Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Nozomi Tojo: Training Outfit Ver.☆

From the popular anime series ‘LoveLive!’ comes a Nendoroid of Nozomi Tojo wearing her training outfit! She comes with both a winking expression as well as a lively expression, made in the image of her shouting out as she predicts the future with her cards!

Optional parts include a video camera, microphone allowing you to display her creating videos of the other μ’s members! A special ‘holding hand’ part is also included for use with the ‘Ima wa Bokura no Naka de’ LoveLive! Nendoroid series! Be sure to display her with the other Nendoroids in the series!
The easy-going spiritual girl! ♥︎

The μ’s member who provides emotional and spiritual support to all the others! Nozomi Tojo is joining the Nendoroids in her training outfit!!

Her long twin-tails that could easily be her most charming feature are looking lovely, and the open mouth on this expression has a bit of a sexy appeal to it! As with the previous Nendoroid, her ample bosom is even noticeable in Nendoroid size!

Her training outfit has also been transformed into Nendoroid size perfectly – from the tied up section of the bottom of her top to the intricate frills on her short pants! ♪

The winking expression makes her look like she is trying to persuade someone to do something… and perhaps is best suited when facing the first or second year students!

Displaying the μ’s members together allows for all sorts of fun situations!

This marks the 8th character in the training outfit series!

Anyway, let’s get back to Nontan!!

Her first expression was the rather compelling winking face, but let’s move on to her second expression…

“That is what the cards have told me!”

The shouting expression she gave while reading the cards!!

The open mouth together with those wide open eyes and her arms outstretched… she has clearly seen something most profound!! You can also see that the dolman sleeves of her top are preserved with a more slack appearance compared to most Nendoroid sleeves! ♪

Her twintails not only have Nendoroid joints at the end, but also have simple articulation at the ties allowing for different nuances- such as her aura blowing her hair about while she reads the cards!

She also comes with some other parts that sort the expression rather well!! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ


A video camera & microphone! 

She looks confident that she will not miss anything now that she has her camera ready! Alternatively you can switch to the winking expression for a more relaxed filming time! ♪

Elicchi is a little embarrassed with the camera, but still plays along!!

It’s really so easy to make a story out of the characters once they are together! Another thing to remember is that Nendoroids can for the most part switch expressions between other Nendoroids… which means you can also use the expressions from Nendoroid Nozomi Tojo on this version for even more options… such as…

Use her mischievous expression with the camera to display her ready to cause some trouble with the other members! ☆

Nendoroid Eli Ayase: Training Outfit Ver.♪

From the popular anime series ‘LoveLive!’ comes a Nendoroid of Eli Ayase wearing her training outfit! She comes with both a smiling expression as well as a stern expression based on the stricter side of Eli before she joined μ’s.Optional parts include an alternate back hair part that allows you to display her with her hair down, allowing you to enjoy Eli with either a ponytail or with long hair instead! A special ‘holding hand’ part is also included for use with the ‘Ima wa Bokura no Naka de’ LoveLive! Nendoroid series! Be sure to display her with the other Nendoroids in the series!

The perfect beauty with both physical ability and intelligence, Eli Ayase is joining the LoveLive! Nendoroid series in her training outfit! The rather sporty outfit she uses for training has been very nicely preserved in Nendoroid size!!

The smile on her face has a kind of  warm feeling to it that seems willing to accept anything that someone may have done with an open mind! I really love that smile!! っ(/ω＼)

The ponytail tied high up on her head is also fitted with a Nendoroid joint allowing you to match the movement of her hair to her pose more easily!

△ The two longer side sections of hair bring out her hairstyle so nicely!

Anyway, let’s get back to Eli, with a look at her second expression! (●´ω｀●)

This expression was added in the image of the strict Eli before she joined μ’s!

A stern expression!

She also comes with alternate bent left and right arm parts and her wrist parts can be separated and swapped out allowing for quite a lot of different posing options! ☆

The pose above has her twirling her fingers through her hair while stubbornly trying to explain something to the other μ’s members, but…

My personal pose recommendation…

Hands on her hips looking upward!

I think this brings out the ‘Nendoroid’ cuteness of her really well! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
Plus she also comes with a rather different optional part to the previous characters!

An alternate back hair part!★ 

In other words you can display her with her hair down for a rather different appearance!!

I always find it quite a rush to see a girl with their hair down when they normally always have it tied up!

Nendoroid Maki Nishikino: Training Outfit Ver.

Yesterday was ‘Health and Sports Day’ here in Japan. I’m ashamed to say I didn’t do anything particularly sporty or healthy…

Back during school my worst two subjects were physical education and maths… also cooking… in fact, most home economics classes.

But anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Maki Nishikino: Training Outfit Ver.! ♪

From the popular anime series ‘LoveLive!’ comes a Nendoroid of Maki Nishikino wearing her training outfit! She comes with both a winking expression as well as an embarrassed, upset expression for when the others are making fun of her.Optional parts include her cellphone as well as a drink to sip on when she is taking a break between training sessions! A special ‘holding hand’ part is also included for use with the ‘Ima wa Bokura no Naka de’ LoveLive! Nendoroid series.

Not only good looking, but intelligent to boot!♪

The lyrics writer for μ’s and incredible singer with a rather serious personality! Maki Nishikino is joining the Nendoroids again this time in her training outfit! Maki’s choice of outfit has a nice mixture of cool and cute colors! The hair tied up at the front has also been preserved making for quite a large change for her previous Nendoroid! <○><○>

Her first expression is this winking expression which combined with the folded arms pose creates a very confident look that suits Maki very nicely! Even her rather simply hat has been carefully sculpted – note the folds and layers on the back!

The way her hair is bunched up at the back is also lovely!! I think this kind of hair style is rather rare for Nendoroids!! ☆

I personally love the way her index fingers are pointing out! ♡ 

△ It gives her a rather smug appearance!

Her hat can also be removed allowing for a rather different appearance to enjoy! 

She comes with bent left and right legs which can be used for all sorts of things, as well as various different arm parts! I made this pose as a kind of mid-training pose! Maki might not be that great at exercise, but she still gives it her best!!

Maki is the 6th character to join the Training Outfit series! All of the first years and second years have now all been completed! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Anyway, let’s get back to Maki-chan!

Moving on to her second expression! ♪

Her second expression is quite a turn from her confident winking expression! Her second expression is an upset, embarrassed expression! (´□｀｡)

This expression is based on the scene in season one where Nontan kept taking close-up pictures of Maki-chan and she really didn’t want her photo taken! The combination of embarrassment and a slightly angry look captures Maki-chan’s personality very effectively!! ♥︎

I think I would compliment her more and more and make her even more embarrassed! It’s so cute!!

She also comes with a drink to hold while she is taking a break from training! This photo captures her as you say something to her during her break! She is rather surprised that you suddenly called out to her, but at the same time looks like she might be a little happy that you did!! ★

Plus she also comes with another optional part!

Her smart phone is also included!!


△ There were quite a few scenes where she was using her phone in the series!

Whenever I see Maki-chan fiddling around on her cellphone it makes me realise that while she is a great idol, she also has a side of her that is just your everyday high school student! It makes me feel a little relieved…

We obviously all love Maki-chan as her idol self, but sometimes we also need to appreciate her in a more everyday appearance like this one!!

But anyway, with Maki complete, it means…

When it comes to ramen, I like tonkotsu ramen the best! I also prefer thin but hard noodles the best! Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Rin Hoshizora: Training Outfit Ver.★

From the popular anime series ‘LoveLive!’ comes a Nendoroid of Rin Hoshizora wearing her training outfit! She comes with both an excited comical face as well as a crying expression to show she can sometimes be quite emotional.Optional parts include a bowl of ramen with chopsticks, allowing you to display her enjoying her favorite food! A special ‘holding hand’ part is also included for use with the ‘Ima wa Bokura no Naka de’ LoveLive! Nendoroid series.

“Nyan, nyan, nyan~♪”

Just last week we had Hanayo Koizumi announced in her training outfit, and now we have another first year, Rin Hoshizora to join her!!  (´□｀｡)

That innocent, adorable smile as she practices her dance makes me feel all happy inside! ♡

This is the 5th Nendoroid from the ongoing Nendoroid LoveLive! Training Outfit series! We still have four μ’s members to go! っ(｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Anyway let’s get back to today’s main feature! Her choice of training clothes are cargo pants, and off-shoulder top and a tank top! Seems nice and easy to move about in practice!! But there is another reason that this outfit was selected! I’m sure fans of a certain scene will be quiet happy with the choice!

Plus her alternate ‘Crying Expression’ brings out the yuri scene even more!! ε=(｡・д・｡)

“Rin-chan has a bit of a crybaby side in the first place so the expression suits! That and you can recreate the yuri scene up on the mountain!!” – Planner, Hamako.

Those wide-open eyes with the tears just about to fall from the corners!! I want to run up and give her a hug to make things all better! (/ω＼)

You can imagine yourself to be in Umi-chan’s shoes from that scene, or create your very own cute crying face poses!!

I can think of all sorts of fun ways to display this expression with the other girls!!

But even though I think it’s adorable… I kind of feel bad for making her cry, so I think I should give her something to cheer her up! What would be better than her favorite food!!

I’m terrible when it comes to origami. There is always some flap that just doesn’t fit in place… buy anyway! Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Hanayo Koizumi:
Training Outfit Ver. ♡

From the popular anime series ‘LoveLive!’ comes a Nendoroid of Hanayo Koizumi wearing her training outfit! She comes with two expressions including a gentle smiling expression as well as a more serious expression that suits her diligent personality perfectly!

Optional parts include a rice cooker and rice scoop to show her love for rice, as well as glasses parts which she can wear! She is the fourth in the ongoing series of the  μ’s members in their training outfits!

 

 

All of the second years have been announced, so we now move on to the first years with Kayochin! ♪

Kayochin is wearing a cute pink training outfit that suits with her gentle personality nicely! Even in Nendoroid size the layered outfit has been very nicely detailed!

Even the fluffy texture of her headband has been sculpted into the design! ♪

The training outfit might not show off much skin, but it shows her determination and passion to be a school idol, and this serious expression brings that out even more!!

Ready for dance training! (/ω＼)

This expression shows that even though she is shy, once she sets her heart on something she will see it through with determination! I want to stand on the side and cheer her on while she practices! ♡

Plus as I’m sure you’ve noticed, she also comes with a pair of glasses!!

Kayochin doesn’t wear her glasses very often as an idol, but as the training outfit series is focused on a more ‘everyday’ theme, the planner for the series Hamako decided that she absolutely had to include a pair of glasses! An excellent decision in my opinion!! ♪

More than anything I wanted to try using these glasses on the distressed expression included with Nendoroid Hanayo Koizumi!! (´□｀｡)

So without further ado, here we go!!☆

So… cute!! So very cute!!

Note that this expression isn’t included with the training outfit version! It comes from Nendoroid Hanayo Koizumi, but all the other parts are from the training outfit version! This expression plus the glasses is almost an unfair amount of cuteness!! ♡♥︎

The 1/8th Scale…

Nico Yazawa: Picnic Girl!♡

From the popular anime series ‘LoveLive!’ comes a 1/8th scale figure of Nico Yazawa. The figure is a part of the LoveLive! Cafe Campaign in AKIHABARA, where fans all over Japan voted on which LoveLive! character is best suited for a picnic in the early Summer – the character that you would most like to go on a picnic with! The winner of the contest was Nico Yazawa, who then had this special illustration drawn of her to commemorate the victory!

Now that illustration has been transformed into a figure which shows off Nico’s healthy and energetic body, as well as her dynamic pose that instantly catches the eye! The cute smile on her face is sure to make anyone who looks her way feel uplifted and ready for another day!

Nico Nico Nii~♡

The adorable ‘Niconii’ also known as Nico Yazawa has been made into a 1/8th scale figure filled with energy and with a cute, playful smile across her face! The figure is a part of the LoveLive! Cafe Campaign in AKIHABARA, where fans all over Japan voted on which LoveLive! character is best suited as picnic girl and Nico took the top spot which lead to this illustration of her being drawn! Now the lovely illustration has also been transformed into a figure for fans to enjoy!!

The figure allows you to see the reverse side too!

One of the things that figures will always have over illustrations is that you can look and enjoy from any angle you please! Nico is posed with one leg lifted high off the ground showing her agile body as well as just how active a character she is, and her trademark twin-tails are also blowing about in the wind around her! ☆

Of course all this movement is bound to show on her outfit as well, and as you can see the camisole and pink jacket she is wearing are moving around together with her energetic movement! (/ω＼)

The clothes look so soft and realistic…!

Sometimes looking at these figures I really forget that they are made from a hard material! The sculpting really makes her clothes look like they are made from fabric and will be soft to the touch! Σ(・Д・」)

Also note the detail on the zip! Even the teeth are amazingly intricate!

But the details are about more than just her outfit…!

The lovely curves and agile body that allow Niconii to thrive as a member of μ’s have been faithfully preserved on the figure! You could almost say she looks to be dancing right in the pose!  (｀・ω・´)ゞ

The camisole outfit gives a nice look at her healthy looking stomach and all the curves around it! No one can doubt this is the body of an idol! Scale figures really capture a character down to the finest of details, and looking at those details can really be enjoyable!

Anyway, let’s move on and take a look at her amazing expression! ♫

She’s so cute…!

The slightly mischievous look in her smile brings it all together! It’s perfect! The somewhat sideways glance of her eyes is also beautiful!

Even the smaller accessories like the pink scrunchie tying up her hair and the sunglasses are so nicely sculpted and painted to really bring out her cute expression to the fullest! (●´ω｀●)

But there are other intricate areas that I haven’t touched on yet, for instance…

The Picnic Basket!

The included circular stand features Nico’s name as well as a refreshing, Summertime look! The colors makes me think of being under some trees!

Her expression really is adorable, but everything else about the figure is also an absolute pleasure to look at! From the smaller accessories to her outfit and of course the lovely curves of her body – it’s an item that no Nico fan should be without! (´□｀｡)

Nendoroid Kotori Minami: Training Outfit Ver.

I’m so clumsy with my hands that I have managed to cut more of my actual clothes instead of the threads I meant to cut in home economics classes… the scissors were so sharp I didn’t notice until it was far too late…!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Kotori Minami:
Training Outfit Ver.

 

From the popular anime series ‘LoveLive!’ comes a Nendoroid of Kotori Minami wearing her training outfit! She comes with two expressions including a lovely smile as well as a cute pleading expression that no one could say no to!

She also comes with a Nendoroid sized version of the sketchbook she uses to plan the μ’s members outfits and a special ‘holding hands’ hand part is also included for use with the ‘Ima wa Bokura no Naka de’ LoveLive! Nendoroid series. The other μ’s members are also going to be joining the Nendoroid series in their training outfits, so be sure to look out for them too!♪

Her outfit has a super frilly skirt and an off shoulder top! Even the frills on the ends on the outfit have been carefully included on the Nendoroid design!  ♥︎

The arm and leg warmers match up with the outfit nicely too! Excellent color coordination!

Not that we expect anything less of the μ’s outfit designer! ε=(｡・д・｡)
She even comes with a sketchbook showing off her latest designs!

Thanks to the support of the publisher, the sketchbook makes use of exact data from the actual series!

I love folding fans that have a nice scent to them! Whenever someone uses one beside me in the train I always get excited! (I don’t own one myself though…)

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Petite:

From the popular anime movie of ‘LoveLive!’ comes a set of the Nendoroid Petite figures of all the μ’s members dressed up in their outfits from the movie’s theme song, ‘Angelic Angel’.

The set includes Honoka Kosaka, Umi Sonoda, Kotori Minami, Hanayo Koizumi, Rin Hoshizora, Maki Nishikino, Nico Yazawa, Eli Ayase and Nozomi Tojo all as cute articulated trading figures! There is also one secret figure to look forward to! The girls are all performing in their Japanese-style outfits while holding folding fans, creating a cute and elegant stage for you to enjoy in your collection!

The μ’s members are back again this time from their outfits that were used in ‘LoveLive! The School Idol Movie’! These were only just revealed last weekend at Wonder Festival and they are already set to go up for preorders! ♥︎

Nendoroid Umi Sonoda: Training Outfit Ver.

The heat has gotten to me really badly now… I almost can’t stop eating ice cream to keep cool! If this keeps up I get the feeling my weight is going to regret it!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Umi Sonoda:
Training Outfit Ver.☆

From the popular anime series ‘LoveLive!’ comes a Nendoroid of Umi Sonoda wearing her training outfit! She comes with both an embarrassed expression to show that she can be rather shy, as well as a serious expression to show her diligent side! A diet plan as well as a practice menu are also included for her to ensure the other μ’s members are keeping up with their training too!

She also comes with parts that allow you to pose her shooting a ‘Love Arrow’, perfect to pose together with the embarrassed expression! A special ‘holding hands’ hand part is also included for use with the ‘Ima wa Bokura no Naka de’ LoveLive! Nendoroid series. The other μ’s members are also going to be joining the Nendoroid series in their training outfits, so be sure to look out for them too!

Ooooooooooohhh!! (σ・∀・)σ

The beautiful girl with a dignified air about her! Nendoroid Umi-chan is back again in another outfit!! She normally has a serious, strict personality… which is what makes the rather worried and embarrassed expression so amazing! Just look how adorable she looks!!

She is the second in this second set of LoveLive! Nendoroids, following on from Honoka-chan!♡

#1: Nendoroid Honoka Kosaka: Training Outfit Ver.

Umi-chan’s training outfit is rather different to Honoka’s! She is wearing a hoodie and three-quarter length pants for a much more sporty style! (*´Д｀)=з

If we spin her around to the back, you can even see that the hood of the hoodie has been faithfully sculpted onto the design!

There aren’t very many sporty girls in the Nendoroid series! It’s quite a refreshing sight!★ 

They do look rather easy to move around in, which is exactly what I would expect Umi-chan to wear! The fact that you can see her ankles sticking out still give the outfit a rather feminine charm at the same time! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

The embarrassed pose I started off with is lovely, but another pose that suits this expression nicely is this one!

Love Arrow, Shoot!

The hesitant look on her face is what makes the expression so cute! ♥︎
Don’t worry Umi-chan! Your arrow has pierced my heart!!

Of course, you can also use the expressions from the original ‘Bokura wa Ima no Naka De‘ Nendoroid!

By the way, this pose makes use of the same arm parts as the above ‘Love Arrow’ pose! Just changing the angle of the arms can make for a rather different pose! ♪

You can also make use of the blowing kiss expression included with Nendoroid Umi Sonoda for a much more confident looking Love Arrow!! ♥︎

Having both of the Nendoroid definitely allows for a lot more options to enjoy!I’m sure Umi fans will come up with many more lovely ideas too!!

However let’s get back to today’s Nendoroid! She actually comes with another expression!

A serious expression! <○><○>

This expression captures Umi-chan’s strong will as she shows her stricter side with the other μ’s members! The huge difference between this expression and the previous embarrassed expression is quite a jump!! (´□｀｡)
She also comes with a practice menu and attachment parts to stand it up!

I can’t wait to display all the girls in their training outfits being lectured by Umi-chan… (●´ω｀●) Plus she also comes with another optional part that matches up with the serious expression!

A diet plan!! (/ω＼) 

This pose is perfect to display together with the expression that was included with Nendoroid Honoka Kosaka: Training Outfit Ver.!

The planner for the figure was Hamako, and she said the idea behind the expression parts was to allow you to display them not only alone, but also to bring out the atmosphere of the story and series by displaying them together with other characters! I’m sure we can expect more exciting expressions to come with the upcoming girls too!!

Nendoroid Honoka Kosaka: Training Outfit Ver.

Bread in the morning, rice at lunch! That’s how most of my days go! My best type of sandwiches are the sweeter kings, with jams or peanut butter! They’re even better as toast!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Honoka Kosaka: Training Outfit Ver.! ★

From the popular anime series ‘LoveLive!’ comes a Nendoroid of Honoka Kosaka wearing her training outfit with the large ‘Ho’ character printed on the front. She comes with two different expressions including an energetic smile as well as a more comical flustered expression. She also comes with a variety of arm and leg parts allowing you to pose per practising in all various different ways.

Bread parts are also included allowing you to pose her munching on her favorite food after a hard day’s training. A special ‘holding hands’ hand part is also included for use with the ‘Ima wa Bokura no Naka de’ LoveLive! Nendoroid series. The other μ’s members are also going to be joining the Nendoroid series in their training outfits, so be sure to look out for them too!

Honoka-chaaan!! (/ω＼)

The very first member of μ’s to join the second set of LoveLive! Nendoroids that allow you to enjoy your favourite characters in a more casual style! ♪

This smile is just too adorable!!

It’s like she’s smiling just for my photos!!

The leader of the μ’s members who acts as a pillar for the rest of the group is ready to cheer everyone on with a smile! While it’s hard to move away from her cute face, there are other area to look at so let’s move on… to her outfit! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

In order to get the outfit minimized into Nendoroid size, a couple of details from the original design have been simplified, but the main details are all faithfully in place! Note the red and white stripes on her right wrist or the flaps of the orange sleeves!

Lower down we have short pants and leggings!

The more boyish appearance during training is very like Honoka… but she still looks adorable in them! Plus… she even comes with…

Honoka-chan’s (and my) beloved bread!

The combination of this sparking smile and the bread in hand shows off just how much she loves it! ♡ She also comes with alternate bent leg parts for both the left and right legs, allowing for all sorts of energetic poses! (｀・ω・´)ゞ

Let’s move onto her secon…

(・∀・) “…second expression!”

It seem we’ve been joined by the figure’s planner, Hamako!

(・∀・) “The theme of this second set of LoveLive! Nendoroids is μ’s members in everyday life!”

After all, the last set had them all in their “Bokura wa Ima no Naka De” outfits, which means they were focused on singing and dancing – idol-like poses!

(・∀・)”Exactly! But I wanted to enjoy a more casual set of μ’s as well!! So we decided to move on to this second series to do just that!”

The smiling face above works great in all sorts of casual, everyday scenes!

(・∀・) “Yep! The μ’s members have so many different expressions, that it’s really difficult to select which ones to include with a Nendoroid… but Honoka wouldn’t be Honoka without a nice big smile like that!”

Anyway, let’s move on to the second expression! 

(・∀・) “Her second expression is a flustered expression!”

Ooooooooooohhh!! (*´Д｀)=з

(・∀・) “We had various ideas, but eventually settled on this one! Normally Honoka is a pillar for the others, but decided on this one as a nice gap with her smiling expression!”

Even the ‘waves’ of her mouth have been sculpted in!! It’s a work of art!

(・∀・) “Those waves are what make her expression so unique! We worked really hard to get them to match the Nendoroid size!”

It’s definitely shows a more comical side of Honoka that was never included with Nendoroid Honoka Kosaka! ♪

(・∀・) “Changing expressions with the bread leads to a very different situation!”

It’s like she is afraid that someone is going to take her bread from her!

Don’t worry! That’s your bread!! Feel free to eat it!! (°Д°；≡°Д°；)

(・∀・) “It’s one of those expressions that can be used for a variety of emotions! I’m sure we’ll see some very interesting situations coming from it… particularly when posed with the other μ’s members!”

You’re right! I can see this being used in all sorts of different Nendoroid stories!! I can’t wait to see some fan photos!! ♪

(・∀・) “She also comes with one more optional part!”

Hm? This is Nendoroid Honoka Kosaka and Nendoroid Umi Sonoda…?

Ah! Their hands!! …Σ(･ω･　)!!

(・∀・) “That’s right! This special holding hands part will be included with each of the Training Outfit Ver. Nendoroids!”

So collecting all of them will allow you to connect all of their hands together!! Lovely! ♥︎

Who would I want to pose holding hands together… (*ﾟｰﾟ*)

By the way, obviously you can always use the expressions and other parts interchangeably between Nendoroids, so mixing and matching parts between the two versions will allow for more options than ever before! ♪
