Today I’m going to be taking a look at this product currently up for preorder!
figma Genji!

From the globally popular multiplayer first-person shooter Overwatch® comes a figma of Genji!

  • The smooth yet posable figma joints allow you to act out a variety of different scenes.
  • A flexible plastic is used in specific areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability.
  • Genji comes with both his katana and wakizashi for various combat poses.
  • Shuriken effect parts that make use of a translucent material are also included.
  • Also included is an articulated figma stand to facilitate various exciting poses.

The youngest son of the master of the Shimada ninja clan that ended up with a cyborg body is joining the figma series!

The separated parts on his side, the intricate details on his chest and the tiny little bolt-like parts all over his body! Every little detail has been captured in exquisite detail on the figma!

▲ The face and upper chest area have a metallic paint that differs from the rest of his body! ♪

Even from the back his form has been captured just as faithfully! (∩・∀・)∩

▲ Note the contrast between the organic looking curves and the sharper metallic parts of his cyborg body!

Along with a set of shuriken to hold between his fingers ready for combat, he also comes with a special effect part to display him throwing them! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

This allows you to pose him attacking just like in game! ★

His bandana is fitted with a ball joint that allows you to give the figure a dynamic feeling of movement as he dashes forward for jumps! Simply match the movement to your pose!

In addition to the shuriken, he also comes with his Dragonblade sword as well as his wakizashi!

The various weapons that are used in the game are all included to recreate his attacks, but you can also of course easily create your very own original poses with the parts!ε=(｡・д・｡)

The sculpt of the figure has had no compromises made, creating an action figure that is not only great to move around and play with but also looks incredible detailed and faithful to the game’s design!

Kurumi Tokisaki (Date A Live)

I can’t believe it’s already been half a year since we went to visit a cat cafe as an April Fools joke! I think I need to go and visit again for a quick dose of happiness… (っ’ω’)っ))

But in the meantime, I have a cute and sexy cat girl to keep me occupied from KADOKAWA! Currently up for preorder is this 1/7th scale…
Kurumi Tokisaki!

A 1/7th scale figure of Kurumi Tokisaki based on an illustration from the Tsunako Art Book -Converves- released on the 25th February 2016! The figure captures her cute expression and compelling gestures as she leans up against a cat tower, with the beautiful curves of her body and the way the gaterbelt squeezes her skin preserved in intricate detail.

The base of the figure is made to match the cat-eared illustration of Kurumi, including the cat tower from the original illustration. You don’t normally get to see Kurumi this cute and sexy in her Astral Dress, but with figure by your side you can enjoy her like this from any angle you please, whenever you wish!

A figure based on one of the illustrations from the Date A Live Tsunako Art Book -Conserves-!

From Date A Live comes a figure of the spirit who can control shadows and time: Kurumi Tokisaki wearing a sexy dress with cat ears and a tail!!

The pose has her leaning up against a cat tower in a sexy outfit for a very seductive looking pose!

The shiny look of her high heel shoes, the long stockings with garterbelts that contrast against the pale white skin of her thighs, and that long bushy tail! Even from the back there are so many highlights to enjoy on the figure! The pose is based on an illustration that was originally seen in the Date A Live Tsunako Art Book -Conserves-! ((´д`●))三((●´д`))

As a side note, Good Smile Company has previously released a Nendoroid of Kurumi wearing her Astral Dress! ♪

But anyway, let’s get back to the scale figure! (∩・∀・)∩

Her asymmetrical twintails have been sculpted with each and every stand very carefully detailed, and the frilly dress she wears has a somewhat light and translucent feel to it while also including all the details of creases. The tighter fit around her waist also lets you see the shape of her body right through the outfit! ε-(o´ω｀o)

The cat ears and tail have a nice fluffy appearance, and even the bells in her hair have been sculpted in lovely detail!

She even has a collar on her neck to bring the cat theme together!

The cute look on her face with her tongue sticking out also adds to the cat theme while providing a bit of a mischievous element to the figure! The combination of sexy and cute are just too perfect!!

▲ The detailed clock eye has also of course been faithfully included!

The figure really captures the different textures around Kurumi so nicely! From the rough look of the cat tower base to her soft looking skin or the silky look of her outfit… even though they are all made from a similar material the sculpt and paintwork gives them a completely different look!

Nendoroid Suzu (In This Corner of the World)

It’s really starting to get rather cold in this corner of the world now! There are already a lot of people with colds here in the offices… I need to be careful that I don’t catch one! ϵ( ‘Θ’ )϶

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Suzu!

From the animated movie “In This Corner of the World” comes a Nendoroid of Suzu! She comes with two face plates including a gentle smiling face as well as a cute surprised expression. She can easily be posed in various scenes from the movie, and also comes with a note book and pencil to pose her drawing pictures! Be sure to add this cute palm-sized Suzu to your collection!

From the animated film that captured the hearts of people all around the world, “In This Corner of the World” comes a Nendoroid of the character who loves to draw – Suzu!

I’m sure there might be some newcomers to the series with this release, so let’s start off with a quick explanation! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Suzu comes with a pencil and notepad!

Megumi Kato: Dress Ver. (Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend)

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Megumi Kato: Dress Ver.!☆

From “Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend” comes a Megumi Kato: Dress Ver. figure made in collaboration with DRAGON MAGAZINE (KADOKAWA)! The figure is based on an original illustration by Kurehito Misaki in DRAGON MAGAZINE, which featured Kato Megumi wearing a dress.

The black dress has been carefully sculpted to preserve the thin appearance of the fabric, and makes use of translucent parts to keep the see-though appearance in tact. The base features a carpet scattered with rose petals for a more mature atmosphere, which allows fans to enjoy Megumi with a rather different appearance to usual.

A boring girlfriend wearing a beautiful dress.

From “Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend” comes a 1/7th scale figure of Megumi Kato wearing a black dress in a lovely mature atmosphere! The figure is based on an original illustration by Kurehito Misaki in DRAGON MAGAZINE! ♥

The figure itself is beautiful, but also note the lovely design of the chair along with the carpet base with flower petals scattered about! The shiny look of her pink shoes and stylish dress have all been sculpted and painted in such amazing detail!

While the pose is rather simple, the fact that her hair has a bit of a dynamic feel to it makes it seem as if the figure captures the exact moment that she extended her hand out to her partner! ((´д`●))三((●´д`))

The elegant see-through parts of the dress have also been captured using a translucent material! The black part of the dress also makes use of translucent parts with a black coat! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

The creases in the dress around her hips show how tight-fitting the dress is while also showing off the curves of her body very nicely!

It’s not a super showy dress, but the attention to detail still makes it wonderful to look at! (●‘∀‘●)

What would you do if this beautiful heroine looked up to you with this smile and extended her hand out to you?

The fact that she has a slightly upward gaze really completes the scene!

I personally also like the relaxed right hand by her side!

The charm from the original illustration has been preserved as faithfully as possible, while also ensuring all the parts that were never visible in the original illustration have also been carefully detailed!

The petals that are strewn on the base are not stuck onto the base and can be freely moved around! This also of course means you can choose to remove them as well!

▲The carpeted look of the base also adds an extra level of elegance! ☆

Nendoroid Nana Ebina (Himouto Umaru-chan R)

I love crêpes so much that I used to sometimes wish I could work in a crêpe shop… but I imagine it is a job that requires quite a lot of control!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at a figure that went up for preorder today… which is also her birthday!
Nendoroid Nana Ebina!

From the anime series “Himouto Umaru-chan R” comes a Nendoroid of Umaru’s shy classmate, Nana Ebina! She comes with three face plates including a nervous looking standard expression, an even more flustered looking embarrassed expression as well as the smiling expression she showed whenever she ate something delicious!

Optional parts include a crêpe filled with fruits and cream, steam effect parts to display her at maximum embarrassed level as well as her beloved Nekoronbus pillow! Be sure to display her with Nendoroid Umaru who is also currently available for preorder!

Umaru’s shy classmate joins the Nendoroids!

From the popular anime series that is currently airing, Himouto! Umaru-chan R comes a Nendoroid of Nana Ebina! Even her standard face plate which you can see above has a wobbly look to capture her shy and nervous personality!

Her rather unique hair accessory has also been captured in Nendoroid size! Plus if we look from the back you can see her entire hairstyle has all been preserved very nicely! (∩・∀・)∩

▲ The two tied-up parts are fitted with joints for various different nuances!

Along with her standard face plate above, she also comes with an even more embarrassed face plate!

In addition, this steam effect part is also included which can be placed between her front and back hair in order to display her at maximum embarrassed level! (੭ु ›ω‹ )੭ु⁾⁾

Last but not least, her third face plate is a very smiling face that makes her look like she is in paradise! Perfect for whenever she eats something delicious! ♥

You’ll also notice that in her hand she is holding a rather delicious looking crêpe which explains her happiness! Just look at all the strawberries and cream inside!!

This is made out of fabric like an actual little pillow!

Simply by having the Nekoronbus displayed with Ebina-chan or Umaru-chan instantly brings out the atmosphere of the series even more!! I’m sure it will also look great with the upcoming trading figures as well! ♡

She also comes with a sitting lower body part!

If you look at her hands you can see she looks all fidgety while sitting down! It’s lovely to see the little attention to detail even on a Nendoroid!!

Nendoroid Ariel (The Little Mermaid)

I want to go an visit the sea where adventure and imagination set sail! The theme park where you can meet this Little Mermaid in person!!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Ariel!♡

From the popular movie “The Little Mermaid” comes a Nendoroid of Ariel! She comes with three face plates including a standard smile, a determined expression and a cheerful smile with closed eyes! The unique flow of her hair from being under the sea has been captured on the Nendoroid design, and using the included stand you can place her in a variety of different swimming poses!

Her mermaid tail and fin are also articulated allowing you to display her in a range of poses to swimming fast to a more gentle movement. Alternate parts to display her sitting are also included, which are perfect to pose her sitting and chatting with friends! Sebastian and Flounder are also both included to display swimming by her side!

The adventurous princess of the sea is joining the Nendoroids!

The next Disney Princess to join the Nendoroid series is none other than Ariel!! Note how her hair has been sculpted with a dynamic look as if floating around underwater!

Nendoroid Juzumaru Tsunetsugu (Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-)

The changes in temperature between the last few days here in Japan has been huge! We’re getting to that season where it is hard to wake up and get out of your nice warm bed in the morning!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at a product currently up for preorder…
Nendoroid Juzumaru Tsunetsugu!

From the popular browser and smartphone game “Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-” comes a Nendoroid of Juzumaru Tsunetsugu, one of the Five Great Swords! He comes with three face plates including a standard face, a combat face as well as a smiling expression based on the anniversary illustration from the game.

His sword can be displayed both sheathed or drawn and he comes a string of prayer beads and other parts allowing you to display him in various different situations. Be sure to add him to your collection!

The second of the Five Great Swords to join the Nendoroid series, Juzumaru Tsunetsugu!

The amount of detail that has been put into the gradient and sculpt of each of the beads as well as their glossy appearance is simply outstanding! ヽ(*´∀｀)ノ

All of the Touken Ranbu Nendoroids have been very carefully sculpted to capture as much detail as possible in chibi size, but Juzumaru is possibly on a completely different level in terms of detail!

▲ The gradient of his hair is also beautiful!

The flow of hair has also been captured very nicely with the sculpt, and if we look behind the hair you can see the details of his outfit from the back, which is not something you normally get much opportunity to see on Juzumaru!

The creases on his outfit around the bends of his body have also been captured very nicely! The more you look the more little details you see!! ( ･ㅂ･)و ̑̑

▲You can see a little gap of bare skin between his cuffs and gloves!

Anyway, let’s move on and take a look at his different face plates! The first we have is the standard expression that I’ve included from the start, but he also comes with two different alternate options! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

His second face plate is a combat expression!

This confident pose together with a powerful looking expression! You can just see his eyebrows peeking through his long hair which show he is putting much more force into this expression!

His sword is included both sheathed and drawn allowing for various different display options! – from scenes from the game to all original scenes! ♪

Plus as you may have noticed, he comes with two different strings of prayer beads! Simply select the one that better suits your pose! ε=(｡・д・｡)

Moving on to his third face plate…

A pure and gentle smiling face!

This expression is based on an illustration that was drawn for the game’s release celebrations! He even comes complete with the flower that was in the original illustration!

Even though his eyes are always closed, the different in the position of the eyes, the mouth and the eyebrows make for such a different impression!

In addition, just like all the previously released Touken Ranbu Nendoroids, he comes with a special round base… but as his hair is so big he also comes with a special extension part that can support him completely! (∩・∀・)∩

Super Sonico: HOT LIMIT Ver.! ♥

The first HOT LIMIT Anniversary Collaboration Figures to celebrate the 20th anniversary of T.M.Revolution’s debut is Super Sonico, who has just celebrated her 10th anniversary! The figure is based on an illustration by Tsuji Santa (Nitroplus) that was included in Takanori Nishikawa’s book distributed at Comic Market.

The figure has been sculpted in a dynamic pose as if in a scene from one of T.M.Revolution’s promotional videos, and the contrast between the texture of the outfit and her soft-looking skin has been captured with intricate detail! Be sure to add the sexy Super Sonico to your collection!

T.M.Revolution x Super Sonico: The first in a series of HOT LIMIT figures!

A new set of figures to celebrate 20 years since T.M.Revolution’s debut!! The first of which is Super Sonico wearing the famous outfit worn by T.M.Revolution in their “HOT LIMIT” song!! Just like the song’s lyrics say, she is showing off whatever she can!!! Just take a look from a couple of different angles!

The contrast between her innocent smile and the sexy outfit is lovely!!

If you’ve never heard the “HOT LIMIT” song before, I suggest you listen along while reading this review to get in the mood! (っ’ω’)っ

The outfit is based on the outfit that T.M.Revolution’s Takanori Nishikawa wore in the music video above, but it has been slightly tuned to make for a more sexy look on Sonico’s body! This is how she looks from the back! ヽ(*´Д｀*)ﾉ

If you take a look from the side you can get the best feel for the impressive size of her bust that refuses to give in to gravity as well as the way the outfit squeezes down on her soft skin! ((´д`●))三((●´д`))

▲ You can just picture the body on the other side of the outfit!

The outfit has also been sculpted with careful attention to the creases and stretched areas which gives a good feel as to how tight the outfit is!

She looks amazing from all sorts of different angles! (/ω・＼)

In addition, she also comes with a little helicopter, also based on the music video that I linked above! ★

If you look close you can see Pochaco is looking out!!

This is all of course included to faithfully capture the original illustration by Tsuji Santa (Nitroplus)! A post card of this illustration is also included with the product as a bonus!

A lot of the photos on today’s blog don’t include the helicopter, but it is included to display with or without Sonico!

On first glance I think most people tend to look straight at Sonico’s boobies, but I personally want to bring more attention to the area around her bottom! Look at those delicious hips and thighs!!＜●＞＜●＞

Another thing I want to touch on is the contrast between the glossy paintwork of the black outfit and the warm soft looking paintwork of her skin!! It captures the textures so effectively making for such a treat to the eyes! ♥

Nendoroid Sucy Manbavaran (Little Witch Academia)

My favorite type of mushroom is the royal trumpet mushroom! I do like most types, although I once at some shimeji mushrooms raw which did put me off them a little bit…

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Sucy Manbavaran!

From the anime series “Little Witch Academia” comes a Nendoroid of the unidentified witch and Akko’s roommate, Sucy Manbavaran! She comes with three face plates including her standard languid expression, a scheming expression as well as an entranced expression for when she has a few too many shrooms.

Optional parts include her wand, two mushrooms as well as a flask and sprout parts for her to play some pranks on Akko! In addition, she also comes with the “The Sucy that Wants to Spit on the World” a bonus extra part! Be sure to display her together with the previously released Nendoroid Akko Kagari for all sorts of fun displays!

“I kind of had a hunch before, but Akko’s really is an idiot.”

The sarcastic witch with a rather sharp tongue, Sucy Manbavaran is joining the Nendoroid series! Her cute appearance wearing the Luna Nova Magical Academy has been faithfully captured in Nendoroid size! ☆

The long skirt creating little waves at her feet suit her so perfectly! The long skirt also allows her to stand without the need for a stand!! (・∀・)

Sucy is the second character from Little Witch Academia to join the Nendoroid series, following on from the previously released Nendoroid Akko! ♪

Isn’t it just adorable?!

Tamamo no Mae: School Uniform Ver. (Fate/EXTELLA: The Umbral Star)

Tamamo no Mae: School Uniform Ver.!

From the high-speed action game “Fate/EXTELLA: The Umbral Star” comes a 1/6th scale figure of Tamamo no Mae wearing a school uniform, based on an illustration that was included as a store purchase bonus!

The figure is posed kneeling on a cushion with her shirt buttons undone to reveal her impressive cleavage, with her cute twin-tailed hair sculpted and painted with great care to capture the original illustration as faithfully as possible! Be sure to add the cute bowing Tamamo to your collection!

The foxy good wife wearing a revealing school uniform!

The original illustration that the figure was based on was originally a bonus included with purchases of Fate/EXTELLA: The Umbral Star from certain stores, but now it has been converted into an amazing figure by Phat! for fans to enjoy!

The bold pose tends to have her cleavage catch your eyes, but she also looks amazing from the back with her lovely bushy tail faithfully included! ★

▲ Don’t you just wish you could run up and hug that bug bushy tail?! (・∀・)

Even though she is in a sitting pose, the figure has some impressive volume thanks to her hair and tail! The attention to detail is also fantastic! Here is a size comparison with an iPhone 6!

I asked the figure’s planner Takamatsu (@Phat_stuff) what his recommended highlights are on the figure, so let’s take a closer look! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

◆ Outfit ◆

Takamatsu: The first ever school uniform look for Tamamo no Mae! The fact that the “good wife” is dressed up in a school uniform also has a strange kind of imbalance that makes her all the more appealing!

I for one find it most appealing!! The cardigan tied around her hips, the pleat skirt you can see underneath it and the high socks all brought together by those beautiful thighs!! Looking at the figure from a slightly lower angle really provides all sorts of treats for the eyes! (っ’ω’)っ

◆ Bust ◆

Takamatsu: Tamamo no Mae has always had a very impressive bust, but this particular illustration has really emphasized the size which has in turn been represented on the figure as faithfully as possible!

Her shirt has been opened up to reveal her cleavage very nicely, plus they look so very soft and squishy due to the way they have been sculpted with gravity pulling down on them! The little hearts on the loose ribbon is also a lovely touch! ♥

◆ Hair ◆

Takamatsu: The tips of the hair make use of translucent parts together with a gradient paint effect to create a beautiful look!

The two bunches of hair that make up her twin-tails have been sculpted with very nice volume while also keeping amazing detail that makes her hair flow beautifully with a very smooth and silky look! The transparent ends also look lovely!! ♪

◆ Tail ◆

Takamatsu: Underneath the skirt, the tail is properly attached to her!

What you mean to say is… it’s attached to her, and not her clothes?

Takamatsu: That’s right! But you’ll have to take a closer look for yourself once she joins your collection!
