Nendoroid Petite: THE IDOLM@STER 2 Million Dreams Ver. – Stage 01

When I think of idols the first things that come to my mind are Morning Musume and Aya Matsuura! I also remember buying idol photos from the Hello! Project shop and going to concerts all the time… I was really a huge fan at one stage!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at a bunch of idols that producers around the world have come to love…

Nendoroid Petite:
THE IDOLM@STER 2 Million Dreams Ver. – Stage 01 ♪

The popular Nendoroid Petites from ‘THE IDOLM@STER 2’ are back again, this time featuring the idols in their ‘Million Dreams’ outfits! The set includes seven idols including Haruka Amami, Chihaya Kisaragi, Makoto Kikuchi, Yayoi Takatsuki, Mami Futami, Takane Shijou and Ritsuko Akizuki. The alternate colored outfits will help you produce your cutest concert ever!

The product name is too long to fit nearly on a single line! ><

The idols are all together once again, this time wearing the bright ‘Million Dreams’ outfits – the last outfits released in IDOLM@STER2!!

Let’s take a closer look at each of them one-by-one!

1) Ritsuko Akizuki
– Always on the ball and working hard! The silent governor of the office! –

Ricchan was a secret character in the original set, but there was no point hiding it this time around! She is also included with the new outfits! Her glasses look super cute, but they can also be removed if you prefer!

2) Haruka Amami
– She loves singing, sweets and friends! The ever-happy Haruka! –

“Producer-san! Our Million Dreams outfits are being released! Million Dreams!!”

I remember grinning every time I heard her voice play during commercials!
It’s so lovely! ε=(｡・д・｡)

3) Makoto Kikuchi
– Always filled with energy! A girl as clear as the blue skies! –

I think the silver in these outfits brings out Makoto’s cool side more than before! Both her tough appearance and soft personality are captured in the figure!

4) Chihaya Kisaragi
– The quiet loner who dedicates everything to song –

Most likely the most popular of the idols among producers in the our offices! Whenever I see the number 72 I think of Chihaya now… ((o(´∀｀)o)


Moving on to the final three!

5) Takane Shijou
– The well-mannered, elegant princess? Nobody knows for sure! –

Even as a tiny Nendoroid Petite, Takane-sama always looks incredibly classy and ready to impress everyone! I’ve been told that Chihaya fans and Takane fans get along well, can anyone confirm that? 😛

6) Yayoi Takatsuki
– The bright and cheerful idol for the people! –

Listening to Yayoi’s songs always gets me excited and cheerful, so I almost always listen to them before WonFes…!

7) Mami Futami
– A solo debut! The hard working, more relaxing of the Futami twins! –

I think this figure shows that Mami-chan does have a bit of a mature side too! The pink wrist bands suit her so nicely! ♥
I have to admit that I personally prefer Mami to Ami…! (ΦωΦ)

That brings us to the end of these seven idols!
…and just look at Ricchan’s sexy back! ( -ﾉｪ-)

“Huh? Where’s Ami? Yukipo? Azusa-san?!”

I can hear the producers all the way from here…!

Today I took a look at the Million Dreams Ver. – Stage 01 set! (ΦωΦ)
Stage 02 will be coming at a later stage, so worry not! ♡

As things are going it will most likely be next month.
I’ll take a closer look at them at that point!

Minicchu IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls 02

Takamatsu from Phat! Company has an army of Sachikos!

I know I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of money on Cinderella Girls (to the point that it’s painful to think about :P), but I’m nowhere near the levels of Otanaka and Takamatsu! Those two truly adore their idols!!

As a side note, Takamatsu is a Passion-type player just like me! One of my rare comrades in the IDOLM@STER world!! His favorite idol is Sachiko Koshimizu!

It’s not hard to see why… Sachiko is so cute! I love her too!! （*´∀｀*）

Minicchu IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls 02

From the popular social game ‘IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls’ comes a second set of idols based on the adorable illustrations of Kengou Yakumo, here to join the chibi Minicchu series of figures from Phat! Company.

The second set includes Airi Totoki and Ranko Kanzaki, the two idols who were voted most popular in the first and second Cinderella Girl Elections respectively. The others in the set include Mika Jougasaki, Rika Jougasaki, Uzuki Shimamura, Sachiko Koshimizu, Koume Shirasaka and one secret character for a total of 8 different idols to collect!

The second set is just as amazing as the first!

I really think that Phat! Company’s Minicchu figures are an incredibly well-made series! Plus they only cost ¥680 each! For the amount of detail that you get on these figures, that price is incredibly cheap in my opinion!

There are another 8 idols to collect, including one secret character!

Each time you buy a single figure you won’t know who is inside until it’s been opened up! It’s so much fun to see who you’ll get! Alternatively you can order a larger box of 9 figures – I recommend this to anyone who wants to get the whole set all at once! (・ω・)ノ

This is how they look from the back!

Aaah! Just look how cute Totokin’s hair looks from the back! It’s super cute! (She is 2nd from the left on top). Ranko’s twirly twin tails also look great! The most amazing thing about the Minicchu series is the intricate sculptwork and painting, even though the figures are small!

I can’t even imagine how much work will be needed to get each of these figures mass produced!! They’re so finely detailed! Try and pay attention to all the smallest of details as I take a closer look at the idols in this set!

Passion Type: Rika Jougasaki!

A picture together with her Nendo Petite counterpart!

Comparing the heights, you can see the Minicchu is about two thirds the size of the Nendo Petite – they’re so tiny!! Nendoroid Petites certainly are adorable, but the Minicchu series has a different kind of cuteness – they give the characters even more of a childish charm! I can’t help but crack a smile when I see their cute expressions!

The Rika Jougasaki Minicchu also comes with a rhinoceros beetle to display alongside her, or with anyone else!

The other Passion types:
Airi Totoki and Mika Jougasaki!

Totokin is so adorable!! She’s too cute!! I remember that I started playing Cinderella Girls just as Totokin was voted into first place during the first Cinderella Girl elections, and the ‘Cinderella Girl’ capsules were released in the game. I couldn’t believe how cute she was when I first saw her… （´∀｀）

Of course I love Mika as well though! I have all her cards in the game!!

Next up we have the Cool types:
Ranko Kanzaki and Koume Shirasaka!

Ranko was voted as the top idol in the 2nd Cinderella Girl elections! Have a look at the detail on her outfit and expression – it’s almost unbelievable!! I’ve zoomed in almost too much so it’s quite hard to tell, but if you look close you can see the ribbons on her sleeves and the front of her outfit – and they are each individually painted! Normally when there are such tiny parts on figures they’re just simplified and made a single color… but not this time!

Plus I know that the Cool-type players have been eagerly awaiting Koume-chan! The shadow under her eye is so cute! If you remove her front hair parts you can actually see her with both eyes open!!

Finally we have the Cute types:
Sachiko Koshimizu and Uzuki Shimamura!

Sachikooooo!! Just look at that triumphant expression on her face! She only got 4th place in the 2nd elections, however within the GSC offices she is really popular even with the Passion and Cool-type players! Stop being so cute Sachiko! Takamatsu’s wallet can’t handle it anymore! 😛

We also have Shimamura-chan in her fairly standard looking school uniform – but although it has a simplistic look the detail is still incredible. The school emblem and inner-side of the blazer, not to mention the chequered skirt are just as amazingly detailed as all the other idols!

The release date of the first set has unfortunately been delayed a little bit – sorry to everyone who has been waiting! They’ll be ready to move into your homes soon!!

This is actually the second set’s prototypes lined up together with actual product samples of the first set, and you can’t tell the difference at all! It’s amazing how well they’ve come out!

Today’s blog post will be a little different to usual! I’ve gathered up all the Cinderella Girls here in the GSC offices and I’m going to have some fun with them! I’ve been wanting to do this for ages!!

Here we have the Nendoroid Petite: IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls – Stage 01 which is currently on sale! ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

This big box contains eight smaller boxes, and in each small box is one of the cute idols you can see here! You’ll be able to find some stores that sell the larger boxes and others that only sell the singles – singles cost just ¥500, which is a really nice price for such a cute figure!

The singles are also ‘blind boxes’, which means you don’t know which figure you’ll be getting – you only get to find out once the box is opened up!

These are the seven idols from Stage 1!

They’re all so cute!!—–(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)—–!!!!!!!!!

The detail on Anzu’s T-shirt and plushie bunny are incredible! For just ¥500 you get such a high quality figure that you can spin around and enjoy from any angle whenever you please!

And this set is already on sale in hobby shops!! ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

If you’re a proud producer you can run down to your local store and pick them up right now! Plus you can put in a preorder for Stage 2 at the same time!! 😛

These two were the secret characters!!

Kanako Mimura wearing her ‘Fuwafuwa Smile’ S-Rare outfit as well as Rin Shibuya wearing her ‘New Generation’ S-Rare outfit! Just look at the intricate paintwork! There were so many different tiny areas to paint! Yesterday’s Kirari and Miku-nyan were also incredibly detailed, but the first stage certainly isn’t anything to miss out on!

These two aren’t prototypes! They’re the actual product versions!!

Truly amazing quality!! Just look at the strap around Kanako’s chest or the frills of Rin’s skirt… or even the detail on the microphones! It’s hard to believe these figures are just 6.5cm tall! This just goes to show what the GSC manufacturing team is capable of!! ｡･ﾟ･(ﾉД`)･ﾟ･｡

This was the WonFes Winter product, Nendoroid Petite: IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls – Anzu, Kaede and Rika + Live Stage Set!

Unfortunately sales for this product have already come to an end so it’ll probably quite hard to get your hands on if you missed it, but those who ordered them will be happy to know that they are scheduled to ship out from GSC on the 26th June!

Having three idols all in their S-Rare outfits as well as a lovely stage to display them on! What a lovely set! （*´∀｀*）

All together on the same stage!

They all fit!! It’s a bit of a squeeze, but it still looks amazing! (((゜Д゜)))

One of my favorite things about Nendo Petites is that you can slowly but surely build up a collection like this! This set is a mix of prototypes and final products so some of the sizes are a little different, but I think that only adds to the charm! (Once the prototypes go into final production they’ll all be the same size, don’t worry!)

Today I’ll be taking a look at sets of characters together, based on their type and outfits! (`・ω・´)

First up, three Passion-types!

These are my personal idols!!! （ﾟ∀ﾟ 三 ﾟ∀ﾟ）

Just look how cute they are!! I know all the Passion players out there like myself are having their heart skip a beat just by looking at this picture! It’s like the characters just jumped out from the game!

Next up, three Cool-types!!

Those in charge of planning at GSC and Max Factory are both Cool-type players, you can feel their love for the characters!! (Otakana would like me to let everyone know that all the figures are made without any prejudice to type :P)

These three idols also all took high spots during the 2nd Cinderella Girls Election! From the left we have the third place, Kaede-san, the 5th place Rin Shibuya and the 1st place… Ranko! Cool characters are clearly very popular at the moment!! At this rate we’ll have to make a Stage 3 that includes Anastasia!

Finally, the Cute-types idols!

In GSC I think the only Cute-type player is Shuu-chan, but there are actually more Cute-type Nendoroid petites than any other type!

Shimamura-san and Kanako-san have such different body lines which you can tell even though they’re so tiny!! I hope one day we can see Sachiko join these girls too!

A collection of the S-Rare+ outfits!!

The casual outfits and uniforms are lovely, but as idols they really shine the most in their stage outfits! (*゜∀゜)=3

In the game these S-Rare outfits are always admired, and now producers can aim to own them both in the game and in Nendoroid Petite size! You can even get your favorite five idols together and have a live battle!!

Bonus! Height comparison!!

Kirari is taller than I thought at 186cm!! You can actually see the difference quite nicely in figure form! In general the figures are said to be 6.5cm tall, but the height does shift a little each way depending on the characters height, allowing you to compare their height!

From the 2nd July to the 18th August there will be an IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls theme at the Good-Tetsu Café! The same popular ‘Café Open Login Campaign’ seen back in Spring will be coming back once again, and there will also be an all new menu made featuring your favorite idols!

More details will be available on the Good-Tetsu Café shortly, so keep your eyes open for updates if you’re interested. I didn’t get to go last time, but I’ll definitely make a visit this time around!!

Using what little influence I have, I managed to gather together all the Nendo Petite Cinderella Girls together! Even though they’re quite small, they still make for a lovely, colorful display when they’re all together – as you’d expect of idols!

With all of them together like this it’s almost like a miniature little dressing room for them to chat in! It looks like so much fun! (`・ω・´)

But I’m sure all the producers out there have noticed that there are a couple of Nendoroids here that weren’t here before! The long-awaited second set of Nendoroid Petite Cinderella Girls is coming up for preorder soon! ヽ(゜∀゜)ノ

Nendoroid Petite:
IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls – Stage 02

From the popular social game, ‘IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls’ comes a collection of cute Nendoroid Petite trading figures featuring five different idols from the game – Ranko Kanzaki, Miku Maekawa, Kirari Moroboshi, Mika Jougasaki and Uzuki Shimamura! The girls have each been shrunk down into Nendo Petite size wearing their casual outfits!

In addition to the standard five characters, there are also special versions of Miku Maekawa and Kirari Moroboshi wearing different outfits. This means there are a total of seven figures to collect in the set – five standard and two special!

Stage 1: Rin Shibuya, Anzu Futaba, Kanako Mimura, Kaede Takagaki and Rika Jougasaki!
Stage 2: Ranko Kanzaki, Miku Maekawa, Kirari Moroboshi, Mika Jougasaki and Uzuki Shimamura!

Preorders for Stage 2 will be starting soon!!

Plus, Stage 1 just went on sale this month! You can find them in hobby shops or online stores right now! Let me give a quick explanation of Nendoroid Petites for anyone who isn’t too sure how they work!

Each figure in Stage 2 will cost ¥600, and will come in a single blind box. You can also preorder a large box, which contains eight of the blind boxes! (`･ω･´) (Stage 1 are ¥500 each.)

‘Blind Box’ means that you don’t know which character is inside the box until you’ve bought it and opened it up! You can choose to either preorder the larger box to get a whole lot together at once, or instead buy the blind boxes one-by-one until you’ve collected all the characters you want!

This is how they look from the back!

All the players of Cinderella Girls only ever get to see the front side of the idols, so being able to spin them around 360 degrees and see other sides of them is one of the many great things about the figure versions!

You can have them all at different angles on your desk and enjoy them from sides you’ve never been able to do so before! Miku-nyan’s garter stockings look amazing from the back!!

Passion Type: Mika Jougasaki

She’s so cuuuuuuuuttee!!! I’m a passion-type player myself and I can say I’m very pleased how she’s come out!! Just look at her eyeliner, the scrunchie on her arm or the jersey tied around her hips… everything is perfect!

I can’t wait to display her together with her little sister from the first set!

Cute Type: Miku Maekawa!

If you’ve ever played Cinderella Girls then you have to have met Miku-nyan! She’s in her casual outfit before any special training-nyan!

Of course Miku-nyan is best known for her kitty outfits and poses… and fans of those outfits will not be dissapointed… you’ll see why a little bit later!

Passion Type: Kirari Moroboshi!

Kirari! Kirari is finally here to join the others!! ━━━（゜∀゜）━━━━!!!!

Kirari is such a special character to me… I’d be happy to spend so many Mobacoins on her!! In fact… I’ve already spent so many Mobacoins on her!!
The figure itself looks amazing too!

Cool Type: Ranko Kanzaki!

Ranko managed to take first place in the 2nd Cinderella Girl Election! Congrats!! (The election was really taken over my Cool Type characters!)

Even in Nendoroid Petite size her lovely umbrella is included! Otanaka was in charge of this product and you can really feel his love for the characters!!

Cute Type: Uzuki Shimamura!

Shimamura-san is looking great in her casual outfit! I do think it’s the outfit I see her in most often though!

Although… I wish I could see the new generation Shimamura-san as well!! Those gym shorts look so good on her!! I’m a Passion player so I can’t really speak out too much for the Cute players…. but I’m sure they’re all thinking the same thing! 😛

Kirari Moroboshi’s S-Rare+ outfit!

This is Kirari after she has had her ‘Lovely Princess’ special training! It’s the only Kirari I don’t have in the game…!

But that’s exactly why I intend to get the figure and keep it close at all times!! That said, I still really want her in the game as well! Nyowah!

Miku Maekawa’s S-Rare+ outfit!

Miku-nyan after completing the ‘Sexy Cute’ special training! That sideways glance and moe fang are adorable!!!

Both the S-Rare outfits have such unbelievable paintwork – there are so many different colors and such intricate paintwork! The GSC production and manufacturing teams are challenging themselves to the limits to make the best products possible!

The two S-Rare+ outfits together!

If you just spend the ¥600 on a blind box figure you won’t know which one is inside… but getting one of these amazing outfits for just ¥600 is quite incredible when you think about it! It’s a whole different thing to have the physical figure beside you, instead of just having the cards in the game!

Here we have the casual outfits together!

The S-Rare outfits are gorgeous and all, but these are also special in their own relaxing way, especially seen most players will have used the girls in these outfits a ton at the start of the game! （´∀｀）

For all those who’s favorite character is in this set be sure to get your preorder in to ensure you can keep her by your side!! And for those who have yet to see your favorite character… grabbing these might help a Stage 3 come out in the future! 😛

From the popular social game ‘IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls’ comes a set of Nendoroid Petites featuring Anzu Futaba, Kaede Takagaki and Rika Jougasaki all wearing their S Rare+ outfits!

The set also includes a huge stage pedestal which can be put together in a number of different ways to recreate the LIVE Battles from the game! Not only can you change the positions of the stage objects, you can also place up to five different idols on stage!

You can display them together with the IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls: Stage 1 which will be available in May!

You can pick out five members from the set and have a LIVE battle in figure form using this stage! They are all wearing the S Rare+ outfits which were actually very hard to get hold of in the game – but now you can enjoy the outfits from any angle you like, whenever you like!

So much stuff packed together! There are so many small goodies, not to mention the huge stage as well!

The stage base can be put together easily – even the clumsy me can put it together without any instructions!!

You never get to see the characters from the back in the game, so this is actually quite a rare sight! Kaede’s back looks sexy!! 😛

Even though they’re small, the neck, hips, arms and even Rika’s twintails are all fitted with joints for some different poses!

The Passion type, Rika Jougasaki!

Rika is so cute… I can’t begin to think how many Mobucoins I’ve spent on her!

Her big, beautiful eyes and a lovely energetic pose have been sculpted beautifully! It’s just like she’s shouting out to all her fans!

The Cute-type, Anzu Futaba!

Anzu-chan hates working, but she’s still trying her best with a forced smile across her face! She also comes with her cute bunny plushie!

The Cool-type, Kaede Takagaki!

Kaede is super popular here in the offices… and this figure shows off all the reasons why! Just look at her dainty feet and the pretty dress she is holding up a little… so that you can see her gorgeous thighs!

The Stage 01 version of her has a sidelong glance, but this one is instead the beautiful smile of a goddess! Her airy hair also looks great!

The stage can be built however you like!

There are a whole bunch of different parts that you can place in all different places, plus you can place the idols all over the stage as well! The panel of the back screen can also be removed, allowing you to put in your very own creation in it’s place!

It’s definitely a stage that allows for a lot of creativity and fun!

A Vocaloid Stage!

There are so many holes to place figures in, that you can fit a whole bunch of characters on at once!

Having so many different colors on the stage really looks nice!! I’m sure it would also look amazing with the Uta no Prince-sama, or K-ON Nendo Petites!

Th Winter Wonder Festival is coming up fast – it will take place on the 10th February at the Makuhari Messe! Today I’m going to be taking an early look at one of the GSC products you’ll be able to grab at the event!!

There are so many interesting products to look at so early in the year! Yesterday we had the lovely Append Rin and Len, and today we have a lovely set of Nendoroid Petites!

Nendoroid Petite: IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls –
Anzu, Kaede and Rika Live Stage Set!

From the popular social game ‘IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls’ comes a set of Nendoroid Petites featuring Anzu Futaba, Kaede Takagaki and Rika Jougasaki wearing their S Rare+ outfits!

The set also includes a huge stage pedestal which can be put together in a number of different ways, to truly recreate the LIVE Battles from the game! Not only can you change the positions of the stage objects, you can also place up to five different idols on the stage!

The stage is included with the set!!

This also means it is the perfect addition to the Nendoroid Petite: IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls – Stage 01 currently up for preorder!

It’s amazing how much comes with the Nendo set! You could the very same team you’re using in the game and place them on stage for everyone to see! Otanaka was in charge of these products, and you can really see his love for the IDOLM@STER series!

These are the prototypes, which is why they are still standing on the transparent circle stands you see here, but the actual product will have a stand to connect into their backs like any other Nendoroid Petites!

The WonFes limited edition Nendoroids are in their S Rare + Outfits!

In other words, the outfits are based on the most powerful cards that feature the rarest outfits! They are such lovely outfits too!

In comparison, if we go back and look at the previously announced Nendoroid Petite: IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls – Stage 01, the outfits were all based on either the Normal or Rare cards!

I’m sure all the players of the game will know most of these outfits quite well by now, but you really need to see them with your own eyes and touch them yourself to see just how amazing they are!

The Passion Type: Rika Jougasaki!

Rika is mai waifu!! You have no idea how much I’ve played the game trying to get more outfits for her!! 😛

Rika-tan is also known as the ‘Charismatic Chibi Gal’, she’s a rather short girl who loves the ‘gal’ subculture! Isn’t she adorable!!

The Cool Type: Kaede Takagaki!

She is wearing a beautiful, clean white dress! She also has a little bird landing on her hand which really suits her title, ‘The Goddess of Mystery’!!

On the original illustration you really can’t help but notice her lovely thighs, and even on the Nendoroid they are very noticeable – you can see her lovely smooth skin all the way down to her feet! The lovable character looks just as delicious as ever! (Although I don’t recommend eating her.)
007The Cute Type: Anzu Futaba!

If you take the S-Rare version of Anzu and give her paired training, you’ll end up with this costume! Anzu’s title in the game is ‘The Lazy Fairy’, and this cute expression really gives off the feeling that she doesn’t want to work… but that’s exactly what makes her character! I love the forced smile on her face!

I’m actually a Passion Type player myself, but I couldn’t help but add Anzu to my own line-up… she’s just that cute! ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

The stage pedestal is incredible!!

Can you guess what all the holes on the floor are for? Each of the holes is a different place you can use to put the idols on display! (Although for the prototype, each of the girls is being held with some brass wire instead of the normal clear plastic stands)

With this many different holes, you can place the girls almost anywhere you like on the stage!

Some of you might be thinking there are way too many… but there are more than just Nendoroids to place!

The stage also comes with a number of little parts such as lights, speakers and pillars – these use the same holes so you can choose where they are placed as well!! Σ(･∀･)

This really puts you in the producer’s seat – you can choose exactly how the stage looks and where the idols should stand!!

With new voices and a special anniversary event, the Cinderella Girls app is becoming more and more exiting every day! Plus today the Gacha items are being switched again… I’m really going to have to start saving up more Mobucoins!

These are the front members I’m using at the moment!

After playing for quite some time I’ve finally managed to get together all the idols I really wanted! Just look at my adorable Kirari!! 😛

There are so many people in the GSC offices that are playing that we often take a look through each others decks, or exchange some interesting info over lunch. It’s like a secret meeting of producers to make sure we’re all doing the best for our idols!

As GSC loves the game so much, it was only a matter of time before this product came along! 😛

From the popular social game, ‘IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls’ comes a collection of Nendoroid Petite figures featuring five different characters from the game – Rin Shibuya, Anzu Futaba, Kanako Mimura, Kaede Takagaki and Rika Jougasaki. There are also two secret characters that are dressed up are in their ‘Plus+’ outfits from the game, creating a total of seven different figure to collect!

The set features the idols from the 1st set of Cinderella Girl’s CDs!
If Stage 1 is based on the first set of CDs, does that mean there is going to be a second set based on the second set of CDs too? Otanaka was in charge of this project, and I’m certain he must know! I’ll have to try and get some more information out of him… 😛

This is how they look from the back!

Just with one quick glance you can easily tell which character is which! In the game you don’t really get to see the back of the characters, but with the figures you can look at them from any angle you like!

This time there are a total of seven figures with two secret figures! One box of figures includes eight figures!

Eh? Two secret figures? That’s an interesting change! The product introduction also said the secret characters were ‘dressed up are in their ‘Plus+’ outfits’… I’m pretty sure that means I’ll be looking forward to them! 😛

The cool type, Rin Shibuya!

I personally think that Rin really looks best in this school uniform -it’s always the first outfit I picture her in!

She even has her hand in her pocket just like on the illustration! It’s amazing how well the Nendoroid Petite design suits her – she looks so adorable!!

The cool type, Kaede Takagaki!

The mysterious Kaede-san with her curled hair and relaxing gaze… they also look perfect even when shrunk down to Nendoroid Petite size! You can even make out see the mole underneath her eye!

The pose is ever so slightly altered for the Nendoroid, but it definitely puts across the same kind of atmosphere!

The cute type, Anzu Futaba!

Anzu-Chang!!! – isn’t she just absolutely adorable!?

Comparing the Nendoroid directly to the actual illustration like this really shows just how faithfully they have been sculpted… the GSC team really are incredible! Just look at her cute pink bunny, or her shirt that reads ‘If you work, you lose’!

The cute type, Kanako Mimura!

Every time I see the illustration of Kanako I wish I could poke her soft looking body… now that I have the figure I finally can! 😛

A slightly rounder body line like this actually creates a really moe looking character in my opinion!! If you compare her legs and thighs to Kaede-san above you’ll see she definitely has much more meat on her bones…. something that I actually really like that about her! 😛

The passion type, Rika Jougasaki!

Jougasaki-san! *・゜ﾟ・*:..:*・゜（nﾟ∀ﾟ)ηﾟ・*:..:*・゜ﾟ・*!!!!!☆

She’s currently a member of my front members – the leader in fact! She’s definitely one of my best characters! She is posed in such a happy looking pose, and those fluffy looking hair accessories are lovely! Just looking at her makes me feel happy inside!

I’m begging you Otanaka, give us a second set of figures including Mika so I can display the two sisters together!! Please!!! 😛

Based on the social game released by Mobage, ‘IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls’ comes a set of cute chibi figures based on illustrations by Kengou Yakumo – the first in a new series of figures by Phat Company called the ‘Minicchu’ series. Put together your very own miniature idol unit with your favorite idols!

They’re so cute!!

Phat Company has released something absolutely incredible this time around! I’ll definitely be buying a set for myself, there is no way I could resist these!

They’re so lovely I almost feel like just ending this blog now and playing with the prototypes all day long… another hard day at work! 😛

This is how the look from the back!

You can easily make out who is who just by looking at the hairstyles!

There are a total of eight to collect, including one secret figure!

I think many will be trying to guess who the secret character is, but there are many idols in the game that it’s actually quite difficult to guess!

Let’s take a closer look at the idols!

First up, Kirari Moroboshi!

Each of the idols in IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls has a certain type – either cute, cool or passion. Both the Minicchu figures here as well as the Nendoroid Petites coming from GSC have a nice balance of the different types! Kirari here is a ‘passion’ type!

Each of the idols also comes in a six different rarities in the game – there is ‘Normal’, ‘Normal+’, ‘Rare’, ‘Rare+’, ‘S-Rare’ and ‘S-Rare+’. The characters have different outfits depending on which rarity you have!

This series makes use of outfits from the ‘Normal’ and ‘Rare’ cards!

There are two more passion types:
Natalia and Nina Ichihara!

Natalia is an idol from Brazil known for her tanned skin and Nina Ichihara is a nine year old idol who wears cute animal outfits – here she is wearing the fluffy sheep outfit from the ‘Rare’ card. I always thought the card was cute, but she looks even cuter in figure form!

Next up, the cute-types:
Anzu Futaba and Kanako Mimura!

Anzu-chan became a meme in the Japanese Internet as ‘AnzuChang’, which was actually how I first found out about the game! Even though the figure is so tiny, you can still easily make out the writing on her shirt which reads ‘If you work, you lose’ – it really gets her lazy personality across to everyone! Her long twintails are also lovely!!

Kanako-san is based on the ‘Normal’ card which features an illustration that shows off her great body! Just as with the illustration, you can see her arms are holding up her very impressive bust! Wonderful!!

Shuu-chan from the planning team really loves Kanako, and is trying to make all of his front members Kanako in the game! 😛

Finally, the cool-types:
Kaede Takagaki and Rin Shibuya!

Kaede has lovely hair that curls in at the ends as well as two different colored eyes – the figure is based on the ‘Rare’ card! The unique color of her hair was adjusted multiple times with lots of input from the publishers to ensure it came out perfectly! The sculpting also manages to keep the wonderfully mysterious aura about her!

Madoka & IDOLM@STER Themed Cafés at the Akihabara GSC & Tetsu Café!

A visit to Akihabara!

One place you have to visit is the AKIBA Culture Zone’s 5th Floor: The Good Smile & Karaoke no Tetsujin Café!!

I heard some rumors that there were some lovely collaborations going on! The café actually opens at 11AM, but I asked if they’d let me in a little early to get some pictures for the blog… (`･ω･´)

In front of the register is a sales corner!

Ooh! It looks so much more impressive since the last time I was here!! There are all sorts of goodies, from bigger things like T-shirts and tapestries down to much smaller items such as rubber straps! Obviously there are a load of figures on sale as well!!

There were a tradition that have been passed down from the Matsudo Good Smile Café! Seeing so many books filled with customer comments makes me feel all happy inside! If you visit the café, be sure to add your own comments or illustrations to the book!

There are huge tapestries hanging from the ceiling – just by looking up you may very well see your favorite character looking down on you! There really are decorations throughout the café, so be sure to have a look around in every corner if you come visit!

“Vault That Borderline!”

A drink based on image of ‘Honey Sound’, a delicious cranberry drink accompanied with a slice of apple. Includes a coaster or badge.

A bright red drink that gives off a really nice tropical feel! Σ(ﾟ∀ﾟ )

It has a very refreshing taste that I think would be perfect after a day of walking around Akihabara! In particular, I think the flavor will go down very well with the girls!

Ami, Mami & Hibiki’s Funky Carbonara

Carbona was Hibiki’s standard food in her hometown of Okinawa, and this carbonara has been specially made with the image of Ami & Mami in mind! A thick carbonara with a touch of ham. A place mat and badge are also included.

Ooh! I was expecting standard carbonara, but this is more pike a soup pasta! It’s going to start getting chilly over the Winter now, and I think soupy foods like this will be great for those cold days! And I have to say, after giving it a little taste, all I can say is that…

It’s delicious!!

I thought it was a little bland at first, but the sauce and ham blend together for a truly magnificent flavour! Just the soup alone is really delicious!!

Miki & Takane’s Honeymoon Dorayaki!

Two dorayaki desserts, one with a uguisu-green bean paste to represent Miki and the other with an adzuki-red bean paste to represent Takane. Both also have an IDOLM@STER symbol on the cake area! Includes a coaster or a badge.

Producer-san!! An IDOLM@STER symbol on the dessert!

I want to put that symbol on all sorts of other things as well!! As far as the actual dorayaki go, the ice-cream and paste are so lovely and sweet! They taste amazing! They’re also quite big, so if you’re hungry I’d definitely recommend considering them!

Kyubey Curry ~You Have the Power to Change Fate~

The famous Kyubey curry that left queues outside the Matsudo café has finally returned! It has a slight difference to it though, it’s the ‘Puella Magi’ version, which has a pink curry instead! It certainly looks very cute, but how will it taste…?

Yep, delicious!!

I was told it was a relatively hot curry, but has a lovely strong flavor so it didn’t bother me at all! I actually think it would be the perfect curry for a cold Winter day! There is also a ‘Witch ver.’ of the Kyubey curry which also comes in an extra large portion and a mega portion for those who are hungry!

The outfits for each of the characters is the same ‘Pink Diamond’ outfit that was used for Stage 01! They’re such lovely vibrant outfits that really suit the idols!

The Nendo Petites are so tiny but the separation of the colors and the paintwork overall is absolutely beautiful! The golden highlights match up with the white and pink very nicely!（´∀｀）
