Today I’ll be taking a look at…

Yuri Katsuki & Victor Nikiforov Premium Box

From the popular anime series “YURI!!! On ICE” comes scale figures of Yuri Katsuki and Victor Nikiforov based on an all-new official illustration. The Premium Box includes a figure of Makkachin in the same scale, as well as a framed copy of the official illustration specially drawn to be used as a reference for the figure.

The characters have been recreated in dynamic poses, with particular attention taken to sculpting the wrinkles of their clothes and windblown hair with as much detail as possible. Be sure to add Yuri, Victor and Makkachin to your collection!

Let’s take a look at everything one-by-one! ★

■Yuri Katsuki■

At first glance, his body looks pretty average, but when you take a closer look you can really see the muscles in his legs and thighs!◎

This sculpt is the result of referencing the bodies of real figure skaters and working with the licensor to create a perfect sculpt! ♪

The wrinkles of his outfit have been carefully sculpted so as to show off his athletic form while still making sure it looks exactly like him. ((｀・∀・´))

Personally one of my favorite parts is his collarbone peeking out from under his shirt!

There’s plenty of areas of the figure that are hidden in a way that you might not see them at an exhibition, so take a good look everywhere when you take him home!

■Victor Nikiforov■

Since he’s taller than Yuri, he might look quite thin at first glance, but when you take a closer look you can really see Victor’s body has been perfectly sculpted as well! ★

The wrinkles and contours of his shirt give you a good impression of his physique underneath!

(Just like Yuri, you get a nice view of his collarbone at his shirt collar too! That deep v-neck gives him a somewhat more mature appearance, don’t you think?)

Of course, don’t miss those muscular legs, thighs and glutes! ヽ(･ω･´三`･ω･)ﾉ

His relaxed expression give you a somewhat different impression of Victor! ◎

Nendoroid Otabek Altin (YURI!!! on ICE)

I have an urge to visit Barcelona! Particularly when I see YURI!!! on ICE Nendoroids! Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Otabek Altin!

From the popular anime series “YURI!!! on ICE” comes a Nendoroid of the figure skater considered a national hero in Kazakhstan, Otabek Altin! He comes with three face plates including his standard stoic expression, a smiling expression as well as the chibi expression that occasionally appeared in the series!

Optional parts include his motorbike helmet for him to hold as well as the teddy bear from his free skate costume! He also comes with a variety of hand and arm parts allowing for various poses from the series! Be sure to pose him together with Nendoroid Yuri Plisetsky and capture the memorable handshake of their friendship in Nendoroid size!

“Are you going to become friends with me, or not?”

The figure skater known as a national hero in Kazakhstan is joining the Nendoroids! His iconic hairstyle, biker’s jacket, gloves and stole have all been converted into adorable Nendoroid size!

The glossy appearance of his jacket has also been captured through the paintwork, and all-in-all the monotone outfit gives him a really stylish appearance! ★

Nendoroid Yuri Plisetsky: Casual Ver. is scheduled to release later this month! But back to Otabek, he comes with three face plates, the first of which is this stoic standard expression!

As a character that doesn’t show much expression, this expression is perfect for him… but he also comes with a very gentle smiling expression to show a little more emotion! ヾ(o´∀｀o)ﾉ

This is perfect for creating a scene of the “friends” enjoying a chat together! He also comes with a thumb-up part which instantly makes me think of his voice shouting “Davay!” ♪

As you can see, he also comes with the teddy bear from the series for some cute poses! ε-(o´ω｀o)

YURI!!! On ICE x Sanrio Characters!

From the anime series “YURI!!! on ICE” comes a selection of collectible trading figures designed in collaboration with the Sanrio characters series! Nendoroid Yuri Plisetsky: Casual Ver. (YURI!!! On ICE)

It’s nice to have something warm and fluffy during these colder days… I unfortunately don’t have a pet to snuggle up with, so I instead keep a warm and fluffy blanket by my side!

Anyway, today I’ll be taking a look at ORANGE ROUGE’s…
Nendoroid Yuri Plisetsky: Casual Ver.!★

From the popular anime series “YURI!!! on ICE” comes a Nendoroid of the “Russian Fairy”, Yuri Plisetsky wearing a casual outfit! He comes with two face plates including a standard sullen expression as well as the smiling face when he gave Yuri his Katsudon Pirozhki.

Optional parts include his smartphone as well as his beloved cat Potya, he also comes with an alternate lower body part to display him with his leg up in the air in a dropkick pose in order to capture the more delinquent side of his personality! Be sure to display him together with his rival Yuri Katsuki and enjoy all sorts of different situations in Nendoroid size!

“If you retire now I’ll make you regret it for life. Idiot.”

The Russian ice-skater known as the “Russian Fairy”, Yuri Plisetsky, is rejoining the Nendoroids in a more casual outfit! The outfit and his personality have all been captured on the Nendoroid in such perfect detail!! Just looking at him makes my heart skip a beat! (´□｀｡)

The hood part unfortunately can’t be removed, but instead that means that from the back the cute round form of the hood has been faithfully preserved! ♪

This time around we have also included a special drop-kicking lower body part made in the image of the scene where he first meets Yuri! ((´д`●))三((●´д`))

Nendoroid Victor Nikiforov: Coach Ver. (YURI!!! on ICE)

The sun has started setting rather early here in Japan now! Can you believe there is less than a month until the end of 2017?!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Victor Nikiforov: Coach Ver.!

From the popular anime series “YURI!!! on ICE” comes a Nendoroid of Victor Nikiforov wearing his coach outfit! He comes with two face plates including a crisp standard expression as well as a amazed expression for when he watches Yuri’s performance.

Optional parts include his coach pass, a smartphone as well as the silver medal that Yuri won during the Grand Prix final! Be sure to display him together with the previously released Nendoroid Yuri Katsuki: Free Skating Ver. and recreate various scenes from the series!

“I don’t think I’d kiss anything other than a gold medal…”

From the series that has gained fans all over the world, “YURI!!! on ICE” comes a second Nendoroid of Victor Nikiforov, this time wearing his coach outfit!

His lovely long coat and gentle smile are ready to look on and watch over Yuri, but the Nendoroid also captures that strength of his character as well! He even has his coach pass around his neck, complete with a Nendoroid photo!

▲ Even from the back his long coat makes him look very elegant!

This time around his standard face has a slightly crisper, perhaps more serious look when compared with the standard expression that was included with the previously released Nendoroid Victor Nikiforov!

Compare the two different expressions above and below and I think you’ll notice the differences!

As you can see above, his coach pass can also of course be removed, and he also comes with his smartphone complete with the cover based on his skating outfit!

Let’s move onto his alternate face plate!

The amazed expression from when he saw Yuri’s impressive performance!

Those wide open eyes with a sparkle in them, blushing cheeks and straightforward gaze!! The expression looks so good in Nendoriod size!

Compared with his initial expression you can instantly get a feel for just how amazed he is!

Nendoroid Yuri Katsuki: Casual Ver. (YURI!!! on ICE)

I always bring a backpack with me to work! The other day someone told me I looked like I was going mountain climbing!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Yuri Katsuki: Casual Ver.!

From the popular anime series “YURI!!! on ICE” comes a Nendoroid of Yuri Katsuki wearing a casual outfit! He comes with two face plates including the blank expression he sometimes showed in the series, as well as a drunk expression!

Optional parts include his glasses, a scarf, a backpack and an alternate head part wearing a hat! In addition, he also comes with a bottle of sake which is perfect to display together with the drunk expression and recreate the famous scene from the series! Enjoy the more casual side of Yuri’s life with this casual Nendoroid!

“My name is Yuri Katsuki!”

From the anime series “YURI!!! on ICE” comes a new Nendoroid of Yuri Katsuki, this time wearing a much more casual outfit!! ★

He looks so nice and warm wearing his scarf, beanie and jacket! The rounded backpack has also been included which all come together to capture his casual appearance perfectly in adorable Nendoroid form!

*The stand connecting to the backpack is provisional!

You can of course remove the backpack, scarf, his glasses…

…and even the hat!

You can even enjoy Yuri in his causal outfit without the glasses or hat!

In addition, he also comes with this as an optional part!

The “Invitation to the Underworld” bottle of shochu from the series! Plus he also comes with another face plate that works perfectly with the alcohol – a drunk expression!

In the past when I reviewed Nendoroid Yuri Katsuki: Free Skating Ver. on the blog I remember writing that you could easily mistake him for an angel… this time around I don’t think there are any words to describe how adorable he is!! Just look at him!!

▲ The absolute bliss on his face makes any pose look adorable!

The previous expression with an open mouth and slight blush definitely captures Yuri’s pure and innocent side, but this drunk expression captures another part of him so perfectly!

Nendoroid Yuri Plisetsky (YURI!!! On ICE)

Today I’m going to be taking a look at the long-awaited next addition to the YURI!!! On ICE Nendoroid series…

Nendoroid Yuri Plisetsky!

From the anime series “YURI!!! on ICE” comes a Nendoroid of the “Russian Fairy”, Yuri Plisetsky! He comes with three face plates including a standard sullen face, the agape face he showed during the short program as well as an excited expression.

You can pose him in all sorts of scenes in the rink, and he also comes with a cat ear Alice band and a katsudon pirozhki allowing for more everyday scenes as well. Be sure to add the Ice Tiger of Russia to your collection and enjoy all sorts of different situations in cute Nendoroid size!

From the popular anime series that has a movie in the works, “YURI!!! on ICE” comes a Nendoroid of the Russian Fairy, Yuri Plisetsky!! The previous Nendoroids from the series so far can be found below! (´□｀｡)

Along with his standard grumpy looking expression, he also comes with two alternate face plates!

First up we have his “Agape Face”! (ﾟ´ω`ﾟ)ﾟ｡

This expression is based on his sublime performance during the “On Love: Agape” short programme!

This is why he is known as the Russian fairy!

Just like the previous Nendoroids from the series, he also comes with a selection of alternate hand parts to place him in various skating poses and more!

An excited expression!

Yuri is known for his cool and composed attitude, but the fact that he sometimes comes out with expressions like this more suited to his age is just one of the cute things about him! (*´꒳`*)

Plus in his hands he holds a pirozhki! The detail on it is rather amazing, and if you look on the inside…

Katsudon!!!

In other words, he comes complete with a katsudon pirozhki! (∩・∀・)∩

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Victor Nikiforov!

From the popular anime series ‘YURI!!! on ICE’ comes a Nendoroid of the living legend of the figure skating world – Victor Nikiforov! He comes with three face plates including a gentle standard expression, a playful winking expression as well a smiling expression with a heart-shaped mouth!

Optional parts include a gold medal as well as bouquet parts to display him as the top figure skater in the world, and his beloved pet poodle Makkachin is also included to display beside him!! Be sure to display him with the previously announced Nendoroid Yuri Katsuki! Be sure to enjoy the prodigy figure skater in your Nendoroid collection!

“I won’t hold back, but that is just a part of my love.”

From the anime series that quickly gained popularity around the world, “YURI!!! on ICE” comes a Nendoroid of the charismatic ice skater who prides himself in on being able to surprise people, Victor Nikiforov! His lovely grey hair, transparent blue eyes and overall mature air have all been captured nicely on the Nendoroid!

His prototype was revealed at WonFes last weekend, so I don’t think anyone expected him to become painted and available for preorder so soon!

This is already the second Nendoroid from YURI!!! on ICE! ☆

If we take a look from the back you can see the lovely gentle flow of his hair!

▲ The slight two-layered appearance looks lovely! (/ω＼)

He is wearing his outfit from the finale of the Grand Prix, so he also comes complete with a bouquet and a gold medal to pose him showing off his victory!

▲ That elegant appearance is preserved even in Nendoroid form!

Along with the playful winking expression above, he also comes with a gentle standard expression which allows you to see both of his lovely blue eyes!

His mouth looks so sexy…!

While I was taking photos of him I kept somehow imagining that the Nendoroid should have a clean, sweet and somewhat sexy aroma to it! It just looks like there should be a nice scent to him. Obviously he is nothing more than a figure and it was all in the mind, but it shows how much one sense can influence the others in my mind!

Just like Nendoroid Yuri Katsuki he also comes with bent arm and leg parts which allow for all sorts of poses! ♥

Moving onto his third expression, we have an adorable smile with his iconic heart-shaped mouth!! (*´♡`*)

This face is so cute it just leaves me speechless!!

Not to mention the adorable little Makkachin beside him!! (●‘∀‘●)ﾉ”

Makkachin’s head can be moved left and right for different nuances! ♪

This expression also works very nicely with the katsudon parts that are included with Nendoroid Yuri Katsuki!

One of the best things about Nendoroids is that you can swap parts around the characters like this for all sorts of options! Another example is to switch this around and use some of Victor’s parts on Yuri!

Nendoroid Yuri Katsuki!

From the popular anime series ‘YURI!!! on ICE’ comes a Nendoroid the figure skater with the most sensitive glass heart – Yuri Katsuki! He comes with three expressions including a smiling expression, the ‘eros’ expression he had during his short program as well as an embarrassed expression.

You can easily pose him skating as if in a skating competition, but he also comes with alternate hair parts, glasses and a smartphone to recreate his standard appearance as well! His favorite food ‘katsudon’ is also included allowing for even more everyday scenes from the series! Be sure to add the skater that become stronger through love to your collection with Nendoroid Yuri Katsuki!

From the figure skating anime ‘YURI!!! on ICE‘ comes a Nendoroid of the main character, Yuri Katsuki! The anime series captured the hearts of anime fans all over the world as well as figure skaters impressed with the realistic skating animation!! The series has finally come to join the Nendoroid series!!

Yuri’s lovely smile as he slides along the ice with his hair back all looks so perfect!! The sculpt and flow of his hair is so nicely done and the fact that it’s not all perfect captures that his personality nicely!

The Nendoroid has been sculpted wearing Viktor’s World Juniors outfit!

The sculpt and paintwork not only capture the appearance of the outfit but also the textures of the material! The stylish design is filled with so many lovely details to enjoy! ε=(｡・д・｡)

▲ Note the inside of the material is faithfully painted a deep red! ♥

Even though the outfit doesn’t show off any skin, the way it sticks so closely to Yuri’s body-line provides a very sexy appearance!! And to match the the sexy appearance he also comes with the perfect face plate!

His ‘Eros‘ Expression!

……!!!

This expression captures Yuri’s expression from his short programme “In Regards to Love: Eros”. The sudden serious look contrasts so nicely with the innocent smile of his first expression!

Ah! Yuri is holding his hand out to someone! I’m sure we all know who is on the receiving end!

As you can see, the Nendoroid comes with a nice variety of parts such and bent leg and arm parts, open hands and closed hands which can be used to create all sorts of poses from the series! ♪

Let’s move onto his third face plate – an embarrassed expression! ♥

Those blushing pick cheeks… the tiny drop of sweat…!

The wiggly look of his mouth also captures the somewhat shaken feeling that often came with Yuri’s personality! In his hand he is holding his smartphone! ♪

The patterns on the back are one thing, but even the button on the front has been faithfully included on the design! ☆

Not to mention that you can enjoy his more standard appearance with alternate hair parts with his hair let down as well as his glasses!!

The glasses can be attached and removed from the face plate!

The alternate hair parts can also be used with any of the other face plates for a slightly different appearance!

I personally prefer him with his hair down even with the more serious expressions, so this option was a lovely discovery!

However, last but not least…

He also comes with a Katsudon!
The attention to detail on the tiny part is incredible!! You can even see the texture on the cutlet!! ♥

▲If he eats too much he’s going to put on weight, so be careful!
