Nendoroid Wilhelmina (HIGH SCHOOL FLEET)

It’s suddenly become rather cold once again! It’s days like this that I want to sit at home with some nice warm soup and a blanket!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Wilhelmina!

From the popular anime series ‘HIGH SCHOOL FLEET’ comes a Nendoroid of Wilhelmshaven High School’s Wilhelmina Braunschweig Ingenohl Friedeburg – also simply known as Wilhelmina! She comes with three face plates including a standard expression, a shouting expression as well as the frowning expression she made when given natto in the series.

Optional parts include a binocular telescope with its stand which can be displayed together with the parts included with Nendoroid Akeno Misaki to bring out the atmosphere of a ship’s bridge even more! She also includes both the eintopf and natto dishes allowing you to recreate all sorts of different scenes from the series!

“Who is the captain of this ship?! I see nothing but amateurs!”

The deputy captain of one the Admiral Graf Spee Deutschland-class battlecruiser – Wilhelmina Braunschweig Ingenohl Friedeburg joining the Nendoroids! Her long blond hair and beautiful blue eyes that make her look so western and yet she speaks with a Hiroshima dialect! I love that strange contrast!! ♥

Her uniform and skirt have a bit of a militaristic feel to them but they still also have cute frills and details that keep it looking so cute! Especially in Nendoroid size! ♪

Also take a closer look at her hair and you’ll notice there is a very gentle pink gradient that adds a soft appearance to her hair! You can just picture the see breeze blowing through her silky hair!!

The expression I’ve been using up until here is this lovely smiling face plate and she comes with a special part that really suits her smile – the warm German stew, eintopf! ☆

▲ You can see the little details of the stew and she even comes with a fork to hold!

If I had some eintopf and some worst sausage I would be able to spend some days on the sea happily with Miina!! It looks so nice and warm and perfect for a cold day… I wish I could have some now! (*´﹃｀*)

However… while she loves her German foods she doesn’t really like her Japanese meals… and she comes with a certain Japanese meal as well to recreate this popular scene – facial expression and all!! ★

A frowning expression and some natto beans!

The sticky, stringy appearance of the natto have been faithfully included on the beans she is holding with her chopsticks! Not to mention this expression… I can think of so many fun scenes that it could be used in!! (/ω＼)

She also comes with a more serious, confident expression perfect combat scenes with this shouting face plate!!

The little braided piece of hair on the side is fitted with a ball joint allowing it to move back and forward to create more dynamic scenes like this one!! ♪

In addition to the face plates and food, she also comes with more accessories that allow you to bring out the HIGH SCHOOL FLEET atmosphere! For example, this binocular telescope with its stand! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Simply displaying it by her side instantly creates a scene from the series!!

Nendoroid and figma Snow Miku 2017

Hello everyone!! Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

Today we’re going to be taking a look at the 2017…
Snow Miku Figures!! ♡

The theme for the 2017 Snow Miku was ‘Stars and Constellations of Hokkaido’s Winter’! We received a huge selection of entries for the design, but the winner this time around was this lovely illustration by Nishina!

In addition, we also got this adorable design for Rabbit Yukine illustrated by LF to display together with Snow Miku!

In the past, all the votes for these outfits were done on a livestream on NicoNico Douga, but this time around we made a special site to vote allowing fans all around the world to get their votes in! ♡

A big thank you to everyone who voted!!

Let’s take a look at how the figures have turned out this time around… starting with the Nendoroid!! ♪ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟヽ三ﾉﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

Nendoroid Snow Miku: Twinkle Snow Ver.!

This Winter, Snow Miku will descend from the starry night sky!

This year’s Snow Miku has been sculpted by GSC’s Takuya Ichihashi! She has such a romantic and yet still so cute appearance to her!! The soft, airy design of her outfit with long sleeves and lovely frills, her sparkling twin-tails and those ribbons in her hair with a music score written along them… the details are amazing!!

She also comes with a magical baton to display her conducting a Winter symphony! ♪

There are also a lot of parts that bring out the ‘starry sky’ theme nicely!

Moving on, we also have…

Snow Miku’s twinkling symphony sounds through the starry skies!

This innocent Snow Miku with a brilliant smile on her face brings out that fairy-tail atmosphere so well!! The music stand and sheet music included with her are so amazingly detailed, and the winking expression on Rabbit Yukine’s face is also a lovely touch! ♪

Plus, she also comes with this!!

A special crescent-moon shaped base!! ☆

Other accessories and expressions will also be included, so stay tuned!!

These two items are currently being displayed in the Snow Miku 2017 Train currently on display in Hokkaido! The planner behind the figure Hamako went down to Hokkaido to take some photos of the bus as well as the display inside! Take a look! ♡

Date A Live Nendoroid & Nendoroid More: Dress-Up Rereleases

There are only 44 days left of 2017!! We’re getting to the time of year where Christmas lights are seen everywhere!!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at a selection of items that have recently been announced for rerelease! (∩・∀・)∩

Let’s first take a look at the Nendoroids! ♪

Left: Nendoroid Kurumi Tokisaki
Right: Nendoroid Tohka Yatogami

Both of these Nendoroids from Date A Live are dressed up in their lovely Astral Dresses which make use of semi-transparent parts to recreate that see-through, light feeling of the material in the series!!

The details on the sculpting of their various accessories is also fantastic!

Along with their standard expressions above, they also comes with special expressions designed for combat scenes! Tohka comes with a shouting expression while Kurumi comes with a maddened expression!!

In addition, Tohka comes with a blushing embarrassed expression and Kurumi comes with a condescending expression! ♥

I figured these expressions would look even better with different outfits, so here we are going to move onto our next product currently up for rerelease…

Nendoroid More: Dress Up Wedding!

Along with the body parts I’m using above, the Dress Up Wedding series also comes with tiara and flower crown parts which I’m not using in the photo above! You can see them on the product page!

Here we have Nendoroid Todomatsu Matsuno wearing the Sacred White tuxedo type Dress Up parts! Todomatsu will be on sale from the 24th November 2016!

Taking a photo with them looking away from the camera brings out that Pajama party feeling!!

Other than the two colors above, the skirt type is also available in an aqua color, and the tunic type in citrus and lime colors! Plus there is also a secret outfit for a total of six different types to collect!

The secret isn’t really a secret anymore, so here it is! ★

I’m sure you can think of some characters that would look great in one of these outfits!! They are so cute!! ♡

Other than this color there is also Passion Red, Active Blue, Pop Yellow and Shiny Orange as well as one secret outfit for a total of six to collect!

Here is the secret version for the cheerleader set! ★

Here we have Nendoroid Jushimatsu who will also be available from the 24th November wearing the secret cheerleader outfit! This outfit looks great on both male and female Nendoroids! ☆

Nendoroid More: Dress Up Swimsuits!

The Bikini Type (tropical pink)!

This time around I decided to use Nendoroid Shigure Kai Ni as I thought she would look great in a bikini!! She will be in stores from the 28th November!! ♡

Along with this bikini there are also two different school swimsuits in classic navy and pure white as well as sexy bikinis in ocean blue and sexy black! There is also one secret to collect for a total of six different types! Depending on the type a beach ball or beach mat and tropical flower are also included!!

The secret in the swimsuit series is more of a towel!!

Nendoroid You Watanabe (LoveLive! Sunshine!!)

Sometimes I get this uncontrollable urge to eat a hamburger… like right now! I’m really hungry… *nom* (๑´ㅂ`๑) *nom*!

Today we’re going to be taking a look at an idol who also likes hamburgers!
Nendoroid You Watanabe!

From the anime series ‘LoveLive! Sunshine!!’ comes a Nendoroid of the Aqours member You Watanabe wearing her outfit from the song ‘Aozora Jumping Heart’! She comes with both a standard expression as well as a playful winking expression with a big smile that shows her teeth, and she also comes with glasses parts which can be worn for a quick change of style!

A selection of different parts are also included which allow you to pose her in different dance poses from the opening theme of the anime series! Be sure to enjoy her together with the other members of Aqours! ♪

“All aboard!! Full speed ahead!!”

She dreams to one day follow in her father’s footsteps and become the captain of a ferry, and also has a talent for high diving which is good enough at it to qualify for the national team – but for now she is trying her best as an idol in the Aquors idol group! the cute and energetic You Watanabe is joining the Nendoroid series! ♥

Her sailor-style outfit from the song ‘Aozora Jumping Heart’ has been sculpted in lovely detail – the accessories on the front, her earrings, puffy shorts and the frills on the hem all look lovely!

The wavy appearance of her hair has also been very faithfully converted into Nendoroid size! Even from the back you can tell it is You-chan just based on the hairstyle! ♪

She comes with two face plates, the first of which is the gentle expression above and the second is this adorable winking smile!

While the Nendoroid is based on her idol outfit, that doesn’t mean that she can’t wear she glasses and be displayed a bit more in home-mode!! It suits her so well after all – it’s actually quite amazing how different the expressions look when you add the glasses to them! ♪

If you add the glasses to her winking expression and move the hands-on-hips arm parts upwards…

You can create a kind of a kitty-like pose with glasses!!

It’s amazing what you can come up with when you play around with all the different arm parts and accessories! There are all sorts of original poses to come up with in the Nendoroid world!! I look forward to seeing what everyone else comes up with once she joins your collections!! ♪

Nendoroid Rena (Regalia: The Three Sacred Stars)

I can’t believe how much warmer it is this week compared to last week! These sudden jumps in temperature are sure to cause a lot of people to get sick… be sure to take care of yourselves in this erratic weather!

Nendoroid Rena!

From the popular anime series ‘Regalia: The Three Sacred Stars’ comes a Nendoroid of Rena! She comes with three face plates including a standard expression, a smiling expression and a combat expression.

Optional parts include her smartphone with its cute case, Alecto transformation effect parts that include the Regalia key, a special base made to look like the inside of the Alecto as well as a magic circle effect plate. The various parts allow you to display Rena in various situations from everyday scenes to combat scenes, so be sure to add her to your collection!

“I’ll protect Yui.”

From Actas’s original mecha anime ‘Regalia: The Three Sacred Stars’ comes a Nendoroid of the young girl who is always there to protect Yui – Rena! The curls on the ends of her cute twin-tailed hair, the ribbon that ties on her poncho and the lovely frilly outfit… Rena has been beautifully captured in Nendoroid size! ♡

▲ The twin-tails connect with a ball joint allowing them to be moved around for slightly different nuances!

Her standard expression is the rather blank expression you can see in the photos above, but she also comes with the adorable smiling expression she would often show when together with Yui! (*´ｪ`*)

As you can see she also comes with her smartphone in its cute cat-shaped cover! Just looking at her smile makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!

But perhaps the most memorable scenes of Rena were her combat scenes! She also comes with a confident combat expression to recreate that side of her as well! ε=(｡・д・｡)

Plus as you’ve probably noticed she comes with a sharp, metallic looking base based on the inside of Alecto! ★

Which can be used together with this magic circle effect plate…

Plus she also comes with Alecto transformation effect parts allowing for even more display opportunities! ♪

Plus if we look on the reverse side of this you’ll notice that the Regalia key is also included in the parts!

Her poncho comes in two different versions – one standard version and a special version for posing her with one arm up!

In addition, the poncho can also be completely removed allowing you to pose her with a slightly different look altogether! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Nendoroid More T-34/85 (Girls und Panzer der Film)

Today is the 11th November! 11/11! I need to eat some Pretz as it’s Pocky & Pretz day! But that aside, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid More T-34/85!

From the popular anime film ‘Girls und Panzer der Film’ comes a series of tanks to join the Nendoroid More series. The fourth in the series is one of the tanks used by Pravda Girls High School – the T-34/85!

The details of the tank have been carefully preserved while shrinking the tank down to cute Nendoroid Petite size, the various hatches on the top of the tank as well as the periscope guard can be opened and closed! Be sure to display the tank together with the Nendoroid Petite: Girls und Panzer series!

It’s all over once Katyusha arrives!

The tank used by the ‘small tyrant’ Katyusha for Pravda Girls High School is joining the Nendoroid More series! – The T-34/85!

This is the fourth tank in this Nendoroid More series!

This should give you a good idea for the size of the Nendoroid More T-34/85! ε=(｡・д・｡)

Height: Approx. 85mm / Width: Approx. 190mm!

While it is a nice compact design, all the details and the original shape of the tank have all been very faithfully converted into Nendoroid Petite size!

The texture and details on the caterpillar tread on these tanks always amazes me! The various little bolts and other parts are also very intricate!

The hatches on the top are also the perfect size to fit characters from the Nendoroid Petite: Girls und Panzer series in! They are sold separately though!

The exact way they will fit in is still being adjusted, but it will most likely end up with a focus on letting Nonna ride stably by inserting just her upper body and head part with the legs removed! (The photo above actually still has the legs attached, but this will likely change!)

In addition, the turret can be moved to the left and right! ★

Racing Miku 2016 Ver.: Part 2

Hello everyone!! Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

This weekend is both the Ankou Festival as well as the Final SUPER GT Race! Are you taking part in any of them?! Quite a lot of the staff if out preparing for the events leaving the offices rather empty today! :(‘Θ’ 」 ∠):_

Anyway, today I will be continuing yesterday’s blog with a closer look at…
Racing Miku 2016 Ver. !

The songstress of the race circuit as a 1/8th scale figure together with Weight-chans! ♥

A beautiful figure of Racing Miku based on one of the original illustrations by Mai Yoneyama! Plus the cute little ‘Weight-chan’ characters based on the weight stickers added to SUPER GT cars when they have a handicap are also included all coming together to create an adorable scene and an amazing figure! ☆

Of course all the details on areas that were never even visible on the original illustration have been carefully thought out and sculpted onto the figure, allowing fans to enjoy the lovely work from any angle they please!

Racing Miku-san is not only sitting, but also placed in a bent-forward pose which really brings out the shape of her hips and bottom when looking from the back! Just look at those beautiful curves!! (/ω・)

I personally love how she looks from the side!

This angle gives a nice look at both her soft, silky looking hair as well as the gently extended hand and bent up knee! Plus if you look at the parasol you can see that the effects of the light have been very carefully considered with the paintwork – the outside is a much lighter white than the inside is more of a gray color and the ‘4’ can be seen slightly through the thin material of the parasol! ε=(｡・д・｡)

(・∀・) Of course! We will even have this figure on display at the race! Be sure to stop by and take a look if you’re attending!

It is always so different to see a figure in person compared to the photos! I hope lots of people come by to take a look!!

Let’s take a closer look at Hamako’s recommended points! ♪

– 1: Expression –

(・∀・) The first thing you have to take note of is this adorable face! She looks so carefree and innocent making such an cute expression!!

Ah! I know exactly what you mean! She does look so very cute!! This time around Racing Miku is definitely more on the ‘cute’ side of the cute-cool spectrum! It makes me wish I was there to protect her from any harm!

(・∀・) One thing I really want to point out is the design of her eyes! Note all the little triangles!

Now that you mention it… the eyes are very detailed! There is even a tiny little pink triangle in the middle!

(・∀・) The unique texture and detail of the eyes illustrated by Mai Yoneyama has been very faithfully preserved on the figure!

I think it may be one of the most detailed eyes I’ve ever seen on a scale figure! I could stare into her eyes for ages!

– 2: Sculpt –

(・∀・) The creases made on her ankles and toes due to her pose…

(・∀・) … and those made from the curves of her body have all been faithfully sculpted onto the figure! This allows you to kind of picture the shape of her body right through the outfit! You can also see the detail put into the tires used for her base to make them look rather realistic!

The tires have the actual name of tire manufacturers written on them, and also have these letter and arrows… what are they for?

(・∀・) These numbers are markings that give details about the tires such as the spinning direction, connecting point and firmness! They are written on the tires with chalk!

It even looks like chalk on the figure!! (灬ºωº灬)

(・∀・) Yep. That’s because it is chalk.

Huh?!

(・∀・) The painter for the figure Iwabitsu-sensei drew them on with chalk for the prototype! If you touch it it might rub off so be careful!

O-OK! I’ll be careful!!

(・∀・) The final mass-produced version won’t be actual chalk, but we will do everything we can to make it look just as realistic as possible!!

– 3: Interpretation –

(・∀・) One aspect of the figure that constantly came up in the development stages was preserving the highlights of the hair. It was quite difficult to sculpt and paint the strip-shaped highlights in a way that not only looked good when transformed into a 3D figure but also kept the same feeling as the original illustration. We worked with various different renditions with the production team before eventually settling on this one!

The colors of the tips of the hair look amazing on the illustration, but when you try and convert that into a figure you need to think in a whole new dimension as to where the colors change! (°Д°；≡°Д°；)

(・∀・) Trying to convert the illustration exactly as is into a figure would leave some parts simply not adding up when looked at as a whole. To put it simply, 2D illustrations can make use of techniques that ‘lie’ to trick the eyes, but when changed into a 3D figure we had to work around those lies to make it look natural! But that’s exactly what made it such an interesting project!

Take a look at the colors of her twin-tails from various different angles for yourself!

(・∀・）Also, parts of the red highlight in her hair and twintails make use of semi-translucent parts! To retain the vivid appearance they are only very slightly see-through, so it might be a little hard to tell from the photos, but it looks really pretty based on how the light hits the figure!

Ah! I see now! They are very transparent towards the ends of the hair!

– 4: A Complete Scene –

(・∀・) This Racing Miku figure is rather different compared to most of the previous Racing Miku figures as she isn’t posed looking ahead, but instead at the can in her hands and Weight-chan! The figure isn’t just Racing Miku, but a whole little scene for fans to look upon making it a rather unique addition to any collection!

That’s what makes the figure so special to me! It all comes together so nicely to create something more than just a figure – it brings out its own little universe and a story to come along with it! It’s a little hard to put into words, but the way the figure all comes together is definitely one of my favorite points! ♪

(・∀・) I hope fans will enjoy the Racing Miku world with this figure complete with her special base!

Racing Miku 2016 Ver.: Part 1

Today’s Main Feature!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Racing Miku 2016 Ver.!♡

The official character of the Hatsune Miku GT Project ‘Racing Miku’ has been transformed into a 1/8th scale figure based on her 2016 design! The illustration by popular animator Mai Yoneyama has been faithfully captured in figure form for fans to enjoy in their collection!

Racing Miku is posed taking a break at the race track with her parasol opened out as she sits on a pile of tires with an adorable smile! She is posed together with the colorful ‘Weight-chan’ characters that were created based on the handicap weights added to GT cars!

The official character of the 2016 Hatsune Miku GT Project!

The long awaited figure of the 2016 version of Racing Miku is finally ready to go up for preorder, with orders opening up tomorrow! ★

The original design was based on the ideas of ‘Victory’ and the ‘Phoenix’ which created a lovely colorful outfit that also has a bit of a fiery theme to the colors! The cute, innocent smile of this year’s Racing Miku also always stands out in her illustrations! ♡

The figure is based on this illustration by Mai Yoneyama!

A relaxed, everyday kind-of scene with Racing Miku-san sitting on a pile of tires together with the cute and colorful ‘Weight-chan’ characters! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

The Weight-chans are characters based on the handicap weights put on the leading cars in the SUPER GT! They were designed by Shigeto Koyama and each of their expressions have been captured so perfectly on the figure!

While the front view of Miku gives her an innocent, playful appearance with her adorable smile…

The back has a more mature appearance with rather sexy curves!

▲ That curve from her back down to her bottom… so perfect!

The figure allows fans to enjoy both her adorable smile as well as her beautiful body – all tied together beautifully with a lovely outfit and base!ヽ(●´Д｀●)ﾉ

She is posed balancing her parasol on her shoulder with such a youthful and playful look! The area around her inner thigh’s that show off a bit of skin make her look so… defenceless!!

▲ They’re not panties so there is no reason to be embarrassed!

I decided to get some comments from the head planner Hamako regarding the highlights of the figure, and will be taking an even closer look at the figure on tomorrow’s blog together with her comments so be sure to check back tomorrow as well! ε=(｡・д・｡)

By the way, the final race for the season is coming up this weekend!☆

Finally a quick spin!

▲ Miku herself is amazing, but the detail on the parasol and base is also fantastic! ♪

The fact that her eyes are posed looking at Weight-chan and not at you makes it seem like you are peeking into Racing Miku-san’s break time and she hasn’t even notice you are there yet! It’s strangely exciting! (/ω＼)

Nendoroid Co-de: Yayoi Takatsuki & Takane Shijou: Twinkle Star Co-de (IDOLM@STER)

I really struggle to get out of bed in the morning now… how did it get so cold so quickly!! I love my blankets too much…! (¦3ꇤ[▓▓]

Anyway, today we’re going to be taking a look at the latest additions to the Nendoroid Co-de series!

Yayoi Takatsuki Twinkle Star Co-de & Takane Shijou Twinkle Star Co-de!

More of the 765 Production idols are joining the Nendoroid Co-de series! ♡

The cheerful and bright Yayoi as well as the graceful and charming Takane-san are both joining the Nendoroid Co-de series wearing their Twinkle Star outfits!!

Just look at this brilliant smile!! ヽ(*´Д｀*)ﾉ

These photos are purposefully taken looking away from the camera to recreate that ‘live concert’ feeling!!

Yayoi Takatsuki: Twinkle Star Co-de!

From ‘THE IDOLMASTER PLATINUM STARS’ comes a Nendoroid Co-de figure of 765 Production’s Yayoi Takatsuki! She is wearing the ‘Twinkle Star’ outfit which was newly added to the PLATINUM STARS game!

The blue base outfit is filled with stars making it the perfect stage outfit for any idol wanting to shine on stage! Be sure to display her with the previously announced characters as well as Nendoroid Co-de Takane Shijou: Twinkle Star Co-de which will be available for order at the same time!

The cheerful, family-minded idol who always does her very best!

The unique curls of her twin-tails have been sculpted so cute, and the sides have a lovely dynamic look to them that really capture her as if on stage! ☆

Yayoi is wearing the short-pants style of the outfit quite similar to the version worn by the previously announced Nendoroid Co-de Miki Hoshii: Twinkle Star Co-de!

Due to the fact that her hair is all tied up quite high or to the sides, you can also see all the details on the back of the outfit as well!! ♡

Takane Shijou: Twinkle Star Co-de!

From ‘THE IDOLMASTER PLATINUM STARS’ comes a Nendoroid Co-de figure of 765 Production’s Takane Shijou! She is wearing the ‘Twinkle Star’ outfit which was newly added to the PLATINUM STARS game!

The blue base outfit is filled with stars making it the perfect stage outfit for any idol wanting to shine on stage! Be sure to display her with the previously announced characters as well as Nendoroid Co-de Yayoi Takatsuki: Twinkle Star Co-de which will be available for order at the same time!

The old-fashioned, mysterious idol with beautiful silver hair.

Such gentle looking eyes staring right into mine!! The calm, composed and rather mysterious idol is also joining the series, and her expression really captures that personality so nicely! ♥

The frills on her skirt are also beautifully sculpted, and although her hand covers it up a bit the neck-tie and other details are all faithfully included!

The skirt design is the same as the previously announced Nendoroid Co-de Haruka Amami: Twinkle Star Co-de, and Takane-san’s long hair with lovely volume has also been beautifully converted into Nendoroid size! (/ω＼)

– What are Nendoroid Co-de? –

Nendoroid Co-de is a new addition to the Nendoroid series based on the theme of dressing-up characters! The figures have fixed poses and each come with four parts – the head, upper garment, lower garment and shoes. Each of these parts can be swapped between characters allowing for all sorts of possibilities. The more you collect, the more dress-up options become available to you!

In other words…! They are simple fixed pose Nendoroids, great for new collectors, with the ability to dress-up in various ways!

Nendoroid Iowa (Kantai Collection -KanColle-)

Today’s Main Feature!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Iowa!☆

From the popular browser game ‘Kantai Collection -KanColle-‘ comes a Nendoroid of the USA battleship, Iowa! She comes with three face plates including a standard expression, a half-damaged expression as well as a laughing expression!

Even in Nendoroid size Iowa’s body is just as impressive as ever, and her ship parts are large enough to rival the Yamato-class Nendoroids in both size and playability – you can choose to place all the firepower on one side of the ship, move it around evenly or come up with an original placements allowing for all sorts of fun options!

Firing effect parts are included for all her cannons and she also comes with reconnaissance planes allowing you to send her out on various different operations! As with most KanColle Nendoroids she also comes with food parts – Iowa comes with both a hotdog and a hamburger as two classic foods from the USA! She is waiting for you to step up and become her Admiral!

“Hi! I am the Iowa-class battleship, Iowa.
You must be the Admiral of this fleet? I’m glad to meet you!”

Her long blond hair, impressive figure and the lovely star-shaped pupils have all been faithfully preserved in Nendoroid size! The first KanColle character based on a ship from the USA is now joining the Nendoroid fleet as well! ♥

All of the turrets on her ship parts are also beautifully detailed!

The ship parts retain that heavy metallic feeling while also matching with the cute Nendoroid design so nicely! The difference in texture between the mechanical ship parts and her outfit are so clear thanks to the creases on the outfit and the paintwork!

Even the ship parts on her back which you can hardly see from the front are nice and detailed, and also come with search planes! (∩・∀・)∩

Plus these search planes also come with their very own little stands…

So you can display them being sent out on search missions as well!!

Anyway, let’s go back to the very first photo of the blog which had a rather interesting face plate! A winking expression together with her tongue sticking out – an expression based on her half-damaged illustration!

Ooooooohh!!ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟヽ三ﾉﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

The expression is a rather unique one for a Nendoroid, but it seems to suit the design so well! The combination with the folded arms to emphasize her already impressive bust just brings the pose together so perfectly!! She is so cute!! So very cute!!

She also comes with a laughing expression which can also be used with the crossed arm parts to great effect!

“Fire! Fire! Ahaha!! Let’s win this!“

You can just imagine her lively voice as she shouts out in combat thanks to this expression!! ★

The turrets also all come with firing effect parts to really show her going all out on the enemy fleet! The turret batteries are connected with a special arm that can be deployed outward to give the Nendoroid a lot more volume for all sorts of different poses to enjoy! ♪

This huge ship parts with effects and even planes… Iowa has enough parts to rival even the huge Nendoroid Yamato!! But that’s not all! As with all Kanmusu she needs to include some food parts as well for even more posing options! ♡

A hotdog and hamburger!

The soft appearance of the bread used for the hotdog and the melted cheese on the hamburger… they are so small and yet they are so detailed… and they look so delicious!! *nom* (๑´ㅂ`๑) *nom*

Iowa even comes with special hand parts that allows her to hold both of them allowing for all sorts of possible situations! ♪

In addition, she also comes with parts that can be used with another ship known for her impressive size! ♥
