Today I’ll be taking a look at the 1/8th scale…
Reimu Hakurei
The shrine maiden of Hakurei Shrine.
From the Touhou Project derivative RPG game “Touhou: Lost Word” comes a 1/8th scale figure of Reimu Hakurei!
▲I love her confident smile!
Translucent parts have been utilized for recreating her hair in order to give it a lightweight appearance.
▲Don’t miss the colorful highlights in her hair either!
Turning the figure around, you can see the impressive effect parts that surround her.
Like the effect parts, her Hakurei Shrine Ofuda have been recreated with translucent parts as well.
▲Be sure to take a look from all kinds of angles when you take her home!
The sculpting of her sleeves and skirt that seem to move with her pose are another highlight of the figure!
While the sculpting itself is impressive, it’s the shadowing of her clothes that really gives it a detailed finish.

The sculpting of Reimu’s athletic yet soft physique looks great too! I personally love the sculpting of her stomach!
