A pleasure to meet you everyone! My name is Takamii (@gsc_takamii) from GSC’s  planning department! Some of you may know me from the GSC Lab blog, but my love for FGO has led to me writing some FGO related blogs here on Kahotan blog as well!

Without further ado, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Saber/Miyamoto Musashi

From the popular smartphone game “Fate/Grand Order” comes a Nendoroid of “Shinmen Musashi-no-Kami Fujiwara no Harunobubu” or as she is better known, Saber/Miyamoto Musashi! She comes with three face plates including a standard expression brimming with self-confidence, an ambitious combat expression as well as a kittenish expression for when she has her favorite food.

A selection of text and background plates allow you to recreate the famous scene from “”The Tournament of the Seven Blade-Master Heroic Spirits”” episode, and the parts can also be used in various other combinations to recreate various situations in Nendoroid size! Be sure to summon the female swordsman who travels to world into your Nendoroid collection!

“Let me show you the true essence of the Five Rings!”

At long last! Musashi-chan is joining the Nendoroids!

Available for summoning for the first time during the 2017 New Year Campaign, she played a large role in the FGO 1.5 “The Tournament of the Seven Blade-Master Heroic Spirits” episode and also featured in the 2.0 commercial! Now at long last she is also joining the Nendoroid series for everyone to enjoy by their side!!

Let’s get on with the review! ☆

The figure is sculpted based on her Stage 2 ascension, and you can see the intricate details of the flower pattern on her sash and the maple leaf pattern on the red part of her outfit!

The figure also of course allows you to enjoy her appearance from the back! Something you don’t get to see very often in the game! The patterns and ambience of her traditional Japanese-style outfit have been captured beautifully!

In addition, her swords are included in both sheathed and drawn versions allowing for many different posing opportunities!


*Gudako is not included!

Along with the face plate above, she also comes with this imposing shouting face plate for combat scenes!

She is normally such a gentle soul, so the contrast between that and this expression is lovely! Effect parts that represent Fire and Water which can be attached to her swords are also included!

The parts make use of a semi-transparent look that looks so pretty! They can also be removed to display her with just standard swords!

But that’s not all! She also comes with a selection of optional parts that bring back the famous scenes from the “The Tournament of the Seven Blade-Master Heroic Spirits” episode!

The episode really was one of the most awesome so far, which is why we included these plates to bring back the episode with the Nendoroid!!

Anyway, moving onto her third face plate… we have an adorable kittenish expression!

Along with the expression we also have a bowl of her favorite food – Udon! You can even see the green onion on the top! She seems to be enjoying it so much that I kind of feel like going to have some udon now!

I can just imagine myself  feeling slightly embarrassed while still happily accepting as she looks at me with this cute expression… that will be the day that I achieve true “Emptiness”!

Avenger/Jeanne d’Arc (Alter): Dress Ver. (Fate/Grand Order)

We’re already at the end of March! We have new graduates joining the GSC ranks from next week!!

But anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Avenger/Jeanne d’Arc (Alter): Dress Ver.!

From the popular smartphone game “Fate/Grand Order” comes a scale figure of the Avenger class servant, Jeanne d’Arc (Alter)! The figure is based on the illustration of her in a dress seen during the Subspecies Singularity I: Isolated Demonic Realm: Shinjuku storyline during FGO Project 1.5: Epic of Remnant. The impressive volume of her long flowing hair and the details and texture of her corsage have all been captured as faithfully as possible!

The dress itself makes use of pearl and metallic paints to recreate a light, silken appearance. Even the details of her bare skin visible through the gaps in her hair have been carefully detailed, giving her a much softer demeanor compared to her normal armored appearance. Be sure to add her to your collection and dance by her side as her Master!

A stunning figure of Jeanne d’Arc (Alter) dressed in the purple dress that featured in the FGO Project 1.5 Subspecies Singularity I: Isolated Demonic Realm: Shinjuku story arc! ★

The incredible volume of her hair has been captured as faithfully as possible, and her dress features a lovely blend of pearl and metallic paintwork! ε-(o´ω｀o)

▲ The way the light reflects off the figure changes the appearance! ♡

The pearl paintwork on her hair accessory is also beautiful!! ♪

The various parts of the figure all come together for amazing impact, but looking at the smaller details of the twirling dress or hair accessory makes you realize just how detailed the figure really is!(‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

I love her confident yet sultry expression!!

Her tight dress has lots of gaps making for a rather sexy design that really shows off her beautiful curves!

▲ The shoulder blades and spine are clearly visible on her mostly bare back!

The dress has a very seductive look to it, with the area around her belly button sculpted with multiple creases allowing you to easily make out the shape of her body on the other side of the fabric!

Nendoroid Archer/Ishtar (Fate/Grand Order)

Today’s Main Feature!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Archer/Ishtar!

From the popular smartphone game “Fate/Grand Order” comes a Nendoroid of the Archer servant, Ishtar! She comes with three face plates including a standard face brimming with confidence, an authoritative goddess expression as well as an embarrassed expression for when she is caught off guard.

Her impressive Noble Phantasm “Maanna” is included together with a number of effect parts that allow you to recreate all sorts of different poses from the game in Nendoroid size! Be sure to summon the goddess into your collection!

“Elegant, magnificent and daring!”

From Fate/Grand Order comes a Nendoroid of the Mesopotamian goddess of beauty, love and war: Ishtar! Even in Nendoroid she has such a charismatic appearance! (ﾟＡﾟ;)

The gorgeous appearance of the outfit that shows off a lot of bare skin, as well as the hair with a beautiful black gradient have all been sculpted in amazing detail! ♪

The contrast between her first two confident expressions and this unsure look on her face is wonderful!! Note the uneven look of her eyebrows!

If you look really close you can see that the fabric around her chest has a slightly creased appearance to capture the softness beneath the outfit! It’s fun to compare the various ways the textures of her outfit have been captured on the Nendoroid! (*´ｪ`*)

From the smartphone game “Fate/Grand Order” comes a 1/4th scale figure of Saber/Altria Pendragon! Her majestic, knightly appearance with both beauty and dignity has been captured with amazing detail in 1/4th scale size for fans to gaze upon in their collection! Idol Emperor/Nero (Fate Series)

Today’s Main Feature!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at AQUAMARINE’s 1/7th scale…
Idol Emperor/Nero!

From the Fate series comes a scale figure of Idol Emperor/Nero! The idol group Imperial Roma was created as an April Fools joke in 2015, and this version of Nero was the idol and owner of the group, who has now been transformed into a highly detailed figure!

Her crimson dress is covered with rose accessories and she wears elegant pearls jewellery and high heels with ribbons attached to the back making for a gorgeous appearance. A fancy couch sofa is also included for her to sit upon for an even more elegant display! Be sure to add the emperor of the idols to your collection!

“I’ll perform myself!”

What was once just an April Fool’s joke has now been transformed into a lovely scale figure for fans to enjoy by their side!

The huge roses that adorn her dark red have all been captured with such amazing detail!!

Piyokuru: Fate/Grand Order 01

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! I hope everyone got lots of flowers and chocolate today! Personally I prefer bitter chocolate to milk chocolate!!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at a new series of capsule toys developed by Good Smile Company!! ★

Piyokuru: Fate/Grand Order 01!

The characters from Fate/Grand Order are the very first characters to be released in the new capsule toy series, Piyokuru! There are a total of six different characters to collect including Saber/Altria Pendragon, Shielder/Mash, Caster/Cu Chulainn, Main Character (Male), Main Character (Female) as well as Romani Archaman.

The little eggs are designed to open up using a mechanism which requires just one quick touch in order to open up! The cute little toys can be displayed beside you and opened and closed for fun, and each also comes with a ball-chain which allows it to be attached to various items allowing you to bring your favorite character with you wherever you like! Be sure to collect them all!

Let’s start with a quick explanation of what the Piyokuru series is! (●‘∀‘●)ﾉ”

The Piyokuru series makes use of a one-touch mechanism and multiple springs to quickly hatch a character out of their shell!

Each of the characters inside the shell have been carefully detailed to capture all of their more intricate characteristics have been carefully captured on the inner designs and the quick and easy opening and closing of the eggs is a very simple yet fun gimmick!

When you push the front, the inner character actually spins around at an incredibly fast speed that you can hardly see! ♪

Tori Bird also takes a look at the series on his latest YouTube video – this should give you an even better feel for the way they open up!

Each is palm-sized, which feels like just the right size!

Nendoroid Rider of “Black” (Fate/Apocrypha)

Today’s Main Feature!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Nendoroid Rider of “Black”!

From the anime series “Fate/Apocrypha” comes a Nendoroid of the servant from the Black Faction, Rider of Black! He comes with three face plates including a smiling expression, a playful winking expression as well as a blushing expression.

Optional parts include his lance “Trap of Argalia”, his hunting horn “La Black Luna” as well as the sword that he gave to Sieg, the main character of the series. The sword is included in both a sheathed and drawn version for all sorts of posing opportunities! Be sure to add the cheerful and innocent knight to your Nendoroid collection!

“You could do anything you like now! Anything!”

From Fate/Apocrypha comes a Nendoroid of servant summoned by Celenike, Nendoroid Rider of “Black”! Just look at that lovely innocent smile on his face!!!

The iconic outfit and armor have also all been shrunk down into Nendoroid size, and the braided hair at the back has also been carefully detailed! (っ’ω’)っ))

▲ The braided part of the hair has a Nendoroid joint allowing for all sorts of poses!

The sword at his hips can also be drawn!

▲ Together with a special hand for holding the sword you can easily pose him in combat scenes!

Along with the smiling face above, he also comes with a playful winking expression! ((´д`●))三((●´д`))

Along with the winking expression he also has a hand part making a peace sign which can be used together to create a cute pose as if posing for the camera! ♡

▲ So… cute!! Gender has no control over this cuteness!!

Moving on to his third face plate, we have an embarrassed expression!

In his hand he holds the hunting horn La Black Luna! Plus as you may have noticed, his cape can also be removed! ♪

If we look a little closer you can see the eyebrows are placed with a bit of a furrowed look, giving him a bit of a worried appearance.

Today I’m going to be taking a look at…
Ruler/Jeanne d’Arc!★

From the popular smartphone game “Fate/Grand Order” comes a 1/7th scale figure of the Ruler servant, Jeanne d’Arc! She is posed dashing forward in a courageous pose with her massive flag in hand ready to lead her team to victory, while also capturing her pure and noble appearance as a saint. The figure has been intricately sculpted to capture the illustration of Jeanne as faithfully as possible in figure form!

“This is the work of the Lord!”

The Ruler servant who led a victory in the hundred year war, “Jeanne d’Arc” has been transformed into a magnificent 1/7th scale figure!

In her hands she holds her Noble Phantasm, “Luminosité Eternelle” in hand with a confident look as she charges forward into battle! ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟヽ 三 ﾉﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

If you look at her from the side, it feels a bit like you are running into battle beside her!

The entire figure has a really dynamic look to it, including the smaller details such as her sleeves and the accessories on her head armor!

Personally I really love the little peek you get at her bare skin when you look up the sleeves!

Let’s take a closer look at her facial expression! The open mouth shouting out in battle together with the sharp eyes make her look ready for combat!

When you look closely at her chest you’ll also notice the fabric is stretched out due to the way she is moving, capturing the dynamic movement even more!ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟヽ 三 ﾉﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ

While her upper body is mostly covered up, down by her skirt she is showing off a lot more skin as her skirt twirls around her…

In fact she is quite unarmored from the waist down! (Not that that’s a bad thing!)

The golden borders of the flag are so amazingly detailed, and even the ties connecting the flag to the pole are amazingly realistic! (∩・∀・)∩

The flag will be very carefully packaged at release, so you’ll have a safe place to store it necessary!

On her hips you’ll find her iconic sword sheathed away! ★

The iconic design of the sheath and grip have all been faithfully captured, and the various different textures all over the figure provide amazing contrast of the different materials – from her metallic armor to the soft looking skin! ♪

Lancer/Kiyohime (Fate/Grand Order)

Today’s Main Feature!

Today I’m going to be taking a look at this figure from Phat! Company…
Lancer/Kiyohime!

From the popular smartphone game “Fate/Grand Order” comes a scale figure of the Lancer servant, Kiyohime! The figure is based on her Stage One illustration which features a unique outfit which blends a swimsuit and kimono together.

In her hand she holds her impressive lance, and all the details of the lance, swimsuit and yukata have been carefully sculpted to capture her design in figure form as faithfully as possible for fans to enjoy by their side. Even in a swimsuit, Kiyohime is ready to stand by her master’s side with a smile – be sure to add her to your collection!

The Yandere Lancer servant that lives in love, Kiyohime, has been transformed into a 1/7th scale figure! ♪

Her large spear and confident standing pose is rather simple, but is packed with intricate details and highlights to enjoy! Her hair tied into two bundles at the back is sculpted gently flowing through the air which looks amazing now that she is in three dimensions! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Let’s take a quick spin around to see her from various angles! ♪

The details on her spear are really impressive! ヽ(*´∀｀)ノ

Speaking of impressive details, also take note of all the different parts of her outfit around her chest…

The realistic creases around her ankles…

And even the detailed sculpt of the end of her belt! ♥

There is obviously way more to see than just these highlights, but you’ll have to take a closer look at her once she joins your collection! ε=(｡・д・｡)

My personal favorite three parts are as follows!

First up is this angle!

The lovely ups and downs of her shoulders and shoulder blades! Not to mention that heavy feeling of the kimono has it weighs itself down, and the little peek at her ear in-between in hair!!

From this angle you can also tell that the hair makes use of an ever so slightly translucent look! ♪

Next up we have… ((´д`●))三((●´д`))

These lovely knees!!

The sculpt is one thing, but the way the paint also adds a shadow to the knees really makes them come out looking so cute!! It also gives you a feel for just how tight her tights are! ♪

Last but not least we have her facial expression! (∩・∀・)∩

The slight blush on her cheeks as she looks at her master with a gentle smile! Plus there is something about her eyes that brings out that yandere-like feeling too!

Today I have an early Christmas announcement for everyone!
Lancer/Jeanne d’Arc Alter Santa Lily!☆

From the popular smartphone game “Fate/Grand Order” comes a 1/7th scale figure of the lancer servant, Jeanne d’Arc Alter Santa Lily. The figure features an original sculpt made in the image of Jeanne sitting atop a chimney as a true Santa! A rather ominous doll of Gilles de Rais is also included to display beside her and bring out the atmosphere of the game even more!

The figure has been carefully tuned to ensure it retains all the details of the original character design as faithfully as possible with intricate sculptwork for a figure that fans will be proud to add to their collection! Be sure you don’t miss out on this adorable Santa!
