There is only one week left of August! I’ve hardly had time to enjoy the summer and Autumn is already starting to sneak up!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Racing Miku 2017 Ver.!

A full scale figure of the official character of the Hatsune Miku GT Project “Racing Miku” in her 2017 version. The adorable fairy Miku illustrated by popular artist Tony has been transformed into a figure with careful attention to all of the details of her original design.

The figure makes use of multiple translucent parts in order to being out the see-through feel of the colors on the original illustration. The curves of her flexible, healthy looking body have all been captured to create a figure ready to charm both fans and newcomers alike! Be sure to add the fairy-sized Miku to your collection!

A Scale Figure of the Fairy Racing Miku! ♡

The official character of the 2017 Hatsune Miku GT Project has been transformed into a cute scale figure!

The Nendoroid and figma versions of Racing Miku 2017 Ver. are both only available to personal sponsors of the racing team, but the scale figure is available as a standard item and will be available at all the normal stores!

The soft coloring of her green outfit has been captured beautifully, and all those translucent frills look so adorable!! ♪

The different layers of frills make use of different colors!

The frills are not the only part of the figure that make use of translucent parts though! Her hair also gets more transparent toward the ends while also featuring a slight yellow-green gradient to faithfully capture the original illustration by Tony!

Plus the wing parts also of course have a see-through appearance! ★

The fact that there are so many parts of the figure with a transparent look gives the whole figure such a light and airy feeling that matches the fairy theme nicely! (´□｀｡)

Also take note of her lovely body!

She has a very slender build, but there is still something about the skin that makes her look so soft and touchable! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

If look quote close you can even make out the shape of her rib cage underneath her chest! Amazing sculptwork! Not to mention the see-through center which gives you a nice look at her belly button!

By the way! This figure is actually a full 1/1 scale figure!

The reason for this is that this year’s Racing Miku is a fairy, and fairies are not that big!! Here she is compared with an iPhone 6S!

Nendoroid Hifumi Takimoto (NEW GAME!!)

I’m always amazed at the amount of different emoji that exist on the net. Recently my personal favorite is this one: ٩( ᐛ )( ᐖ )۶

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Hifumi Takimoto!

From the popular anime series with a second season currently being broadcast, “NEW GAME!” (based on the manga by Shoutarou Tokunou serialized in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara Carat), comes a Nendoroid of Aoba Suzukaze’s senior at work, Hifumi Takimoto! She comes with three face plates including a glaring expression, a surprised expression as well as a gentle smiling expression.

The Nendoroid includes a selection of accessories including her smartphone, her pet hedgehog Sojiro as well as emoji plates to display beside her to recreate various memorable poses from the series. She also comes with an alternate lower body part to display her sitting down! Be sure to display her with Nendoroid Aoba Suzukaze who has been scheduled for rerelease!

From the popular anime currently airing in Japan, “NEW GAME!!” comes a Nendoroid of the silent member of the game company Eagle Jump: Hifumi Takimoto!

Megumi Kato: Swimsuit Ver. (Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend)

GSC has just come out of summer holidays! Time to start bringing all sorts of new figures to the fans!! ٩( ‘ω’ )و

Starting off with today’s review, which is the 1/7th scale figure of…
Megumi Kato: Swimsuit Ver.!★

From the popular anime series Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend ♭ comes a 1/7th scale figure of the main heroine of the series, Megumi Kato wearing a swimsuit! The figure is the third in a series of figures based on original illustrations by Kurehito Misaki, each featuring the Saekano girls wearing their swimsuits.

Misaki’s delicate touch and unique coloring have been carefully preserved on the figure, while also capturing the soft appearance of Megumi’s body with intricate sculptwork and paintwork. The large towel she holds behind her has also been very carefully sculpted to preserve the towel-like texture on the figure. The towel can also be removed to give a better look at her back which has also been sculpted in lovely detail for fans to enjoy!

Includes Bonus: Original Illustration Postcard (Illustrated by: Kurehito Misaki)

The third Saekano swimsuit figure based on Kurehito Misaki’s illustrations is Megumi!

From the anime series “Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend ♭” comes a scale figure of the “boring” girlfriend who excels in blending into the background – Megumi Kato! ♥

She is posed holding a large beach towel featuring the “blessing software” logo with sunglasses on her head as she looks ahead with a gentle smile! The cute hair-style and the slight purple gradient of her hair have all been preserved in lovely detail on the figure!

If we take a look from the back we get a nice look at bumps caused by her shoulder and back bones, and if you look close you can also just make out the shape of her bottom through the towel!

As a side note, both the towel and sunglasses can be removed, so if you’d rather display her without the towel covering anything up that is an option! If you want to see photos of this you’ll have to check the product page which will be up on the Good Smile Company website tomorrow!

This product was one of the many Saekano figures on display at Wonder Festival 2017 (Summer)! We had a special didplay section for them which looked like this! (∩・∀・)∩

She was displayed together with the previously announced Utaha Kasumigaoka: Swimsuit Ver. and Eriri Spencer Sawamura: Swimsuit Ver.! ♪

Anyway, let’s get back to today’s main feature! ♪

While Utaha-senpai may have the most impressive body, and Eriri boasts a more slender build, Megumi instead has a lovely balance with beautiful curves all around!

The touchable appearance of her body has been captured so effectively on this figure that it’s almost hard to believe that she isn’t going to be soft to the touch!

▲ Just looking gives me the urge to touch!

From the side she is just as beautiful!!

The bumps and indents of her body…. and the curves of her sideboob!! 

Look as long as you like from any angle you please with the figure! 

The area around her stomach as well the areas near the ribbons of her swimsuit have all had a slight shadow placed in specific areas to create a realistic look that matches with the sculpt!

Also take a close look at her dainty fingers and toes… and the painted nails at the end of them! ε=(｡・д・｡)

Megumi Kato: Bunny Ver. (Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend ♭)

Today I’m going to be taking a look at FREEing’s…
Megumi Kato: Bunny Ver.!♡

From the anime series ‘Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend’ comes a 1/4th scale figure of the “main heroine” Megumi Kato dressed up in a sexy bunny girl outfit! The figure captures all of Megumi Kato’s charm in an impressive 1/4th scale, ensuring all the details illustrated by the original character designer Kurehito Misaki have been faithfully preserved on the figure.

Although she normally has a rather reserved personality, this figure has her dressed up in a sexy bunny girl outfit for fans to enjoy! Utaha Kasumigaoka has already been released and Eriri Spencer Sawamura is also planned to join the 1/4th scale B-style bunny girl figure series, so be sure to display all the girls together!

From the anime series ‘Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend’ comes a huge 1/4th scale figure of Megumi Kato !

Those bunny ears look lovely and all, but I think my best part of the outfit is the fluffy-looking bunny tail on the back!! Plus from the back you can also see the realistic net tights with a seam down the center!

Let’s take a closer look at her face! (*´꒳`*)

The slightly open mouth with lipstick, upward glance and the blush on her cheeks makes her look so cute and defenceless while still leaving a nice dash of sexiness!

Also take a look at her build from this angle!  

She is posed with her hands held behind her back, which brings out her shoulder blades which have been sculpted so nicely! The wide open back has so many ups and downs to slide your finger along!  ♥

The tights are made from real fabric for an authentic appearance! (´□｀｡)

The authentic look makes her skin seem all the more realistic underneath as well, making her look so soft!! Net tights really are amazing!

The figure stands approximately 430mm in height!

She is one of those figures that will always be bigger than you imagine once she arrives!!

Nendoroid Mutsu (Kantai Collection -KanColle-)

When it gets as hot as today, even I feel like going for a swim which is completely out of character for me! But for now I’ll settle with staying inside and enjoying some ice-cream…!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Mutsu!♡

From the popular browser game “Kantai Collection -KanColle-” comes a Nendoroid of the second Nagato-class battleship, Mutsu! She comes with a variety of turret firing effect parts ideal for combat scenes, as well as a heart-shaped smoke effect part which goes together with her winking face plate perfectly for a cuter pose!

She also comes with a bottle of whisky and a glass as the standard KanColle food parts! A half-damaged face plate is also included for more flustered poses, together with an explosion effect part which can be placed on her turret! Recreate all sorts of scenes in Nendoroid size!

“My turn? Okay, let’s do this!”

One of the “Big 7 Battleships” as well as the second Nagato-class battleship, Mutsu is joining the KanColle Nendoroid Fleet! The iconic chain wrapped around her leg is an actual chain, allowing it to be moved in various different positions for different poses! (σ・∀・)σ

While everyone tends to notice her impressive arms before anything else, if you take a look at her outfit from the back you can see she has a nice, simple looking outfit! The characteristic points at the back of her hair have also been nicely preserved in Nendoroid size! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

As usual, the turret batteries on her ship parts can all be rotated around and each of the turrets are also individually articulated for lots of flexibility!

“Eeny, meeny, miny, moe… FIRE!“

She also comes with a large selection of firing effect parts to create a more powerful looking attack pose! Plus, along with the standard expression above, he also comes with two more face plates!

First, an adorable Winking Expression is included!

In addition to the expression a heart made from smoke as well as special hand parts are included which allows you to place her as if blowing a kiss, with heart and all! Or quickly switch up poses for a “It’s our Secret!” kind of pose!

As you can see from the above, the ship parts can also be removed for a much lighter looking appearance ideal for more casual situations! ★

Moving on to her final face plate…

“I-I’m not going to explode! Don’t worry!“

A face plate based on her half-damaged appearance from the game! In addition, she also comes with an explosion effect part for her third turret which makes the worried looking expression more believable!

Plus, all KanColle Nendoroids come with food or drink parts, so…

Mutsu comes with a bottle of whiskey and a glass with ice!★

How could anyone say no to an adorable face like this?!

Nendoroid Lancer/Jeanne d’Arc Alter Santa Lily (Fate/Grand Order)

I hardly ever go outside and yet I still somehow manage to get bitten by mosquitoes all the time. I never even see them, so I’m honestly not sure when they get me!!  _:(´ཀ`」∠):_

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at….
Nendoroid Lancer/Jeanne d’Arc Alter Santa Lily!

From the popular smartphone game “Fate/Grand Order” comes a Nendoroid of the Lancer servant, Lancer/Jeanne d’Arc Alter Santa Lily! She comes with three face plates including a discontented expression, a shouting expression as well as a more childish, cheerful expression.

Her lance featuring Christmas themed ribbons, effect parts to recreate the “Twin Arm Little Crunch” as well as a Gilles-kun doll for her to hold are all included as optional accessories! Recreate various scenes from the game and more!

“Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells~♪ “

From Fate/Grand Order comes a Nendoroid of perhaps one of the most adorable servants there is – Nendoroid Lancer/Jeanne d’Arc Alter Santa Lily! That super straight face together with the festive appearance filled with reds and greens!! The figure is also scheduled to release in December 2017 so she should be around just in time for Christmas!! ★

Let’s take a quick look from the back…

The long ribbon blowing about with red, green and gold colors looks lovely from the back, and you can also see her spear looks lovely and detailed even in Nendoroid size! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Her standard expression as a rather sullen, aloof look to together with an ever so slight blush in her cheeks that really captures her character nicely! ♥

She also comes with translucent parts to recreate her “Twin Arm Little Crunch”, and you can of course also pose her floating through the air with the Nendoroid stand to create a pose like the one above! ☆

The long tuft of hair at the back of head is attached with a Nendoroid joint, allowing it to move to various different angles to better suit your posing!

Her fist alternate face plate is this shouting expression with a sharp gaze which is perfect for combat scenes! Display the hair flowing out behind her as she launches an attack to create a really impactful and dynamic looking pose!

Her cape parts are made of a soft material and can also be removed allowing for a slightly different look! Obviously the details beneath the cape have all been faithfully included too!! ♪

Today I’m going to be taking a look at the 1/8th scale figures of…
Mitsuha Miyamizu & Taki Tachibana!

“Searching for someone that I’ve never met“

From the popular film that was recently released on Blu-ray & DVD, Your Name. comes 1/8th scale figures of both the main characters: Mitsuha Miyamizu & Taki Tachibana!

Note that these figures are not sold as a set, but as individual figures, but as you can see from the first photo their bases can be connected together for a joint pose! (●‘∀‘●)ﾉ”

The pose when they are connected is based on the illustration used on one of the film’s posters!

You can of course also pose them apart!

Simply find the pose that you think suits them best!

▲ Having them both face the same direction makes for a different feel! ☆

I also love the difference in height that is captured when the two are displayed together! ( ･ㅂ･)و ̑̑

Mitsuha Miyamizu!

From the hit movie “Your Name.” comes a 1/8th scale figure of Mitsuha Miyamizu, capturing the pose used for the iconic main visual of the movie. The powerful emotions from the film have been captured in the figure for you to remember whenever you see the figure by your side. The base of the figure is designed to connect with the 1/8th scale figure of Taki Tachibana (sold separately), allowing you to fully recreate the visual in figure form.

“When I wake up, I find myself crying for no reason.”

Her hair has been sculpted as if fluttering in the wind, which each strand of hair sculpted with a lovely dynamic appearance that brings the figure to life!

Taki Tachibana!

From the hit movie “Your Name.” comes a 1/8th scale figure of Taki Tachibana, capturing the pose used for the iconic main visual of the movie. Nendoroid Sayaka Miki: Maiko Ver. (Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie)

It’s been a little bit cooler these last few days which makes me think that a ridiculously hot week is going to be coming soon! I hope that upcoming Comic Market isn’t going to be too hot…

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Sayaka Miki: Maiko Ver.!

From ‘Puella Magi Madoka Magica’ comes a Nendoroid of Sayaka Miki dressed in a refreshing Maiko outfit. She comes with two face plates including a smiling face and a face with closed eyes, and both closed and open Japanese-style umbrellas are included as accessories.

Interchangeable parts to pose her sitting are also included, which can be used together with the closed eyes to create an elegant bowing pose. Be sure to display her with the other characters in the Puella Magi Madoka Magica Maiko series and create all sorts of different situations in Nendoroid size!

Sayaka Miki is rejoining the Nendoroids dressed as a beautiful Maiko!

The latest of the Puella Magi to join the “Maiko” Nendoroid series is none other than Sayaka! She is dressed in a refreshing set of colors with little fish swimming about on her kimono!

Urashima Kotetsu (Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-)

Today’s Main Feature!

I just realized we are already in August! I have hardly done anything Summer-like this Summer except maybe eating some shaved ice! I can’t believe how much time flies!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at an item that will be up for preorder from tomorrow, the 1/8th scale figure…

Urashima Kotetsu! 

From the popular browser and smartphone game “Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-” comes a 1/8th scale figure of Urashima Kotetsu based on his standard standing illustration from the game!
His spirited smile, the intricate wave patterns on his kimono, his tied up bright orange hair and the rigid armor that covers various parts of his body have all been captured as faithfully as possible for fans to enjoy Urashima Kotetsu by their side. Be sure to add him to your collection!

“Urashima Kotetsu, heading into battle!”

The wakizashi, Urashima Kotetsu is joining the Touken Ranbu 1/8th scale figure series! The figure is based on his standard pose from the game and captures his spirited personality so perfectly in figure form! (*´꒳`*) 

His bright orange hair has been sculpted in amazing detail!

The flowing look of his outfit and the glossy and heavy look of the armor contrast really nicely, with the difference in textures captured with different paints!

The area around his belly button is filled with so much details, just look at all the different textures and colors around that area! (´□｀｡)

▲ The brown cord even has the vertical lines from the original design!

Plus just look at his innocent smile!

Also note that his abs and upper arm are all sculpted with a powerful look you would expect of a Touken Danshi!

Plus if you look from a lower angle… 

You can see the way his outfit has been sculpted around the appearance of his tones abs with the ups and downs of the sculpt! Details like this never cease to amaze me!!

Plus, speaking of details…

Look at the intricate pattern on the collar area of his outfit!!!

Most people will probably look at the adorable Kamekichi on his shoulder first, but when you look even close and realise that this pattern is actually sculpted onto the figure… that’s when you realize how absolutely amazing the detail is on this figure!

When we take a look from the back! (*´∀｀*)

Taking a peek from a lower angle allows you to see that even the bow underneath his outfit has been sculpted to keep the realism of the figure as best as possible!

Enjoy his amazingly detailed outfit and playful personality with the figure by your side!!

Nendoroid Meteora (Re:CREATORS)

I want to have a pizza party and only invite myself. I will order a delicious quattro formaggi pizza and dash some honey on top and enjoy the cheesy goodness all for myself!! Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Meteora!

From the popular anime series “Re:CREATORS” comes a Nendoroid of the librarian from the “Avalken of Reminisce”, Meteora Österreich! She comes with her magical tome in both an opened and closed form, the Type 01 LMAT she borrowed from the self-defense force as well as a magic circle which can all be combined with the included shouting face plate to recreate various combat scenes in Nendoroid size! She also comes with some pizza, potato chips and a chewing expression for some more relaxed scenes! Recreate your favorite poses from the series and more!

From the series brought to us by BLACK LAGOON’s Rei Hiroe and Fate/Zero’s Ei Aoki, the original animation “Re:CREATORS” comes a Nendoroid of Meteora Österreich!

Her hairstyle, hair accessories and cape with a hood are all faithfully included in adorable Nendoroid size!

Her magical tome comes in both the closed form above, as well as an opened form like below for different situations!
