Today I’ll be taking a look at the currently available for preorder…

Super Sonico: Libra Ver.

From Tsuji Santa’s calendar featuring Super Sonico in outfits based on the 12 signs of the zodiac comes a scale figure of Super Sonico in her Libra outfit! In order to faithfully match the original illustration as much as possible, wires, chains and etched parts have all been utilized. Of course, Super Sonico’s voluptuous physique has been carefully recreated as well.

In addition to her worried expression from the illustration, an additional interchangeable smiling expression is also included. Her translucent pink skirt is removable. Display her in your favorite way! Be sure to add her to your collection!

From Tsuji Santa’s calendar of Sonico illustrations, Sonico and her “Libra” costume have been turned into a 1/7th scale figure! ☆

Her tight waist, voluptuous bust and curvy legs have been carefully recreated in figure form!

In order to faithfully recreate the Libra scale, real chains and wires have been utilized for the figure! ◎

▲The gap in appearance between the scale and Sonico’s soft skin and body is perfect! (・∀・)

Her gently fluttering hair has been recreated using clean parts for a light appearance!

Just like in the illustration, she comes with an adorable worried expression! (ﾉ*>∀<)ﾉ

Her pink cheeks, embarrassed eyes and slightly open mouth…

…it just makes you want to protect her, doesn’t it!

The impression you get from this expression also varies quite a bit depending on the angle you look at it from! ★

Personally I like looking at her from a slightly low angle or an angle slightly outside of her gaze, but find your own favorite angle when you take her home!

Additionally, not only is the original illustration’s worried expression included, she also comes with an interchangeable smiling expression! (੭ु ›ω‹ )੭ु⁾⁾

Today I’m going to be taking a look at the 1/7th Scale…
Super Sonico: HOT LIMIT Ver.! ♥

The first HOT LIMIT Anniversary Collaboration Figures to celebrate the 20th anniversary of T.M.Revolution’s debut is Super Sonico, who has just celebrated her 10th anniversary! The figure is based on an illustration by Tsuji Santa (Nitroplus) that was included in Takanori Nishikawa’s book distributed at Comic Market.

The figure has been sculpted in a dynamic pose as if in a scene from one of T.M.Revolution’s promotional videos, and the contrast between the texture of the outfit and her soft-looking skin has been captured with intricate detail! Be sure to add the sexy Super Sonico to your collection!

T.M.Revolution x Super Sonico: The first in a series of HOT LIMIT figures!

A new set of figures to celebrate 20 years since T.M.Revolution’s debut!! The first of which is Super Sonico wearing the famous outfit worn by T.M.Revolution in their “HOT LIMIT” song!! Just like the song’s lyrics say, she is showing off whatever she can!!! Just take a look from a couple of different angles!

The contrast between her innocent smile and the sexy outfit is lovely!!

If you’ve never heard the “HOT LIMIT” song before, I suggest you listen along while reading this review to get in the mood! (っ’ω’)っ

The outfit is based on the outfit that T.M.Revolution’s Takanori Nishikawa wore in the music video above, but it has been slightly tuned to make for a more sexy look on Sonico’s body! This is how she looks from the back! ヽ(*´Д｀*)ﾉ

▲ Her feet and back were never visible in the original illustration!

If you take a look from the side you can get the best feel for the impressive size of her bust that refuses to give in to gravity as well as the way the outfit squeezes down on her soft skin! ((´д`●))三((●´д`))

▲ You can just picture the body on the other side of the outfit!

The outfit has also been sculpted with careful attention to the creases and stretched areas which gives a good feel as to how tight the outfit is!

She looks amazing from all sorts of different angles! (/ω・＼)

In addition, she also comes with a little helicopter, also based on the music video that I linked above! ★

If you look close you can see Pochaco is looking out!!

This is all of course included to faithfully capture the original illustration by Tsuji Santa (Nitroplus)! A post card of this illustration is also included with the product as a bonus!

A lot of the photos on today’s blog don’t include the helicopter, but it is included to display with or without Sonico!

On first glance I think most people tend to look straight at Sonico’s boobies, but I personally want to bring more attention to the area around her bottom! Look at those delicious hips and thighs!!＜●＞＜●＞

Another thing I want to touch on is the contrast between the glossy paintwork of the black outfit and the warm soft looking paintwork of her skin!! It captures the textures so effectively making for such a treat to the eyes! ♥

I recently got the bouquet at one of my friends weddings! The thing is it wasn’t a thrown bouquet but instead drawn randomly by chance! Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at the 1/6th scale figure…
Super Sonico 10th Anniversary Figure Wedding Ver.!♥

A figure of Sonico in a beautiful wedding dress in celebration of Super Sonico’s 10th anniversary! The figure is based on an original illustration by Tsuji Santa and has been sculpted in 1/6th scale to capture her impressive dress and sexy appearance in lovely detail!

The wedding dress is an original design made especially for Sonico, bringing out her charm as much as possible for fans to enjoy by their side. She also comes with an alternate expression part to display her ready to tie the knot with her wedding kiss! Be sure to add this Sonico to your collection as your bride!

Sonico is getting married!

A sexy and cute figure of Sonico-chan in celebration of her 10th anniversary! The rather revealing wedding dress suits her so very nicely!!ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟヽ 三 ﾉﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

Let’s take a quick spin around! ♪

The figure is packed with so much happiness and the outfit shows off a fair amount of skin showing off that sexy body that fans have come to love! What’s more, the figure is an impressive 1/6th scale and stand approximately 350mm in height when combined with the base! ♪

The heavy yet squishy appearance of Sonico’s huge boobies have been faithfully sculpted on the figure! The inside sections of the dress make use of a pearl paintwork which makes the light shine off them so beautifully! ♥

The various important items for a bride are also included!

Another detail that really brings out the intricate sculpt is the frills and lacing all over the outfit! It also brings out the ‘wedding dress’ feeling very nicely!

The figure is filled of highlights on both her body and her outfit, but I think personally the area that most catches my attention is the sensual feeling above her knees!

Then we move onto her expression where we get something quite contrasting to her super sexy body – just look at the innocent, lovable look on her cute little face!!  ( ✧Д✧)

Another thing I want to make sure everyone notices is how if you look closely at the material you can quite easily make out exactly what is behind it!! You can not only get a feel for how thin and silky the material used for her outfit is, but you also get an extra little “bump” of sexiness!!

The dress and skirt can also be removed! (´□｀｡)


▲ More like the first night in the bedroom rather the the wedding itself!

Her bottom also has a bit of a glossy effect to it making her look a little flushed!

▲ I think the photo above captures it quite nicely!

Speaking of flushed, the area around her boobies also has a bit of a pink touch to it to match up! ♪

The paintwork really helps you to feel the warmth of Sonico’s body with nothing but your eyes!

The figure shows off a lovely amount of skin, which has all been sculpted to look soft and touchable by chiaki (knead) and painted to perfection by Iwabitsu from the GSC production team! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Be sure to feel her all over with more than just your eyes once you add her to your collection!

The thighs and back of her knees that are normally hidden by the dress are nice, bare and clear for viewing with the dress removed! The way her garter belt digs into her skin and the texture of the stockings are also all a treat for the eyes! ★

The stand is slightly taller than most figures  which allows you to look at her from all sorts of angles as soon as you have her out on display! Her size should also make her easy to fit into the back of a display with other figures without being blocked too much! ヽ(*´∀｀)ノ

But that’s still not all! Sonico in fact comes with an interchangeable face as well!!

Along with her innocent, playful expression above, she also comes with this amazing expression to really bring the wedding to life!!


A Wedding Kiss Expression!♥

Isn’t it just adorable!! The slight blush on her cheeks, the slightly open mouth and those eyes closed just waiting for you to get in closer and complete the ceremony!! I don’t think a figure has ever made me feel so emotional!! This… this is forever!! (〃ω〃)

Today’s Main Feature…!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at Max Factory’s… 
Super Sonico: Racing Ver.!

From the anime series ‘SoniAni’ comes a figure of Super Sonico as she appeared in episode 10 of the series, dressed in the 2013 Racing Miku Supporters’ outfit! The figure is based on an illustration by character designer Santa Tsuji, and faithfully keeps all of the impressive volume!

The beautiful curves of Sonico’s bosom and bottom have all been carefully sculpted for fans to enjoy, and the different textures all over the figure have also been carefully recreated through intricate paintwork.

Super Sonico wearing a Racing Miku Supporter’s outfit!♥︎

The vocalist and guitarist for ‘Daiichi Uchuu Sokudo’ Super Sonico-chan has been made into an eye-catching figure dressed up in the 2013 Racing Miku Supporters’ outfit!

The glossy appearance of the outfit has been faithfully reproduced on the figure as well as the semi-transparent parts that give the entire outfit a somewhat futuristic appearance. Even her stockings have been beautifully painted to show the stretching material, giving them such a realistic appearance! (●´ω｀●)

Let’s see how she looks from the back! ♪

Your eyes do tend to jump to that lovely round bottom, but also take note of the lovely detail on her pink twin-tailed hair as it flutters behind her! ♪

The crisp appearance of her outfit still has various creases that make out the curves of her body so perfectly… you can tell just how lovely and soft her skin is…

Delicious!! (੭ु ›ω‹ )੭ु⁾⁾

The sculpting is one thing, but coupled with the paintwork you can tell the difference between the textures so nicely… it makes you want to reach and and feel her delicious bosom for yourself! ★

Speaking of areas that you want to reach out and touch, this area really calls out to me as well…

Her Waist!

I can’t stop this vision in my mind of putting my finger in that bend at her waist! The skin looks so soft that it’s hard to believe the figure is made from PVC…! The forward bent pose also creates that little gap between her clothes and her skin!! (´□｀｡)

Another area that can’t be missed out on…

Those Thighs!!

The stockings are clearly quite thin, and the depressions made by Sonico’s graceful hand as it grips onto her leg makes me wish I could grab the leg myself and feel that softness!! It’s like the hand is sinking into her leg!! (*´Д｀)=з

You can really get a feel what areas of the figure the sculptor YOSHI-san and planner Kaneko Nitohei have focused on… which combined with the paintwork by Hiroyuki Hirose creates such a lively, touchable figure of Sonico… I could just stare at her all day long!!

But this figure isn’t ALL about the body, she also has this adorable baby face which shows off her personality as well!!♥︎

The little details around her eyes really bring out such a beautiful face!! This is the sweet Sonico that we have all come to love!! The contrast between the cute face and those overwhelming boobies is just another aspect of Sonico’s charm!

Let’s take a quick 360° look at her!

Even though the outfit is so revealing and should be one of those figures that are more for their erotic side… Sonico’s innocent smile has this weird effect that makes you want to love her for her character as well!! It’s hard to put into words but the figure really is such a pleasure to look at in so many ways!

By the way!! The thing she is wearing underneath the miniskirt is a part of her outfit! Not panties!! (｀・ω・´)ゞ

♥︎ Today’s Date ♥︎

This photo was taken at a lake in Kumamoto prefecture, Aso city last year in May.

I am currently living in Kumamoto, currently toward the north of the prefecture, but I often bring my friends to Aso city when they come to visit. There is an area in Aso called Sensuikyo that gives such a beautiful look at Mt. Aso – it is a well known location for tourists to see. Due to the earthquake that took place on the 23rd May 2016, the roads and paths that connect to Sensuikyo have been badly damaged and there is no way to reach the beautiful place. As one of the biggest attractions to the area, it has caused quite the blow to tourism in Aso.

When I took this photo I could never have imagined the disaster that would strike here. I can hardly remember why I took Kitakami-san and Ooi-san out with me here… I think I wanted to climb some mountains with the Kancolle girls. To be honest, the disaster did not affect me too much personally, but I want to pass on my condolences to all those that have suffered any losses in the disaster. I look forward to the day the I can come back to Sensuikyo and enjoy this scenery once again.

Super Sonico: Tiger Hoodie Ver.

Somehow we’re already in August this year! I can hardly believe how time has flown by… This month is filled with events including Comike, CharaHobby and Anisama!

Anyway, today I’ll be taking a look at a figure already up for preorder…
Super Sonico: Tiger Hoodie Ver. ♡

Super Sonico is here once again, wearing her classic tiger hoodie! The 1/8th scale figure is sculpted in a lovely dynamic pose, skipping along with her guitar case on her back! Her adorable smile is ready to capture your heart and never let go again!

Sonico-chan!!! （*´▽｀*）

She is wearing her adorable hoodie complete with a tail and ears in a 1/8th scale! Those of you who own Nendoroid Super Sonico : Tiger Hoodie Ver. will notice it’s the same outfit, just in 1/8th scale size! The giant pom-poms hanging all over and the fluffy rim of the hood all look so soft and squishy!!

But perhaps more important than the outfit…
Is the careful work done on her body!!♥


It wouldn’t be Sonico if it wasn’t for impressive bust!!
Just look at how they push the T-shirt upward!

Taking the words from Otanaka-shi of GSC’s planning team…
“You could shelter from the rain under those boobs…”

Her voluptuous body has been sculpted faithfully to the original design!

Let’s take a look how she looks from behind! ♪

Even the stitching on the guitar case has been carefully added to the sculpt! The sheepskin boots have also been made to look all soft to the touch!

My personal highlight from the back is this part! (｀・ω・´)

Behind the Knees!! ♪

Her legs are beautiful, simply beautiful!
This low angle also gives a nice look at her plump thighs!

Her expression is also not to be missed!

How could anyone not crack a smile while looking at this adorable face… ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

The more intricate little creases on her clothes are also amazingly done!

Another somewhat important thing to mention, is that I’m not taking photos of a prototype here! This is a complete PVC sample!

Most of the products I review on the blog are painted prototypes, whereas this is an actual product sample! What this means is that it is exactly the same as the final product that will reach everyone who orders her!

That said – obviously we always strive to keep the same level of quality between the prototype and final versions! There are however sometimes slight difference due to the materials used!

This product has already gone through all those changes, and still is unbelievable quality! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

Nendoroid Super Sonico: Working Set

Nendoroid Super Sonico is back again in a different version which includes outfits from the anime series ‘SoniAni’! The set allows you to pose Sonico hard at work as a gravure idol with both a ‘maid body’ as well as a ‘bikini body’!

One of Sonico’s many appealing points is of course her rather impressive bust, and this outfit ensures that you won’t get away without noticing that! I also love the way that her headdress is a part of her headphones! Lovely!

A little tea set is also included, perfect to have Maid Sonico deliver some tea to you! ♪

The Nendoroid-sized tea set is absolutely adorable! A little work of art!!

I never thought I’d see a Nendoroid with such impressive boobies!! She’s even taking the classic gravure pose of pushing them together with her arms…!

But personally… I think a look from the back might be even better!


Such a soft touchable feeling around her hips, bottom and thighs! Not to mention the tie-on bikini!(　ﾟ∀ﾟ)o彡


It’s a pretty rare thing to see a Nendoroid with such a sexy body!

Super Sonico: Mouse ver.

Th-There’s a mouse in the cupboard!

Hello everyone, Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

Of all the different cheeses, my favorite is Parmigiano-Reggiano! The best way to eat it is to slowly nibble at it like a mouse! On that note, today I’m going to be taking a look at a figure that shipped out from GSC yesterday…

Super Sonico: Mouse ver.! ♡

Oooh!!! She’s so cute!!! （*´▽｀*）

This is a product made by WING!
Sonico herself is adorable, but the cute little cheese stand is also amazing!! ♪

The cheese stand has little indents to place her in, ensuring she is nice and secure as well! Today’s photos are coming from the window-side of the president’s office for a bit of a change of scenery! (｀・ω・´)

You have to choice of posing her right inside the cheese as in the first photo of today’s blog, or instead beside the cheese with one arm resting on it like this! It’s interesting to see how while the pose is always the same, changing the position can give off quite a different feel to the figure!

On a serious note though… if mice were really as cute as this, I think I’d spend all my money on buying cheese and handing it out to them…

The ears and tail are covered with a flock material for a fuzzy feeling! ♡

The warm fuzzy ears contrast with the metallic headphones beautifully, making them look even more soft and fluffy! (ﾟＡﾟ;)

But the cute outfit and innocent smile aren’t the only highlights of the figure… on the other side of them is a super sexy body!!

Her bottom and thighs are both calling out to be touched!!

WING captures that ‘touchable’ feeling about Sonico perfectly in their figures! (*´Д`)

From the way her panties cling to the skin, to the curve between the bottom and the thighs… it’s a treat for the eyes! ♥ This squishy, touchable feeling really appeals to me on figures like this… ( -ﾉｪ-)

I call it a marshmallow body! Soft with an uncontrollable desire to squeeze!!

Her stomach is filled with lovely curves and a little bonus under-boob! You really need to feel the curves and bumps for yourself on this one…

I also have some good news, particularly for those who preordered! The figure comes with an alternate expression part that wasn’t even mentioned at the time she was announced! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

The alternate expression allows you to pose her with her without her tongue sticking out! It gives a little bit more of a mature feeling to the figure!

The special cheese base together with the alternate expression allow for all sorts of options for Sonico fans to enjoy!

Team Fortress 2: Robot Pyro Blue &
Team Fortress 2: Robot Pyro Red

From the popular team-based FPS multiplayer game ‘Team Fortress 2’ comes a figure of the Robot Pyro that was a part of the August 2012 update which introduced the ‘Mann vs Machine’ mode to the game. 

The figure is available in both Red and Blue color schemes and boasts over 30 points of articulation, illuminated LED eyes and even includes the Pyro’s signature flame-thrower weapon. A pack of three grenades is included which magnetically attach to the body, and two single grenades are also included. Get ready to burn down your opponents with this robotic pyromaniac!

The weathered paintwork is amazing, and they have such a unique look!

They really have such an amazing atmosphere about them! I happened to see them on someone’s desk while passing by, and just had to add a few pictures to the blog! Look at the giant flame-throwers! (・∀・)

Even from the back they have an epic appearance!

The mechanical details behind the knees and on the elbows is great! Plus as you may have read in the product description, they even come with lighting effects! (*´Д｀)=з

If you press the mouth part of the gas mask, the eyes light up brining out even more of a mysterious, eerie feeling to the robotic pyromaniacs! (ﾟＡﾟ;)

A Visit to the SoniAni -SUPER SONICO THE ANIMATION- Exhibit!

Today I snuck out of the offices to head out to Nakano… and the reason for that was so I could take a look at the TV Anime ‘SoniAni -SUPER SONICO THE ANIMATION- Exhibit which starts today at pixiv Zingaro!

Ooh! The entrance features a giant picture of the ‘Daiichi Uchuu Sokudo’ band members to greet everyone! ♪ Near the entrance there is also a nice summary about ‘SoniAni’ and Sonico-chan herself!

Inside you’ll find a huge selection of cuts from the SoniAni anime as well as original designs and illustrations! Photos are welcome too! ★

In the exhibit you’ll also find the original image of Suzu-chan’s ‘Atmosphere-Breaking Drop Kick’, so be sure to look out for it! ( -ﾉｪ-)

This has been a rather big year for Sonico-chan! Not only did she have her major debut, but her anime series was released as well!

You can also purchase the album of Sonico-chan’s band ‘Daiichi Uchuu Sokudo’, posters, the limited first edition of the SoniAni Blu-ray/DVD Vol.1 and more at the exhibit!ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

Plus to celebrate the release of the first Blu-ray/DVD, pixiv is currently running an illustration contest, which will run until the 18th April! The first prize is a Limited First Edition of the Blu-ray/DVD Vol.1 (including the anime original figma Super Sonico: Swimsuit ver.), and the illustration will be added to the upcoming artbook ‘pixiv x Super Sonico illust collection’! ((o(´∀｀)o))

The 1/6th scale figure is based on the jacket cover of the ‘Rock ‘n’ Roll Valentine’ single! A lovely combination of cute and sexy for fans to enjoy!

Sonico’s lovely body has been sculpted in beautiful detail!

Plus the figure even comes with some “chocolate stickers” which you can place wherever you like to customize Sonico-chan for yourself!

Nendoroid Super Sonico : Tiger Hoodie Ver.!

The prototype has had some final adjustments for release!

Nitroplus’ lovely mascot character is here to join the Nendoroid series in her tiger hoodie! In order to ensure that the Nendoroid lived up to previous Nendoroid standards, she has undergone a brush-up after the original sculpting and painting. She looked incredible at the event, but she looks even cuter now!

Can you tell which parts were changed from the original prototype?

First off, the tail!! Σ（ﾟ∀ﾟ*)

The tail wasn’t visible on the illustration so it wasn’t sculpted on at the time, but the character designs do feature a tail so it had to be added on! Plus it can even be moved left and right!!

The guitar can be removed!

There were also small changes to the color of the hair and headphones!

The hair needed to be made slightly lighter, while the headphones were changed from white to a more silvery color. Apparently even though the illustration had white headphones, it’s actually very common for things like that to be made silver on figures – I had no idea!! :O

A lovely winking expression!

Is it just me or does this make her look super sexy!? She also comes with a bent arm that lets you put her hand up by her headphones – a pose very suited to a model!

She also has a singing expression!

Sonico is a gravure idol, game character and of course the vocalist and guitarist for the band ‘Daiichi Uchuu Sokudo’!

The expression really makes her look like she is happy to be singing! She also comes with a microphone as an optional extra!

This is how I imagine Sonico would look jumping up in the air during one of her live performances! She comes with both left and right bent legs, so making a pose like this is easy with the use of the arm-type stand!

It really is adorable!!

Plus it really wasn’t necessary! She comes with so much already!

The hood part fits around all the expressions – you just need to push each expression into the hood first. She comes with a separate fringe part designed to be used with the hood as well!!

You can of course remove the unworn hood from the hoodie when she is wearing it on her head!

The pattern on her hoodie was also very hard to work with – it will be done with stamp printing, but the surface is large and there are lots of curves which makes it very awkward. I hope the production team doesn’t have too much trouble with her!!
