I was always bad with the electric saw in arts and craft classes making each and everyone of them a huge struggle for no real reason… the way something so thin could cut through wood so easily was always kind of scary! (´=ω=｀)

But anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Black Gold Saw: TV ANIMATION Ver.

It’s been about two years since the series aired on noitaminA, but finally we have the fifth character join the Nendoroid series!

Black Gold Saw has always been the more relaxed of the characters, and that composed look transfers into Nendoroid form beautifully! ♡

Of course her giant weapon ‘King Saw’ is included too, and it looks rather frightening, even in Nendoroid size! (｀・ω・´)

The little ornaments all over her outfit have been painted and sculpted with such intricacy! She also comes with a combat expression, perfect for displaying together with the King Saw! ♡

The teeth sticking out the side of her mouth add both a cute aspect and gives her a look that is ready for combat!

Just like the OVA version of Gold Saw, she also features joints in her knees for extra little changes when striking a pose! Those smaller changes are really what make for the most personalized displays! ε=(｡・д・｡)

I absolutely love this silent, menacing look she has while holding the King Saw… as if ready to strike at any point! (/ω＼)

(・∀・) “There is still a lot more to her though!”

Today we’re joined by the head planner of this Nendoroid, Otanaka!

(・∀・) “This time she even comes with her watering can!”

Oooh! I remember this!! ( ﾟдﾟ)!

(・∀・) “I’m sure you do! It was used in the series to increase the number of incomplete girls in the Hollow World!”

It also has a similar appearance to the King Saw, which helps bring the whole figure together nicely! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

(・∀・) “But that’s not all… if the watering can is included, then these also just had to be included!”

Ooh! The Incomplete Girls are also included?!

(・∀・) “Yep! we decided to include two of them too! The expressions are even slightly different!”

I-It’s true!! (ﾟＡﾟ;)

By the way… a strange pedestal has been featuring in the last few photos…? Could it be what I think it is?

Definitely a suitable stand for the BRS universe too!♡

Not only am I completely unable to swim… I also am terrible at fishing! I once went fishing for rainbow trout and ended up going home without even a nibble… even though I was fishing in a fish tank!! Water-related sports are definitely not for me…

But anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at a figure that went up for preorder a little while back…

Nendoroid Sasara! ♡

The second Nendoroid from Fantasista Doll following on from the previously announced Nendoroid Uzume Uno! Her pony-tail also articulated at a very high point allowing for all sorts of poses!

Her adorable outfit is sculpted in amazing detail! It has a bit of a regal look to it, and the ribbon and stars all over the design make for a lovely and original design! （*´▽｀*）

Her fencing sword is also included to pose her ready for combat! The little peek of skin between her skirt and shorts is also lovely! ( -ﾉｪ-)

Her expressions include the smiling face above… as well as this cute frowning expression!

She looks so sincere! The upturned eyebrows make it perfect! (｀・ω・´)

(・∀・) “This expression is perfect for a very special pose!”

We’re joined by Sasara’s planner, Otanaka-shi!

Ooh! I recognise this! ( ﾟдﾟ)

(・∀・) “Yep! Special sitting parts are included to recreates the scene where Uzume scolds her and the others! You could also see it as a sulking pose!”

She’s even barefoot! ♪ A perfect rendition! ♡

She also looks great displayed with Uzume!

(・∀・) “She’s adorable alone… but even more adorbale with Uzume by her side, which allows you to recreate the ending theme pose! I wanted to show everyone, but Uzume’s expression parts are currently off in China!!”

Ah! You just gave away why I displayed her with only her back showing in the last photo! ^^;

Anyway – at least there is a release photo featuring the pose, which should still give everyone a good idea!

Ever since the Olympics started it’s become a daily routine for me to watch the relays when I get home… Japan may be cold and snowy at the moment, but the Winter Olympics sure to look chilly too! (＝◇＝;)

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Alisa Illinichina Amiella!

She’s finally ready to go up for order! (*´▽｀*）

The most central member of the ‘Cradle’ branch, the beautiful Alisa! Her characteristic red hat, chequered mini-skirt and all the smaller details of her outfit all look great!

The Fenrir emblem on her back is also faithfully shrunk down to Nendoroid size!

Her hair is sculpted with a slight curl to the left giving it a slightly dynamic feeling based on the official character art! (σ・∀・)σ

But the most important thing I want to push about this figure is her amazing ‘God Arc’ weapon… which comes in three different forms!

Let’s take a closer look at each of them! ♪

• Blade Form

You can see the weapon has the same amazing presence that it had in the games…! Even in chibi-size it still has a heavy look about it that makes it such an original weapon! (｀･ω･´)ゞ

Looking from above you get an better feel for the size! ☆

You can also see that the detail isn’t only focused on the front – it’s just as detailed and amazing no matter what angle you look from! Plus it comes with effect parts perfect for combat scenes! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

Here she is posed with the effect parts as well as her ‘combat’ expression… ready to combat Aragami big and small!

She even comes with an Orgetail Aragami to fight against! (o・ω・o)

I think I’d rather keep one as a pet instead of fighting it…!

In order to match with the Nendoroid design the Ogretail’s face has a bit of a comical feel about it! I’m told that the production team really struggled to get a good balance between ‘cute’ and ‘scary’, but I think he came out looking great!

But let’s get back to the adorable Alisa! She looks ready for anything! ♡

• Gun Form

The second form is also sculpted down to the finest of details! The shiny, mecha-like appearance also looks amazing! (・∀・)

Once again effect parts are also included to pose her using the weapon! ♡

Why is it that makes girls with guns so charming?! She looks fantastic! (/ω＼)

I said the Blade Form had an amazing presence, but the Gun Form certainly isn’t any less noticeable! However… the biggest is still to come! (｀・ω・´)

• Predator Form

It’s huge!! It’s so huge that it’s hard to see as a Nendoroid weapon! (ﾟＡﾟ;)
Placing just the weapon on my hand for comparison!

It’s about the same size as my hand…!

It’s even big enough to eat wooser!!

Once again you can pose her with the weapon and Ogretail to create a fighting scene from the game! ♡

It’s hard to believe that all three of these amazing weapons are included! What an amazing set!! (°Д°；≡°Д°；)

The team must have put so much time and resources into this one Nendoroid…!

(・∀・) “But the weapons aren’t the only thing we focused on!”

(・∀・) “We definitely did put a lot of work into the God Arc weapons… but these is another feature we made sure came out perfectly… a feature that Alisa is fairly famous for!”

Ah! I know! Her flat chest!!

(・∀・) “You hardly even notice it when she has the huge weapons out… but when you take a closer look…”

Alisa is definitely rather popular for the the little peek of chest from the opening in her shirt… even if there isn’t much to see! The way her skirt is curling upward slightly brings out Alisa’s sexy side a little more! (/ω・＼) *peek*

(・∀・) “We know Alisa is well known as a confident God Eater… but she also comes with this expression to capture her other side!”

Awww!!! She’s adorable!! （*´▽｀*）

(・∀・) “A blushing expression made to look like she’s trying to hide her embarrassment! It really gives a completely different feeling when compared to the other two expressions!”

I don’t know how much more I can take!(*´Д｀)=з

You can even display her like this – with her embarrassed expression and hand out, as if inviting you to come with her! ♥

(・∀・) “You really get such a large set of options to display her with – pick whichever side of Alisa you enjoyed the most!”

I tried building an igloo with all the snow over the weekend, but eventually gave up. Firstly because they were sold out of snow shovels at my local hardware store, and secondly because I was all alone in the endeavour… 🙁

The snow may have come to an end, but the floor is still slippery with snow and ice, so everyone take care!! Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at a Nendoroid with a smile that will blow away the cold any day!

Nendoroid Saki Miyanaga! ♡

I’ve been waiting for her for ages!! ♪♪

The cute Mahjong player is heading to the Nationals to prove her skills… but she’s also headed to the land of the Nendoroids to prove her cuteness!! Saki Miyanaga! ♪

Officially this Nendoroid comes from ‘Saki: Zengokuhen’, but don’t forget that Nendoroid Nodoka Haramura was previously released from ‘Saki Achiga-hen episode of Side-A’ – so she is actually the second in the series of Nendoroids!
ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

Finally the main character of the series has joined the Nendoroids!

Holding onto her Mahjong tile and ready for action! ☆

Obviously she doesn’t just come with a tile though… in fact she comes with a rather impressive optional part!

A mahjong table! ♡

Originally the plan was to make it a lot smaller than this… but GSC’s resident mahjong lover decided that “If we’re going to make it then we may as well make it big!”. So we ended up making a chair as well, as well as adding some rather impressive details on the board too!

Plus she even comes with some effect parts for double the fun!

These parts allow you to pose Saki playing her best moves!! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Anyway, let’s move on by taking a look at her expression parts! Along with the lovely smile above she also comes with this expression even seen in the first episode of the new season! ♡

That innocent expression ready to burst into tears makes me want to protect her!! I’ll keep her company no matter where she goes to ensure she never gets lost again… I’ll even accompany her to the toilet!!

By the way, this expression can also be used in various other ways!

wooser: “Would you like to play some…. strip mahjong?”
Saki:”…!!”

I’m sure there are many other situations you could think of to use it with too!

Additionally, she also comes with an awakened expression, showing her focused and ready to beat anyone in her next match! (ﾟＡﾟ;)

(・∀・) “Her awakening can be made even more epic by the addition of these effect parts!”

We’re joined today by the planner for Nendoroid Saki… Kyojin!

(・∀・) “These lightning effect parts connect to her front hair parts and stay in place very securely!!”

This expression plus the effect parts suddenly give Saki-chan a very intimidating air! She looks ready to take over the mahjong world!!

(・∀・) “There is one other extra she comes with… you may have noticed that her skirt here is rather long…”

… I think I know where this is going! Σ(･ω･ﾉ)ﾉ

(・∀・) “She also comes with a mini-shirt to switch between!”

…!?

Is she not… wearing any…?

(・∀・) “I’m not at liberty to say anything about that! You’ll have to wait and see what is underneath when you pick her up for yourself!”

Now that I think about it, I guess Nodoka’s was about the same length…

(・∀・) “Speaking of Nodoka-chan… Saki comes with special parts to pose the two together!”

Ah… this is the famous scene from the series!! (´；ω；｀)

(・∀・) “Seen they were both released as Nendoroids now, we had to make a special arm part to allow them to be posed making a pinky promise!”

This means I just have to display them together with each other!

A Nendoroid allowing for all sorts of scenes from the show, great compatibility with Nodoka and loads of lovely optional parts…

Nendoroid Mami Tomoe: School Uniform Ver.! ♡

Finally we have Mami-san in her uniform (*´▽｀*)!!!

The Nendoroid official comes from the latest movie, which means that she also comes with Bebe! ♥

Bebe even comes with a stand which attaches to her head making it look like she is hovering! Her head is on a ball joint too, meaning you can pose her at all sorts of different angles!

Even the little pattern on her cape has been faithfully reproduced!

How could anyone hate this adorable little face! ＜●＞＜●＞

This is how the blister pack looks! ♪

The bottom right corner is a little heard to make out from this photo, but it’s actually a triangular table! ♡ You can also see she comes with a number of alternate hand parts which should be a load of fun! ((o(´∀｀)o))

I posed her as if she was offering cake out to visitors! If only I could really go have cake over at Mami-san’s house! (ﾟＡﾟ;)

As you can see she comes with sitting parts! She’s wearing tights which are a lovely change from most Nendoroids!

Mami has called one of her tea loving friends over to join her – Nendoroid Shinku! Nendoroid tea parties are such a happy scene! (*´Д`）

“You must have some too, Bebe! ♡”

The cake and plate are not stuck together, so you can put the cake on the tea cup’s saucer as a cake plate instead!

“Would you like some seconds?”

The sitting parts do allow her to balance by herself, but you can always attach the stand as well for even more stability! (｀・ω・´)

Posing her sitting down with her head upturned like this is definitely one of my favorite poses! The arms you can see in this pose are actually intended for this pose… (σ・∀・)σ

Mami-san holding out her soul gem! The soul gem itself is attached to her left hand, so it shouldn’t get lost too easily! ♥

You wouldn’t want Mami to be separated from her soul gem… would you? (((゜д゜;)))

It’s amazing how the gentle smiling expression changes into such a confident expression when she is placed in this pose! Madoka and Homura have already been released… now we have Mami as well… I wonder if that means we can expect anyone else…? Personally I’m hoping we can!

As a single child I’ve always been very jealous of everyone with siblings. I’ve always wished I could call someone, or be called ‘Onee-san’! But anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at the cute and easily embarrassed…

Nendoroid Nadeko Sengoku!

Ooohh!!! （*´▽｀*）

I previously showed a little peek at her when she was unpainted…
But now the fully painted version is sitting right on my desk!!

Welcome to my desk, Nadeko-chan!!

Her lovely big hat as well as the orange jacket she wears over her shoulders look just as adorable as they did in the series and Nadeko OP them!

Even the smaller details such as the side of the jacket and the ribbon on the hat are faithfully included on the Nendoroid!

Even the pockets look just like they did in the series! It’s quite uncommon to have a female Nendoroid wearing pants like this… I like it! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

The odd contrast between her sky personality and her casual outfit is one of things that make her so cute! But… the hat and jacket can also be removed!

Without the jacket you get a much better look at her cute clothes covered in pink ribbons! Personally I also love her concerned eyebrows that you can only see after removing her hat!

It’s no wonder everyone loves Nadeko with a smile like this!
Now I’ll be able keep it by your side to enjoy whenever you like! She really is just a lump of adorableness!

(· ∀· ) “My personal favorite is this one… her embarrassed expression!”

(· ∀· ) “We even managed to pose her as if fidgeting with her fingers nervously! Not to mention you can also recreate this pose!”

I-Is she holding what I think she’s holding?!

(· ∀· ) “Yep! The scene where she returns the school swimsuit!”

I have to admit, I never thought I’d be able to see this scene in Nendoroid size… as expected of the great Otanaka-sensei!! (*´Д｀)=з

(· ∀· ) “She also comes with a chisel to pose her in the scene where she is carving out the snake!”

(· ∀· ) “Fans can pick from a number of scenes to display her in!”

Otanaka-shi didn’t even mention it… but in the above photos you can also see she comes with sitting parts! ＜●＞＜●＞

Sitting parts are so nice to mix and match between Nendoroids, so I love seeing them! Another rather unique part are these hand parts which let you pose her with her hands joined behind her back! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

I can’t wait to get hold of my own so I can love her even more! ♡
