Kahotan Post Office: September 2015

Hello everyone, Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

I’ve been seeing more snacks with chestnuts and potatoes more recently which means we’ve definitely moved into Autumn! I really love the Autumn Japanese sweets, so I have to grasp the opportunity and enjoy them as much as possible while I can! Delicious!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at everyone’s lovely photos once again! This time I’m looking for a Twitter header for September, so the theme is… Autumn!

I have received a number of lovely Autumn photos from everyone already! (*´Д｀)=з

It’s only just started to really cool down, but some areas definitely already have a very Autumn feel to them! Many of the photos sent in to me proved that!! A big thank you as always to everyone who send in photos! It’s always really hard for me to pick just one to use as my header!!

Autumn in Awe Nyanpasu

Here in Indonesia there’s no autumn. But Renchon seems to love this current condition anyway since there are some falling leaves and a warm weather. All is nice *^*)/

Renchon and Gu on an Autumn Walk! ★

There’s no Autumn in Indonesia… I had no idea! Either way, the leafy feeling and gentle light of the Sun make for a lovely scene that definitely has an Autumn feeling to it! I wish I could go on a walk with them… picking up some pretty fallen leaves and acorns, taking all sorts of detours and just walking along with her!! (●´ω｀●)

Sinon Taking Aim in the Leaves

This is my first time sending in a photo, and there’s a tree in my garden with a lot of dead leaves, so I thought I’d take a photo while the weather was good!

Sinon taking careful aim while hiding in some dead leaves for camouflage! Her serious expression is wonderful… but my eyes were also drawn to the bit of bare skin showing at her hips!☆

Autumn Candies

I thought just about Halloween and mushrooms when I saw the theme (ToT). In France, we sometimes go in the forest to find mushrooms. So, Miku went outside searching for some mushrooms but she gets bored and make a party at home with candies ! ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

Halloween Miku went out to find mushrooms but got bored?! You can even see the basket and mushroom by her feet! Definitely a photo that tells a story! I hope she’ll invite me to the party! ♥︎

Going out for an Autumn walk together with their ALL-MATES! I love the way Aoba is looking at the camera, but Noiz is more focused on Aoba! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Autumn is the time to stock up on tasty food to get through the Winter! Here we have figma Taishi jumping into a tasty looking pizza!

This is certainly a very original photo!! The over-exaggerated movement also suits Taishi’s character nicely as well! I think we need to get this food dive photo to start trending – I want to see more!

A new take on the ‘Roman Holiday’ movie! (/ω＼)

These two are sure to get along just like Ann and Joe… or maybe not all that well given that Kokorowatari is stuck through the zombie’s head! Perhaps this is the horror version! Either way a lovely photo!! ★

I always imagined Mikuzukin in an autumn-like setting. So even when the leaves didn’t turn when I shot this, I had to make my scene look like fall. She might not be facing the camera, but this is one of those figures that looks gorgeous especially from behind.

I’ve also always associated Max Factory’s Mikuzukin with Autumn! It must be the connection with Little Red Riding Hood! The figure definitely does have so much potential from behind…!

Now that you mentioned it, I can only think of the two of them as big and little sisters!! It’s so cute!! (´□｀。) Thinking of all the lit-up temples of Tokyo during Autumn take me back to my college years I spent in Kyoto!!

Today I’ll be showing what is going on at the café! ♪

Let’s start off with a look at the seating!

My table featured Umaru-chan’s outside version and Ebina-chan!

Two characters that definitely make my heart feel at ease! ♡₍₍ ◝(´´∞`｀*)◟ ⁾⁾♡
The tables feature various different combinations of characters, but you don’t get to choose… so you’ll have to see who you end up with!! Here are a few more examples!

△ Which seat you will end up at is entirely up to fate! ♪

– Order from the Menu –

I really don’t know what I should choose…! 

Everything on the menu relates to characters or things from the series which makes me want to try each and every one of them! I need to decide between picking the items based on my favorite characters… or picking the food I want to east the most! Not a very easy selection! _:(‘Θ’ 」 ∠):_

The menu features meals, desserts and drinks!

Here is a quick look at what is available for order! ☆

Once you’ve decided what you want, simply select them on the order sheet and hand it over to the nearest waiter! I decided to order the following!

– Look Around the Café –

While waiting for your order to arrive, you can choose to sit and relax in the Umaru-chan atmosphere, but I would instead recommend getting up and taking a look around at all the things to see in the café! (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

Taking a look at the setting photos along the walls will remind you of all the fun scenes from the series! 

Other areas are made to recreate places from the series!

– Time to Eat – 

Time flies when you’re having fun! My food arrived in no time at all! Σ(･ω･ﾉ)ﾉ！！

This is… truly a banquet!!

– Pesky Umaru-chan’s Omelette Rice –

The nori has writing on it!! 

It’s a little bit hard to see in the photo so I made a gif showing the text and little drawing! ☆ The creamy tomato sauce is delicious, and the meal also has broccoli and other veggies so you can imagine Onii-san shouting at you to have some vegetables!!

– Ebina-chan’s Chazuke –

A cold chazuke dish that is really soothing to eat. The amount of rice was just right and the chicken with sesame sauce makes for a very fulfilling meal! ★

– Motoba Sisters Ramen – 

The boiled eggs make up Kirie’s eyes and Bomber’s hairstyle is made-up from wakame seaweed! The amount of oil is just right making for a simple meal but your chopsticks won’t be able to stop! The pork is also absolutely delicious!! ♪

All items on the food menu come with a free clear bookmark! ★

△ A total of eight to collect! Each is random and comes in a paper bag!

– Goes with Anything! God Cola –

Cola with whipped cream on top! Cream Cola!

Nothing beats the fizzy feeling of cola in a Umaru-chan café!! ٩(๑òωó๑)۶

– Energy Drink for a Tired Onii-san –

The top even features a Taihei with glasses and ahoge! ★

It’s a very light tasting energy drink so it goes nicely with meals as well! I spent too long on the other items, so the cream melted a bit though…

– You’re My Rival! Sylphyn’s Yoghurt & Blue Soda –

It both tastes and looks so refreshing!! ♡

A cute little yogurt is also included on the side as a kind of mini-dessert! The drink itself also include yogurt jelly in it, so drinking through a straw makes for a rather interesting texture as well! (σ・∀・)σ

– Hamster’s Cocoa Latte –

The white stuff is all whipped cream!!

This is some luxurious cocoa!! (/ω＼)

And I haven’t even had dessert yet!

Whipped cream is such a wonderful thing…!

Each order from the drink menu includes a coaster! (・∀・)

The one I wanted most was Onii-san and I was lucky enough to get him! ★
I love the combination of suit and apron! 

– This is Paradise ~Umaru Banquet Set~ –

Pudding, ‘Take no Ko’ chocolate biscuits, potato chips, squid nibbles and cheese codfish! What a treat! (*´Д｀)=з

While enjoying all these together, I chatted with my companion about what it must be like to have a sibling… we were both only children!

The potato chips were Sour Cream and Onion flavour!

You can’t stop eating them once you start… *nom* (๑´ㅂ`๑) *nom*

My coincidence, I also got the Umaru-chan clear bookmark as my bonus with my dessert! ♡

I’ve recently been wearing glasses almost every day. I just don’t have the time to bother putting my contacts in during the morning!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at the 1/7th scale…

Eriri Spencer Sawamura!

From the anime series ‘Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend’ comes a 1/7th scale figure of Eriri Spencer Sawamura, the main character’s childhood friend and popular doujin artist! Following on from the previous released Utaha Kasumigaoka, this figure is also based on an illustration by Kurehito Misaki, the original character designer of the series!It shows Eriri in the middle of getting dressed up, similar to Utaha’s pose! Intricate touches and unique paintwork allows the figure to keep all the details of the original illustration, and the figure even comes with a selection of little accessories to display around her! Be sure to add Eriri to your collection and enjoy her from absolutely any angle you please!

Ooooooooooh!! (´□｀｡)

The childhood friend with blond twintails and blue eyes, Eriri Spencer Sawamura has been sculpted into a 1/7th scale figure! She is based on an illustration by the series character designer Kurehito Misaki which features her in the middle of getting dressed – just like the previously released Utaha Kasumigaoka! ♪

Just like Utaha before her, the figure captures Kurehito Misaki’s illustration beautifully! Eriri’s body, clothes and adorable expression are all sculpted and painted to look just like the original illustration! ♡

The sitting pose with knee-highs…

Is she pulling them on or taking them off? You could definitely interpret it either way! Perhaps she is just in the middle of transforming from the doujinshi writing Eri Kashiwagi back into the Eriri Spencer Sawamura that everyone looks up to in class! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

There are also a couple of optional parts laid out around her and the detail on them is also fantastic! Take a look at the vest by her side! ♪

Not only do all the bumps and shades of the vest make it look real realistic, even the tag at the top has been sculpted and painted on to the design!

Not to mention her stand is all white and fluffy!!

This kind of stand helps bring out the ‘bedroom’ feeling to a figure! (σ・∀・)σ

Let’s see how she looks from the back! ♪

A peek at her thighs past the jersey and socks!

Even looking from the back makes for a rather alluring pose! It makes you wonder what exactly you’ll see from the front! (*ﾟｰﾟ*)

Let’s move on to her expression! ♪

I just want to hug her!! (●´ω｀●)

It’s the exact expression I’d expect to see if you ran into her room as she was getting dressed. An upward glance with a mix of surprise and embarrassment!

I also really love the irritable expression on her face!

While her body is very slim, somehow the bare thighs and chest area have a much more touchable feeling to them!! It’s hard to not want to touch and make sure that her skin isn’t actually soft! The contrast between her skin and clothes is simply stunning! Also note the glossy paintwork on the loafers to make them look even more real!! ♪

The lovely green jersey with three white stripes along the sleeves makes for a simple yet stylish design! My school training jersey was all a single color and wasn’t stylish at all…

Another thing I want to bring everyone’s attention to is the included cardboard box!!

If you’ve seen the series you should recognise this box! It was also used as a bonus for the first edition Blu-ray and DVDs!

The box is included with the product all flattened out so you need to fold it together with your own two hands! (It’s paper, not PVC!) 

Anyway, there is one more important thing to note about this product!

The Green Jersey can be removed! ♥︎

Her glasses and the optional parts around her can also all be removed allowing you to display her more in her complete school uniform mode! Without the jersey, you can also see the lovely curves of her back rather nicely!

△ The creases on her blouse are also very intricately sculpted!

Removing the jersey gives her a little bit more of a sexy charm I think! You can also see a bit of her rather sexy lingerie here, but he sure to take a nice close look at the cute lining… and more when she joins your collection! There are two more points I also really want to point out…

Kahotan has a bit of an obsession with characters that refer to themselves in the first person! It’s so much cuter to hear them say their own names rather than “I”. Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Hestia!♡ 

From the popular anime series ‘Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?’ comes a Nendoroid of the ‘Loli Goddess’ Hestia! She comes with three expressions including an energetic smile, a triumphant expression brimming with confidence as well as a rather cute spoilt child expression.Additionally, the croquette from the series is also included for her to hold. The famous ribbon around her bosom is specially designed to easily match up with all sorts of different poses! Be sure to give the goddess Hestia lots of love when she joins your collection!

／ Descended from Above as a Nendoroid!★ ＼

The popular goddess from ‘Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?’ also known as ‘Danmachi’ is joining the Nendoroid series complete with ribbon and all! ♪

Everything about her design has been shrunk into Nendoroid size beautifully! From the ribbon around her chest, her long twintails, the white gloves and one-piece mini-skirt have all been charmingly captured!

Even has a Nendoroid her bust size is very noticeable!!

By the way, the area below her impressive bosom can be detached which allows you to display her without the ribbon as well! (*´Д｀)=з

The white outfit also keeps the very ‘tight’ feel to it! You can see from the sculpting just how nicely it keeps to the shape of her body!

△ Her opened out back even has the shoulder blades sculpted on!

Anyway, the first expression I’ve been using up until now if her standard smiling expression, but she also comes with two more expression parts to bring out her personality!!  (´□｀｡)

First up we have…

– Triumphant expression –

Round cheeks + triumphant smile = amazing!

In the series Hestia is probably best known for her low-angle shots, but I went for an ever so slightly high angle that still shows off her petite build! This angle still allows you to see the detail on the cute ribbon accessory around her neck! (*゜ー゜*)

I personally really love the way her cheeks have been done on this expression! It really brings out Hestia’s personality even more! That innocent confidence is what makes her such an adorable goddess!


– Spoilt Child Expression –

The sulking expression that she often saved for Bell-kun… and now for you too! How could anyone say no to her once she does this…! Plus… she also seems to be sitting in a rather adorable plonked down pose! (´□｀｡)

△ Simply replace the lower body part to display her sitting down!

Sitting parts are included for a quick and easy change!

The sculpting of her bottom is also very nicely done… be sure to take a closer look once she joins your collection! By the way, the ribbon is included in three different patterns allowing you to better match it up to different poses!

But how are we going to calm her down now? That’s easy!

Nendoroid Hanayo Koizumi: Training Outfit Ver.

I’m terrible when it comes to origami. There is always some flap that just doesn’t fit in place… buy anyway! Today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Hanayo Koizumi:
Training Outfit Ver. ♡

From the popular anime series ‘LoveLive!’ comes a Nendoroid of Hanayo Koizumi wearing her training outfit! She comes with two expressions including a gentle smiling expression as well as a more serious expression that suits her diligent personality perfectly!

Optional parts include a rice cooker and rice scoop to show her love for rice, as well as glasses parts which she can wear! A special ‘holding hands’ hand part is also included for use with the ‘Ima wa Bokura no Naka de’ LoveLive! Nendoroid series. Be sure to display her together with the other μ’s members in their training outfits!

Those worried eyebrows and slightly blushing expression both score top cute points!! The first year student with a gentle, shy personality is joining the Nendoroids in her training outfit! ♪

She is the fourth in the ongoing series of the  μ’s members in their training outfits!

 

 

All of the second years have been announced, so we now move on to the first years with Kayochin! ♪

Kayochin is wearing a cute pink training outfit that suits with her gentle personality nicely! Even in Nendoroid size the layered outfit has been very nicely detailed!

Even the fluffy texture of her headband has been sculpted into the design! ♪

The training outfit might not show off much skin, but it shows her determination and passion to be a school idol, and this serious expression brings that out even more!!

Ready for dance training! (/ω＼)

This expression shows that even though she is shy, once she sets her heart on something she will see it through with determination! I want to stand on the side and cheer her on while she practices! ♡

Plus as I’m sure you’ve noticed, she also comes with a pair of glasses!!

Kayochin doesn’t wear her glasses very often as an idol, but as the training outfit series is focused on a more ‘everyday’ theme, the planner for the series Hamako decided that she absolutely had to include a pair of glasses! An excellent decision in my opinion!! ♪

More than anything I wanted to try using these glasses on the distressed expression included with Nendoroid Hanayo Koizumi!! (´□｀｡)

So without further ado, here we go!!☆

So… cute!! So very cute!!

Note that this expression isn’t included with the training outfit version! It comes from Nendoroid Hanayo Koizumi, but all the other parts are from the training outfit version! This expression plus the glasses is almost an unfair amount of cuteness!! ♡♥︎

But wait! What’s that in her right hand? Could it be she comes with even more optional parts?! That looks like a rice scoop! And no rice scoop would be included without a rice cooker!! <○><○>

From the popular anime series ‘LoveLive!’ comes a 1/8th scale figure of Nico Yazawa. The figure is a part of the LoveLive! Cafe Campaign in AKIHABARA, where fans all over Japan voted on which LoveLive! character is best suited for a picnic in the early Summer – the character that you would most like to go on a picnic with! The winner of the contest was Nico Yazawa, who then had this special illustration drawn of her to commemorate the victory!

I take my coffee with no sugar! Nothing beats a cup of hot coffee and some dark chocolate to nibble on with it!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Chino! ♥︎

From the anime series with a second season on the way, ‘Is the Order a Rabbit?’ comes a Nendoroid of the Rabbit House café’s only daughter, Chino! She comes with three expressions including a rather listless standard expression, a doubtful expression with glaring eyes as well as the excited expression she has whenever she sees something cute.

Optional parts include a coffee cup, vacuum coffee maker and a counter to recreate the atmosphere of the Rabbit House café! Her rabbit ‘Tippy’ is also included together with a special cup to sit in! Enjoy the cute and innocent Chino in your collection! The order is a Nendoroid! ♪

／Kokoro Pyon Pyon! ＼

Apologies for the long wait since she was first shown back at WonFes!! The lovable Chino Kafuu better known as just “Chino” is coming to join the Nendoroids dressed up in her uniform from the Rabbit House café!! Plus she also comes with Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe, the cute and fluffy Angora rabbit kept at Rabbit House!

She’s so adorable!

The tight fitting vest and cute blouse together with the rather long skirt make for such a lovely outfit, and even the ribbon tied on her back has been faithfully sculpted!  ♪

Tippy can be placed on her head by making use of a thin pastic board that fits between Chino’s two hair parts and hold Tippy in place nicely! (σ・∀・)σ

Plus she comes with a huge selection of optional parts!! Let’s take a look at each of them one-by-one! ★

– Coffee Cup –

A cute little coffee cup that suits her little hands so well!

Chino-chan doesn’t really like black coffee… so I guess she is blowing this to cool it down for me!! 

– Counter & Cup for Tippy –

A counter made in the image of the Rabbit House café!

This really helps bring out the atmosphere of the series!! ♪

The included cup is just the right size for Tippy in order to display him looking like a bowl of adorable rice! Here is Chino pointing this out and being amazing with her excited expression!! ♪

What a perfect expression…!

Quite a change from her standard calm and collected face! The sparkling eyes just bring it all together!! (/ω＼)

– Vacuum Coffee Maker – 

This just had to be included with the counter!

This also means you can pose Chino-chan making some delicious coffee!! You can see the coffee brewing to a lovely strong flavour!! ♪ ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

△ The dark coffee and fluffy Tippy make a lovely contrast! ♥︎

It looks like the coffee is now done so she’s poured it into a cup and placed it onto a tray!! I wish I could try it myself!!

Chino also comes with a doubtful expression!

This expression can actually be used for all sorts of emotions though! You can even make it look like a nervous expression in certain situations!!

Nendoroid Co-de: Fundoshi

My internal thermometer seems to be broken! I keep jumping from being hot to cold… not to mention that quite a few people in the offices seem to be catching colds! I need to be careful!! (°Д°；≡°Д°；)

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Co-de: Fundoshi

Due to the popularity of the 2015 April Fool’s joke, the ‘Nendoroid Co-de Fundoshi’ are now on their way to actually being made into a product! This addition to the Nendoroid Co-de series has been designed especially for male Nendoroids with a set of various different ‘fundoshi’, or traditional Japanese underwear for males.

There are a total of five different variations to collect, including two ‘rokushaku’ fundoshi and two ‘etchuu’ fundoshi… as well as one secret fundoshi! The sexy rokushaku option comes in a white color as the ‘Magical White Co-de’, as well as a passionate red color as he ‘Exciting Red Co-de’! The larger etchuu option comes in white as the ‘Mysterious White Co-de’ as well as in red, as the ‘Matador Red Co-de’. Bring out the manliness of your Nendoroids! *No head parts included.

The April Fool’s joke from earlier this year has had such a strong reaction, that we have decided to release it for real!  You may have noticed that GSC has a tendency to make April Fools jokes come true…

I never expected to be writing another article on fundoshi when I wrote the joke one back in March!! Thank you to all the fans for all the support – without you this would definitely never have become a real product!!

Anyway, let’s get started!

 

– Line Up-

There are two types of fundoshi in the set – rokushaku and etchuu! Each of them are also available in both red and white for a total of four different variations! Let’s take a look at each of them one-by-one! (●´ω｀●)
 
– Rokushaku Fundoshi –
 

– Magical White Co-de –

– Exciting Red Co-de –

The triangular shape of the rokushaku fundoshi are similar to briefs! They are the tighter more… confined option! The reverse side is just a thin piece of material giving you quite a good look at the bottom! ♪

A rather bold pose that will definitely make any Nendoroid more manly!! ☆

 

– Etchuu Fundoshi –
 

– Mysterious White Co-de –

– Matador Red Co-de –

The etchuu fundoshi cover up a bit more! (*´Д｀)=з

But they definitely have their own charm!! The back is also more covered up, but you can definitely still see the shape of the bottom behind the fabric!!

I recommend this to fundoshi beginners! ★

Plus! There is also one secret fundoshi to look forward to! ♡

 

– Product Specs –

1) These are trading figures! They will come in random boxes! There are a total of 5 to collect including one secret figure! (｀・ω・´)ゞ

2) Each box will include a naked upper body (arms are not articulated), a lower body with the fundoshi and a Nendoroid Co-de stand! Note that the blank head shown in the product photos and on the blog is NOT included!! These are designed to be used with head parts from other Nendoroids!

3) The parts can be used with other Nendoroid Co-de parts! This means you can make some rather interesting combinations of outfits!! Of course you can also just use the fundoshi as is together with a Nendoroid head part! φ(．． )

4) Note that the fundoshi cannot be removed! There are NOT cast-off!

Nendoroid Co-de is a new addition to the Nendoroid series based on the theme of dressing-up characters! Hatsune Miku: Greatest Idol Ver.

I’m already starting to find that short sleeves aren’t going to work any more… Autumn has arrived and it’s already rather chilly!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at the 1/8th scale…

Hatsune Miku: Greatest Idol Ver.★

The jacket cover of sound producer Mitchie M’s album ‘Greatest Idol’ featured an illustration of Hatsune Miku by the famous animator and manga artist Yoshiyuki Sadamoto. This illustration has now been transformed into a figure for fans to add to their collection!The intricately sculpted details of her unique instrument as well as her dynamic pose filled with energy are sure to brighten up your day, and if that’s not enough her adorable expression will finish the job!

Ooooohh!! (*´Д｀)

The electronic diva Miku-san just had her 8th birthday, and now she also has a brand new figure on the way! This time the figure is based on a CD jacket illustration by the renown Yoshiyuki Sadamoto! ♪

The bright smile she has on her face instantly shows she is a true idol!!

The outfit has a more rocky style to it than usual, but it still suits her so very nicely!! Her pink instrument which is a mix between a synthesizer and a guitar is incredibly detailed and the coloring of her twin tails is lovely!

Only an angel can be this cute!! (/ω＼)

She was only announced at WonFes this year but her colored prototype is now complete and ready to take a nice close look at, so let’s get started!

This is how she looks from the back!

The unique touches of Yoshiyuki Sadamoto’s design have been beautifully preserved on the figure version! The gradient effect used for her hair gives it that translucent, light feeling that always looked so amazing on the illustration!

Speaking of a light feeling, also take note of her skirt! <○><○>

Fluttering upward in the heat of the moment!!

This angle is a perfect tease angle! So close and yet so far!! Also note the details of the chequered design on her skirt!! (´□｀｡)

Comparing the figure to the illustration and trying to find differences is very difficult, the figure recreates the illustration perfectly!! However the figure of course allows you to see her from any angle of your choice!

△Looking from a slightly higher angle you can really see her skirt and twin tails flowing around her!

Everyone who adds her to their collection will almost without a doubt be satisfied with the details both from the illustration, as well as all the details that were never visible on the illustration! ♡

For instance, take note of the mechanical design of her headphones, or the neck tie fluttering around her neck! Her painted nails are also so very intricate, and the slightly see-through blouse is a treat for the eyes!

The creases on her blouse are also very carefully sculpted!

The way the blouse moves around her body gives you a good feel for how the body looks even past the outfit… and if you look really close you’ll notice just how close to the illustration the figure has been made! Particularly around her chest!

Moving on, let’s take a look down at her legs! ★

A glossy paint is used on the high-lace boots which give them a classy feeling! The way her leg is twisting really tells the story of her dynamic pose right down from here at the legs! ε=(。・д・。)

I actually had a conversation with Hamako the other day where we both agreed that these shoes should really exist! I would be happy to buy them!! This Miku’s outfit actually has a much more ‘realistic’ feeling to it compared to most Miku figures, which makes her feel somehow “closer” to the real world…

The illustration was used as a cover album for Mitchie M’s album which is very much real, and this figure also shows her to be so real… surely it won’t be long until we really have Miku by our sides!! (●´ω｀●)

While the rather unique mixture of a synthesizer and guitar brings things into a bit more of a wilder world, both parts are both sculpted to look very realistic for their individual parts! The guitar strings make use of a thin synthetic thread that is each pulled out and attached carefully! It even feels rather realistic!

(The manufacturing team might be crying though!)

Plus, the design for the base of the figure is done by the jacket cover’s designer, BALCOLONY!

Everything about the figure is a pleasure to look at! Her semi-transparent hair, cute expression, intricate sculpting of her outfit and instrument, glossy shoes and stripy socks… plus even a specially designed base!

Today’s Main Feature…!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at Max Factory’s 1/7th scale…

Hestia!☆

From the anime series ‘Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?’ comes a figure of the ‘Loli Goddess’ Hestia in an energetic jumping pose! She also comes with interchangeable parts that allow for a different pose that shows off why the ‘string’ is such a charming addition to her outfit! Enjoy two different poses with just one figure!

An item that was introduced by I.G. Sakai (@sakai_max) last week, but I decided I had to take a closer look at the figure for myself!! ♪

The friendly smile on her face together with the dynamic pose with her twintails flying through the air make for a lovely figure! Not to mention the ‘string’ that everyone loves so much!!

The ribbon faithfully winds around her chest just beneath her rather impressive bosom!!

The ends of the ribbon are also placed wavering around as a part of the dynamic feeling of the pose! Small things like this are what bring the figure together! Also note the way it squeezes down on the skin on her back! ♪

Anyway, let’s move around to the front…

The pose makes her one piece mini-skirt look very short and really takes things to the limits… but fortunately her hands are covering up any areas that I shouldn’t be showing! 😛

You’ll have to wait until she joins your collection to see past those hands… but I promise you will not be disappointed!

But even without being able to see there, you can still see how lovely and soft her thighs look, and the details of all the creases along her one piece dress!

However… she also comes with alternate parts to display her with her hands up in the air!! <○><○>

At this point in development, the alternate parts are from her neck all the way down to her stomach, but this still might change during development!

However the parts will definitely be made in such a way that the partition line will not worry you!!

Anyway, let’s take another look at her lovely chest with these new parts!!

THEY LOOK SO SOFT…!

This is where the blue ribbon really shines, isn’t it! Just look at the way that it shows off just how soft they would be to the touch!! Another thing to note is just how clearly you can make out the shape of her body through the outfit – just look at how clearly her belly button comes though! In the previous pose her ribs were also quite hidden away by the arms, but this part also let’s you see the little bumps of her ribs sculpted so intricately! ♡

So much to enjoy at once!! From her bosom to the stomach… to to mention those smooth arm pits!! (*´Д｀)=з

But that’s enough for the front, let’s take a look at her back as well!

The fabric of her white one-piece dress is so stretched out…!

What could be waiting on the other side?
You’ll have to look with your mind’s eye for now!! 

While the outfit is rather simple the sculpt is so detailed that is makes for such an amazing work of art! The sculptor behind this figure was Masanori Kuroda! The same sculptor who worked on popular items such as figma Solid Snake MGS2 ver. and figma Honoka Kosaka!! (He does everything from epic male figures to cute girls!)

Amazing curves and a cute expression, plus a pose you can switch out for a change!

Add the 1/7th scale goddess to your collection!
