My best kind of daifuku are mame daifuku! There was a store in Kyoto that made the most delicious and beautiful looking mame daifuku… I really feel like one right now!!

Thanks to everyone who tuned into the live broadcast! Today I’m going to be taking a look at Orange Rouge’s latest Touken Ranbu figure…

Tsurumaru Kuninaga!

From the popular browser game ‘Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-‘ comes a 1/8th scale figure of Tsurumaru Kuninaga sculpted in his standard pose faithful to the original illustration.The elegant appearance of his stance, intricate scabbard and beautiful white outfit with various layers, highlights and shadows all come together to give fans Tsurumaru’s charm in a way that only a figure can provide. Be sure to add him to your collection!

The famous long sword forged by Gojou Kuninaga in the Heian era has been transformed into a scale figure! Tsurumaru Kuninaga!

*The difference in lighting causes a bit of difference in the colors.

The white outfit in the image of a crane together with the elegant golden accessories that line it are all such a pleasure to look at! The fluttering appearance of the outfit also gives a gentle look to him, yet his ready for battle pose as a sword ready for battle shows his powerful will as well – I really think the sculpt captures his presence nicely! (/ω＼)

This is how he looks from the back!

His hood looks so soft!!

I could hardly resist trying to put my fingers side his hood!! The hemming and creases along the fabric are so beautifully sculpted!! The golden chain that comes from his chest and ties around at his back also adds a bit if contrast and dynamic feel to the figure. It makes me picture him slowly stepping forward as those two ends shake with the movement.

His sword is also lined with intricate golden ornaments! 

The way gravity is pulling down on the chains and tassels together with the detail of the accessories and ornaments brings such an amazing appearance! While the sword looks beautiful you can just imagine how heavy the actual weapon is on the inside! ♪

The deceptively long hair has also been sculpted to look so soft and has a slightly grey tint yo it to give a slightly warmer feeling when compared to the outfit! ε=(｡・д・｡)

Plus while his outfit is mostly white, the use of shadows effectively shows the various layers of his outfit! Another thing to note is that the outer jacket has an ever so slight pearl paint used on it! It’s unfortunately rather difficult to tell from the photos though!! If you happen to be coming to AGF next week then you will be able to come and take a look at the lovely paintwork in person!!

Anyway, there are three main points that I want to introduce to everyone today! ☆

1) Sculpting of Ornaments

I mentioned the details of the ornaments on the sword a little bit back, but there is much more than just that! In particular I want to point out the pleats of his tassets as well as his lovely feet!!  ₍₍ ◝(‘ω’◝) ⁾⁾ ₍₍ (◟’ω’)◟ ⁾⁾

The pleated armor along his flanks not only looks beautiful, but also is sure to keep Tsurumaru safe in battle! Both the back and underside of his feet are also all sculpted in full detail for fans to enjoy as well! No matter where you choose to look from Tsurumaru is a work of art! ♥︎

 

– Physique –

Most importantly… those fingers!! (´□｀｡)

Whilst they are rather graceful and elegant in their positioning, the bumps along the hand have a definite masculine appearance to them! I’m not quite sure what it is – perhaps a slightly more muscular look? But they definitely are the hands of a man!

I think the area that really does it best for me is the rounded bony part on the pinky side of his wrists! Definitely not an area that has much attention given to it on female figures… but the hard-to-notice details like that are the ones that I really love to see, and hope that everyone looks out for them with me!!  (*´Д｀)=з

 

– Expression –

While Tsurumaru has a very gentle smiling expression, there is definitely something more complicated about his expression here.

But if you match eyes with his downward gaze…

The expression has a rather different impression!

It’s more like a smile of confidence now! Like someone who knows their victory is certain! I decided to ask the sculptor of the figure Nanako-san about the expression!  (/ω＼)

“Depending on the angle you look at him, Tsurumaru’s expression can look anything from calm and composed to something much more belligerent – at least that that was how I felt, and so I tried to interpret that into the sculpting of the figure as well!” 

So it was a planned effect all along!
As expected of Nanako-san!! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

Signum: Swimsuit Ver.

Hello everyone, Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

I can never seem to communicate what I want whenever I go to a hairdresser. I wish I could describe what I wanted better… ( ˘•ω•˘ )

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at this item from Gift!

Signum: Swimsuit Ver.★

>From ‘Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha The MOVIE 2nd A’s’ comes a figure of Signum in a sexy bikini! Be sure to display her with the previously released Nanoha Takamachi: Swimsuit Ver., Fate Testarossa: Swimsuit Ver., Hayate Yagami: Swimsuit Ver. and Vita: Swimsuit Ver.!

The ‘General of the Raging Fire’ and ‘Knight of the Sword’ as she was known in her Wolkenritter past, the lovely Signum is wearing a rather sexy bikini which makes those names seem rather out of place! ♪

This is an impressive 1/4th scale figure of Signum, and seen she is also quite a tall character this leads to the figure standing approximately 380mm in height! It would be hard to not notice her in any collection! The swimsuit has a purple tone to it which matches up with the light that comes when she uses magic!

As you can see, there is also a lot of bare skin to enjoy too! (´□｀｡)

The curves of her shoulder blades as well as the line from her thighs to her bottom are lovely! As usual the area behind her knees as well as her ankles are also great! The use of various different shades and shadows really brings the figure to life!

I did test and touched for myself, but contrary to the soft appearance the figure was quite hard like most other figures! How can something so soft and bouncy looking still be made from a hard material…

Another part to notice is down at her feet! Each and every one of her fingers and toes have been beautifully sculpted!★

△ The sandals match up with the swimsuit nicely! ♪

Her long ponytail is tied up tightly with a yellow ribbon, and the braiding along either side is also beautifully included on the figure! ♡

△ Her ears are also really detailed when you look up close!

This is actually a part of a long series of figures from the Nanoha movies! ♪

The designs of the swimsuits as well as the poses really match with each character’s personality so nicely!! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Anyway, let’s get back to Signum! As the series has progressed the age of the characters has also increased, and now that we have reached Signum you can see how the curves of an adult look in a sexy swimsuit!

The halterneck top and V-shaped bottoms only make for a rather assertive look too!

While the top covers up more skin that a standard bikini, the space that is left open in the middle to show her cleavage makes it seem even sexier to me!!

The expression on her face is also filled with confidence, as if she knows just how sexy she is – not that she’ll admit anything! (●´ω｀●)


△ The composed smile really suits her nicely! ☆

Another area that should not be left out…!

I can’t say anything too loud, but… look at that crease!! (/ω＼) Even as a rather large figure, the smaller details have certainly not been left out! ♡

Saber Bride

Today’s main feature…!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at the 1/7th scale…

Saber Bride!

From the popular game ‘Fate/EXTRA CCC’ comes a 1/7th scale figure of Saber Bride – Saber wearing the ‘Bridal Gown of Restraint’. She is posed with Aestus Estus in hand, ready to confront her enemies in battle while still showing off her curvaceous figure.

The sculpt is filled with all sorts of highlights such as the resolute facial expression, the skirt fluttering in the wind around her and the tight wedding outfit that shows off her beautiful curves. The intricate details on the outfits accessories and paintwork also all come together to create a figure overflowing with Saber’s beauty for fans to enjoy in their collection.

The empress adorned in her bridal gown!

The young female knight, dressed up in wedding attire as ‘Saber Bride’ has been transformed into an exquisite 1/7th scale figure! The contrast between the graceful white lace and the rough restrained appearance of the chains, locks, zips and belts makes for a kind of unbalanced look that has such a mystical charm about it!

Plus to top off the outfit we have this expression!!

Such is the beauty of a flower on the battlefield!

The unwavering will in her eyes together with the tightly closed mouth… the expression captures her confidence as a warrior but still also has an elegant, ladylike appeal to it that is such a pleasure to look at!

This is how she looks from the back!

Note Saber’s characteristic strand of hair that sticks out on the top of her head! Not to mention the large veil blowing out to the side! Another thing I love is that even though the outfit shows very little bare skin, you can still make out the shape of her legs and how soft they look thanks to the tight outfit…

It’s one of those figures that looks quite simple at first, but actually has an incredible amount to notice when you take a nice long look at it!

In her hands she holds Aestus Estus! 

Not only is the size impressive, but it also looks sharp and heavy too!

The fact that the sword extends well past her base makes you really get a good feeling for how large the sword is!

The pose overall has low centre of gravity as she grips the sword down quite low, which gives a rather still appearance to the figure, and yet…

Between the intricate lace outfit and beautiful veil, and the long dress with burnt edges and various little accessories… the ‘movement’ of the outfit adds  a much more dynamic sense to a pose that would normally be quite static!

As the wind blows across the outfit, Saber still stands firm and confident creating a mix of ‘moving’ and ‘still’ elements to the figure that really make the figure look incredible!

Plus the outfit also has very intricate creases all over! <○><○>

Look at her arms and shoulders!

You can even see crease lines on the palms of the gloves which goes to show just how tight the outfit is! As you might expect from an outfit named the ‘Bridal Gown of Restraint’. The tight feeling also continues to her bosom rather – and you can even see how soft they are by the way the arm rests at the one side of her bosom!!

Anyway, as this figure has the zip on the front done up there is not much bare skin showing… but the design of this outfit has a nice little secret on the back… which has been very faithfully preserved on the figure!!  (/ω＼)

I really don’t have any words for this, but I have the strangest feeling to want to give my appreciation! Thank you!! The sculptor behind this figure is none other than YUMA (SWANBOAT no SOUZA), the same sculptor behind the previously released Ceil Alencon! (σ・∀・)σ

YUMA is amazing at differentiating between textures and also sculpting curvaceous bodies that I’m sure almost anyone loves to look at! But the smaller details are also outstanding – you really need to take a look at the smaller details to really appreciate the work that has gone into this figure! Just take a nice long look at these pictures…! ♡




△ No matter what angle I look from my eyes can’t stop wandering! (´□｀｡)

It’s one of those figures that really makes it seem that Saber is right there beside you! It really brings the Fate universe to your collection!

Plus the base is made in the image of the Fate/EXTRA material artbook cover! ★

She is a must-have for any Saber fans, but on top of that she is a masterpiece of sculpting that any figure fans should be proud to add to their collection!

Kagamine Len: Tony Ver.

I really don’t like bananas… but if you dry them or freeze them then I can still manage to eat them! Anyway, today I’ll be continuing on from yesterday’s Kagamine Rin: Tony Ver. with a look at…

Kagamine Len: Tony Ver.!★

Following on from the previously released Hatsune Miku and Megurine Luka comes a 1/7th scale figure of Kagamine Len based on the illustration of him by popular illustrator Tony!The unique feeling of Tony’s illustrations has been faithfully preserved in figure form through gentle colors and translucent parts, all sculpted in intricate detail for fans to enjoy. Careful attention has been given to all aspects of the figure, including the unique appearance of her blond hair and the high-quality look of his shirt through a shiny pearl paint. Enjoy the energetic charm of this cool Kagamine Len in your collection!

Len-kun!!!! (/ω＼)

The male side of the ‘powerful and charming’ Vocaloid twins – Kagamine Len has been sculpted in Tony illustration style!! He is posed with a huge smile on his face as he points out toward the audience… this is what I call an idol!!

Just like Rin, the figure really captures the feeling of ‘movement’ really nicely, with the creases in his outfit matching the movement and his body line so effectively! Personally I also love the way his neck tie is fluttering forward!

This is how he looks from the back!

This angle gives you a good look at the collar fluttering around his neck as well as his tied back hair!

Just like Rin, the detail on Len’s hair is really quite the sight!! ♡

Each and every strand is so carefully sculpted and filled with life!

The pearl paintwork and semi-transparent parts give that amazing light shine that leaves such a strong impression! ☆

His characteristic bangs are also beautifully balanced!

Another thing I just have to point out is the way the top of his shirt is a kind of  folded outward! Take a look at the last two pictures and I think you’ll know what I mean! The little bit of extra bare skin that opens up because of that is quite important if you ask me!!!

Plus Len-kun also comes with his shoulder keyboard as an optional part!

Just look at those details!!

Each of the keys and buttons carefully sculpted and painted, and the way the black keys are raised makes it look like you could really press them in!! ♪

Just like Rin-chan, his hands also have nails painted to match his image color! ♡ 


△Made me want to compare hands! (My pinky fits almost perfectly in his hand!)

Let’s move our focus down to his legs! (●´ω｀●)

The back of his knees!!

I always love looking at the back of the knees on figures – but there is something different about it on male figures! There is a whole different charm to enjoy here – the curve that starts at the bottom of the knee and slowly bends… and the fact that you can just make out the muscles if you look quite close!!

Now let’s move back up to his face!

The bright, innocent smile of a young idol!!

Although just like Rin, Tony’s illustration does have a slightly more mature feel to it when compared to the original illustrations!  (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

The figure’s base is made to look like piano keys! ♪

You can combine this with Rin-chan’s base…

To create one big piano base!

It only makes sense that twin figures should be able to displayed together in style!! Although I also quite like posing them facing each other instead!!

△ A little peek at Len’s side through the shirt!

Posing at different angles really gets my imagination running!

Tony’s illustrations were incredible to begin with, but the back that they were able to be so well preserved in the change over to figure form is really something! The sculptor of the figure was Chieri – and what an amazing job!! These two items really show the artisans that are Max Factory!!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Kagamine Rin: Tony Ver.!☆

Following on from the previously released Hatsune Miku and Megurine Luka comes a 1/7th scale figure of Kagamine Rin based on the illustration of her by popular illustrator Tony!The unique feeling of Tony’s illustrations has been faithfully preserved in figure form through gentle colors and translucent parts, all sculpted in intricate detail for fans to enjoy. Careful attention has been given to all aspects of the figure, including the unique appearance of her blond hair and the high-quality look of her shirt through a shiny pearl paint. Enjoy the energetic charm of this adorable Kagamine Rin in your collection!

Rin-chan!! (´□｀｡)

The female side of the ‘powerful and charming’ Vocaloid twins – Kagamine Rin has been sculpted in Tony illustration style!! The combination of light colors, translucent parts and pearl paintwork really captures the beauty of Tony’s illustrations in figure form!! Such lovely detail as well!! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

I wouldn’t be surprised if the figure started moving right before my eyes! She looks so alive and ready to start performing – it definitely matches up with her lively personality and voice!!

This is how she looks from the back!

Standing on her tip toes to reach as far up as possible… and look at those leg covers, the back of her knees, those lovely thighs, the large sleeve holes on her top showing off her smooth skin… not to mention her lovely spiked blond hair and the ribbon to top it all off!

Everything that makes Rin so cute has been faithfully included!! ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و

The use of semi-transparent parts and pearl paintwork on the hair also gives it an amazing level of detail! ♡

△ A nice rendition of  Tony’s unique touch! ♪

In her hand she holds a mike, ready to let the world hear her voice!

You can also see even her nails are painted to match her image color! Not only that but the shape of the fingers and hand looks fantastic! ☆

By the way, this is actually the third Vocaloid figure made by Max Factory based on Tony’s artwork! The past two were released quite awhile back!

The Tony figures really have such a unique feel to them, just like his illustrations! ♡ Anyway, let’s get back to Rin-chan! (●´ω｀●)

She looks like she is in the middle of an amazing stage thanks to the energetic pose on one leg with one arm up in the air!!  The way the outfit and body are sculpted to match up with the movement is something that people often overlook on figures, but you can really see it beautifully on this figure! Take a closer look at the creases all over her outfit, or…

The sailor collar and belt accessory!

How about the way her top is pulled up a bit due to her raised arm! 

Or the fluttering of the ribbon on her chest!


△ The bunched-up feel of the leg covers are also great!

The creases in her shorts are also amazing, and the contrast between the black shorts and the lovely pale skin of her stomach and thighs is beautiful!!

Her facial expression keeps that lively feeling of the figure, but it also has a bit of a mature, almost sultry charm to it! (/ω＼)


△ You happened to meet eyes with her during the performance!

The figure is really so fascinating for me to look at that it’s hard to put into words!! 

The figure has been sculpted by Max Factory’s Chieri-san, the same sculptor behind the previous two figures in the series!! The whole figure is best described as overflowing with life… I really wish you could come and see the real thing for yourselves!! ♡

Her base is made in the shape of some piano keys!

△ Rin-chan stands on the one key that is down! ★

Her twin’s figure comes with a similar base, and the two of them can be connected together like so!

Even the base alone is amazing!!

It really brings out the musical world of the Vocaloids! ♡
It also really makes me want to display them together!! (*´Д｀)=з

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Erina Nakiri!!♥︎

From the anime series ‘Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma’ comes a long-awaited scale figure of “God’s Tongue” Erina Nakiri! The figure is based on the reaction scene to Erina’s Eggs Benedict during the breakfast buffet challenge of Toutsuki Culinary Academy’s ‘Hell Training Camp’.Erina is posed seated on a carefully detailed throne wearing a very noble looking outfit, as she looks ahead with complete confidence. Her soft skin and alluring pose are sure to make fans fall into servility! A special base made in the image of the scene is also included to bring out the atmosphere even more. An optional translucent hand part is also included to pose her foot being held up just as in the series. Be sure to display her up high and swear your service to the noble Erina!

The Toutsuki Culinary Academy High School 1st year said to become the greatest masterpiece since the founding of the academy – the “God’s Tongue” Erina Nakiri as a 1/8th scale figure!! ♥︎

Some of you may have already seen her little feature in the Weekly Shounen JUMP magazine that went on sale today!! ♪

Her beautiful long blond hair and stunning eyes, not to mention those incredible curves…

Also note the amount of detail put into each of the creases and frills of her dress!!

If I didn’t know better I would almost be certain that the outfit was made from fabric! Also take note of the little details such as the area around her belly button, or the intricate fingers wearing long gloves!! (●´ω｀●)

Plus if the beautiful figure itself wasn’t enough, just look around her…

She sits upon a magnificent throne worthy of only the most noble!This is of course because her cooking will cause anyone to fall into servility! The pose and the throne give her such a powerful aura!! Even from the back the details on the throne are gorgeous!

The figure captures that line between the petty commoners and the elite Erina so beautifully!

Those red and gold colors match each other so nicely!! The base also comes with a special base to place the throne upon in order to have Erina ‘looking down’ on all those below her!! It’s perfect!! ♪

The appearance of the cushion on the throne makes it would look so soft and comfy to sit on!! Note the buttons on the back to give an even more noble appearance! A throne fit for a queen! (*´Д｀)=з

The figure is based on the reaction scene to Erina’s Eggs Benedict during the breakfast buffet challenge of Toutsuki Culinary Academy’s ‘Hell Training Camp’!! Eating her delicious meal caused the diner to wish to swear servitude to her more than anything else! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

In order to recreate that image even further, a transparent hand part is also included to hold her foot up!

My placing this part on the bottom of her shoe…

You can just imagine someone swearing loyalty with a kiss to the foot!

Nothing is more convincing than a kiss to the foot to declare your fealty to the beauty that is Erina Nakiri!


△ I quite recommend looking up to her from a lower angle!

A confident smile, relaxed pose, not to mention a rather revealing outfit…

…and yet she still looks so very dignified!! 

Be sure to display her up high and declare your servility as you enjoy her endless charm!!

Without further ado, today I’m going to be taking a look at Phat! Company’s…

1/7th Scale Angela Balzac!★ 

From the original anime film ‘Expelled from Paradise’ comes a 1/7th scale figure of the heroine, Angela Balzac! The figure captures the beautiful curves of her body as well as her charming expression as she gazes right at you. Her combat suit has been intricately sculpted with careful attention to textures, adding even more charm to the figure. The data forms of Angela and the Frontier Setter are also included to pose beside her for even more fun!

Ooooooooooh!!! (´□｀｡)

From the original full CG anime directed by Seiji Mizushima with screenplay by Gen Urobuchi ‘Expelled from Paradise’ comes a lovely 1/7th scale figure of the DEVA’s system security third officer, Angela Balzac!

The confident smile on her face, an almost too perfect body, a very unique and attractive outfit and those beautiful long twin tails flowing behind her!! They all come together so beautifully!

There are so many different parts of her to look at that my eyes don’t know where to stop! The pose with her down on her knees together with the way to hair flows out to the sides also means the figure has a rather impressive size!

△  The ‘tight’ look around her bottom and hips as well as
the indents behind her knees are a must-see! ♪

I also want to point of the detail on her back!!

The contrast between her soft looking skin and the mechanical suit is such a pleasure to the eyes! ε=(｡・д・｡)

I would definitely leave her on display where you can sometimes get a look at her back! The sculpt is so nicely done!! ★

But speaking of a pleasure to the eyes…

If I had to pick three adjectives here… I’d go with ‘shiny’, ‘tight’ and ‘squishy’! You can really feel the pull of gravity as well!

This shot shows that a low angle is yet another great angle to take a look at her from! Another section that I personally really love would be…

Her belly button!! (/ω＼)

The ever so slight bump of her stomach is also lovely!

Although the area is covered up with the shiny white suit, you can certainly picture the soft skin on the other side with your mind’s eye! Delicious!!

Also take note of the joints of her fingers, or even the fact that you can make out where her nails are through the outfit if you look close enough! Phat! has really spared no details this time around!! You need to sit down and take a nice long look at this figure to really appreciate all the attention to detail! <○><○>

△ Each of the fingers has been sculpted with its own charm!

Plus underneath the hands of this Angela you’ll find someone supporting her… someone looking a little troubled!

A datarized version of herself!

The blocky appearance from the series has been recreated perfectly! The body has little lines carved out along it and the hair accessories are made from a semi-transparent material – even this version of Angela is filled with details for fans to enjoy! ♪

By the way, the mini-Angela is not attached to the main figure in anyway, so you can display the two of them separately should you prefer! (・∀・)

Dragon Crown’s Sorceress

I feel like toasting some marshmallows. Nothing beats toasting marshmallows on an open fire when the weather starts to cool down!! Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

The 1/7th Scale…

Sorceress!★

From the game ‘Dragon’s Crown’ comes a scale figure of the Sorceress class – an addition to the ‘Wonderful Hobby Selection’ series of high quality figures!

Vanillaware’s unique rich paintwork that charmed the hearts of many players has been faithfully preserved in the figure rendition and her witch’s hat and certain sections of her skirt can removed for a slightly different appearance to enjoy. Her multi-layered hair has been carefully detailed, and both her bountiful bosom as well as her sexy long legs have all been sculpted to perfection for fans to admire in their collections for years to come!

Ooooohhh!! (´□｀｡)

The busty bodied user of Dark Magic from Dragon’s Crown has been sculpted into a figure capturing all of her charm to keep in your collection! Even the paintwork matches up to the unique coloring that Vanillaware makes use of in their games! Painted by Hiroyuki Hirose (Decomas Lab), he has kept the color balance on the figure absolutely perfect! ♥︎

Note all the shadows formed by the hair parts and various parts of her clothing! The figure really comes to life when you take note of how realistic the details are! The sculpting was done by Deira who is a full digital sculptor!

Even though the figure was digitally sculpted, there are certainly no signs to show that! The ‘soft’ feeling about her skin makes it look like it will really be soft to the touch giving her such a charming appearance. Let’s take a closer look at all the elements that make her the bewitching lady that she is!

A bountiful bosom indeed!

Personally I also really love the coloring around at her elbows that you can see here! The rounded, lady-like appearance of the elbows can even be seen through her outfit! ♪

Her back is also not to be missed, with an outfit that shows off the bare skin on her back very nicely, and also gives a nice look at her spine and shoulder blades that all comes together to create that lovely curvaceous body!! You can enjoy this figure from absolutely any angle, and the back is no exception!

I am also told that Max Factory’s manufacturing team have quite the mission ahead of them thanks to these multiple layers of hair!! But it’ll all be worth it, as it looks absolutely fantastic! (/ω＼)

The hair-style has a kind of rough look to it while also providing some sexy curls! Not to mention the gradient paintwork!!

Plus if you look very close at the photo above you’ll notice that something else is peeking through! You heard nothing from me though!

The pose of her legs and that lovely area behind her knee also looks great! (●´ω｀●)

△ Hm? Something seems to be blocking my photo…?!

That’s right! It’s her huge witch’s hat which can easily be attached and removed whenever you like for a slightly different pose! ♪

A closer look at her charming expression without the hat!

She looks so easy to talk to! ♡

As I’m sure you have already seen on the official photos, when the hat is removed you can take a look from upper angles much easier… and the view is quite… lovely!

Take a look at the bare foot! Each of the toes is so intricate, and the arch of the foot has such a lovely curve!!How can anyone not want to fun their fingers along that foot?! (*´Д｀)=з Everyone jumps to her boobs, but I think I’d rather touch those feet!

All the bends in the leather show the shoes are well worn, and the incredible paintwork really gives it a leathery appearance!

The detail on the skull is enough to make it a figure of its own! You can see the battered bones have been through some tough battles, but the expression shouts he is ready for more!! The base really brings out the Dragon’s Crown universe even more!! (σ・∀・)σ

Plus! I can’t say this too loud… but I’m told that the fabric of her outfit around the hips down can also be… “put aside”…

I don’t know how to dress up fancy. I don’t even know how to dress for Autumn. What kind of clothes are you supposed to wear in weather like this?! Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at ORANGE ROUGE’s latest scale figure…

The 1/8th scale

Kashu Kiyomitsu!

From the popular browser game ‘Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-‘ comes a 1/8th scale figure of Kashu Kiyomitsu. His well-known standing pose has been sculpted with his charming expression, elegant body and unique outfit all faithfully transformed into figure form.All the angles not seen in the original illustrations have also been carefully added onto the figure, allowing fans to enjoy Kashu from any angle they please. Be sure to give him the love and attention he has always wished for!

“Kashu Kiyomitsu, heading in!”

The first scale figure to be released under the ORANGE ROUGE name is none other than Touken Ranbu’s Kashu Kiyomitsu!! His appearance from the game has been faithfully converted into figure form! ♪

The release photos came out so beautiful that I had to include some of them in the blog as well! These photos are taken by a professional cameraman with careful attention given to the backgrounds and lighting.

Just look at the amount of detail captured on one single figure! Everything has been captured by sculptor Iwanaga Sakurako (Shokubutu Shojo-en) down to the most intricate of details!! (´□｀｡)

Let’s move on to my attempts to capture his beauty!! 

The lighting is rather different which gives the colors a slightly different appearance, but this is how he looks under standard fluorescent lights! (/ω＼)

Kashu’s outfit is a lovely mix of reds and blacks, and while it doesn’t know much skin it makes up for it with class! Even the air around him looks fancier thanks to his classy outfit!!

This is how he looks from the back! (*´Д｀)=з

The long coat fluttering behind him gives a certain dynamic element to his pose that acts as a lovely accent to the entire figure. Even from the back and through the coat, you still get a nice idea of his slim physique and fancy outfit.

All the creases that you’d expect on a long coat have also been carefully included making it seem like it is actually made from fabric! Even though the reverse side of Kashu was never visible on the official illustrations, each and every detail has been carefully considered and sculpted to create a figure fans can be proud to own! ♪

There are so many details to look at that I don’t really know where to start, but I’m going to keep it to four main points!

– Detailed Outfit – 

Overall the outfit has a very chic color scheme, but also note the fancier details such as the flower patterns and golden sword emblem on his collar! The golden buttons and belt buckle provide lovely contrast take makes for such an eye catching outfit!

The coat is amazing, but also take note his his shirt, vest and the red scarf around his neck! The figure makes him seem so much more real!! It’s like he is really right here beside me!   (；∀；)

The gauntlets make use of a lacquer paint giving them a glossy appearance and a different looking texture to the rest of the figure. ♡

The scabbard, grip and guard of the sword his holds are also all very intricately detailed! Be sure to take a nice close look once he joins your collection!! っ(。・ω・)ノ゛

If we take a look a little bit lower, you can see that even the inside of his coat has been painted – and with a diamond pattern to boot!

Then at the very bottom we’re met with these tight pants and high heels!! ヽ(ﾟ◇ﾟ )ﾉ

The fact that the tip of his boots have a different texture also shows the attention to detail!

– Expression –

When I see Kashu’s expression there are three things that come to mind: belligerent, charming and mysterious! The figure brings across all of these three things and it captures them all so perfectly!! I’m sure that all Kashu fans have a slightly different interpretation of his expression, but I don’t think any will be disappointed with how the figure has captured it!!

The ever so slightly opened mouth also makes my imagination run wild!! I really wonder how many ways this expression can be interpreted! I really wish you could all see it with your own two eyes right now and tell me what you think!

– Fingers –

Kashu’s iconic crimson nails are carefully painted!

Unlike the smaller Nendoroid, the scale figure allows us to add even finer detail, and each of the fingers has been carefully painted and look absolutely amazing! (´□｀｡)

Not to mention the thin – somewhat dainty – look of his fingers also looks great in figure form!

Although the hands have painted nails, they also have a distinctly masculine feeling to them, and the directions and movements of each finger has clearly been so carefully through out during the sculptwork! It all comes together to look so beautiful! ♡

 

– View from Behind –

The wonders of figures! Now you can enjoy Kashu from any angle you please including from the back! That’s right! I’ve returned to his back because I really love it! It came out so well!! Just look at the flowing stands of his hair, the raised collar and the single section of hair flowing down to his chest! (｀・ω・´)ゞ

If you take a look from this angle then you can just imagine that he has come to protect you – as you crouch down in fear… your savior has arrived!! ！(/ω＼)

I had so many thoughts come to mind while taking pictures of this figure! Each angle you look from tells a whole new story which makes taking photos so much fun!!

That covers my favourite points about the figure, but there is still so many more details to enjoy!!

I’ve recently been wearing glasses almost every day. I just don’t have the time to bother putting my contacts in during the morning!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at the 1/7th scale…

Eriri Spencer Sawamura!

From the anime series ‘Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend’ comes a 1/7th scale figure of Eriri Spencer Sawamura, the main character’s childhood friend and popular doujin artist! Following on from the previous released Utaha Kasumigaoka, this figure is also based on an illustration by Kurehito Misaki, the original character designer of the series!It shows Eriri in the middle of getting dressed up, similar to Utaha’s pose! Intricate touches and unique paintwork allows the figure to keep all the details of the original illustration, and the figure even comes with a selection of little accessories to display around her! Be sure to add Eriri to your collection and enjoy her from absolutely any angle you please!

Ooooooooooh!! (´□｀｡)

The childhood friend with blond twintails and blue eyes, Eriri Spencer Sawamura has been sculpted into a 1/7th scale figure! She is based on an illustration by the series character designer Kurehito Misaki which features her in the middle of getting dressed – just like the previously released Utaha Kasumigaoka! ♪

Just like Utaha before her, the figure captures Kurehito Misaki’s illustration beautifully! Eriri’s body, clothes and adorable expression are all sculpted and painted to look just like the original illustration! ♡

The sitting pose with knee-highs…

Is she pulling them on or taking them off? You could definitely interpret it either way! Perhaps she is just in the middle of transforming from the doujinshi writing Eri Kashiwagi back into the Eriri Spencer Sawamura that everyone looks up to in class! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

There are also a couple of optional parts laid out around her and the detail on them is also fantastic! Take a look at the vest by her side! ♪

Not only do all the bumps and shades of the vest make it look real realistic, even the tag at the top has been sculpted and painted on to the design!

Not to mention her stand is all white and fluffy!!

This kind of stand helps bring out the ‘bedroom’ feeling to a figure! (σ・∀・)σ

A peek at her thighs past the jersey and socks!

Even looking from the back makes for a rather alluring pose! It makes you wonder what exactly you’ll see from the front! (*ﾟｰﾟ*)

Let’s move on to her expression! ♪

I just want to hug her!! (●´ω｀●)

It’s the exact expression I’d expect to see if you ran into her room as she was getting dressed. An upward glance with a mix of surprise and embarrassment!

I also really love the irritable expression on her face!

While her body is very slim, somehow the bare thighs and chest area have a much more touchable feeling to them!! It’s hard to not want to touch and make sure that her skin isn’t actually soft! The contrast between her skin and clothes is simply stunning! Also note the glossy paintwork on the loafers to make them look even more real!! ♪

The lovely green jersey with three white stripes along the sleeves makes for a simple yet stylish design! My school training jersey was all a single color and wasn’t stylish at all…

Another thing I want to bring everyone’s attention to is the included cardboard box!!

If you’ve seen the series you should recognise this box! It was also used as a bonus for the first edition Blu-ray and DVDs!

The box is included with the product all flattened out so you need to fold it together with your own two hands! (It’s paper, not PVC!) 

Anyway, there is one more important thing to note about this product!

The Green Jersey can be removed! ♥︎

Her glasses and the optional parts around her can also all be removed allowing you to display her more in her complete school uniform mode! Without the jersey, you can also see the lovely curves of her back rather nicely!

△ The creases on her blouse are also very intricately sculpted!

Removing the jersey gives her a little bit more of a sexy charm I think! You can also see a bit of her rather sexy lingerie here, but he sure to take a nice close look at the cute lining… and more when she joins your collection! There are two more points I also really want to point out…
