Yesterday I switched the bag I’m using for the first time in ages! I switched from a game console pattern to a feather patterns! (Not that I expect anyone can image what they look like with just that description…)
Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look back at 2015, with a summary of the top ranking blog posts for last year!!
2015 had a lot of scale figures, Nendoroids and other standard GSC releases, but it was also the birth of new series and brands as as the Nendoroid Co-de series as well as ORANGE ROUGE!
Let’s see what items attracted the most attention!! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ
★ 1st Place ★
The very first figure in the Touken Ranbu series received more views that any other post on the blog last year! The gentle yet awe-inspiring smile of Nendoroid Mikazuki Munechika… I remember smiling all the time while taking photos of him for the blog as well!! (・∀・)
He also had an epic combat pose and expression…
As well as his relaxing, nonchalant expression…
The ‘uchiko’ part to dust down the sword just made this pose even more enjoyable! His standard pose was amazing, but changing between different poses also allowed for so such fun to be had!!♪

★ 2nd Place ★
Following on from the Nendoroid is none other than his scale figure counterpart! The intricate design of his outfit and the almost glowing effect of the paintwork made for a figure that was really difficult to photograph… but even with my amateur photos he managed to reach the number two position!
I remember the first time I saw the painted prototype and just gaped in awe for awhile as I could hardly believe how amazing he looked… (/ω＼）

I expected nothing less than a figure based on one of Tony’s illustrations! This slightly more mature looking Rin-chan takes the bronze position!! The gentle colors and paintwork that reflects Tony’s style is one thing, but the dynamic pose and feeling of movement around her outfit really all comes together to make an outstanding figure! (●´ω｀●)

There we have it!
The Touken Ranbu boys took up quite a lot of sports, but there were lots of other figures as well making for a nice variety of popular posts!!
I also think last year was a year where many people read their very first Kahotan Blog thanks to the Touken boys! I can hardly believe that I have already written over 500 blog posts now…
Anyway, this year is the Nendoroid 10th Anniversary and Good Smile Company 15th Anniversary!! Let’s make 2016 a year to remember!!
