The weather really is jumping between extremes at the moment! From really hot to rather chilly like today! I hope everyone is taking good care of their heath! (°Д°；≡°Д°；)

Anyway, today I’m  going to be continuing on from last week’s post with Kahotan Post Office! You can find the previous post here: Kahotan Post Office: July 2015 – Part 1.

First and foremost, let me once again give a big thank you to everyone who send in photos! They really are always such a pleasure to look through! The theme this time around was Summer, and I recieved all sorts of different ways of showing Summer through photos! Some people have such amazing imaginations!! (/ω＼)

There were so many lovely photos that picking one to use as my Twitter header was rather hard….

However I have decided to use this photo by Tomo-san!☆

I’ve been waiting for a Summer like this! ♡

A lovely photo of the two Macross F songstresses in summertime mode! I can almost hear Ranka-chan’s voice shouting in excitement! I will enjoy it every time I open up my Twitter, and I’m sure many others will as well! ♪

My second time to go to Japan and I went to Osaka and Kyoto. I brought with me my favorite figures: Shoyo, Mako and Mayoi to do some photoshoots 🙂

I’m guessing this one was taken in Kyoto! Mayoi-chan’s pose and the lovely gaps of sunlight between the leaves make for a lovely scene!

It’s like the two of them are classmates on a school trip taking a quick photo! They look like they’re having so much fun! I want to go out and try take some similar photos!! ε=(｡・д・｡)

This was taken this year during Golden Week! It made me want to do more and more outdoor figure photography! (*´▽`*)

The real things like the driftwood and shells add a strange kind of reality to the Nendoroid! ♪

Hakase and Sakamoto-san are trying to hide away from the early Summer heat by taking cover under the hydrangeas… it seems Nendoroids are just like people when it comes to trying to avoid the heat.

This size of the flowers compared to the Nendoroid makes the two of them look like little garden fairies trying to find some shade! So cute! ♥︎

You could easily transform this photo into a nice image for a calendar!

I hope everyone enjoyed the Summer figure photos as much as I have!

Summer definitely opens up the playing field as a theme – there are so many different possibilities! Another big thank you to everyone who sent in their photos this time around!  But I’m still looking for more! Now that the main hurdle of Summer is about here, there should be all sorts of opportunities for photos!

Today is the 3rd of July! In Japan this is soft serve day, as it is the date that soft serve was first sold in Japan back in 1951! I want to have some Cremia soft serve… super creamy with a langue de chat cone. It’s so delicious!!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at photos sent in to the July/August theme of Kahotan Post Office!

The theme is ‘Summer‘!!

It’s getting more hot and humid by the day, which makes me constantly wish Summer would go away… but that’s exactly why I need everyone’s photos to remind me that Summer is’t that bad!

As usual, I received all sorts of photos from around the world, so thank you to everyone who send in a picture or message! I unfortunately can’t show everything on the blog, but I will showing as many as possible by splitting the July messages into two parts – this being the first! The next part will come next week sometime!

Hot tea is great, even during Summer!

Nendoroid Erika Sendou from FORTUNE ARTERIAL looking as elegant as ever during her afternoon tea! ♪

What a lovely clear blue sky and beautiful scenery in the background to boot! The refreshing colors really give off a warm Summer day feeling! I actually received a second photo from the same person which I also want to show everyone!

It’s looks like such a lovely place! With the sunlight peeking through the gaps in the leaves… it must be lovely to walk though! ♡

Summer means sand dunes and the blue sea!! I just got back from a 200km trip down to the ocean! It was over 40 degrees and my camera was having some issues so I didn’t get to take many photos… but Vietnam’s Summer is set to continue for quite some time, so I’m sure I’ll get some more Summer photos soon!

I took this photo on a french island named Île d’Aix. When i’m at the beach, i love to see all the sand castles people do. It reminds me how much it was fun when I was a kid ! My Nendoroid like it so much too !
