Nendoroid MegaMan.EXE: Super Movable Edition!

From the popular game celebrating its 15th anniversary ‘Mega Man Battle Network’ comes a fully articulated Nendoroid of the NetNavi used by the main character Lan Hikari – MegaMan.EXE!

He comes with both a standard smiling expression as well as a combat expression with his a mask covering his mouth. Weapons include his standard Mega Buster as well as sword and bomb parts to recreate various action poses to suit all sorts of situations! Recreate your favorite battle scenes from the game!

Celebrating the 15th anniversary of the ‘Mega Man Battle Network’ series!! Lan Hikari’s NetNavi MegaMan.EXE is joining the Nendoroid series! Even the details on his back such as his little backpack and the spiky collar area have all been faithfully converted into Nendoroid size!★

Nendoroid Caster (Fate/EXTRA)

Nendoroid Caster!

From the popular game ‘Fate/EXTRA’ comes a Nendoroid of the ‘good wife’ with a foxy appearance – Caster! She comes with three face plates including a smiling face, a combat expression and a winking expression.

Optional parts includes the ‘Eightfold Blessing of Amaterasu’ mirror as well as the charms she uses for her skills. She also comes with hands shaped like foxes for a rather cute pose, as well as parts to recreate her ‘Charm: Gyokutenhou’ skill. Kneeling parts for a more relaxed appearance are also included! Be sure to enjoy the adorable Nendoroid Caster in your collection!

Caster’s cute fluffy ears and tail as well as her Japanese-style outfit with a bit of a sexy side have all been converted into Nendoroid size in lovely detail!

Her Noble Phantasm the ‘Eightfold Blessing of Amaterasu’ mirror is also included and fully detailed on back and front – even featuring an actual reflective surface on the front!! ♪

Can you believe that there is only half a month left of 2016?! The short Autumn has passed and based on the temperature today we are well into Winter now! I hope everyone is keeping warm! We are now moving into the time of Christmas, Comic Market and end-of-year parties!!

This is also the time I normally try out various new flavours of ice cream, enjoy all sorts of Winter-limited sweets and buy tangerines by the box!!! So many delicious things to enjoy!! ( ﾟдﾟ)!

Jibril (No Game No Life)

Today’s Main Feature!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at Phat! Company’s latest scale figure that is currently up for preorder…

1/7th Scale Jibril!

From the anime series ‘No Game No Life’ comes a 1/7th scale figure of the youngest and strongest of the Flügel – Jibril! Just like the previously released figure of Shiro, Jibril has been sculpted and painted with close attention to the creative style and use of color in the original illustration, creating a figure bursting with color and details for fans to enjoy in their collection.

She has been sculpted with a relaxed expression on her face surrounded by books to show her thirst for knowledge while also capturing her character as faithfully as possible. In addition a chibi figure of Shiro is also included to accompany her, and she also comes with an alternate expression based on her time in the Great War. Simply choose the Jibril you prefer!

“You challenge me to a game?”

From ‘No Game No Life’ comes a scale figure of Jibril! A member of the sixth ranked race of the Exceed – the Flügel! ♥

Look at this adorable expression! It has such an enchanting as well as gentle look, while also capturing her love for being surrounded by books!

She has a bit of a spaced out look to her eyes as if lost in her own imagination! Her gaze is looking slightly upward so I like taking photos with a looking down on her so that the camera matches up with her eyes! They’re so pretty!!

She is posed in a cute sitting pose holding up one of her beloved books, and her beautiful long hair filled with lovely vibrant colors has been preserved with lovely gradient paintwork! The parts of her outfit around the hips also make use of a translucent material adding an ethereal beauty to the design! The large wings that extend out to the back are also so impressive… the figure is just filled with highlights!

If you take a look from the back you will see that her back shows off quite a lot of bare skin and you can even see where the wings connect onto the back of her hips! Once again the semi-transparent orange and red part of her outfit also matches up with the colors beautifully!

She looks amazing from any angle! (。・ω・)ノ゛

Personally I think this is my favorite angle!!

As I mentioned earlier, when you have her eyes in the picture I prefer a higher angle looking down into her eyes, but from this angle you get to really enjoy everything about her character design and the lovely curves of her body!! Those hips, the thighs and even the way her upper arm is pressing against her bosom making it stand out even more!!! ﾜｰｲヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟヽ三ﾉﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉﾜｰｲ

Plus along with the piles of books to display beside her, this little chibi figure of Shiro is also included!!

Even though she is rather tiny, the hair still faithfully keeps the multi-color gradient! ヽ(●´Д｀●)ﾉ

As a side note, this chibi figure of Shiro is the same size as the chibi figures that were included with the 1/7th scale Shiro, so you can combine them to complete the chibi character collection of all the main characters!

In addition, while the chibi Shiro figure is sitting on a pile of books when displayed with Jibril, she is also the perfect size to be seated on the throne that was included as a part of the 1/7th scale Shiro’s base!!★

But let’s get back to Jibril! She comes with interchangeable parts!!

She comes with an alternate expression based on the Great War!

Jibril suddenly has a much more dark, bewitching appearance to her!!

Along with the expression she also comes with an alternate part to hold in her hand, swapping out the book for a skull tied up with a ribbon!! Simply select the parts that you think suit her better, or change them around depending on your mood!(‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

Nendoroid Popuko & Nendoroid Pipimi

Today’s Main Feature!!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Popuko & Nendoroid Pipimi!

At long last! Absolute sh*t Nendoroids!

…is the headline that the head planner chose for these Nendoroids!

Nendoroids of the two main characters from the manga series that has become an online hit, ‘POP TEAM EPIC’! Popuko and Pipimi!! Don’t they look perfect in Nendoroid size?! It’s like they just jumped right out from the manga!! They also comes with a nice selection of face plates and optional accessories allowing for all sorts of fun!!

Even the bizarrely realistic middle finger pose is included!

▲ Even the lines between the different joints are included on the sculpt!

I was amazed at the reaction from everyone when I announced these two on Twitter the other day! ♡

From the popular 4-panel manga ‘POP TEAM EPIC’ comes a Nendoroid of Popuko! She comes with three face plates including a somewhat annoying standard expression, a flipped out expression and a sour expression.

She comes with a variety of interchangeable parts to recreate popular scenes from the manga, as well as speech bubble plates to pose her saying some of her most popular lines. She also comes with a certain building that gets destroyed as well as her cellphone. Be sure to display her with Nendoroid Pipimi and recreate the epic ‘POP TEAM EPIC’ in your Nendoroid collection!

Pipimi’s rather uniquely shaped head has been faithfully preserved!

This does however mean that her expressions are not compatible at all with other Nendoroids!

While the expression parts are not compatible with other Nendoroids, her neck joint can be swapped out for a standard Nendoroid joint allowing you to use Pipimi’s body with other Nendoroids!

She also comes with a quick moving pointing finger as one her alternate hand parts! ♪

Nendoroid Kiso (Kantai Collection -KanColle-)

Hello everyone!! Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

Christmas is coming up and it falls on a weekend!! Although I think it’ll just be your everyday weekend in my case! Perhaps I’ll buy a really sweet cake to enjoy by myself!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Kiso!

From the popular browser game ‘Kantai Collection -KanColle-‘ comes a Nendoroid of the 5th Kuma Class Light Cruiser – Kiso! The Nendoroid is based on Kiso Kai-II, but also comes with interchangeable parts that allow you to almost completely recreate her normal version as well. She also comes with a ‘too sweet’ Christmas cake as her food part, which comes as both a single slice as well as the rest of the cake!

Her normal ship parts make use of a Nendoroid joint and a flexible arm part, while the torpedo tubes on the Kai-II parts can be transformed to fire two loadouts simultaneously to show off her enhanced combat abilities! The included torpedo effect parts are designed as zero-distance torpedo explosion parts used when enemy ships are close on port or starboard!

She comes with both a valiant standard expression as well as a shouting expression for combat scenes and her sword can be displayed both drawn and sheathed allowing for all sorts of posing options! Be sure to add the powerful Nendoroid Kiso to your collection and enjoy a glorious victory with her by your side!

“You’re still worried? Just believe in me.”

The 5500 ton light cruiser with a confident attitude toward anything – the Kuma-class ship Kiso is joining the Nendoroids!! Even in chibi size her sharp eyes, confident mouth and the peek at her belly button through her outfit have all been preserved perfectly!! (´ー`*)

The accessories around her hips, her sabre and cape have all been beautifully sculpted!

▲ Even the inside of the cape has been painted red!

Her ship parts feature a northern camouflage pattern giving an intimidating appearance even from the back! (/ω・)

▲ The fluttering of her cape and the golden accessories look lovely!

She comes with two face plates including her fearless standard expression as well as a shouting combat expression!

Plus as you probably noticed, her hat can be removed and her sword can also be drawn from its scabbard! She suddenly looks ready for battle!!

In addition, if you remove this section on the ship parts and then spin them around… I can’t really explain it with words, so I instead decided to make a GIF! (∩・∀・)∩

I hope this made sense to someone!!

Once this part is removed and deployed like above…

“So weak!!“

You can display the torpedo launchers firing two loadouts at once!

In addition, the torpedo launchers also come with these zero-distance torpedo effect parts! ♪

▲ I think this is the first time we’ve seen this shape for effect parts! (灬ºωº灬)

PLUS! Her ship parts, legs and skirt all come with interchangeable parts…

Which allow you to display her in her normal version!

▲ Her eyepatch and shoulder armor are also come in normal mode!★

Without her cape she suddenly looks like a much younger character!

The ship parts even have ‘Kiso‘ written on them! ♪

▲Her normal version has a non-pleated skirt that flutters about more!

To summarize… the Nendoroid not only comes with a selection of effect parts for combat scenes, but she can also be displayed in both Kai-II and normal mode allowing for a huge selection of display opportunities!! ♡

But that’s still not all! There is one type of optional part that is always included with KanColle Nendoroids! The food accessory!

“Christmas… I guess it’s not that bad.“

She comes complete with a Christmas cake that’s ‘far too sweet’ for her! Also note the little fork for her to hold the slice! ♪

There is even a chocolate plate on the top! ♥

▲ The slight bumps on the side for layered icing is also lovely!

You can also take the slice with the fork in it and put in back in for a full cake instead!

What are figFIX?

The figFIX series of figures is the same size as figmas (around 1/12th scale) so they can easily be displayed together, but they are fixed in a specific and well-known pose of each character, allowing for a more faithful representation as well as a reasonable price! The series allows the skilled craftsmen of Max Factory to put their skills to work on more delicate sculpting and paintwork for fans to enjoy! The head part of figFIX figures make use of the same joint as the figma series, allowing for some interesting display possibilities for fans to play around with as well!

From ‘LoveLive! School Idol Festival’ comes Eli Ayase dressed up in a cheerleader outfit as the latest in the figFIX series of figma-sized statue figures! Eli is ready to stand by your side and cheer you on in a cool and confident pose! The colors seem to have no real connection when you think about them separately, and yet when they come together they make such a cute combination that suit Kotori-chan so nicely!

Camilla (Fire Emblem Fates)

Today’s Main Feature!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at a figure that is already up for preorder!

The 1/7th Scale Camilla!

A figure project co-developed by the developer of the Fire Emblem series, ‘INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS’ and monolith! From the popular game ‘Fire Emblem Fates’ comes a 1/7th scale figure of the beautiful princess of the Kingdom of Nohr, Camilla! The figure is sculpted by the highly acclaimed figure artisan Hiro and manufactured by Good Smile Company.

The figure captures Camilla’s persona with a noble, elegant appearance that still shows off her sexy side, with her hair making use of translucent parts to preserve its unique appearance. The ‘Silver Axe’ she has by her side has been based directly on the original designs from the game, and she comes complete with a special base made in the image of a marble pillar that brings out her beauty together with the atmosphere of the series.

The figure has been closely supervised by the game’s development team from the initial planning stages to the final paintwork to make it the ultimate official figure of Camilla! Be sure to add her to your collection and enjoy Camilla’s amazing design right by your side!

From Fire Emblem Fates comes a scale figure of the princess of the Kingdom of Nohr, Camilla! Her stunning body has been captured so nicely in figure form for fans to enjoy!

Let’s take a closer look! (∩・∀・)∩

– Full Figure –

While the figure is a simple standing pose, the wavy yet silky hair style and cloth that flutters around the front and back of her body all come together to create a figure filled with life, even if it may be standing perfectly still.

Even though she is wearing a rather bold outfit that shows off her impressive bosom, there is something about the figure that doesn’t make you focus too much on the sexy aspect but instead captures the proud, dignified side of her character!

The way she is gently brushing her hair to the side also adds a nice graceful appearance to her pose! 一(‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

Everything from the top to the bottom is so beautiful!!

Her regal style has been captured so nicely on the figure! (´□｀。)

– Hair –

As I’m sure you’ve all noticed…

Camilla’s beautiful hair is translucent toward the ends!

The wavy appearance is so very intricate, and together with the way the light reflects through the translucent parts creates such a beautiful effect!

The hair also has very impressive volume, but the gentle translucent gradient creates a lighter, silkier appearance for the hair! ★

Each and every one of her stands of hair is so well sculpted!! Also note how you can some sections of her hair through the upper layer of other strands giving the figure depth even when seen from the back! The little peek of bare skin in between the hair toward the bottom is also a nice little treat! ε- (´ー`*)

The sculptor for this figure is none other than Hiro!

You might recognise the name from some of his other works, such as Musashi: Heavy Armament Ver.!

▲ Musashi also had such a nice balance of sexy and strength!

– Base –

Let’s take a look down at her feet now…

Even the base has a lovely premium appearance to it! A pedestal with paintwork made to look like marble! ヽ(●´Д｀●)ﾉ

You can also see the detail put into her axe from this photo! The smallest little details have all been captured!

– Textures –

Camilla’s armor has a sharp and cold texture, the cloth wisping around her has a soft feeling and her skin looks so soft and warm…

The sculpting is of course a part of this, but the paintwork and differentiation from glossy and matte paints also brings out these different textures so effectively!

Also note the stitching along the material at her hips!

– Facial Expression –

Her one eye is covered up by her hair, which causes the expression to have quite a different impression depending on the angle you look from! ε=(｡・д・｡)

▲ From this lower angle, she has a dignified, rather serious look on her face!

▼But from a higher angle she seems to have a gentle sisterly smile filled with love for her Avatar! ♡

▲ Even her eye look more gentle from this angle somehow!

Nendoroid Hajime Iwaizumi (Haikyu!!)

Today’s Main Feature!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Hajime Iwaizumi!

From ‘Haikyu!!’, the volleyball anime series with a third season currently airing, comes a Nendoroid of Aobajohsai High School’s volleyball team vice-captain and ace spiker, Hajime Iwaizumi! He comes with three face plates including his standard expression, a provoking expression as well as the angry expression he would sometimes have when Oikawa teases him.

The Nendoroid allows you to recreate a number of memorable scenes from the series and comes with a volleyball as well as a special base made in the image of a volleyball court. An alternate upper body part to display him wearing his sports jersey is also included! Be sure to add the spirited and handsome Iwa-chan to your collection and recreate all sorts of different situations!

“The team that work better as six is stronger, you idiot!”

The powerful wing spiker and vice-captain for Aobajohsai High School’s volleyball team is joining the Nendoroids! Hajime Iwaizumi! His spiky hairstyle and sharp eyes have all been converted into Nendoroid size so perfectly! Even in chibi-size he looks so very handsome!

As with the other Haikyu!! Nendoroid he comes with a volleyball part complete with a stand to create poses of him in a volleyball match! ♪

Iwa-chan’s Spike!

That confident look on his face that is sure to give his team the inspiration they need to win the match!! Along with the standard expression above, he also comes with a provoking expression ready to take on anyone! (●‘∀‘●)ﾉ”

If you combine this expression with a pose og him rolling his sleeves back it really captures his high morale before a match! I really love the way this expression came out!

Plus… take a closer look at his arm!

You can see he is showing off his muscles!! (´□｀｡)
(Even on a Nendoroid we have proof of Iwa-chan’s strength! Yay!)

His third expression is this angry expression!

I can just imagine him insulting Oikawa!!

Displaying this Iwa-chan together with Nendoroid Toru Oikawa and his playful expression makes for some fun poses from the everyday life of the Aobajohsai High School’s volleyball team! ♪

Changing the angle of his neck makes for an even more angry-looking expression!

（He may be angry… but the way he has so much strength put into his mouth is so cute!!)

Anyway, you may remember that Nendoroid Oikawa comes with a jacket that can be displayed over his shoulders… but Iwa-chan instead comes with an alternate upper body that is wearing the jacket! ε=(｡・д・｡)

A pose that shows that they have each others back in the upcoming match! You can feel the strong bond between the two of them!

One of things about his jacket that really stood out to me was the way the one side is flapped open!

The right half of the jacket is flapping up in the wind creating that ‘cool guy’ effect!! The sleeves on Oikawa’s jacket were fitted with joints for slightly different poses, but the dynamic effect for Iwa-chan is included directly in the sculpt! ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟヽ三ﾉﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

If we take a look from the back…

The hem on the back is also blowing in the wind!

You can even get a little glimpse of the uniform he is wearing underneath the jacket which helps to create the feeling that he is really ‘wearing’ the jacket!! Plus let’s once again look at that amazing spiky hair!! (∩・∀・)∩

Along with the accessories and parts above, he also comes with various other interchangeable arm parts which allow you to recreate all sorts of scenes from the series as well as all original poses!
