Nendoroid Takao

Whenever I’m watching a movie and someone dives underwater, I always hold my breath with them. Even though I can’t dive underwater in real life at all…

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Takao!

Ooooooooooooooooh!! (´□｀｡)

The mental model of the Takao-class First Heavy Cruiser from the Empire of Japan’s ‘Fleet of Fog’ is joining the Nendoroids! ♥︎

Her rather confident yet relaxed expression is not only beautiful, but also captures her sincere and strong will perfectly! She also has a nice elegant look to her overall! ε=(。・д・。)

This is how she looks from the back!

Her skirt is sculpted with a bit of a flutter to it, giving it a more dynamic look as if the wind is blowing alongside her! (/ω＼)

Her unique twirling hairstyle has also somehow been captured beautifully in Nendoroid size! Apparently she went through many different renditions but this is how the Nendoroid version of her hair came out best! The base of the ponytail is fitted with a Nendoroid joint allowing you to match the direction of her hair with your poses! φ(．． )

It’s amazing how much you can alter the feeling of a pose by just swinging the hair to the left or right! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Takao is also known to have a very nice body, which has been very faithfully shrunk into Nendoroid size! ♡

The little gaps showing off her stomach and thighs are not to be missed! 

Plus just like the previously released Nendoroid Iona, she also comes with data three data rings to display around her!

The three rings are made from a transparent sheets of plastic, with a special stand that lets you display them as rings around Takao! (｀・ω・´)ゞ

… and going back to her lovely body, you can definitely make out that she has a rather nice bosom from this angle! The shadows are done perfectly!

By the way!

But moving on… while Takao is definitely known for her lovely body and adult charm, another thing that makes her very special are her expressions!

They are so filled with emotion!!

For example, this entranced face shows just how much she loves her beloved book, ‘The Ship and Captain’! It’s definitely a very different feel to before – a chance to enjoy her more defenceless, romantic side! ★

The book itself is also included… and not only is the cover made in detail, so is the inside of the book! ♪

When Takao arrives in your collection be sure to take a closer look at her favorite book! ♡

The expression also works perfectly for this!

The next optional part is none other than a dakimakura of the Captain!
It’s made from actual fabric, and feels just like a real dakimakura!

*By the way, the dakimakura above was sewn by GSC’s resident dakimakura expert, Nagatani-shi’s mother!! We regret that the final version will be based on this one, but it won’t be lovingly made by a mother!

Plus because it’s made of fabric, other characters can easily hold it too!

For example…　

“Hey Iona! That’s mine!!”

Can you tell what she’s pointing at?!

Iona hugging the Gunzou dakimakura! <○><○>

“This Gunzo… is so soft…”

“G-Give that back! I said it’s mine!!”

I’m sure that conversation would continue for some time! ♪

Moving on, another expression that just has to be included with Takao… 

A tsundere expression! 

“I-It’s not like I definitely won’t help!”

Delicious Tsundere!! *nom* (๑´ㅂ`๑) *nom*

There are so many ways to play around with this Nendoroid! Take the role of Gunzou yourself – think of all the teasing you can do!
