“Summer is only just beginning!”

From “Granblue Fantasy” comes a 1/8th scale figure of Vira all dressed up for a summer vacation! Just look at the amazing detail of the intricate frills on her cute swimsuit!! ♥

The curves of her impressive bosom, those lovely armpits and the shape of her collarbone are all such a treat for the eyes!

▲ Also note the details on the scabbard and sword hanging from her hips! ♪

The pose and look on her face makes for a somewhat elegant look, but on the other hand there is something rather alluring about her eyes as well… (´□｀｡)

Next let’s take a quick 360° spin! ★

The twist in her hips, the long flowing hair and that soft looking body!!

Taking a look at the spinning figure you can get a better feel for the more dynamic details of the figure such as the ribbon on her chest and the flowing look of her hair! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

Let’s take a more detailed look at specific areas!!

A rather tropical looking flower in her hair!

The petals look beautiful, but as does the details around the stamen and pistil! This angle also gives a nice look at the accessory on her arm and her nails which are painted a light purple.

The areas never visible in the illustration are also faithfully included! ★

The ribbon of her halterneck tied at her neck has long tails that end with a lovely golden look, and all the various other details of her outfit are such a bright and colorful treat to the eyes! This is one of those figures I’d even consider putting on display with the back showing!

The sexy body also can’t be ignored! So soft looking!!

Be sure to slide your fingers along the lovely curves of her body once she joins your collection! ♡

I also love the way the frilly part of her outfit has been blown outward around her chest! (/ω＼)

Reams of ribbons on her lovely legs!

The sculpting is one thing, but also note the shadows painted at the bottom of her knees! Delicious!! ♥

Another ribbon to note is the one of her back!

As you can see the inner side of the ribbon is orange, but…

The outside has a beautiful metallic blue gradient! ε=(｡・д・｡)

It’s really amazing how closely figures can mimic the illustrations they are based on nowadays! The ribbon also makes use of an ever-so-slightly transparent material which gives it a nice translucent look as well! This amazing coloring was all performed by Hiroyuki Hirose from Decomas Lab!

The base is also a rather special!

It might be a little difficult to make out what exactly is happening here, so let me explain with the help of some arrows! (●‘∀‘●)ﾉ

Left Arrow: Front of footprint already left behind.
Middle Arrow: A footprint where her heel was, which has now started to lift
Right Arrow: A little mound of sand made as the foot is about to take the next step!

The base alone tells a little story of its own!

The figure as a whole is really such an amazing sight with so much detail given to even the smallest details of her outfit and accessories. The figure’s sculptor Manabu Katou really put his heart and soul into this Summer Version Vira!

I’m really not sure if my feeling are getting across through the blog, but this figure really is a work of art! I wish more people could get a look at it in person!! ((´д`●))三((●´д`))

Nendoroid Suntanned Cirno (Touhou Project)

Summer holiday’s are on the way soon! I still remember when I was in school and we had to plant and keep a diary about the growth of some Japanese morning glory. I am so terrible with flowers that I can barely keep a cactus alive, but I think I managed to get my morning glory to flower!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Suntanned Cirno!

From the popular game series by Team Shanghai Alice, the ‘Touhou Project’ comes a Nendoroid of the ice fairy Cirno with a lovely golden tan! She comes with three face plates including a smiling face filled with confidence, an angry expression as well as a crying expression for when the tables are turned against her.

Just like her previous version she comes with both a frozen frog and an ice sword as optional parts, and this version also comes with Japanese morning glory flowers to wrap around her! Enjoy this refreshing Cirno in your collection!

The ice fairy who doesn’t melt under the blazing sun.

When the 16th game in the Touhou Project series, “Hidden Star in Four Seasons” was announced this suntanned version of Cirno made quite the impression! Now she is being transformed into a Nendoroid!

Her lovely golden brown skin, the sunflower on a ribbon at her neck and the Japanese morning glory flowers curling around her are all faithfully included! Combined with that mischievous smile makes her look like a child ready to enjoy their summer vacation!

Long time Nendoroid collectors will know that the original Nendoroid Cirno was released back in 2011!

▲ It’s been six years! Such pale skin!!

Let’s see how she looks from the back! ☆

From the back you can get a good look at her icy wings made with translucent parts, the large blue ribbon in her hair and the outfit made up of cold colors to contrast with her suntanned skin!

While Suntanned Cirno comes with the iconic flowers around her, must-have parts from the original are also included! ♡

Including her Frozen Frog!

The froggy encased in a tomb of translucent ice! A work of art!

Along with the frozen frog she also comes with the ice sword that was included with the original Nendoroid Cirno! ★

Of course her third face plate is none other than a crying expression!

A special hip part is included allowing you to pose her with her legs wide open which allows you to recreate the pose when she gets beaten at her own game!

De De De De Vignette Figure (Dead Dead Demon’s De De De De Destruction)

Can you believe we are already on the last day of May! Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

De De De De Vignette Figure!

From the popular manga series ‘Dead Dead Demon’s De De De De Destruction’ comes a new addition to Good Smile Company and Max Factory’s “Wonderful Hobby Selection” series of top quality figures – a beautifully detailed vignette figure complete with the background sculpted into the design to truly bring out the atmosphere of the series.

The figure is based on an original illustration by the author of the manga, Inio Asano. His unique touch and the details on the background not only on the robot, but even on each of the leaves and tiles has been carefully sculpted to ensure a figure packed with incredible detail. The tiles of the base are also made to form the Japanese katakana “de” shape that is found multiple times in the title of the series. The figure will also come with a bonus short manga written by Inio Asano. It is the ultimate addition to the collection of any De De De De fan!

The lively pose and dynamic appearance of the figure is such a pleasure to the eyes no matter what angle you choose to look from! It really is such a beautiful work of art! ♡

Let’s start with a 360° spin! ☆

…isn’t it simply stunning!

You’ll have to wait until she joins your collection to see certain angles that I can’t show though! (｀・ω・´)ゞ

Here is the original illustration that the figure is based on! You can see just how faithfully it has been reproduced in figure form!

The figure stands around 180mm in height!

Let’s take a look in a little bit more detail! ♪

– Kadode Koyama –

Her red-framed glasses looking great! The swaying appearance of the ribbon on her chest is also a lovely point!

The shiny appearance of her shoes has also been captured nicely, and I personally love the rather full look of her calves! ♥

– Ouran Nakagawa –

Even the drool from her mouth has been sculpted on the figure!

She is instead wearing rather functional, expensive looking sneakers which are also sculpted in intricate detail!

– Isobeyan –

His bizarre, plump appearance is so perfect!

Although the entire figure is made from a hard material the contrast between the shiny metallic figure and the soft mushroomy look of Isobeyan really makes you expect that he should be soft to the touch! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

– Robot –

The robot everyone is riding on looks so realistic that it could just jump to life!

▲ All the details never visible on the original illustration are also faithfully detailed in a full 360° on the figure!

If we look a little from the bottom we get a good feeling for the impressive volume of the robot, as well as the fact that you can see all the structural detail inside the machine too!

▲The pole in the center is the stand for the figure!

It’s a little hard to tell from these photos, but all the warning labels and other stickers on the robot are also all faithfully included! Be sure to take a nice close look once the figure joins your collection! (*´ｪ`*)

– Base –

If you look from the top, the base is in this shape: デ. This is the katakana for “De” ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟヽ三ﾉﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

The smaller details such as the flowers and the tin can that were all in the original illustration have been beautifully added to the base!

It’s quite difficult to show the amount of detail of this figure with just photos, but those of you who want to see it in person and are in Japan… I have some goods news!
