Today’s Main Feature!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at this figure from Phat! Company…
Lancer/Kiyohime!

From the popular smartphone game “Fate/Grand Order” comes a scale figure of the Lancer servant, Kiyohime! The figure is based on her Stage One illustration which features a unique outfit which blends a swimsuit and kimono together.

In her hand she holds her impressive lance, and all the details of the lance, swimsuit and yukata have been carefully sculpted to capture her design in figure form as faithfully as possible for fans to enjoy by their side. Even in a swimsuit, Kiyohime is ready to stand by her master’s side with a smile – be sure to add her to your collection!

The Yandere Lancer servant that lives in love, Kiyohime, has been transformed into a 1/7th scale figure! ♪

Her large spear and confident standing pose is rather simple, but is packed with intricate details and highlights to enjoy! Her hair tied into two bundles at the back is sculpted gently flowing through the air which looks amazing now that she is in three dimensions! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Let’s take a quick spin around to see her from various angles! ♪

The details on her spear are really impressive! ヽ(*´∀｀)ノ

Speaking of impressive details, also take note of all the different parts of her outfit around her chest…

The realistic creases around her ankles…

And even the detailed sculpt of the end of her belt! ♥

There is obviously way more to see than just these highlights, but you’ll have to take a closer look at her once she joins your collection! ε=(｡・д・｡)

My personal favorite three parts are as follows!

First up is this angle!

The lovely ups and downs of her shoulders and shoulder blades! Not to mention that heavy feeling of the kimono has it weighs itself down, and the little peek at her ear in-between in hair!!

From this angle you can also tell that the hair makes use of an ever so slightly translucent look! ♪

Next up we have… ((´д`●))三((●´д`))

These lovely knees!!

The sculpt is one thing, but the way the paint also adds a shadow to the knees really makes them come out looking so cute!! It also gives you a feel for just how tight her tights are! ♪

Last but not least we have her facial expression! (∩・∀・)∩

The slight blush on her cheeks as she looks at her master with a gentle smile! Plus there is something about her eyes that brings out that yandere-like feeling too!

1/8th Scale Warspite (Kantai Collection -KanColle-)

Today I’m going to be taking a look at this 1/8th scale figure of…
Warspite!

From the popular browser game “Kantai Collection -KanColle-” comes a 1/8th scale figure of the second Queen Elizabeth-class battleship, Warspite! The figure is based on the illustration of her that featured in the Kanmusu Catalogue Vol.3, which captures her in a majestic standing pose complete with her impressive ship parts.

The ship parts have been sculpted in intricate detail, and can be placed closer or further apart depending on how you wish to display her. The turrets are also all articulated allowing you to place them at the angle that you think suits best. A figure worthy of the name “The Grand Old Lady” – be sure to add her to your fleet!

“My name is Warspite, the second Queen Elizabeth-class battleship.”

The second Queen Elizabeth-class battleship, Warspite is joining the KanColle scale figure fleet!! Her lovely long blond hair and cute hairstyle have been captured carefully on both the front and back! ♪

Plus the impressive ship parts are huge!!

The turret batteries, planks on the deck, cranes and everything else have all been sculpted in such careful detail!! ε-(o´ω｀o)

▲ You can also open out the sides to display them wider apart!

The staff shaped like a mast that she holds has also been sculpted with amazing attention to detail!! ☆

▲ The careful balance of her fingers is also lovely!

The large turrets on the sides are also articulated allowing you to place them in any angle that suits your collection!

▲ This is the standard angle, but you can easily twist it around!

To contrast the cold metallic look of her ship parts, we can look to her lovely warm and soft looking skin!!

▲This area around her shoulders is fantastic!

Her impressive bust and unique outfit look great from above, but looking from a lower angle is just as impressive!

▲ Each and everyone of her fingernails has been carefully painted! ♪

Even though Warspite has a rather compelling body, there is something about her design that makes her look so elegant at the same time! She has such a regal appearance!

The design of the figure is based on an illustration from the Kanmusu Catalogue Vol.3 which really did feature her in a very majestic pose!

Here is one of my favorite details on the figure!! ☆

The creases in her socks just under the knees!! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

There is something about this crease that really makes it feel like these socks are being “worn”. It adds a lovely realistic aspect to the figure!!

I think most people will first focus on the huge ship parts, and her impressive bust and other details above her hips, but there is actually a lot of really impressive details on her legs and feet that need to be seen as well!!

▲ Note the ankle bone on her foot captured with both sculpt and shadows.

Plus, although it is a little hard to see in the photo, if you look close you can see the tension in her Achilles tendon from using high heels!!

Today I have an early Christmas announcement for everyone!

Aoba: Gothic Ver. (DRAMAtical Murder)

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Aoba: Gothic Ver.!★

From the popular PC game “DRAMAtical Murder” comes a scale figure of Aoba dressed in the Gothic outfit that featured in the Nitro+chiral Special Kuji! He is posed wearing a white coat featuring pearl paintwork for an elegant appearance as he stands with a charming smile on his face.

The feather accessories all over his design have been carefully included and made from translucent parts for a slightly transparent appearance that creates a high class appearance. His dog-type ALL-MATE Ren is also included in a similar outfit! Be sure to add this intricately sculpted masterpiece of Aoba to your collection!

A figure of Aoba in his magnificent “Gothic” outfit!

An item to celebrate the 5th anniversary of Max Factory as well as the 30th anniversary of Max Factory!! The figure is based on the Gothic outfit that featured in the Nitro+chiral Special Kuji originally illustrated by honyalala! The illustration looks absolutely fantastic transformed into figure form!! ★

All the charm from the original illustration has been captured in amazing detail, and all the details that were never even visible on the illustration have also been included!! Just look at the creases in his outfit, or the lovely flow of his hair!

The white coat he wears makes use of a pearl paint that gives a lovely glistening, elegant appearance that also brings out the texture of the outfit beautifully! ♪

His hat features an intricate feather that makes use of a golden paint that brings out that princely appearance perfectly! ♥

The feathers also make use of semi-translucent parts to capture the appearance as faithfully as possible!

Take a closer look at his gloves and you’ll see the detail of each of his finger joints!!

▲You can also make out the “thickness” of his gloves thanks to the sculpt!

Another area that really stands out to me is… here!ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟヽ三ﾉﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

All of the fasteners along his chest have been carefully detailed, and the difference in the amount of creases in the outfit has been carefully adjusted to have more toward the bottom to match those pose!

The fact that he is leaning against the knight piece with a more relaxed pose means there creases are all the more realistic!!

The amazing attention to detail on the figure is simply outstanding!!

As a side note, the figure stands approximately 250mm in height! The current base is provisional, but the final version will be something similar! ε=(｡・д・｡)

Let’s take a look from a bit of a lower angle!!

Standing by Aoba’s side, we have…

His dog-type ALL-MATE Ren!

Ren is wearing a similar outfit to Aoba and looking lovely and regal by his side! His fluffy looking fur is just asking to be petted!!

▼His hair is lovely and detailed, the his hat and scarf also look great!▲

He also is not attached to the base, so you can even choose to display Ren all on his own somewhere else should you choose! ♪

There really is way too much to enjoy about this figure to introduce with just one blog, so I’m going to have to cut it short, but let me end with at least taking a closer look at his facial expression! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

The gentlemanly smile on his face has such a cool and composed look to it, with a perfect curve for his lips that has been sculpted with thrilling accuracy!! Simply changing the angle you look from can provide a rather different feel to his expression!

My personal favorite is from this angle!

The downward glance just seems to suit his regal appearance so perfectly to me!!

As I mentioned, the gentle smile from above suddenly has a rather different, somewhat condescending look from this angle!

If we instead move slightly more to the left though, the feel behind the expression changes once again and seems to make him look a little younger!

You can see the expression allows for all sorts of different opportunities when posing, so be sure to find your favorite if you choose to pick him up!! (/ω＼)

Kiss-Shot Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade: 12 Year Old Ver. (Kizumonogatari)

Today I’m going to be taking a look at the 1/8th scale figure…

Kiss-Shot Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade: 12 Year Old Ver.!★

From the popular anime movie “Kizumonogatari” comes a figure of the younger version of Kiss-Shot Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade! The figure is based on a key visual used for the movie, and features Kiss-Shot wearing a white one-piece dress that gives a peek at her youthful body as she sits upon a table with a bewitching look on her face, capturing all the details from the original illustration as faithfully as possible.

The chair and table are both included with the figure and have also been intricately detailed to capture the world around Kiss-Shot together with the figure, creating an item that no fan should miss out on!

The champion of, and most powerful of the Oddities.

A 1/8th scale figure of the “Champion of Oddities” that has powers far above that of other vampires, Kiss-Shot Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade, based on her 12 year old appearance! Her lovely long blond hair that extends out along the table has been sculpted and painted with such a beautiful flowing look!

▲ The tiny gap at the center of her hair gives a tiny peek at her lower back!

Speaking of amazing sculptwork, note the nails on her fingers and toes! Each has been sculpted and painted with amazing intricacy! ♪

▲ The pale, soft looking skin has such a charming look to it!

She is posed seated on a table wearing a white one-piece dress that is starting to experience a little bit of wardrobe failure…

She might look like a 12 year old, but Kiss-Shot’s alluring gaze and sexy pose reveal her true age!!

Those eyes make it seem like she can see right into your soul, but once you look into them it is so hard to look away!! (/ω＼)

Not to mention all of the defenceless looking bare skin that can be seen in the gaps of her loose dress!!

It’s a little hard to see in the photo above, but even her belly button has been sculpted in detail, and just take a look at the amazing collar bone you can see below!!

Anyway, let’s take a look at the included base, table and chair! ♪

These are all included to bring out the original illustration as faithfully as possible! You’ll notice the base and table even feature the half-moonlit effect!

This means that even if you place the figure in completely normal lighting, the light effects and shadows from the illustration come out nicely!

Eriri Spencer Sawamura (Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend)

Today I’m going to take a look at this 1/7th scale figure that went up for preorder earlier today…
Eriri Spencer Sawamura!★

From “Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend” comes a 1/7th scale figure of the popular doujinshi artist, Eriri Spencer Sawamura! The figure is based on the jacket illustration of the first season Blu-ray box, and has been sculpted and painted with a unique touch in order to capture the look and feel of Kurehito Misaki’s illustration in figure form.

The highly dynamic pose of the figure make it look ready to jump to life, and her doujinshi and other items that represent her character are placed all around her creating an exciting composition with all sorts of things to see! The doujinshi sketches that were mostly covered up on the original illustration are faithfully included and are even readable on the figure! Be sure to take a close look once she joins your collection!

“I’m gonna become your #1”

From “Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend” comes a scale figure of the up-and-coming doujinshi artist known by the pen name”Eri Kashiwagi” – Eriri Spencer Sawamura! ★

The way her twin-tails are fluttering around together with the unique posing makes for such a lovely dynamic pose that really catches the eye! Just look at the way her skirt is moving too!! (´□｀｡)

The slightly see-through look of her socks as they stretch along her legs also looks fantastic! (｀・д´・；)

The difference in texture between the socks and shoes that comes out in the paintwork is also lovely! ♪

The detailed sculpt and paintwork is one thing, but the composition of the pose and the way it has been transformed into a figure makes it look fantastic no matter what angle you choose to look from!ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟヽ三ﾉﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

The figure is based on the illustration for the 2nd volume of the first season’s Blu-ray jacket!

But perhaps the thing that most people are wondering about are the papers that are all floating around the figure! Doujinshi manuscripts!

Included in amazing detail!!

I’m hoping this blog won’t be flagged as NSFW due to these images, but here is a bit of a close-up of Eriri’s doujinshi!! You can see the amount of detail that is included on them… it’s like you get a free doujinshi to read together with the figure! (/ω・＼)

The piece of paper on the left that was blank on the original illustration has been worked on and now has some rough sketches!! Be sure to take a closer look once she joins your collections! (っ’ω’)っ))

Plus take a look at this lovely face! ★

The eyes have been kept very faithful to Kurehito Misaki’s original illustration! Plus just look at that cute moe fang!! ♥

Finally, a certain point of the figure that really caught my attention…

The way the elastics in her socks are pressing down on her skin!! The line that separates the socks from her thighs has been sculpted so perfectly!! The artisans at Max Factory really are amazing at their work!

Kino: Refined Ver. (Kino’s Journey)

The year is coming to an end but we still have many new items coming up this December! Starting off with this one up for preorder tomorrow, the 1/8th scale…
Kino: Refined Ver.!

Good Smile Company originally released this 1/8th scale figure of Kino back in 2008, but with the anime series on the way we have revised the old sculpt and created this “Refined Ver.” for both new and old fans to enjoy in their collection!

Kino is the main character of Kino’s Journey, a story about a girl who travels the world with her talking motorcycle Hermes. The figure features Kino holding her favorite persuader gun named “Canon” with gentle sculptwork that captures the atmosphere of the series perfectly. Smoke made with semi-transparent parts wafts out from the gun’s muzzle, creating an intricately detailed figure that fans are sure to enjoy in their collection.

“That’s why… I can’t stop my journey.”

The character that travels around the world with her talking motorcycle Hermes and never stays in the same country for more than three days – Kino as a 1/8th scale figure! Her neat shirt and jacket as well as the details belt and pouches have all been captured in lovely detail! (●‘∀‘●)ﾉ”

The creases and shadows all over her outfit really bring the figure to life!

She might look a little defenseless at first glance, but that twist her in hips and the gun in her hands certainly say otherwise!! Plus just look at the lovely curves around her hips!!

Her neat hair and calm facial expression have also been captured for fans to enjoy by their side whenever they please! ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟヽ三ﾉﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

As you may have read in the product description or guessed from the name, this is in fact a refined version of a Kino figure that was actually released back in 2008!

The sculpt and paintwork have both been brushed-up, and considerably more detail has been added to the figure!

The pouches around her hips are a perfect example, featuring much more detail that make them look much more realistic than on the previous version!

▲ Her weapon of choice, the persuader “Canon” is held in hand,
with a detailed holster on her side as well!

Also take note of the smoke curling out from the barrel of the gun! ♪

▲ The translucent parts, paintwork and sculpt all give the
feeling of the smoke wafting away in the wind!

Plus, take a close look at the base!

The grass on the side, the soft looking sand and the motorbike trail left by Hermes! The various textures are such a pleasure to look at!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at this item by FREEing which is currently up for preorder…
Eriri Spencer Sawamura: Bunny Ver.!

From the anime series “Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend” comes a 1/4th scale figure of the up-and-coming doujin illustrator, Eriri Spencer Sawamura, dressed up in a sexy bunny girl outfit! The figure captures all of Eriri’s charm in an impressive 1/4th scale, ensuring all the details illustrated by the original character designer Kurehito Misaki have been faithfully preserved on the figure.

She has an embarrassed expression on her face that captures her tsundere personality perfectly for fans to enjoy by their side! Both Utaha Kasumigaoka and Megumi Kato have also been announced in the B-style bunny girl figure series, so be sure to display all the Saekano bunny girls together!

All three starting female members of blessing software are altogether in beautiful bunny outfits! Eriri is wearing a sexy red outfit and high heels that all have a smooth and shiny paint job which brings out the texture nicely!

The figure is 1/4th scale making it a very impressive size for any collection, and as fans of FREEing’s bunny girl series have come to know, she also comes with net tights made from real fabric for an amazingly authentic appearance!

Even the back seam of the tights has been faithfully included on these figures!! The attention to detail for these net tights has always amazed me! Plus from this angle you can see how she is adjusting the bunny suit!

Just look at the sexy twist in her hips… and that belly button!

You really get a good feel for just how tight that bunny girl outfit is! Even though her bust is a little smaller than the other two, with a tight outfit like this even Eriri has more than enough to look sexy!! The curves from her bottom down to her thighs are perfect! ((´д`●))三((●´д`))

Also take a look at the cute pose with her mouth slightly open!

Higekiri (Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-)

Today I’m going to be taking a look at the 1/8th scale…
Higekiri!

From the popular browser and smartphone game “Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-” comes a 1/8th scale figure of Higekiri based on his standard standing illustration from the game. His gentle facial expression yet confident and powerful appearance has been captured in careful detail, with his jacket gently flowing on his shoulders. The figure can be enjoyed from any angle you please and is filled with details that bring out Higekiri’s charm. Be sure to add him to your collection!

Following on from his previously announced younger brother Hizamaru comes a 1/8th scale figure of Higekiri! At first glance he has a rather gentle look about him, but at the same time he looks to be moving forward with confidence which also shows off his strength!

The jacket on his shoulders has the sleeves gently fluttering around him and overall has a very high quality look to it!

Posing him together with his brother makes for an even more eye-catching scene!

Just like Hizamaru he has a very slim appearance around the hips and…

From the back the slim look also continues, but you also get a bit of a muscular feel to his build due to the way the creases in his outfit are formed! (∩・∀・)∩

Let’s take a closer look at his beautiful face!

The iconic design of his eyes has been captured perfectly, and the sculpted out mouth has also been captured with both sculpt and paintwork – it has a slightly glossy paint job to capture that lip-like texture! There is something about the look on his face that has a friendly and yet somewhat mysterious look! (´□｀｡)

His profile also looks stunning!

But let’s step away from his face and head down to his feet! The shoes are loafer-style shoes quite different to his brothers!

The white jacket and pants with the stylish shoes all come together for a very chic look! He may be a sword made for combat but he certainly still has a very prim and proper look here!

Next lets take a look at his hands! His right hand is placed to his chest…

While his left hand is posed loose by his side, but close enough to his sword to be able to unsheathe without a moments notice!

Look at the position of the fingers of his hand – the thumb and index finger are loosely touching which in my mind makes me think he is standing with his hand ready to open and close on the hilt of his sword in a quick flash of speed!

He really is an absolutely stunning figure no matter which angle you choose to look from, so be sure to consider adding him to your collection!

Uzuki Shimamura: HOT LIMIT Ver. (THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS)

It has suddenly become so much colder that I had to double my blankets at night! Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at the 1/7th scale…
Uzuki Shimamura: HOT LIMIT Ver.!★

The second of the HOT LIMIT Anniversary Collaboration Figures to celebrate the 20th anniversary of T.M.Revolution’s debut is Uzuki Shimamura from THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS, a series which has just celebrated its 6th anniversary! The figure is based on the illustration by Annin Doufu that was included in Takanori Nishikawa’s book distributed at Comic Market.

The figure features Uzuki with her hair ribbon in hand and her boots removed and placed by her side in a pose that tells a complete story! It’s a rather different look compared to her standard idol outfits, so be sure to add the HOT LIMIT “bare-footed” Uzuki to your collection!

The second in the HOT LIMIT collaboration figure series!

This is the second figure in the HOT LIMIT anniversary series following on from the previously announced Super Sonico: HOT LIMIT Ver.! ♪

▲ She looks stunning from the back!

Even in such a bold outfit, Uzuki’s dazzling smile is just as adorable as ever, creating a lovely mix of both cute and sexy for fans to enjoy!! You’re so cute, Shimamu!!!

Note that the iconic curls at the ends of her hair make use of semi-see-through parts which gives her hair a more translucent look as it flows around her!

Note all the details on her outfit as well! Even though it is a rather simple, black outfit the creases all over the design show just how tight fitting it is! ★

The way the bare skin seems to pop out in each of the gaps makes her look so very touchable as well! The whole body looks like it would be so smooth and soft to the touch!!

▲The curves of her hips and even the back of her knees are amazing! ( ･ㅂ･)و ̑̑

Let’s take a closer look at her hands! ♪

If you look close you’ll even notice her nails are painted with a very light pink that has a slight shine to it as well!ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟヽ三ﾉﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

In her hand she holds her hair ribbon, and you can see the way her fingers have been sculpted to capture just the right amount of force as she loosely hold the ribbon!

Plus if we look at the boots at her feet!

The soles even have a starry design!

Even the boots which she isn’t even wearing have been sculpted and painted with such intricate detail! Be sure to take a nice close if you choose to pick her up!! ♪
