Nendoroid Ryunosuke Akutagawa (Bungo Stray Dogs)

Today I’ll be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Ryunosuke Akutagawa

From the anime series ‘Bungo Stray Dogs’ comes a Nendoroid of Ryunosuke Akutagawa, a member of the Port Mafia that has strong control over the ports. He comes with three face plates including his standard expression, a bloodcurdling combat expression and an intrepid smiling expression.

Optional parts include effect parts from his ability “Rashomon” in its “Black Beast” and “Early Blooming Sakura” forms. Various interchangeable hand and leg parts are included to recreate notable poses from the series, like his pose with his hand to his mouth. Be sure to add him to your collection along with the other Nendoroids from the Bungo Stray Dogs series (sold separately)!

Ryunosuke Akutagawa. Ability: “Rashomon”.

From “Bungo Stray Dogs” comes an adorable Nendoroid of Ryunosuke Akutagawa from the Port Mafia!

As seen in the picture above, Ryunosuke is the fourth character from the series to become a Nendoroid! ( ･ㅂ･)و ̑̑

His characteristic black hair and long coat have been carefully recreated!

▲Look at how his coat seems to flutter… and look at the gradation in his hair!

Using the included hand parts, you can recreate his signature pose covering his mouth with his hand! ◎

In addition to his standard expression face plate, he also comes with a bloodcurdling combat expression! ★

Those narrowly focused eyes and shouting mouth give off a frightening impact even in Nendoroid form!

Black and red translucent parts have been utilized to recreate the unique look of his ability. ♪

Osamu Dazai (Bungo Stray Dogs)

Today I’ll be taking a look at…

Osamu Dazai

From the anime series “Bungo Stray Dogs” comes a 1/8th scale figure of the Armed Detective Company member Osamu Dazai! Osamu Dazai has been recreated in a different-from-usual outfit as drawn by Chief Animation Designer Nobuhiro Arai. His bold smiling expression conveys a mysterious charm. The wrinkles of his outfit have been carefully sculpted to recreate his appearance in fine detail. His jacket and scarf are removable, allowing for multiple display possibilities!

From Bungo Stray Dogs comes a scale figure of Osamu Dazai!

Chief Animation Designer Nobuhiro Arai’s illustration has been brought to life! ♪

This somewhat different appearance of Dazai has been carefully recreated! ◎

▲Look at the sculpting of his fingers in those black gloves!

His sharp appearance looks like it was taken right out of the illustration, but every part of his outfit has been carefully sculpted to showcase his muscular body! ★

It’s hard to explain… he has quite a cold and composed appearance but not too much so!

▲You can even clearly see how his jacket blows in the wind, and get a sense of his soft-looking hair.ᐠ( ᐛ )ᐟ

Take a look at his face, too!

This smile really shows the mysterious side of Dazai.

It changes quite a bit depending on the angle you look at it from, so be sure to check it out from many different angles when you take him home! ☆

By the way, his jacket and scarf are removable!

You can get a better feel for his toned physique.

The sculpt of his shoulders look great too!

(I personally love the slightly raised look of his hip!)

Nendoroid Atsushi Nakajima (Bungo Stray Dogs DEAD APPLE)

Hello everyone!! Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

I am preparing for war against the oncoming pollen season. I get the feeling its starting earlier every year…!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Atsushi Nakajima!

From the anime series with a movie coming soon, “Bungo Stray Dogs” comes a Nendoroid of one of the Armed Detective Company members, Atsushi Nakajima! He comes with three face plates including a standard expression, an excited expression for when he has his favorite food chazuke in front of him, as well as the dumbfounded expression he would sometimes have with Dasai.

Optional parts include tiger arms to display him making use of his ability as well as a bowl with chazuke and chopsticks to display him enjoying his favorite food! Be sure to display him with the previously released Nendoroid Osamu Dazai and recreate all sorts of situations in cute Nendoroid form!

Atsushi Nakajima. Ability: “Beast Beneath the Moonlight”.

The new film is in theaters in Japan in just 4 days!! Atsushi Nakajima is joining the “Bungo Stray Dogs” Nendoroid collection!! He is the third Nendoroid from the series following on from these two!

Anyway, let’s get back to Atsushi-kun!

Atsushi’s iconic hairstyle and stylish outfit have been shrunk down into adorable Nendoroid size, with careful attention given to all the little details and accessories on his design! ♪

▲ The sticking up tips of his hair look so cute in Nendoroid size! (・∀・)

Along with his standard pose above he also comes with interchangeable parts which allow you to display him making use of his “Beast Beneath the Moonlight” ability! ★

▲Such cute little paws… and claws!!

Even in chibi Nendoroid size the little claws look sharp and ready for a fight!! ヽ(*´Д｀*)ﾉ

▲ You can easily switch between the different arm types!

Along with the standard smiling face above, he also comes with two alternate face plates… the first of which is this excited face plate! ★

Those eyebrows and blushing cheeks!!

Atsushi-kun is known to be a rather expressive character and this face plate really captures that side of his personality! He also comes with a bowl with chazuke and chopsticks to display him enjoying his favorite food together with this expression! ((´д`●))三((●´д`))

He looks so content! I would happily give him another 30 bowls!!

The details of the chazuke is also quite amazing! From the tea to the rice to the pickled plum on the top!!

▲ So tiny, yet the coloring gives a realistic look!

Moving onto his third face plate…

The adorable chibi look of the dumbfounded expression he sometimes had around Dazai fits the Nendoroid design perfectly!! (∩・∀・)∩

This expression really opens up all sorts of potential stories!!

▲ I can just imagine their voices playing through my head! (´□｀｡)

I strongly recommend displaying Atsushi together with the previously released Nendoroid Osamu Dazai for even more fun! ★

Nendoroid Chuya Nakahara (Bungo Stray Dogs)

I have plans to make great use of my Kindle during the upcoming long Autumn nights! It’s so amazing that we live in a world where you can get a whole new book with just the click of a button!!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Chuya Nakahara!

From the anime series ‘Bungo Stray Dogs’ comes a Nendoroid of Chuya Nakahara, one of the executives of the Port Mafia that have strong control over the ports! He comes with three face plates including his standard expression, a belligerent combat expression as well as a humiliated angry expression.

The long black coat he wears over his shoulders as well as his hat can both be removed for different posing options. Optional parts include his knife to place him in poses that show him off as the strongest martial artist in the Mafia, and he even comes with parts that allow you to pose him with walking pigeon-toed just as Osamu predicted! Be sure to display him with the previously announced Nendoroid Osamu Dazai!

Chuya Nakahara. Ability: “For the Tainted Sorrow”.

One of the executives of the Port Mafia who can’t stand Osamu Dazai – Chuya Nakahara is joining the Nendoroids! His rather short stature as well as the toying expression ready to play with his opponents have all been faithfully included on the Nendoroid design! The wavy red hair and stylish black outfit also look great in Nendoroid size! ♪

This is how he looks from the back!

The jacket is sculpted blowing about in the wind which makes him look stylish and awesome even from the back! Plus the sleeves are fitted with joints allowing you to move them around slightly to match various different poses with ease! (/ω＼)

While he looks amazing alone, displaying him in confrontation with Nendoroid Osamu Dazai allows for even more fun!! ☆

Anyway, let’s move on by taking a look at his alternate face plates!

– Combat Expression –

A figure that captures his belligerent side with small, serious pupils as he heads into combat! He also comes with bent leg parts as well as a knife to hold in his hand to really complete the attack scene! ☆

Plus as you can tell from the photo above, the jacket on his shoulders can also be removed for a rather different appearance! In addition to that, his hat can also be removed allowing for even more posing opportunities!

With the jacket removed you can get a nice look at this rolled-up sleeves, waistcoat and back! (∩・∀・)∩

Even though the outfit is so small in Nendoroid size the little details such as the creases in his gloves have been so carefully sculpted!

The tight body line normally hidden by the overcoat is filled with highlights to enjoy!! Be sure to take a nice close look once he joins your collection! ♪

– Angry Expression –

A face taken directly from the scene where he is outwitted by Osamu Dazai! ε=(｡・д・｡)

It’s called an angry face, but there is also a certain amount of embarrassment in the expression that really brings out the sore loser side of his personality!!

Plus as you can see in the photo above, if you pose him with two bent legs you can make a pigeon-toed pose which fans might remember from the series! ｡:.ﾟヽ(´∀`｡)ﾉﾟ.:｡+ﾟ

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Osamu Dazai!

From the anime series ‘Bungo Stray Dogs’ comes a Nendoroid of the Armed Detective Company member – Dazai Osamu! He comes with three face plates including a standard expression, a grinning expression as well as a rather carefree expression!

Optional parts include effect parts to display him using his ability as well as his favorite book, ‘A Guide to Suicide’. He also comes with parts to pose him with his hands in his pockets to better capture his personality, and he even comes with special parts to display him trying to drown himself! Enjoy the cute and stylish Osamu Dazai in your collection!

Osamu Dazai. Ability: “No Longer Human”.

From Bungo Stray Dogs comes a Nendoroid of the member of the ‘Armed Detective Company’ who loves suicide – Osamu Dazai!

His casual-style black hair, trench-coat, loop tie and everything else about his outfit has been faithfully shrunk into Nendoroid size and he also comes with the ‘A Guide to Suicide’ book that he loves so much! His personality also comes out so nicely – he has that kind of mysterious yet handsome appearance!

This is how he looks from the back! ★

The way the trench-coat flows around him and the belt is wavering around gives a nice dynamic feeling, and the sculpt of his hair makes it look so smooth and silky!

Even in a simple standing pose like this the Nendoroid really feels so alive thanks to the dynamic sculpt! I think he will be really great for figure photography! He also comes with special parts to display him with his hands in his pockets!☆

△ Be sure to try all sorts of different poses!

Let’s move on to his other expressions! ♪

First up we have this grinning expression!

You can’t help but think it’s cute even though it’s a rather mischievous smile! If you cover up his mouth on this expression with the book parts, it creates a lovely mysterious appearance as well – kind of like he is plotting something!

△ It could also be seen as a bit of a serious expression!

Next up we have…

A very carefree expression! (*´Д｀)=з

A bit more of a comical expression that appears in the series!

This expression also looks good with the mouth covered!

Perfect for a little giggle when Kunikida believes one of his lies!

Along with the book that has featuring in a huge number of photos above, he also comes with special effect parts to display him using his ability! (⌯¤̴̶̷̀ω¤̴̶̷́)✧

Osamu’s ability ‘No Longer Human’ allows him to counter other people’s abilities, and you can pose him making use of it with these parts!

Last but not least… ★

He also comes with drowning parts to recreate this popular scene from the series! (°Д°；≡°Д°；)

You simply need to connect his bent leg parts into the swirling water parts!
