Nendoroid Kazuki Kazami

I must admit I have no useful survival skills. I need to learn something in case something happens one day! Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Kazuki Kazami!

From the popular anime series ‘The Fruit of Grisaia’ comes a Nendoroid of the reliable, talented elder sister of the main character – Kazuki Kazami! She comes with three expressions based on the original illustrations from the game – this includes her standard calm and composed smile, a more serious glaring expression as well as an embarrassed expression with rosy cheeks.

Optional parts include an arm part in a sling, her mechanical false hand, the kitchen knife she uses as a weapon and even the mysterious soup that fans are sure to remember from the series! Enjoy the mysterious genius by your side in Nendoroid size!

Kazukiiiiiiii!! (´□｀｡)

The elder sister of the main character from ‘The Fruit of Grisaia’, who is also a close friend of the main heroine,  Amane Suou! Kazuki Kazami is joining the Nendoroids! Her long, soft looking hair and red eyes as well as the Takizono Private Academy uniform have all been faithfully included on the Nendoroid!♥︎

I never expected this story to go the way it did!! Make sure you try it!!

Let’s take a look at how she looks from the back!

Her lovely silver hair with the single strand sticking out on the side has been faithfully shrunk into Nendoroid size! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

The hair parts are separated at the back to allow the stand to be connected easily into her back without ruining the hair with a hole!

Plus, she also comes with a right arm and left hand part that allow you to take this classic pose! (σ・∀・)σ

Moving onto her optional parts, her second expression is…

An embarrassed expression! 

Oooooooooooohhh!! (/ω＼)

Made in the image of the line,

“Because, Kazuki… I love you the most.”

The slightly bewildered look on her face makes for a slightly different embarrassed expression to most! The fact that she’s normally such a down-to-earth girl makes it all the more enjoyable!!  Delicious!! 

However… as I’m sure some fans would have noticed! Something rather important is in fact missing from this scene! Her hand should in fact be in a sling!!

The sling is in fact included, but I was saving it for this expression!! 

The Deer Soup Scene!!

As the scene was so popular we had to include parts that allowed you to recreate it as a Nendoroid! Amane’s soup is included along with this sharp, glaring expression!

Even the inside of the soup bowl has been detailed…!

You can clearly see the different ingredients in the soup! From some leafy greens to some meaty-colored bits! (°Д°；≡°Д°；)

There are still more poses I want to combine with the sling though!

A kitchen knife is included!

Yet another really memorable item from the series! The sharp expression here makes her look ready for a fight, and confident she won’t lose to anyone!!

I’m sure many fans will recognise this part!!

It has also been faithfully included with the Nendoroid!! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

The contrast between her metallic arm and soft skin… more importantly, her hand has been completely replaced with a robot arm?! <○><○>

Those of you who have been watching the currently airing anime series would also have seen this now!! Needless to say, she comes with all sorts of fun optional parts to bring back all sorts of memories from the series and create your favorite poses!! ♪

Kongo Bust: Keiondou Ver. & Kongo Bust

I’m a firm believer that tea requires no sugar. However, that is probably just because I eat way too many sweet things all the time, so my body thinks that at the very least my drinks should have less sugar… _:(‘Θ’ 」 ∠):_

From the popular browser game ‘Kantai Collection -KanColle-‘ comes a complete bust of the 1st Kongo-class battleship, Kongo! The bust is an addition to the ‘Wonderful Hobby Selection’ series of top quality figures.The sculpt aims to preserve the original take of Kongo by Masaichiro Usui from the personal dealer group, ‘Keiondou’. It stands approximately 360mm in height with the unique sculptwork capturing all sorts of intricate of details. The complicated hair style and detailed facial expression are also not to be missed.

It’s been awhile since her announcement at WonFes!

The unique and intricate sculpting Masaichiro Usui (Keiondou) has been realized in such an incredible way with these Kongo Busts! The two options available are the Kongo Bust: Keiondou Ver. which features paint and color choices by the sculptor, and the standard Kongo Bust which is painted by the GSC production team!

The sculpts are the same, but the difference that paint and colors can make is very clear!!

The difference in color of the eyes and skin color, along with different shades on the hair… the painting approaches are so very unique, allowing for two very different options to choose from!

The shadows and gloss are both rather different, showing how different one interpretation can be from the next! It’s actually very interesting to compare the two and see exactly what the differences are!

Kongo Bust: Keiondou Ver.

The Keiondou Ver. was painted by Masaichiro Usui himself, making use of colors that best match up with the sculptwork, creating a rather unique product when compared to other anime figures.

Those eyes just drag you in…

Not to mention the amazing gradient work on the long, intricate hair! This version has both sculpt and paintwork done by the sculptor, meaning it really has all of his love poured into it!! This really is hard to call a figure… it’s an absolute work of art!! (/ω＼)

The use of darker colors to depict shadows from the raised areas of her skin is simply amazing, and the gradient paintwork of the hair can be enjoyed no matter what angle you choose to look from!

The slight puckered appearance of her lips also really grabs your attention!! The combination of the size and tightness of the lips really makes them seem… alive!

Her lovely complexion and eyebrows that are actually sculpted on… it actually reminds me a bit of a doll! φ(．． )

Whilst it’s definitely Kongo, it’s also more specifically the Kongo created by Masaichiro Usui!

What I mean to say is that, the girl that Masaichiro Usui created has become Kongo…! Ah, I just can’t put what I want to say into words!! Gah!! (꒦ິ⌑꒦ີ)

Also note the stand that is used to hold the bust up!

A slightly rusted bow of a ship!! (°Д°；≡°Д°；)

The bust stands around 360mm in height, which is rather large! Definitely something you can look upon for many, many years of enjoyment! ♪

Let’s move onto the alternate version!

Kongo Bust

This standard version makes use of Good Smile Company’s tried and tested figure coloring methods, creating a bust with a light, translucent feeling to the paintwork.

This version looks more grown-up!

This is GSC’s first bust in ages, so it has a kind of refreshing feeling for me!
The realistic touches to the paintwork make her skin look so soft and touchable…!

That defenceless collarbone is just calling to be noticed!! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ 

By the way, note the differences on the golden tassel between the two!

The stand is also rather different between the two as well!

The face and expression on this one is a lot more standard of an anime figure! ♪

Not only is she really cute, but her eyes look very determined and confident as well! (´□｀｡)

Nendoroid Mio Honda

The weather keeps jumping from hot to cold and back to hot again… so many people are getting sick! Everyone be sure to take care of your heath when the weather is like this!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Mio Honda!

From the popular anime series ‘THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS’ comes a Nendoroid of Mio Honda wearing her school uniform and hoodie! She comes with three expression parts including her standard cute smiling expression, a playful winking expression as well as a high-spirited smile filled with energy!

The backpack she uses as a school bag is also included allowing you to recreate various scenes from the series. Be sure to display her with the previously announced Nendoroid Rin Shibuya and Nendoroid Uzuki Shimamura to complete the ‘New Generations’ unit!

Chanmio!! (´□｀｡)

The naturally cheerful and energetic idol who sets the mood for the New Generations girls! Mio Honda is joining the Nendoroids!! ☆

She is wearing her lovely pink hoodie over her standard school uniform making for a rather different outfit to the other two New Generations Nendoroids! The smile on her face, short spiky hair and friendly eyes all look lovely minimized into Nendoroid size! Her personality is preserved so nicely!  (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Let’s take a look from the back…

…! Σ(･ω･ﾉ)ﾉ!

Ooh! While Shiburin and Shimamuu came with their school bags, Chanmio uses a backpack for school so that was included! The backpack connects into where the stand would normally connect, and then the stand can be connected into the backpack! Obviously this means that it can also easily be removed!

△ This pose makes her looks really accomplished!
She not only looks really cute, but also ready for anything!

All three of the New Generations girls have joined the Nendoroids!

In August we have the live concert event, and from the 17th July the second season of the anime starts… this Autumn is great for Cinderella Girls fans!

Anyway, let’s get back to the Nendoroid at hand!

 As you may have noticed from the last photo, her second expression is a lovely winking expression! It has both a friendly and a charming touch to it, that really shows off Chanmio’s charms! (*´Д｀)=з

Plus she comes with arm parts to display with holding her hands behind her back!

※ The indented part of the arm is to prevent the arm from getting in the way of the stand.

I’m sure they can be combined with other arm parts for a number of different posing options as well! ☆

Moving onto her third expression…

Yahoooooo!!! (●´ω｀●)

Just look at those pearly white teeth! This is what you call a huge smile!! Just looking at her makes me feel all happy inside as well! There is definitely no better expression for Chanmio than a huge smile! It just suits her too well! ☆

threezero’s CHAPPiE

The above photo was inspired by the poster for the CHAPPiE film, as today I’m going to be taking a look at threezero’s…

CHAPPiE!☆

From ‘CHAPPiE’, the hit movie directed by Neill Blomkamp and scheduled to reach theatres in Japan on the 23rd May comes an action figure of the main character – the artificial intelligence robot, CHAPPiE!

The fully articulated 1/6th scale figure stands approximately 30.5cm in height, with even his fingers individually articulated. The figure features highly detailed sculpt and paintwork that makes use of a weathering effect to makes him look just as he did in the series. His eyes and the right side of his head feature light-up LEDs, and alternate parts are included to change the way his eyes look, giving him a different expression.

Ooooohhh!! ₍₍ (ง ˙ω˙)ว ⁾⁾

From the film currently showing in theatres ‘CHAPPiE’ comes this 1/6th scale action figure of the robot with artificial intelligence that learns to feel, think and grow!

The damaged feeling of the paintwork and LED lighting included in his head parts makes for a really detailed figure that really looks like it jumped right out of the film!

While watching the movie it might have been hard to get a good look at the details on CHAPPiE, but with the figure you can stare in detail for as long as you like! Just look at the details behind his knees, or the parts joining the leg parts together!!  ‹‹＼(´ω` )/›› ‹‹＼( 　´)/›› ‹‹＼( ´ω`)/››

Plus the scarred area on his chest as well as the different colored ear(?) parts have all been faithfully shrunk into figure size! Those who have watched the film must realize just how authentic the figure looks!

△ Even the ‘CRUSH’ sticker is included!

By the way, for those unfamiliar with CHAPPiE!

Here is a quick summary of the story!

In the near future, crime is patrolled by an oppressive mechanized police force. But now, the people are fighting back. When one police droid, Chappie, is stolen and given new programming, he becomes the first robot with the ability to think and feel for himself. As powerful, destructive forces start to see Chappie as a danger to mankind and order, they will stop at nothing to maintain the status quo and ensure that Chappie is the last of his kind.

It’s quite hard to explain, but it’s a robot story with a very distinct and different feel to most in the genre! I definitely recommend going to watch it at the theatre! (´□｀｡)

By the way, the film is directed by Neill Blomkamp, who is also the director for popular films such as ‘District 9’ (2010) and ‘Elysium’ (2013)! If you enjoyed either of those films, you’ll almost certainly enjoy CHAPPiE as well! It’s so enjoyable watching CHAPPiE slowly but surely grow up!

But anyway, let’s get back to the figure!!

△ Once again, these hands belong to threezero’s kadoo!

The figure is a really nice size to play around with – it matches hand size nicely making it nice and easy to play around with! However this is still a prototype so I decided to have threezero’s kadoo come into the offices and take some poses for me to take photos of! Colored prototypes are a lot more fragile than the final products… you need to be really careful when moving them around!

Even so, I asked for all sorts of different poses to be made!
Let’s take a look! (・ω<；）

 

( ･ㅂ･)و  “First off, a gangster pose!”

Oh! I forgot to mention that this development sample has the entire lower body stuck in place! So the gangster pose only features movement on the upper body!

kadoo-san kept changing parts here and there to get a pose! He kind of looked like a rapper at some point as well! (´□｀｡)

( ･ㅂ･)و  “Make him hold the optional parts!”

Here we have CHAPPiE holding the included AKS-74M Rifle!

He somehow looks a lot more robotic once he is equipped with the rifle! (Not that he doesn’t normally look robotic… he’s a robot after all…) Even the gun features weathered paintwork to really bring out the atmosphere of the series! (●´ω｀●)

( ･ㅂ･)و   “Pose him doing a gangster greeting!”

Ooh! A fist bump!

This is how American gangsters greet! (I think!)

I really wanted to do a fist bump pose for some reason, and kadoo-san was kind enough to comply! Obviously I didn’t fist bump hard!! ★

By the way, it is not featured in this review, but CHAPPie comes with interchangeable parts to change the expression of his eyes!! Take a look at the product page to see more epic action poses!

△ CHAPPiE’s movements are so cute!
I want to pose him as human-like as possible! ♪

By the way, CHAPPiE has a rather thin and delicate looking body, but make no mistake – it is very durable and also stands with great stability. Each of the fingers is also articulated for all sorts of different nuances and pose options! ヽ(ﾟ◇ﾟ )ﾉ

The joints in his hips also allow you to change his posture in all sorts of ways, allowing for some very human-like poses! I can’t wait to see all the poses that fans will come up with for him!

It’s your turn to help CHAPPiE grow into a great robot!

threezero’s Michelangelo & Leonardo

I like doughy pizza the most… but sometimes I do get the urge to have some crispy pizza too! Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at threezero’s…

Michelangelo & Leonardo!

From the 2014 ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ movie comes a fully articulated series of figures! The first and second in the series are Leonardo and Michelangelo, both scheduled to release simultaneously. The figures have been very intricately sculpted and painted, creating a very faithful appearance that captures things such as the texture of their skin and shells and even shows some of the damage they have taken in their many battles.

Their facial expressions and equipment have also been carefully made to look exactly as they did in the films. The figures feature over 25 points of articulation and the neck and elbow joints make use of flexible PVC for easy, natural looking poses that still look great. Three sets of hand parts are included.

Cowabunga!! ヽ(ﾟ◇ﾟ )ﾉ

The turtles have been transformed into fully articulated figures with threezero’s unique realistic look shining beautifully!! Due to their popularity, both Michelangelo & Leonardo are going up for a second batch of orders! Just look how alive they look!

The skin is sculpted and painted in such a way that it really looks like it should be wet and glistening! The skin makes use of a soft PVC which has really worked wonders! I can’t help but want to touch their reptilian skin! (/ω＼)

Let’s take a closer look at them one-by-one! (｀・ω・´)ゞ

 

Michelangelo

Michelangelo is the party dude and troublemaker of the team, with his orange mask and nunchaku as his trademark weapon. The figure stands approximately 300mm in height. His nunchaku are of course included as well as his sunglasses and skateboard to recreate all sorts of scenes from the film.

Mikey!!! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

The pizza-loving carefree Mikey looking just as playful as ever!

The jersey tied around his hips is made from real fabric which just adds even more realism to the figure!

His nunchaku and sunglasses are included! ☆

Special hand parts that allow the nunchaku to be held are included, but you can also display them pocketed away like in the photo above! The wrapping around his hands is also made from actual fabric!

That hard shell makes him look ready for anything! (´∀｀)

By the way, the thing wrapped around his left leg is… duct tape!

Duct Tape fixes anything!!

Now let’s take a closer look at his face and expression! Σ(･ω･ﾉ)ﾉ！

I love the way his mouth is open on the one side!!

That grin makes me think he must be thinking about pizza!!

By the way, the mask on his face is made from standard materials, white the back part makes use of fabric! Plus he also comes with his personalized skateboard from the film! (・∀・)

Leonardo 

Leonardo is the leader of the team, with his blue mask and dual-wielded swords as his trademark weapon. His calm and collected appearance has been well preserved in the figure which stands approximately 326mm in height. His swords are of course included to recreate all sorts of scenes from the film.

I’ll be glad to follow a leader like Leo!

His dual blades and their scabbards look great!

The pattern on the back of his shell is also rather different to Mikey’s! Look at the scratches and damage all along various parts of the shell!

Leo’s expression is very fitted for a leader! Just look at this calm, composed and confident face!


It’s perfect…! (/ω＼)

Just like Michelangelo, Leonardo also features outfit parts made from real fabric! The end part of his mask and cloth wrapped around his wrists and legs are all soft to the touch! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)

The designs of the shoes are also completely different between the characters! It’s quite interesting to compare them!

By the way, this should give you an idea of the size… ♪

△ This hand belongs to threezero’s kadoo!

The figures are 1/6th scale, standing approximately 300mm in height! They’re a lot bigger than you might expect!! Those hands are of a grown adult male! (I keep comparing them to my hands which are considerable smaller… (・ω<；))

Leonardo also comes with his two swords, but unfortunately they were not available for my review!
(The swords will be removable from the scabbards on his back!)

Yukikaze: Major Damage Ver.

“H-Hey!! I-I will not sink!!”

Today I’m going to be taking a look at AQUAMARINE’s 

Yukikaze: Major Damage Ver.!☆

From the popular anime series ‘Kantai Collection -KanColle-‘ comes a scale figure of the ‘miraculous’ destroyer, Yukikaze! She has been sculpted based on the major damage illustration that she takes in game after taking a large amount of damage!

The ship parts all over her design have sculpted down with great attention to detail, and eve the smaller details such as the lens of the binoculars are made with translucent parts to faithfully produce a highly detailed figure. The tear in her eye is made using translucent resin for a very faithful rendition of the original illustration. She may be damaged, but she will never lose her determination! Enjoy displaying Yukikaze by your side!

Ooooooohhh!! (´□｀｡)

The so-called ‘miracle ship’ and Kagero-class destroyer #8, Yukikaze is becoming a 1/8th scale thanks to AQUAMARINE! She is posed in the slightly sexy pose that she takes after taking an attack in the game! All the details from the original illustration and more are included on the figure! Yukikaze is known for her innocent look and carefree smile, making this figure a bit of a contrast to her normal appearance! ♡

This is how she looks from the back!

The contrast between the soft skin and the metallic ship parts is always such a pleasure to see! 

The reverse side of her binoculars are also very nicely detailed! Note the eye pieces as well as the leather-like strap around her neck! The ribbon on her chest that you can see blowing about even from the back also gives a nice dynamic feeling to the figure. ♪

Plus as if the ship parts and lovely skin weren’t enough, she also has a lovely sailor suit blowing about in the wind! Let’s take a look from another angle!

Just look at that lovely see-throughness!!

Also note how the wet outfit is sticking onto her skin on the back and her upper arm! This isn’t actually see-through at all… it’s all done by paint and sculpting! It’s amazing what can be done – it looks so real! (/ω＼)

Taking a look from a little lower…

She is pulling down on her skirt in embarrassment…
which only makes the shape of her body stand out more!

Even the reverse side of the cannon and torpedo launcher are also so nicely detailed! It’s these kind of details that make scale figures really stand out from the rest! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

Plus, as I’m sure you’ve already noticed…

They’re even labelled with her name!

Yukikaze has a rather petite build, but when you take a close look she actually has a rather shapely body!

Plus I just love the way the skin is squished by the panties!! You really need to have a look at it for yourself! It is so amazingly sculpted!! (´□｀｡)

Another area I personally love is her calves!

They look so smooth and soft! Perfect for a growing girl like Yukikaze!

The bumps and turns all along the legs are such a pleasure to look at! Plus if he go right back up to the top, you can enjoy her rather unique radar-on-head fashion! This angle also gives a nice look at the creases in her outfit! (・∀・)

She really is a figure that you can enjoy from the top of the head to the tip of the toes! Be sure to add her to your collection!! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Nendoroid Nozomi Tojo

I sometimes believe in horoscopes! There is one magazine that releases a special horoscopes section for each half of the year. I always make sure to buy that!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at this birthday girl!

Nendoroid Nozomi Tojo ♡

From the popular anime series ‘LoveLive!’ comes a Nendoroid of the spiritual girl who takes things at her own pace, Nozomi Tojo! She has been sculpted wearing her outfit used in the song ‘Bokura wa Ima no Naka de’.

Nozomi comes with both a friendly smiling expression as well as a mischievous grin to choose from. Special arm parts are also included to display her ready to use her ‘Washi Washi MAX’ attack! She also comes with tarot card parts to bring out her spiritual side! Be sure to display her with all the other Nendoroid members of μ’s!

Nontaaaaan!!! (´□｀｡)

The third year student at Otonokizaka High School, and member of the μ’s school idol project who always keeps a warm watch over everyone else! Nozomi Tojo is joining the Nendoroids! This also of course means that all nine of the μ’s members have finally all come together in Nendoroid form! ★

Her sweet smile is absolutely adorable, but also note  the details of her outfit! The ribbons and frills on her blouse and skirt are sculpted so intricately!!  (σ・∀・)σ

Plus even as a Nendoroid, her bust is very noticeable! Look how the suspenders are lifted up around them!

The two pigtails are also attached with Nendoroid joints allowing you to easily match them with various poses! I personally love the way her hair is all bunched up at the two tied up areas! 

Anyway, as I mentioned earlier,

Nontan’s arrival means that all nine μ’s members have become Nendoroids!!

It will unfortunately still be a few months until they all arrive in everyone’s collections, but now you have the opportunity to recreate the full ‘Bokura wa Ima no Naka de’ stage in your Nendoroid collection! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

I’m glad all nine of them have been announced without problems!

Anyway, let’s get back onto today’s main topic! ♪

As you may have noticed, the photo at the start of the blog is the same pose from the first season’s opening theme, ‘Bokura wa Ima no Naka de’! Just around the part of the song that goes…

The LoveLive! Nendoroids all allow for many poses seen directly from the opening animation, and they’re all a lot of fun to make! You can just hear the song playng through your head when you see the girls all posed in their dance poses! Be sure to pose your  μ’s members enjoying their stage time once they join your collection!

But really… just look at her lovely smile…!

However!

She also comes with another lovely expression!! ((◎д◎　))ゝ

Her second expression is a rather mischievous grin!

You can tell instantly that she is planning something! The difference between the two expressions is huge and yet both capture Nozomi’s personality nicely! ♡

Plus as you can see in the photo she also comes with an optional part! Similar to Nendoroid Rin Hoshizora’s maracas, Nozomi simply had to include a Tarot Card! She just wouldn’t be her spiritual self without it! The card is an up-facing ‘The Sun’! I guess we can expect a nice bright future! ★ Plus the reverse side has also been faithfully designed!

Brings back memories of the school council room scene in episode two of the first season! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

△ Enjoy posing her holding the Tarot card in all sorts of ways! ♪

As always, let me start off by saying thank you to everyone who sent through photos! There were photos ranging from cute to cool and all of them were filled with their own unique charm and love! I really struggled to select a picture for my header!

However, after much deliberation, I have decided! As those of you watching my Twitter will already know, this was the photo I chose for my header! A big thanks to Mio-san for sending it in!

The theme for my photo is lazing around! I’m so glad to see that male figures are becoming more common!

The two boys are in relax mode!! ♪

Max Factory’s figma series can really be posed in so many different ways! You even managed to capture their personalities in the way they’re lying down!! (・∀・)

My reason for choosing this photo in the end is that it’s not the kind of pose you would see female figures in much, and seen the theme was ‘Male Figures’ I figured it was the most appropriate for the theme! Before Summer gets too hot I want to go lie in the sunlight beside them…!

From the popular anime series ‘PriPara’ comes Nendoroid Co-de figures of Shion Todo wearing her Eternal Punk Co-de and Baby Monster Cyalume Co-de! The cool and composed member of Dressing Pafé who reached the top of the Go world and is now aiming for the top of the Pripara world! Now she is joining the Nendoroid Co-de series!! Her characteristic side ponytail and straightforward, confident eyes have been miniaturized into Nendoroid size perfectly! Not to mention the details on the outfits themselves!! (｀・ω・´)ゞ

A three-layered skirt and the adorable bat-wing hair accessory! The black, white, purple and light blue color scheme is so pleasing to look at! Plus she is placed in one of her most well known poses! ♡

Even in Nendoroid size Shion’s features really stand out and bring out her character nicely! Plus…

Her belly button is sticking out!

The Baby Monster brand has a punky, cool style – which means her belly button can stick out! But the fact that this is the Nendoroid Co-de series also means that it’s not just her belly button that is sticking out! It can be anyone’s!

Ahh!! She’s too cute!!! (/ω＼)

The punky look makes her winking expression look more mischievous!! It suits rather well!


Nendoroid Co-de: Shion Todo – Eternal Punk Co-de

“Let’s Go!”

This outfit doesn’t show as much skin, but it certainly has it’s own charm! ♪

The legs are also wearing tights which is a first for the Co-de series! The heart shapes all over the design are so adorable! The SoLaMi♥SMILE characters were all about the ribbons, making the heart shapes a nice refreshing change! ♪

Look at the way each of the color changes of her skirt is rounded at the bottom! ♥︎

The jacket-style of her top also gives her a more mature feeling compared with the previous outfit! Personally it makes me want to try and pose it together with the Sophie with the mini top hat! Let’s give it a go!

It suits you so well, Sophie-sama!! ヽ(。´ω｀。)ﾉ

The outfit reminds me of those sued in drum and fife bands! ♪ I also think matching everyone up in this outfit would be super cute!

A Quick Nendoroid Co-de Recap!

 

Nendoroid Co-de is a new addition to the Nendoroid series based on the theme of dressing-up characters! The figures have fixed poses and each come with four parts – the head, upper garment, lower garment and shoes. Each of these parts can be swapped between characters allowing for all sorts of possibilities. The more you collect, the more dress-up options become available to you!

Obviously you don’t need to change the outfits completely as above – each Co-de figure is separated into four different parts to mix and match between!

Four parts, four characters with two types each…

That means there is a total of… A LOT of different combinations already!

The colors match up really nicely really creating a lovely ‘coordination’! It’s hard to think it’s not an official outfit! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Anyway! Let me try to come up with a new outfit for Shion instead! I’m only allowed 15 minutes!!

Hamako matched colors, so I decided to match patterns! 

Shion’s skirt stripes match with the stripes on Sophies’ upper part! The sideways glance together with this hand pose also seem to match really well! (｀・ω・´)

Sometimes I get this strange compulsion to eat custard cream! Whenever it comes I run down to the convenience store and stock up on cream puffs and éclairs!

*nom* (○´ㅂ`○) *nom*

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Eclair Martinozzi! ♡

From the anime series DOGDAYS” comes a Nendoroid of Eclair Martinozzi, the leader of the Biscotti Knights Praetorian Guards unit who protect Millhiore.

She comes with three expressions including a cute smiling expression, a more serious combat expression as well as a flustered expression with blushing cheeks. Optional parts include the two short swords she dual wields as well as emblem parts. Enjoy both the cute and confident sides of Eclair from the series!

Eclair!!!! (*´Д｀)

The dual-wielding leader of the Biscotti Knights Praetorian Guards unit who protect Millhiore! Eclair Martinozzi is joining the Nendoroids! The painted figure was on display last month for the first time at the ‘DOG DAYS Special Show – Flonya Fes 2015 -‘! Now she is almost ready for preorders! She looks so awesome holding her two swords with that smile on her face!

The unique colors of her outfit, armored parts on her wrists and belt around her hips are all so detailed! Not to mention those adorable fluffy looking ears! ♥︎

This is how she looks from the back! (σ・∀・)σ

Her soft looking green hair with one strand sticking out at the front! Plus a lovely bushy tail! ε=(｡・д・｡)

The sticking up hair isn’t stuck in place either, so you can twist it into various positions to better match your poses! Anyway, as the leader of the Biscotti Knights Praetorian Guards unit, it only makes sense to display her with the previously released Nendoroid Hime-sama! ☆

Here Ecliar is looking upon Millhi with a gentle smile, but she also comes with two other expression parts! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

“Who the heck are you?! “

Posed as if she had just seen a suspicious figure approaching the Princess!

This is her combat expression!!

The difference between the gentle smiling expression and the confidence and power behind this expression is really lovely! (●´ω｀●)

She also comes with Emblem Arts effect parts!

This way you can choose to pose her fighting with her weapons or with Emblem Arts! Simply pick the variation you think suits her better!

Her third expression is a flustered expression with blushing cheeks!♥︎

Aww!!! She’s just too cute!! 

This allows you to easily recreate various tsundere scenes! How could anybody not think that this kind of embarrassed, flustered expression isn’t cute?!

By the way, her tail can be moved from left to right… which means you can even pose her wagging her tail when she’s happy! ★

△ When Eclair just can’t hide her excitement!

Plus as you have have noticed from the image above, the scabbard on her back can be removed! This allows for more appropriate posing in non-combat scenes! Just look at this cuteness…! 

The planner of this figure was Yassan, who seems to pretty much always end up including embarrassed expressions to his Nendoroid projects! Not that I’m complaining – just look at how cute she came out! Great job, Yassan!!  Another thing about the expression is that it can be used for so many different situations! I’m sure all the fans out there will come up with all sorts of fun situations!! ♡
