Today I’m going to taking a look at…

Nendoroid Galko!★

From the ULTRA SUPER ANIME TIME anime ‘Galko-chan’ comes a Nendoroid of Galko-chan herself! Galko-chan’s unique physique has been transformed into Nendoroid size, but is just as impressive as ever! She comes with three expressions including a smiling face, a yawning face and an embarrassed face allowing you to create all sorts of scenes for the expressive Galko-chan!

Optional parts include her school bag, a book as well as text parts that read ‘Gyarurun’ to display beside her. The inner cardboard sheet of the packaging features a special background allowing you to recreate the popular scene from the anime series.

Gyarurun!!♪ ٩(๑òωó๑)۶

The flashy blond ‘gal’, that is actually very caring, open-hearted and popular in her class – Galko-chan is joining the Nendoroid series!! ♡

Her impressive body’s curves have all been preserved in Nendoroid size!

The loose collar, large bosom with a cute red ribbon and her moe fang all look great! ♥︎

Her long, flowing blond hair has also been sculpted in lovely detail and the paintwork preserves the slight gradient very nicely! The light blue scrunchy in her hair and even the little curl from that strand of hair has even been included in the sculpt! (●´ω｀●)

△ You get a good feeling for the volume of her hair from the back!

Plus, the packaging has an inner-cardboard shape with this printed on it!

△  Fans of the series might recognise the heart and star background!

If you pose her with this background and the included ‘Gyaruru’ Character parts, you can recreate the scene from the opening!! ★

If you take a closer look at the parts, you’ll also notice they are actually sculpted parts! Not just printed!

She also comes with a Yawning Expression!

The expression also has a bit of a surprised element to it! Girls that give cute expressions like this after being teased are just asking to be teased again!!

A new challenge for Good Smile Company has been announced! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

After reaching its 15th anniversary, Good Smile Company is taking a step into the world of Smart Phone Games. The first game will be a classic RPG designed with multiplayer battles – Grand Summoners. The multiplayer system will allow players to quest together in groups of four, each controlling one character. The game has been directed by Hisatoshi Hayakashi from Aidis.

Hisatoshi Hayakashi has been working on mobile games since 2001, and was the general director for the hit game ‘Brave Frontier’ in 2013. Thereafter he worked on Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius with Square Enix before establishing his own company ‘Aidis’ on the 27th of January 2016. Ever since the company’s establishment, Aidis has been hard at work on building Grand Summoners.

The development of the game is by NextNinja, with music by Elements Garden. The game will also feature voice talent from well-known voice actors such as Tetsuya Kakihara, Saori Gotou, Satoshi Hino and more – all ready to bring you a fantasy world filled with endless potential! The game is currently planned for a released in July of 2016 – be sure to stay tuned for more information!

Nendoroid Co-de: Hatsune Miku – Ha2ne Miku Co-de

long weekends always trick me like that!! (˚ ˃̣̣̥ω˂̣̣̥ )

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Co-de: Hatsune Miku – Ha2ne Miku Co-de!♥︎

Hatsune Miku is joining the ‘Nendoroid Co-de’ brand of figures! She has been sculpted wearing the ‘Ha2ne Miku’ module that was seen in SEGA feat. HATSUNE MIKU Project’s ‘Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA-‘ promotional video! ♪

Various other modules from the series are also in production, so look forward to coordinating your very own outfits for Miku!

From the popular Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA- game comes a Nendoroid Co-de of Miku-san in a rather simple but classic module that really brings out her cuteness – the Ha2ne Miku Module!

A very relaxed color scheme with an outfit that looks a but like a school uniform. As always her twin tails look fantastic, and the pink hair accessories and headset are beautifully detailed! ♪

Even shrunk down to Nendoroid size, the short neck tie, collar and even the shiny silver microphone in her hand have all been carefully sculpted and painted! (´□｀｡)

The twin tails are not stuck in place, so you can move them to the sides for various different nuances! ♪

△ She is posed with one foot forward, inviting her fans toward her!! (/ω＼)

A Quick Nendoroid Co-de Recap!

Nendoroid Co-de is a new addition to the Nendoroid series based on the theme of dressing-up characters! The figures have fixed poses and each come with four parts – the head, upper garment, lower garment and shoes. Each of these parts can be swapped between characters allowing for all sorts of possibilities. The more you collect, the more dress-up options become available to you!

In other words…! They are simple fixed pose Nendoroids, great for new collectors and with the ability to dress-up in various ways! Great fun for both young and old fans!

Nendoroid Petite: Hatsune Miku Renewal Highlights

I was expecting to have warm and cheerful Spring weather by now, but I am instead shivering in my boots! Where did this sudden cold weather come from?! Everyone take care not to catch a cold!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at some of the more detailed points of this set I looked at last week!

Nendoroid Petite: Hatsune Miku Renewal!

A brand new series of Vocaloid characters is joining the cute articulated ‘Nendoroid Petite’ trading figure series – Hatsune Miku Renewal! The set includes six different characters all dressed up in the outfits of their most recent versions – including Hatsune Miku V3, Kagamine Rin V4X, Kagamine Len V4X, Megurine Luka V4X, MEIKO V3, KAITO V3.

In addition there is also one secret character that fans are sure to love! Enjoy the brand new, highly detailed and absolutely adorable figures of Miku and friends in your collection! ♪

I’ll be having a chat with the set’s head planner, Hamako!

△ Hamako joined the GSC planning team at the same time as me!

（・∀・）: “I’m happy to be on the blog again!”

As you can see, her desk is filled with a variety of Hatsune Miku items… why don’t you give us a quick introduction seen you haven’t been on the blog for awhile now!

（・∀・）: “My name is Hamako, a member of the GSC Planning Team! I am the head planner for Miku-related products as well as LoveLive products and more! Recently I’ve also been involved in the planning for Orange Rouge products such as the Osomatsu-san and Cute High Earth Defense Club Love! figures!” 

△ Hamako is involved in a huge variety of products! ♪

（・∀・）: “My most recent product is of course these adorable Hatsune Miku Renewal Nendoroid Petites!”

Alright then, let’s take a closer look at what makes them so special! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

– Expressions –

（・∀・）: ” This time the figures are based on the V3 and V4X package illustrations which were done by iXima! The unique almost see-through touch of the drawing style has been carefully preserved on the expressions, and we really did our best to keep the lovely gradients in their eyes!”

They have slightly more mature expressions compared to their older counterparts! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

（・∀・）: “Yep! MEIKO and Luka in particular have a much sexier look than before!”

The two of them look really nice together! I notice that MEIKO’s microphone can also be removed from her hand for a slightly different feel – it looks a bit like the two of them are sharing the one microphone now! (｀・ω・´)ゞ

– Sculpting –

（・∀・）: “This is the third Nendoroid Petite VOCALOID set, following on from the previously released Nendoroid Petite:Vocaloid #01 and Nendoroid Petite: Hatsune Miku Selection. As always the overall sculpt is completely new, creating a very different feel for each character – they look a lot sharper than before!”

Nendoroid Petites normally have a fairly rounded appearance, but the edges of these outfits and hairstyles are so neat and precise!

（・∀・）: The hair and outfits have also been sculpted to match with the movement of their poses, bringing each of the characters to life more! ☆

KAITO in particular has such a dynamic feel to him with the coat and scarf fluttering around him! ε=(｡・д・｡)

– Preorder Bonus –

（・∀・）: “This time around, preorders of a complete BOX will include a pair of wing parts for Nendoroid Petites!”

This means that you can really display Miku by your side as the angel that she is!!

As if she wasn’t angelic enough all by herself, the wings make her look even more adorable! Of course you can also choose to use them on any other character as well! (●´ω｀●)

（・∀・）: “The wings simply attach to the normal Nendoroid Petite stand, so you can try them on any of your favorite characters!”

And there we have the three highlight points from the figure’s planner! Thanks for your time, Hamako!!

Even though the characters are so small, the amount of details and personality that is placed into them is absolutely incredible!! ♥︎ Who do you like the best, Hamako? Miku-san?

（・∀・）: “I love them all, but I actually think Rin-chan is my favorite this time around! I really love her new outfit – the ribbon on her chest, the white shorts and the overall cheerful but mature look of her is lovely!”

△ They really are the perfect size to fit in the palm of your hand!

Nendoroid Petite: Hatsune Miku Renewal

My body has become rather confused by the sudden jump in temperatures! What kind of clothes am I supposed to wear?!

Anyway, today I’ll be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Petite: Hatsune Miku Renewal!

A brand new series of Vocaloid characters is joining the cute articulated ‘Nendoroid Petite’ trading figure series – Hatsune Miku Renewal! The set includes six different characters all dressed up in the outfits of their most recent versions – including Hatsune Miku V3, Kagamine Rin V4X, Kagamine Len V4X, Megurine Luka V4X, MEIKO V3, KAITO V3.

In addition there is also one secret character that fans are sure to love! Enjoy the brand new, highly detailed and absolutely adorable figures of Miku and friends in your collection! ♪

Miku and friends are back again with all new outfits!♪

These lovely new renditions of the Vocaloids were first shown at the last WonFes! They are completely new sculpts all based on the more recent releases of the VOCALOID software, and they’re going to be going up for preorder soon! ♡

Each of the characters are based on their poses from the most recent package illustrations, but even the back has been carefully sculpted!

Each of the poses captures a lovely dynamic scene for each of the characters! (σ・∀・)σ

I get the feeling that they all look a little more matured when compared to the Nendoroid Petite: Hatsune Miku Selection released back in September 2013!

These two in particular definitely have a very mature vibe to them!

But perhaps the most important change with the ‘Renewal’ set is the new outfits!!

Even though they each stand just 65cm in height, the details and textures of their outfits are absolutely stunning! Look at the glossy effects on these two for instance! Kagamine Rin and Len V4X was only released last December, making this an incredibly speedy transformation into a figure as well! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

Let’s take a closer look at them one-by-one!

◆ Hatsune Miku V3 ◆

The twin-tails have an all new twist to them that gives her a nice fresh appearance – they are also of course attached with ball joints allowing for some different nuances in posing! The glossy effect on her arm covers recreates the translucent appearance of the design!

◇ Kagamine Rin V4X ◇

I love the shape of the ribbon on her chest! Not to mention the area of bare skin between her top and shorts – even her belly button has been sculpted onto the tiny little figure! Her cheeks also look so puffy and cute! (/ω＼)

◆ Kagamine Len V4X ◆

Len’s characteristic spiky hair and cute but classy expression!! (੭ु ›ω‹ )੭ु⁾⁾♡
He really knows how to look good, even in figure form!!

◇ Megurine Luka V4X ◇

Luka’s V4X outfit has a rather sexy feel to it, and her expression has a lovely warm smile! The long skirt wavering around her has also been sculpted beautifully! (*ﾟｰﾟ*) 

◆ MEIKO V3 ◆

MEIKO is sculpted with a confident smile on her face as she grabs the microphone in one hand! The fluttering skirt and cute short cut hair both add a bit of movement to the figure, giving her a nice dynamic appearance! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

◇ KAITO V3 ◇

The more mature KAITO-nii-san has a lovely smile on his face, ready to capture the hearts of everyone who looks his way! His pose has slightly twisted hips and his scarf fluttering to his side! ٩(๑òωó๑)۶

They each look amazing by themselves, but they look even cuter when displayed together!

△ I can just imagine their duets playing in my mind!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

From the popular anime series ‘PriPara’ comes a Nendoroid Co-de of Mikan Shiratama wearing her Silky Heart Cyalume Co-de! The angelic outfit is the lovely cyalume co-de of the Silky Heart brand. Be sure to display her with the previously announced Nendoroid Co-de: Aroma Kurosu – Holic Trick Classic Cyalume Co-de to recreate the Aromageddon unit!

“Fresh! Happy Angel à la mode!”

The second member of Aromageddon is here to complete the unit in her cute angelic outfit! Mikan Shiratama is joining the Nendoroid Co-de series in her Silky Heart Cyalume Co-de! The lovely white outfit and her long red ponytail all look lovely in this size! ♡

Looking from the back you can see the nape of her neck! (｡☌ᴗ☌｡)

△ The ponytail is fitted with a joint allowing for slightly different nuances!

The various frills and accessories such as the large ribbon on her chest all look so cute in Nendoroid size! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

Nendoroid Co-de is a new addition to the Nendoroid series based on the theme of dressing-up characters! The figures have fixed poses and each come with four parts – the head, upper garment, lower garment and shoes. Each of these parts can be swapped between characters allowing for all sorts of possibilities. The more you collect, the more dress-up options become available to you!

In other words…! They are simple fixed pose Nendoroids, great for new collectors and with the ability to dress-up in various ways! Great fun for both young and old fans!

Nendoroid Cyan

Hello everyone, Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

Eating ichigo daifuku always puts my happiness meter much higher than other daifuku! The mixture of the sweet anko and strawberry is such a perfect match!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Cyan!

From the anime series based on the character project with a band theme ‘SHOW BY ROCK!!’ comes a Nendoroid of Plasmagica’s guitarist and vocalist, Cyan! She comes with two expressions including a smile showing her cute teeth as well as a shocked face based on when she first heard the word ‘livestock’ from the ShinganCrimsonZ Crow! (Crow refers to his fans as livestock.)

The legendary guitar ‘Strawberry Heart’ is included to pose her performing for her hands, and a miniature character of Cyan is also included to perform beside her! The Nendoroid also includes a background sheet that reads ‘livestock?!’ to display with the expression, and a part of the packaging is made to recreate the concert stage from the opening theme! Enjoy all sorts of scenes with the adorable Cyan! ♪

“I-I’m going to be a Nendoroid?!”

The guitarist and vocalist of the band ‘Plasmagica’ as well as the main character of the SHOW BY ROCK!! anime, Cyan is joining the Nendoroid series! ♡

Her goth-loli style outfit filled with loads of frills, large cat ears, sparkling eyes and moe fangs have all been faithfully shrunk into Nendoroid size keeping all of the adorable Cyan in Nendoroid size! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

The legendary guitar she loves, Strawberry Heart is also included in lovely detail!

△ She is even holding a pick in her tiny little hand!

Her characteristic hairstyle has also been faithfully reproduced!

△ The tail can also be moved left and right for some different nuances!

She also comes with ‘cat paw’ hands as well as bent arms… which means you can pose her like this! ♥︎

So cute…!!! ♡

I can just imagine Cyan’s cute voice saying ‘Nyan!’ when I see her in this pose! The shoulder of the bent arm and wrist part have round joints allowing for quite a lot of different possibilities for different kitty poses! ★

Moving onto her alternate expression!!

A bit of a comical shocked expression!

This is based on the scene where she first hears the word ‘livestock’ from the ShinganCrimsonZ Crow! A background sheet is also included to recreate the scene even further! The background sheet will connect to the base using a special attachment included with the figure! (*´Д｀)=з

But there are still more optional parts!

A mini-character version of Cyan is also included! ♪

The Myumon looks like she jumped right out of the anime series!! Even in this tiny version the curly hair is looking great!

She is about half the size of the Nendoroid, but even so the details of the sculpt and even the fluttering look of her outfit has been preserved! ♡

△ The mini form stands about 45mm in height! ☆

But that’s still not all!

The inner cardboard sheet of the packaging has been specially made to recreate the opening concert scene! A Plasmagica Stage background! (σ・∀・)σ

Just placing it has a background to Cyan livens up the scene so much! ★

Nendoroid Co-de: Aroma Kurosu – Holic Trick Classic Cyalume Co-de!

From the popular anime series ‘PriPara’ comes a Nendoroid Co-de of Aroma Kurosu wearing her Holic Trick Classic Cyalume Co-de!

The rather devilish outfit is the cyalume co-de of the Holic Trick Classic brand which is known for its mysterious designs. Be sure to display her with the upcoming Nendoroid Co-de figure of Mikan to recreate the Aromageddon unit!

“Dazzling! PriParapedia Labyrinth!”

The idol that acts as a messenger from the underworld, Aroma Kurosu is joining the Nendoroid Co-de series! ♪

Her pointed eyes and confident expression look lovely! He long and curly hair along with the devil horn accessories and her cute little hat are also all looking amazing!

△ Her hair really has some impressive volume!

Then we move on to the main outfit itself, the purple cyalume co-de of the Holic Trick Classic brand which has a slightly gothic feel to its designs! All the colors and accessories build up the ‘little devil’ look very nicely! ♥︎

Note the cute tail in the shape of a heart and all the layers and details on the frills of her skirt!! I’m quite impressed that this amount of detail was kept on the Nendoroid Co-de design! (・∀・)

△ This angle really shows off the curls in her hair nicely!

Personally I also really like the way she is posed with one finger pointing upward!

As Nendoroid Co-de come with a head, upper garment, lower garment and shoes it means that switching this body onto other characters will put them in the same pose! Just take a look at how much the atmosphere changes once we switch out Aroma’s body! ★

The rose on her chest really suits Aroma perfectly! (*ﾟｰﾟ*)

I decided not to attach the bunny ears as it gives her a slightly more mature look that I think suits her better! This Bunny Magician Co-de may also be coming to more events in the near future!!

A big thank you to everyone who tuned in to the live broadcast! Today I’m going to be taking a look at Orange Rouge’s latest Touken Ranbu figure…

Nakigitsune!

From the popular browser game ‘Touken Ranbu -ONLINE-‘ comes a 1/8th scale of Nakigitsune as a faithful rendition of his standard standing pose.

His slender yet gallant appearance has been carefully sculpted together with all the finer parts of his outfit included in intricate detail – the mask that covers his face, the single shoulder cape and even the leg cape gently wavering in the wind. His fox companion curled around his neck has also been included, allowing Nakigitsune fans to enjoy all of his charms right by their side!

“Greetings! I am Nakigitsune’s companion fox! Time to head out!”

One of the Awataguchi blades, the Uchigatana Nakigitsune is being transformed into a scale figure!

His slender body, soft looking hair and lovely outfit have all been faithfully transformed into a figure based on his standard illustration – plus of course his companion fox has also been included curled around his neck!

The big rounded tail at the other end also looks amazing!!

You can see that this is a very well groomed fox!! ♡

△ I want to pet him! This profile look of Nakigitsune is also lovely!

Nakigitsune and the fox are both amazing themselves, but the details on his outfit are what really bring the figure to life! Look at all the creases and curves of the shoulder and leg cape as they waver in the wind! ★

△ The creases around his hips give a good feel for the thin shape of his body!

His trademark face mask and the magatama earrings both look amazing, and the various different textures are of the different parts of his outfit are all brought out so nicely with the sculpt and paint!

Even the neck tie has a slightly different, more glossy paint job to separate it from the other parts of the outfit! っ(。・ω・)ノ゛


△ The little gap between his gloves and outfit shows a little bit of skin! (⌯¤̴̶̷̀ω¤̴̶̷́)✧

An easy place to see the difference in textures I was talking about are his boots! Look are the soft looking black areas of the leather booths and then compare them to the golden tips!


△ All the little details of his character design have been faithfully preserved! ♪

He has been sculpted by Max Factory’s Nanako-san! ♥︎


△ If you look close you can even make out his mouth through the mask!

His outfit has such a lovely design!

△ Those long, slender fingers are something quite unique to male figures!

The details of his sword including the grip and guard are also a treat for the eyes! Be sure to take a nice close look once he joins your collection! (੭ु ›ω‹ )੭ु⁾⁾

The sigil on his shoulder can also be found carved into the sword guard! (●´ω｀●)


△ Although it’s just a simple standing pose, the details really stand out! ★

You can pose him together with the previously released Touken Danshi and experience the difference in their personalities first hand!

He looks amazing all alone, but posing him together with other figures from the series really brings out the atmosphere of the game!! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

I’m sending a photo of Nendoroid Rin Shibuya which I took while I was on vacation up north of the Philippines (side note: I live in the Philippines as well, but I live in the central area of Luzon. This was taken in Northern Luzon) on the first week of January.

I was walking  near the seashore and I just couldn’t resist taking the shot (it was really a beautiful place)

I called this the perfect date because it isn’t that often that you get to see the beach. Plus, you can take some time for yourself to do some “Soul Searching” just so you can find what your purpose in life is.. Or something along those lines. 😛

Osomatsu-san Trading Figures

Hello everyone, Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

I like cream imagawayaki best! By the way, I’m a single child so I always had all the snacks and desserts to myself!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at these…

Osomatsu-san Trading Figures!

 

From the popular anime series ‘Osomatsu-san’ comes a collection of trading figures featuring the six brothers of the Matsuno family! The line-up includes Osomatsu, Karamatsu, Choromatsu, Ichimatsu, Jyushimatsu and Todomatsu all wearing their hoodies as cute collectible figures! Each of their characteristics have been faithfully sculpted and their facial expressions and poses represent each of their personalities for fans to enjoy!

Oooooooohhh!

From the popular anime series ‘Osomatsu-san’ comes a set of trading figures of the six Matsuno brothers! Each of them is wearing a hoodie of their respective colors and each has slight changes to their look to reflect their personalities!

This is how they look from the back! ٩( ‘ω’ )و

△ The hole for the stands are on their backs.

The rounded appearance of their heads is so cute! Note the slight difference in hairstyles as well! ❤

Let’s take a closer look at them one-by-one! ♪

♣ Osomatsu ♣　♣　♣　♣　♣

What a lovely, cunning smile he has on his face! His easygoing and playful personality comes through very nicely!  ★

♣ Karamatsu ♣　♣　♣　♣　♣

The rolled-up sleeves of his hoodie have been faithfully included! Plus I can almost hear his voice while looking at that expression! He has a bit more of a dramatic pose making him look rather good! (/ω＼)

♣ Choromatsu ♣　♣　♣　♣　♣

Choromatsu with his mouth turned at the corners, small black eyes and low eyebrows! The white shirt beneath his hoodie has also been included!

♣ Ichimatsu ♣　♣　♣　♣　♣

A sideways glance and slouch! Plus the sandals to fully complete the Ichimatsu look! The slightly more messy hair has also been included on the sculpt! (‎ↀωↀ。)

♣ Jyushimatsu ♣　♣　♣　♣　♣

A lovely pure smile and sparkling eyes! The sleeves covering his hands and rather small sleeve holes have also been included on the design! (・∀・)

♣ Todomatsu ♣　♣　♣　♣　♣

Wearing his beanie for a slightly more trendy look compared to the others! The V-shaped mouth is also a very cute addition to the youngest brother! ♡

By the way, these are only around 35mm in height！

Nendoroid Petites are around 65mm, so these are about half the size! This is how they look held in my (rather small) hand!

They fit into my hand quite nicely!

Here is a size comparison with my iPhone6S! ♡

You can see they are a nice compact size, easy to carry around with you wherever you go!

Even though they are so small, you can easily tell them apart from the outfits, hairstyles and even the personalities that come from their expressions!

Plus as you may have noticed the heads are fitted with a joint that can move left and right allowing for slightly different nuances in your poses! It also means…

You can switch out the expressions between them like this!!

You can of course pose them alone, but personally  I think they look best posed facing each other! It makes them look like they’re in conversation with each other! ☆



△  I tried to match up the colors of the hoodies a bit!
