I saw a pear flavoured Gari-*ri-Kun Popsicle and realised that we are well into the summer! I relied a lot on them last year to get me through the heat, and I’m sure they will be needed again this year!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at some figures dressed for the Summer! ♪

Nanoha Takamachi: Yukata Ver., Fate Testarossa: Yukata Ver. and Hayate Yagami: Yukata Ver.!!

The magical girls are all dressed up in yukatas together! Each of the yukatas have colors and patterns that match up with the respective characters as well!

They also come holding paper fans, balloon yoyos and candy apples to bring out the festival atmosphere!

Let’s take a closer look at them one-by-one! (｀・ω・´)

First up…

Nanoha Takamachi: Yukata Ver.

The yukata gives her a much more playful, innocent look compared to her normal barrier jacket! She looks ready to enjoy the festival! (｡・д・｡)

The light blue yukata with cherry blossom prints suits her beautifully! The fact that Raising Heart is a part of her belt is also a lovely touch!

She is holding a candy apple in her right hand!

Not only is the sticky, shiny appearance of the candy apple preserved in figure form, the intricate little fingers holding the stick are amazing too!

Another thing I just have to point out…!

Look at the curves you can make out even through the yukata!

The smooth and silky look of the fabric is also very nicely done! Great work FREEing!! The little peek of her leg is also a really high point for me! (*´Д`)

Next up we have…

Fate Testarossa: Yukata Ver.

Is she twisting around to look at me?! (ﾟＡﾟ;)

Fate-chan has a rather mature look with an indigo yukata and bellflower prints!

The cute little feet and toes, and the delicious collarbone are stunning! She can be enjoyed from all sorts of different angles! ♪

That right foot standing up slightly on tippy toes!! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)

Fate-chan’s sash also features her intelligent device, Bardiche! ♪

She is sculpted holding a fan, and once again the delicate looking fingers are simply amazing! The creases along her arm are also fantastic!

But most of all that dynamic look that she really has just spun around to look behind her is fantastic! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

Last but not least, we have…

Hayate Yagami: Yukata Ver.

A very light purple yukata with spider lily
and other flower prints! So prim, proper and adorable! ♥

I can just hear her voice playing through my head… “What? The yoyo’s for me? Thanks!”

The tight look of the yukata captures her curves all the way up her thighs!

Just like the other two, her yukata design once again also features her device, Schwertkreuz! ♡

She also looks lovely from the back! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

There is no point in putting this into words…!

She looks lovely from any angle, but I definitely think that the look from the back is once of the best! It really gives off a strong feeling of Summer time nostalgia!

The way her legs are visible from the bottom of the yukata is also great!

The elegant yukata is what allows you to enjoy the ladylike charm of Hayate all the more!(´□｀｡)

She and the others are simply a fantastic set!!

I laugh, I cry, and I try singing a song like the ending to TARI TARI!
Today I’m going to be take a look at Phat! company’s recently announced…

1/8th Scale:
Sawa Okita!

Oooooohhh!! （*´▽｀*）

The gentle Sawa with her motherly personality and occasional emotional outbursts is finally being transformed into a figure!

Everyone who has seen the anime will recognise this outfit from the opening theme, as well as certain scenes from the series! ♪

You can make out her wonderful proportions even through her outfit!

This outfit shows off her bust even more than the standard school uniform too!

The black halterneck and frilly white off-shoulder top gives her a nice mix of cute and mature!

The red ribbon between the white and black also gives off a great sense of style! Her little heart-shaped necklace and the fancy heart-shaped bag with a ribbon also match up with the outfit so nicely – Sawa really knows how to coordinate an outfit! ♡

The bag is sculpted in detail – down to the stitching and the zip! It’s amazing!

This is how she looks from the back! ♪

Her frilly skirt dancing in the wind! (*´Д`)

How could anyone not like this outfit!
I think anyone who says something bad about it is just jealous!!

I also love the way her tights are creased around the knees! (｀・ω・´)

Looking from this angle also really gives off the feeling of movement as if she really had just looked behind her with a flick of the hips!

Speaking of amazing… I also want to focus here!

“Back to the boobs already…? (；´∀｀)”

Is what you may be thinking! But not quite!
I want everyone to take a look at… her armpits!!

Thanks to the off-shoulder top, you can just get a peek at them!! Apparently off-shoulder tops are a Summer trend… I’m really hoping they catch on this year! I think they look lovely!!

The hat she is posed flicking up with her finger can also be removed for a slightly different appearance! ♡

Obviously he is made from plastic so is actually rather hard… but he looks so very soft and the colors are so gentle… I wish he was a real plushie that I could hug to sleep at night!

Satsuki Kiryuuin: Kamui Junketsu ver.!

The second in a set of figures following on from the previously released Ryuko Matoi: Kamui Senketsu Ver. comes a figure of Satsuki Kiryuuin in 1/8th scale! ♪

A powerful gaze capturing her ambition, confident eyebrows and beautiful long black hair!

If you look at her from above, it’s almost as if her hair is being swept around her by her very own fighting spirit! Junketsu’s eyes are also reflecting the light in a rather intimidating way in this photo!

The previously released Ryuko-chan also had a very dynamic look about her, as if ready to jump into combat… however Satsuki-sama has that same feeling while still also keeping a rather relaxed appearance about her.

She looks ready to take on anything that comes her way!

Let’s take a look from behind! ☆

Ooooooohhhh!! (*´Д`)!!

Ooooooohhhh!! (ﾟдﾟ)!! *Needed to be said twice.

KILL la KILL is of course very well known for it’s rather revealing transformed outfits… there is a reason for this of course, but every time Ryuko and Satsuki fought in these transformed forms I couldn’t help but squeal when I saw certain angles. (/ω＼)

Just looking at her here makes me want to run my finger down her back…!

Satsuki-sama has a very built body, but still has feminine charm all over her figure! Just look at her bottom and her hips… they look so soft and touchable!!

The point where her tight knee-highs push her skin also looks lovely!

Plus… Take a look at this angle!

The ever so slight bumps of her stomach look amazing!!

This angle actually captures a lovely selection of features! Her delicious stomach, the shape of her bottom and even a great look at her inner side-boob! Definitely a highly recommended angle!

The lovely sculpting of her abs and the ups and downs of the creases along her legs are also fantastic!

A dynamic figure that pulls out the KILL la KILL universe in figure form!

Net tights have a very strange effect don’t they…? They cover up the whole leg and yet still show enough skin through the gaps for a very sexy appearance! Today I’m going to be taking a look at a figure that shows off just how sexy they are…

FREEing’s

1/4th Scale:
Laura Bodewig: Bunny Ver.

Bunnyyyyyy!!!! （*´▽｀*）♡

The cute Laura is dressed up in a sexy bunny girl outfit – eye-patch and all! ♡

Laura is a rather short character, but that doesn’t mean she can’t be packed with sexiness!! ♫

The way her hips are twisted is simply beautiful! Just look at the curves on her thighs and the little twist in her ankle as well!

As usual, the net tights are made from real fabric, giving a nice realistic feeling to the figure and also adding a little bit more charm! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)
It also of course means they feel lovely to touch!!

Just look at her adorable expression too!

It’s hard to remember how militaristic and confident she normally is when you have this expression in front of you! Even though she is clearly a little embarrassed she still is making the effort to make a rather sexy pose for us!

The size balance of her chest area is also perfect in my opinion! Not too big, but not too small! (*´Д｀)=з

You can even see Schwarzer Regen attached to her thigh in standby mode!

This angle is lovely! ( -ﾉｪ-)

Look at the little gap between her thighs!

She also looks great from the back! Even the belts holding Schwarzer Regen are super detailed from the back!

I think most people won’t be too focused on the belts through… your eyes tend to wander elsewhere! <◯><◯>!!

As if the lovely round, soft-looking bottom wasn’t enough, the sexy shine of the outfit is also stunning! By the way, if you search for ‘FREEing’ and ‘Bunny’ on the GSC Site… look how many others come up!

These results don’t even include Laura! She is the newest addition to the collection! It’s quite impressive to see just how long the series has going on for… (｀・ω・´)

Including Laura, there are now 27 different bunny girls!

Each of them captures the character so nicely as well…
I wish I could see them all lined up together!

Heading back to Laura… she of course has lovely shiny bunny ears, but also note the fluffy-looking circular tail as well!

It’s one of those figures that can give you endless fun to run your finger along all the different bumps and curves! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Today I’m going to be continuing on from yesterday’s blog with a closer look at…

The 1/8th Scale:
Ciel Alencon!!

She’s finally up for preorder!!

Yesterday I took a brief look at her from eight different angles, but today I’ll be taking a look in a bit more detail! (｀・ω・´)

– Ciel –

The first thing I want to show is a rather unusual angle – A look from the side!

Just look at the lovely little frills on her blouse…! (ﾟＡﾟ;)

The puff sleeves look so realistic as well… I actually expected them to feel soft when I saw them at first! The muscles in her neck you can see from this angle are also lovely!

Also take note of the creases in her outfit!

You can picture the shape of the body beneath the clothes perfectly!

Her skirt filled with frills, the tight corset which brings out her body’s shape beautifully and the delicate white blouse all come together so nicely, while still giving such all sorts of variation! ♪

Not to mention the thighs you can see below her fluttering skirt! Delicious!! The detail on her shoes is also stunning!

– God Arc –

(・∀・) “We really did our best to recreate the ‘living’ appearance of the God Arc!

We’re joined by the figure’s planner, Otanaka-shi!

(・∀・) “For those unfamiliar with the series… a God Arc is an weapon infused with Oracle Cells making it an Aragami itself! A living, bionic weapon of sorts! We worked really closely with the game’s publisher to ensure it came out looking perfectly in figure form!”

The detail on Ciel herself was impeccable, but the minuscule detail on the God Arc is almost unbelievable! It looks like it should be pulsing with life…

The strange combination of the mechanical weapon and the organic Aragami parts also makes for some lovely contrast…. along with making the weapon even more disturbing!

Take a look at red area inside the top of the ‘mouth’…!

It genuinely looks all wet and slippery!!

I really thought that Ciel’s confident look was incredible… but the sinister look of the God Arc might be even more so!! (； ･`ω･´)

(・∀・) “The point where all the tentacle bits meet make for the most organic looking parts, making it even easier to compare to the mechanical parts to get that amazing contrast!”

I think looking from the bottom is also a great way of getting a good feel for the contrast…!

Just look at the way the tentacle-like things are crawling around the metallic semi-circle part! It actually makes me picture it moving further along giving a rather creepy feeling!

Whilst the mechanical and organic contrast is one thing, you also have to contrast the clean and composed Ciel with her horrific, untamed looking weapon! (/ω＼)

All in all, the combination of the two is simply a work of art!

(・∀・) “Ciel goes without saying, but this time around we wanted to bring out the GOD EATER universe and thought that including the God Arc in all it’s detail would be the best way to do that! The base of course also helps pull you into the universe of the game… to be honest I really think we put too much work into this figure! But with the sculptor and publisher working so hard, we simply didn’t want to cut any corners! We hope that she’ll be picked up and enjoyed by fans all over!”

By the way!

All of my photos have had the God Arc in Predator Form…. but she also comes with an alternate version in Blade Form, which makes the figure look a lot less threatening! Simply pick which you prefer!

Her ‘God Arc’ weapon with its unique organic look and impressive volume is sculpted amazingly, and her outfit and accessories are a perfect rendition of the original design!

Not to mention the amazing sculpt and paintwork on the ruined base!

So many different highlights on a single figure!

She’s absolutely perfect for fans of the series, but I’d be happy to recommend this one to figure fans as well – even if you don’t know the character she is a treat for the eyes!

I remember listening to this IDOLM@STER song, ‘KIRAMEKIRARI’ all the time when I had just started university. I was still getting used to living alone and it always got my spirits up!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at Phat! Company’s…

Yayoi Takatsuki! ♪

She’s adorable!!! （*´▽｀*）♡

The cute, fun-loving Yayoi is on my desk with a lovely smile!

She is in a very characteristic pose that brings out her energetic personality, with her arms outstretched behind her and a huge smile on her face!

This is how she looks from the side!

I wish I could run up and hug her!!

Even her hands are opened out behind her – each of her fingers look lovely! Her slim legs also look great, and ready for some amazing dances! Her innocent, happy-go-lucky personality is captured beautifully! (｀・ω・´)

Personally I love the way her socks are all piled up at the bottom!

(・∀・) “It’s not only her body that captures her happy and energetic side!”

We’re joined by the figure’s planner, Takamatsu-shi from Phat! Company!

(・∀・) “She also has an wonderful expression that will bring a smile to anyone who looks her!”

Just imagine her running into your arms with this smile! (*´Д｀)

Plus just look at the detail that has gone into her sculpt and paintwork! Each of the badges on her outfit are all faithfully included, and even her frog purse ‘Berochoro’ is included! ♪

Not to mention the careful creases on her clothes, and the collarbone you can just see above them!

(・∀・) “The jacket illustration really had a lovely, fun-filled feeling to it, and we wanted to ensure that feeling was preserved in the figure form! Plus just like Hibiki and Iori before her, Yayoi’s hair has also been very intricately done! Her curling twin-tails as well as the back of the hair came out looking great!”

The curling of the hair really has been done perfectly… (ﾟＡﾟ;)

The pose is energetic and detailed… while the figure itself is filled with variety and colors! It’s so much fun to look at! ε=(｡・д・｡)

Let me take a second to introduce my personal favorite point on the figure…!\

Behind the knees!

Her pale, mostly flat legs show off her youth and make the back of her knees stand out! Definitely a point I’d recommend to anyone!

Although the front of the knees are certainly not to be missed either!

(・∀・) “Even the bottom of her shoes are rather detailed!”

Oooh! You can see the soles of her shoes!

As expected of Takamatsu-shi! The shoes are always a sight to behold!

I see the base this time around is a clear orange…?

(・∀・) “This base is just temporary! The final base will be similar to Hibiki’s, with the IDOLM@STER logo included. We’ll definitely make sure it fits in nicely with the previously released characters!

I look forward to future characters in the series too!! ((o(´∀｀)o))

(・∀・) “Even the areas that were never visible on the original illustration are very carefully made, so fans can enjoy her from all sorts of angles!”

Tsukiko Tsutsukakushi!

The heroine from ‘Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko’ is ready for release!

Even though she’s half-undressed she has such a calm expression on her face!! It’s so cute!!

The twist in her hips and angling of her toes are so perfect!

The defenceless Tsukiko is all mine! <●><●>

Her hips and spine create the perfect little bumps along her body giving it a more realistic appearance. The front also features a lovely little indent…

Her belly button and the line that extends above it! (｀・ω・´)

Her whole body has such a lovely sensual feeling about it, and the lovely strawberry pattern panties sticking out only add more to that!!

I think people that go out of their way to wear panties like this should get more credit for it! 😛

This angle shows the ups and downs of her stomach nicely!

Okay… I guess I’ll try to restrain myself then! (●´ω｀●)

The scale figure’s skirt is also not directly stuck in place! You can move it around her hips to wherever you wish!

A cute, relaxed expression in a rather daring pose! ♡

Lastly I want to take a look at once more item which was announced last week!

Feed Me!

The slightly evil yet strangely adorable Feed Me monster, holding a cigarette in one hand while seated on a rather fancy chair! (*´Д`)

‘Feed Me’ is attracting attention worldwide for his club music, and the character behind the artist is now getting a figure! Bot the monster and the chair have been sculpted beautifully!

The cushioned look of the chair and fine paintwork are amazing!

But as realistic as the chair may look, the monster itself looks like he jumped out from a fantasy world! ♪

I don’t think I’ve ever had a single piece of pink clothing in my life, but the figure I’m going to be looking at today certainly looks lovely in pink!

Uzuki Shimamura: New Generation Ver.!

Oooooooohhh!! （*´▽｀*）

The second in GSC’s IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls New Generation Figures – Shimamura-san! She’s finally ready to ship out to everyone! Just look at that beautiful smile!!

Just looking at her makes me feel all happy inside! (*´Д｀)=з

Just by adding Shimamura-san to my desk, the entire area has become a place to relax and smile with her! The cute pink stage outfit has been sculpted so very intricately! (｀・ω・´)

The puffy mini-skirt is filled with so many frills and her slim legs all look lovely! However… the point that I really want to point out to everyone…

Is just how amazingly soft and touchable her skin looks! You can’t help but want to touch her…! Even the areas covered by clothes seem to have a squishy look to them! <●><●>

Plus the curves of her hips and legs!!

I’m so glad this is an actual sample and not a prototype! I can touch it till my heart is content!! Her long hair with curls on the end brings out an even more lively feeling to the figure as well!

My personal favorite point has to be the stomach area! ( -ﾉｪ-)

You have to feel the little bump of her belly button for yourself!!

It’s perfect proof of a nice healthy body… and a sexy one at that! My favorite angle for the figure would have to be this one!

The back of the skirt…! Just look at it!!!

There are no words that can describe the amazing work that went into this sculpting! You have to see and enjoy it for yourself! ♡

Plus he also comes with an alternate expression with her eyes open! Simply pick the expression you prefer! ♡

The head parts detach at the neck, allowing the front hair to be easily removed and the expression switched! It’s a quick and easy switch! I love having extra expressions on my scale figures!! ☆

She looks great displayed with the previously released Rin Shibuya: New Generation Ver.! (*´Д`)

I can’t wait to add Mio to the set as well! ♪
