Mio Honda: New Generation Ver. ♡

The last of the three ‘New Generation’ Cinderella Girls!

She is going up for preorder soon!

Just look at that shining smile and cute winking expression!! Just looking at her makes me feel all warm and happy inside! ヽ(ｏ´∀｀ｏ)ﾉ

Her brightly colored New Generation outfit just adds even more happiness to the figure! ♫

(・∀・) “Pay attention to the smaller details of the outfit too!”

Today we’re joined by the planner of the figure, Otanaka-shi!

(・∀・) “Each of the star-shaped accessories have all been faithfully included!”

They really are very detailed! Σ(OωO)

(・∀・) “The stars that were just a frame such as her earring were made with clear parts in the center to ensure she came out as close to the original illustration as possible!”

Speaking of her outfit… you simply can’t ignore this section…!
She is definitely the most well-endowed of the New Generation Girls!

(・∀・) “A very healthy and sexy body! She definitely has a very soft and touchable look to her!!”

(・∀・) “I’m also personally a big fan of the way her hips are twisted for this pose! Not to mention that you an see her from all the different angles that you never could with just the illustration!”

The side view of her bosom, her armpits and those sexy thighs! The wonders of being able to look from any angle! (=´∀｀)人(´∀｀=)

Looking at her makes me wish I could give her a nice big hug!!

The slight ups and downs on her stomach are also lovely! (｀・ω・´)

I’ve always wanted to experience going out shopping with an older sister… ideally she would say something like “Nah, I think this one looks better on you!” and pick some new clothes to try on…

Anyway, today I’ll be taking a look at a character with a rather impressive sister complex! ♡ Phat Company’s 1/8th scale…

Tsukushi Tsutsukakushi!

Oooh!! （*´▽｀*）

From ‘Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko’ comes a long awaited figure of Tsukiko’s sister Tsukushi! ♡ Even though she is wearing a jersey…

She’s still…

So…

Sexy!!

To be fair, the zip of the jersey is fairly low down… but seeing how soft this area looks makes me wonder why she is called the “Steel King”! (*´Д`)

(・∀・) “She has a fairly simple design, but she’s still rather detailed and sexy when you take a good look!”

Tsukushi’s Head Planner: Takamatsu-shi from Phat Company!

(・∀・) “We wanted to ensure that fans could enjoy Tsukushi’s wonderful curves even if we sculpted her wearing a jersey!”

The creases in her clothes are also very intricately sculpted!(｀・ω・´)ゞ

Compared to other figures the thighs also look much firmer… but that’s exactly what you’d expect from the head of the track club! ♪

(・∀・) “She’s in a rather simple standing pose, which really gives you a good look at her lovely long hairstyle – I’m really happy with how the flow of the hair came out!”

It does have a very lively feeling to it! The way all the hair is tied up at the base of the ponytail has also been faithfully sculpted! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

(・∀・) “Speaking of faithful sculpting take a look at the detail on her shoes!”

They even include the running spikes!! (ﾟＡﾟ;)

(・∀・) ” Just like Mika Jougasaki: Charisma Girl Ver. we really put a lot of effort into getting the shoes perfect… we’re becoming quite the shoe experts now! No matter what angle you look from they are very convincing!”

As expected of Tanaka-shi and shoes! (o・ω・o)

(・∀・) “I’d also like to point out the detail of the pattern on her skirt! Definitely not to be missed!”

Chequered patterns are always so cute…! ♡

I was born with black hair and have never tried any other colors… I’ve gone through phases of considering trying pink and blond hair in the past through!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at a figure already up for preorder…

The 1/7th Scale:
Natsu Dragneel

It’s quite refreshing to see a male figure released by Good Smile Company, isn’t it? This is actually the second 1/7th scale FAIRY TAIL figure from us, following on from the previously released Lucy!

Unfortunately, Natsu’s colored prototype is currently in China… but luckily a sample had already come in from the factory the other day, so I’ll be using it for my review today! (The sample will be altered from what you see here!) (｀・ω・´)

Anyway, let’s get a closer look at some of the details!

First up are his legs! ♫

Definitely a highlight for ankle lovers like me!

They look so muscular…! The bones look amazing too!!

His fingers are also each sculpted in great detail! His legs are a lot more burly than you’d ever see on a female figure! （*´▽｀*）

Moving on, let’s take a closer look at his outfit!!

Even the creases on his outfit are amazingly detailed! It might look black at first, but if you get the right angle you’ll notice a hint of purple in the color too!

He has a rather tight coat with a fairly loose look around his hips and baggy pants. The look suits his design so nicely! Σ(・Д・

(・∀・) “The pose was decided on together with the sculptor!”

We’re joined today by the figure’s planner, Yuri-chan Honpo!

(・∀・) “Working close with the sculptor on the pose allowed for an amazing presence… even with a rather simple pose!”

Hmmm… his scarf seems to have a little gap! Time for a closer peek!

Oooh!! Even his scar is faithfully included!

(・∀・) “Of course it is! It wouldn’t be Natsu without the scar!”

It’s always nice to see your favorite characters sculpted in such lovely detail! ♪

Let’s move down a little bit lower…

Don’t you get the urge to slide your finger along them?! (*´Д｀)=з

(・∀・) “Natsu definitely features lots of sculpting that you don’t normally see on female figures… his abs are definitely a part of that, but the muscles on his back are just as impressive!”

His… back…? Ah! You mean in your mind’s eye? They do look rather amazing….

(・∀・) “No, no! His coat can be removed to see his back!”

Oooohhh!!! （*´▽｀*）

I never considered myself much a fan of impressive muscles… but… but this looks lovely!! ♡♥

(・∀・) “As you may have already noticed, the fiery fist effect parts can also be attached and removed!

Ah! It breaks into halves to fit around his fist! They’re also such a lovely color! ♡

(・∀・) “Of course the fist inside the effect parts is sculpted in just the same quality as the rest of the figure too!”

A removable coat, optional effect parts… for a scale figure you get quite a large number of possibilities! ♪

(・∀・) “This kind of ‘macho’ male figure is definitely quite a rare thing from GSC, we hope that more female fans will see the charm of figures through it!”

Now that I think about it, Gray Fullbuster’s prototype was also on display at WonFes, wasn’t it? ♪

(・∀・) “Yep! We’re working on Gray at the moment… he’s coming along well! Take a peek!”

He’s already been painted?! (*´Д`)

(・∀・) “We’re aiming to have him ready for preorders in April sometime! He’s in a great pose to display with Natsu!”

I’ve always thought of a ‘student teacher’ to be a very odd concept. It’s one step before being a teacher… and yet still the very thing a teacher teaches. I suppose the best way to explain it is the point between student and teacher… but the ambiguity of the word is beautiful!

But that aside, today we’re going to take a look at one of Max Factory’s upcoming figures! The 1/7th scale figure…

Tsurugi Yagami!

Oooh!! Tsurugi!! She looks so loli adorable!! （*´▽｀*）

The oldest of the Yagami sisters, Sasami-san’s homeroom teacher, Kamiomi’s coworker, lover of adult games… and all with a great hidden power! Soon to be released as a 1/7th scale figure! ♡

She’s dressed up in her casual clothes instead of her normal trademark lab coat, and is all relaxed playing games on a giant cushion… right on my desk!!

The way the straps of her top are falling off show just how concentrated she is on her game! So innocent and adorable! (｀・ω・´)

But really… the cute, innocent look combined with the strangely revealing outfit and open back… not to mention her lovely long legs and over-sized shorts!

They all come together to add a rather sexy side to the figure too! (ﾟＡﾟ;)

Plus the feet also have a strangely dynamic feeling to their posing! They really look like they’re in mid-movement from the excitement of the game!

I wonder what the reason was for choosing to make a figure of Tsurugi… let me see if I can find someone from Max Factory to question!

(・∀・) “Why did we choose Tsurugi…? Because she’s cute!!”

R-Right! So in other words… older girls are your type?

(・∀・) “Looking at the illustration we thought that the movement would look interesting as a figure… there were also a bunch of other things taken into consideration… but yes, she’s definitely my type!”

… just as I thought!

(・∀・) “I’d personally like to point out her dainty, thin body!!”

(・∀・) “Particularly if you look at the hand holding the game controller or her beautiful long legs… take a nice long look!”

The sculpting of her hair is also beautiful… it’s tied up at such a high point! ♪

(・∀・) “Yep! We paid special attention to getting her hair looking as close as the original as possible! Plus while she is super cute at first glance… as you mentioned before she has a fair amount of sex appeal with this pose!”

Just look at those thighs… those shoulder blades… her back and that neck!!

So many little “gaps” in her defence… all because she is focused on her game…!

Personally it kind of makes me feel like I’m living in the same house as her!

(・∀・) “This is exactly why we picked her! The cuteness of her innocently playing games without a care in the world – and the charm that comes from that! It’s a load of fun to look at her from all sorts of angles, and I’m sure fans will love her! The pillow can also be removed to just display Tsurugi alone!”

When I was in school I was never at all in touch with all the fashion-conscious girls – I was on the opposite side of the spectrum. However looking back now, I do think that they all looked very nice and for the most part gentle too! At least that’s the image I’ve given them. (ﾉ)・ω・(ヾ)

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at one of Phat! Company’s recently announced figures…

The 1/8th scale…

Mika Jougasaki: Charisma Girl Ver.

She is absolutely delicious!! (*´Д`) ♡

The very first of Phat companies IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girl’s scale figures! The cheeky looking smile on her face captures my heart and won’t let go…! Not to mention the amazingly gorgeous base that she is sitting on! ♪

Attached to the base is a little mascot of Rika, and even that is beautifully detailed! Also take a close look at all of Rika’s accessories… （*´▽｀*）

This is how the figure looks from the back! ☆

The very bottoms of the base is a big black star – on top of that is the lovely big heart frame which Mika sits in! I love super extravagant stands like this one! Anyway… enough about the stand, let’s move onto the figure itself!

Starting off with… her lovely legs! ＜●＞＜●＞

High-laced boots showing off Mika’s long, sexy legs… I just can’t get enou-

(・∀・) “We’re really proud of how the glossy look of her boots came out!”

We’re suddenly joined by Phat! Company’s Takamatsu-shi!

(・∀・) “Rika’s gentle soft looking thighs are wrapped up dark, glossy boots for amazing contrast! Just by looking at the boots you can imagine their texture, which is definitely one of my personal highlights!

Speaking of her boots… the pattern on the soles is incredible!

Not only does the heel look amazing, there are also separately painted stars covering the sole! (ﾟＡﾟ;)ｺﾞｸﾘ

(・∀・) “Yeah… we might have overdone things a bit here. We really did put a lot of effort into getting her boots right!”

I’m guessing this shows your love for these kind of fashionable boots?
They’re so intricate! (･ω･ﾉ)ﾉ

(・∀・) “It’s not just the boots that I love! Mika’s lovely body is just as important!!”

Oooh!!! （*´▽｀*）

Her skin… her skin looks so soft! The way her outfit presses against the skin showing how squishy it is just makes it all the more sexy! I want to touch it myself!!

(・∀・) “Mika is well-known to pick outfits that show off a fair amount of skin and we wanted to make it look good! We actually made a few alterations from the original illustration to make the skin look more touchable!”

The healthy looking body brings out her cheeky appearance and sexy side perfectly! っε=(｡・д・｡)

(・∀・) “Along with the sculpting of the body, I also want to point out the shadows on her stomach, hips and elbows!”

Ah, Takamatsu-san! A little birdy told me that she can also be removed from the stand… is that true?! ((o(´∀｀)o))

(・∀・) “It is! The prototype actually is just held in place with some cushioning, but the final product will be easily attachable and removable whenever you like!”

So those who prefer to display her without the stand will also have that option! Let me give it a go!!

Ta-da! Palm-top Mika!

(・∀・) “She’s a 1/8th scale size, which is actually quite ideal for most people’s hands!”

Holding her right in my hand allows for an even close look at all the details…! ♡

Her airy twin-tails are also sculpted very nicely! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

You can also get a better look at some of the angles that are hard to see while on the stand!

For instance this lovely S-line from her hips to her bottom!

*I happened to have some pink feathers, so I posed her on them*

(・∀・) “Removing the stand also lets you see her back!”

Wow! ヽ(●´∀｀)○´∀｀)ﾉ

This is definitely something you need to see and feel for yourself… the subtle little bumps and shadows are amazing…!!

(・∀・) “We definitely poured our love into getting this one as perfect as possible… and we hope the fans will appreciate the beauty that is Mika!!
