Satsuki Kiryuuin: Kamui Junketsu ver.

Nothing more than a big wearing clothes tamed through candy! At the moment I’m really addicted to a certain grape candy! I eat it everyday and still can’t get enough… *nom nom* (๑´ㅂ`๑) *nom nom*

Satsuki Kiryuuin: Kamui Junketsu ver.!

“From the original animation made by Hiroyuki Imaishi and Kazuki Nakashima, ‘KILL la KILL’, comes the very first figure of Satsuki Kiryuuin wearing her Kamui – Junketsu!

The figure captures Satsuki’s powerful ambition and determination as she holds her beloved sword ‘Bakuzan’ ready to strike! A special ruined base is included to match Ryuko’s, so be sure to display the two of them together!”

The second in a set of figures following on from the previously released Ryuko Matoi: Kamui Senketsu Ver. comes a figure of Satsuki Kiryuuin in 1/8th scale! ♪

A powerful gaze capturing her ambition, confident eyebrows and beautiful long black hair!

If you look at her from above, it’s almost as if her hair is being swept around her by her very own fighting spirit! Junketsu’s eyes are also reflecting the light in a rather intimidating way in this photo!

The previously released Ryuko-chan also had a very dynamic look about her, as if ready to jump into combat… however Satsuki-sama has that same feeling while still also keeping a rather relaxed appearance about her.

She looks ready to take on anything that comes her way!

Ooooooohhhh!! (ﾟдﾟ)!! *Needed to be said twice.

KILL la KILL is of course very well known for it’s rather revealing transformed outfits… there is a reason for this of course, but every time Ryuko and Satsuki fought in these transformed forms I couldn’t help but squeal when I saw certain angles. (/ω＼)

Just looking at her here makes me want to run my finger down her back…!

Satsuki-sama has a very built body, but still has feminine charm all over her figure! Just look at her bottom and her hips… they look so soft and touchable!!

The point where her tight knee-highs push her skin also looks lovely!

Plus… Take a look at this angle!

The ever so slight bumps of her stomach look amazing!!

This angle actually captures a lovely selection of features! Her delicious stomach, the shape of her bottom and even a great look at her inner side-boob! Definitely a highly recommended angle!

The lovely sculpting of her abs and the ups and downs of the creases along her legs are also fantastic!

A dynamic figure that pulls out the KILL la KILL universe in figure form!

Nendoroid Ooi

I’m a little unsure about this Sunday’s weather… the weather forecast says there will be no rain, but I think I’ll still make a teru teru bouzu just in case…!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at Nendoroid Kitakami‘s sister ship!

Nendoroid Ooi!

From the popular browser game ‘Kantai Collection -KanColle-‘ comes the sixth Nendoroid to join the series – the heavy torpedo cruiser, Ooi! The numerous torpedo launchers on her legs have all been faithfully included, but alternate parts also allow you to display her in her light cruiser form!

Her type-93 oxygen torpedoes are included together with effect parts for some powerful combat scenes, and she even comes with special hand parts that allow you to display her holding hands with Kitakami! Expressions include a smiling face and an annoyed face for all sorts of different posing options!

Oooooooohhhh!! （*´▽｀*）

Just last week we announced Nendoroid Kitakami for preorder, but it wouldn’t be the same if she didn’t have her sister ship to display by her side! We decided that Nendoroid Ooi would have to follow shortly… so she will be the second KanColle Nendoroid to go up for preorder his month! (｀・ω・´)

You can see all the torpedo launchers attached to her leg from this angle. It’s a little hard to tell from the photos from the front, but once again the ship parts are sculpted in incredible detail! Just like

Kitakami, they also feature double Nendoroid joints which ensure you can easily pose the parts around her long hair without problems! (｀・ω・´)ゞ

(・∀・) "Speaking of the ship parts…!"

We’re joined by Kyojin from the planning team!

(・∀・) "Just like Kitakami-sama, Ooicchi also comes with parts that allow you to display her as a light cruiser instead!"

The mast part as well as the torpedo launchers all change out!
Let’s take a look at the other optional parts too!

(・∀・) "First up are these effect parts!"

Oooh! She is really unloading everything upon the enemy! These effect parts really have an amazing impact… and yet they still look so cute at the same time! (o・ω・o)

(・∀・) "I can just hear her voice playing through mt head… ’20 Oxygen Torpedoes! Launching!’"

The confident gaze in her eyes with this expression is lovely…
But what are her other expressions?!

(・∀・) "Well… let’s move onto the next optional part…"

"These Type-93 oxygen torpedoes are so nice and cold… they’re lovely!"

Ahh! She’s so adorable…! (*´Д`)

(・∀・) "This pose was made to match her famous lines in the game!"

Ooicchi’s lovely smile is almost too bright for me!
This is the smile Kitakami-sama gets to see everyday!

(・∀・) "Speaking of Kitakami-sama… Ooicchi’s arms have been adjusted to work with her too, allowing you to switch arms between the two!"

Which means you can make poses like this one! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

Grabbing both of them will allow for all sorts of poses between the two!♪

We’ve only seen one extra expression for Ooi… does she have another?

(・∀・) "Her other optional expression is rather special!

You can just see the ‘darn it’ in her eyes! ((((；ﾟДﾟ))))

(・∀・) "Many Admirals, myself included, will hear her tongue clicking in our minds!"

The gentle smile has transformed into something rather different! Ooicchi is a character that often speaks whatever comes to her mind creating scenes like this… but I’ll be honest and say I never expected this expression! (；´∀｀)

(・∀・) "You can combine it with the torpedo to create a pose like this!"

I really like this expression…! <●><●>

…( ﾟдﾟ) Ah?!
I just thought of a pose I have to make on Kitakami-sama!

Yay! Kitakami-sama can also hold onto the torpedo!! ♪

Ooi is a lot of fun alone, but it’s definitely a load of fun to display the two torpedo cruisers together! ♡

Laura Bodewig: Bunny Ver.

Let’s start off with a sneak peek…

Net tights have a very strange effect don’t they…? They cover up the whole leg and yet still show enough skin through the gaps for a very sexy appearance! Today I’m going to be taking a look at a figure that shows off just how sexy they are…

Laura Bodewig: Bunny Ver.

From the popular anime series ‘IS (Infinite Stratos)’ comes a figure of the IS representative candidate of Germany, Laura Bodewig! She is posed wearing a sexy black bunny girl outfit – an outfit ideal for the commander of ‘The Black Hare Squad’!

Her expression captures both her confidence and her slightly embarrassed side in a lovely 1/4th scale for fans to enjoy to the fullest! Be sure to display her with the other heroines from the series!

Bunnyyyyyy!!!! （*´▽｀*）♡

The cute Laura is dressed up in a sexy bunny girl outfit – eye-patch and all! ♡

Laura is a rather short character, but that doesn’t mean she can’t be packed with sexiness!! ♫

The way her hips are twisted is simply beautiful! Just look at the curves on her thighs and the little twist in her ankle as well!

As usual, the net tights are made from real fabric, giving a nice realistic feeling to the figure and also adding a little bit more charm! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)
It also of course means they feel lovely to touch!!

Just look at her adorable expression too!


It’s hard to remember how militaristic and confident she normally is when you have this expression in front of you! Even though she is clearly a little embarrassed she still is making the effort to make a rather sexy pose for us!

The size balance of her chest area is also perfect in my opinion! Not too big, but not too small! (*´Д｀)=з

You can even see Schwarzer Regen attached to her thigh in standby mode!

This angle is lovely! ( -ﾉｪ-)

Look at the little gap between her thighs!

She also looks great from the back! Even the belts holding Schwarzer Regen are super detailed from the back!

I think most people won’t be too focused on the belts through… your eyes tend to wander elsewhere! <◯><◯>!!

As if the lovely round, soft-looking bottom wasn’t enough, the sexy shine of the outfit is also stunning! By the way, if you search for ‘FREEing’ and ‘Bunny’ on the GSC Site… look how many others come up!

These results don’t even include Laura! She is the newest addition to the collection! It’s quite impressive to see just how long the series has going on for… (｀・ω・´)

Including Laura, there are now 27 different bunny girls!

Each of them captures the character so nicely as well…
I wish I could see them all lined up together!

Heading back to Laura… she of course has lovely shiny bunny ears, but also note the fluffy-looking circular tail as well!


It’s one of those figures that can give you endless fun to run your finger along all the different bumps and curves! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Nendoroid Kitakami

Recently I’ve really been in the mood to travel! I’ve only ever been to the Kyushu region once before, so I’m thinking that would be the best for me! I’d love to explore around there!

The figure we’re looking at today was born in the city of Sasebo in Kyushu!

Nendoroid Kitakami!!

From the popular browser game ‘Kantai Collection -KanColle-‘ comes the fifth Nendoroid to join the series – the heavy torpedo cruiser, Kitakami! You can pose her with her lighter armaments, or instead in the heavy ‘Super Kitakami-sama’ mode!

Alternate face parts include a smiling expression and a glaring expression, and she also comes with a bollard which she can stand upon, as well as a flower which she can water!

Kitakami-sama!!!! （*´▽｀*）

We first showed off her unpainted prototype quite some time ago… but now she’s finally ready to go up for preorders now! ♡

Equipped with 20 type-93 oxygenated torpedoes on each side of her for a total of 40! She’s been shrunk into adorable Nendoroid form while still staying nice and faithful to the original character design! (｡･ω･)ﾉﾞ

Let’s take a look at how she looks from the back! ♪

Her long braided hair looks lovely! The connection point between Kitakami herself and the ship parts on her back are actually fitted with a double Nendoroid joint! I’m pretty sure that’s a first!

This means you can change the vertical and horizontal positioning of the ship parts on her back to match whatever pose you need to! (o・ω・o)

But wait… the ship parts have changed!!!

Kitakami-sama comes with alternate ship parts allowing you to transform her between Super Kitakami-sama and the light cruiser Kitakami-sama!

Certain parts such as her long sleeves don’t change – so it’s not a complete transformation, but the alternate mast and torpedo tubes allow you to pose a slightly less super Kitakami-sama! ♪

(・∀・) “Speaking of the ship parts…”

We’re joined by the figure’s planner, Kyojin!!

(・∀・) “Take a look at the color of the parts…”

Hmmm… a grey with a slightly bluish tint!

But hold on…. wasn’t it more of a yellow tint on the original illustration…? It seems rather different…? ((((；ﾟДﾟ))))

(・∀・) “Indeed! The colors are actually made to match closely with the actual Kitakami ship!”

W-What?!

(・∀・) “The color varies depending on your armaments in the game, so we decided to base the color on the actual real life Kitakami ship built at the Sasebo Naval Arsenal!”

I see!! Let’s carry on with the review with a look at some of the optional parts!

First up we have… a flower?! (ﾟＡﾟ;)

(・∀・) “One of her armaments can become a watering can, and this gives her something to water!”

Aww!! She’s so cute!! ♥ (*´Д`)

The expressionless face above certainly suits her personality, but this smiling face is simply adorable! ♪

(・∀・) “Next up are some effect parts!”

Oooohh!! ( ﾟдﾟ)

Firing all the torpedoes off her arms and legs! A very impressive sight as you’d expect from Super Kitakami-sama! (´□｀｡)

(・∀・) “You can pose her in serious combat scenes, or instead make use of this glaring expression for more comical scenes!”

Aww!! She’s so cute!! ♥ (*´Д`) * #2

The contrast between the powerful attack and this silly expression is priceless! It brings across the nonchalant side of Kitakami beautifully! ☆

(・∀・) “Plus! You can also display her standing on the bollard looking out to sea!”

Oooh… I didn’t even know these were called bollards!! I had to look up what it meant when I first read the product description…(；´∀｀)

She really looks so very lovely gazing out over the ocean! ♡

(・∀・) “Have you noticed anything different about her expression?”

Hmm?
Ah! She’s facing directly ahead!!

The first few photos today all had a sideways glance! But that means that she comes with four different expressions?!ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

(・∀・) “It’s not a huge difference, but it definitely can help to have her facing forward for certain poses!”

I still absolutely adore her gentle smiling face! （*´▽｀*）

This is the third Nendoroid made based off characters illustrated by Shibafu, and they’ve all come out looking so nice! I’m also looking forward to an Ooicchi! Nendoroid soon! ♪

I believe we’ll be getting the normal Good Smile Online Bonus too? (｀・ω・´)

(・∀・) “Yep! Just like the previous KanColle Nendoroids she will come with a special sleeve and base if you preorder from the GSC Online Shop!”

The sleeve hasn’t been finished yet, but we will get it up for everyone to see shortly! Nendoroid Kitakami’s base will also be an 8cm x 8cm base – slightly larger than most Nendoroids! The bonus base will also be this size as well as feature the wavy design of the previous characters in the series! ( -ﾉｪ-)

The Ciel Alencon Preorder Events (Osaka & Nagoya)!

Whenever I ride on a bullet train I always feel super sleepy throughout the entire ride… I just…. can’t… resist… ・(。-ω-)zzz. . . (。ﾟωﾟ) Ah?!

Anyway, today I’ll be taking a look at the events I took part in over the weekend!

7th June 2014: animate Nagoya
Over the weekend I took part in two events – one in Nagoya on Saturday and another in Osaka on Sunday! The events were a special campaign for the 1/8th scale Ciel Alencon figure!

The previous day had been heavy rain and my train had been suspended… which meant I needed to transfer between a standard rail and the bullet train in a very stressful two minutes, but I managed to succeed and arrived safely in Nagoya for the event! (； ･`ω･´)

Just Before Opening Time at animate Nagoya

By the time I had arrived on the scene, the Nendoroids and figma were already out in the showcases!

（´-`）.｡oO（ Eh? So you didn’t help out with the setup at all?)

It may seem that way, but I was in fact left with a very important task! I had spent the previous day with Noguchi-sensei from the production team, carefully learning how to put the Ciel Alencon figure together for the event! (｀・ω・´)

Unlike Nendoroids and figmas scale figures aren’t normally separable into many parts, but the prototype is often make in various parts making it easier to work on and transport. There is a special order to putting them together, and some of the parts are really small and intricate so it was a rather delicate process.

Even though I’m well known for my clumsiness, Noguchi-sensei’s excellent lessons allowed me to successfully put her together at both of the events last weekend!

By the way, Noguchi-sensei was the painter for the figure! (o・ω・o)

At both events we also had a number of other figures on display including figma Iron Man Mark VII, figma Captain America, Nendoroid Nadeko Sengoku, Nendoroid Levi and Nendoroid Nagisa Momoe!!

It was raining at the start in Nagoya, but after a little while it cleared up for some rather nice weather! Normally the Kantou area is headed into the major rainy season around now, but we were blessed with quite nice weather on both days! ♪

We headed to Osaka on the 8th!

A store along one of the busy roads along the Nipponbashi-Suji shopping street! As I mentioned, the weather was lovely! (*´Д｀)=з

8th June 2014: Volks Osaka Showroom

The showcases were placed out of the sunlight by the entrance ensuring they didn’t get any sun damage! ♡

Although… the bright sunny day made the showcases rather dazzling as they reflected the light…!

Lots of people stopped by and took a look at the figures out on display – it really made me all happy inside!! (´；ω；｀)

This lovely smiling Nendoroid was also on display!

Another figure from GOD EATER 2 following on from Nendoroid Alisa Ilyinichna Omela and Ciel Alencon! – Nendoroid Nana Kouzuki!

If everything goes according to schedule she should be up for preorder later this month! ( -ﾉｪ-)

We were also running another little campaign on the side at these events! Those who showed they were following me on Twitter got a free badge!!

I was happy to give out the badges to my followers! Thank you all so much! (Thanks to Murakami for handing them out while I was away for lunch!)

I must admit that I was quite worried when we started that we would end up hardly giving away any badges at all… my position in the company would be in danger…!

But both fans from Nagoya and Osaka came by and grabbed them! Thanks for the support everyone!! I saw people placing them on bags, shirts and more throughout the event!

A big thanks to everyone who came to the event, to everyone who grabbed a badge and everyone who preordered Ciel! Not to mention those who talked to me even through my awkward personalty!

Nendoroid Nadeko Sengoku

Hello everyone! Long time no see! My name is Shuutarou “Chan Shuu” Hirase (@gsc_hirase) from GSC’s planning team!

Kahotan (@gsc_kahotan) was away in Nagoya and Osaka over the weekend for the Ciel preorder events and thus I was tasked to take over the blog for today!

I’m going to be taking a look at…

Nendoroid Nadeko Sengoku!!

She is almost ready to ship out to everyone now, and I managed to get my hands on a sample to take a look at! This is how the blister pack looks! ↓↓

She comes with a variety of different arm parts as well as some sitting parts allowing for a number of different poses! Let me introduce a couple of them to you right now! (｀・ω・´)

This is the classic Nadeko as she appeared in the first season of the Monogatari series, ‘Nadeko Snake’!

She is wearing her adorable casual outfit!

Her huge hat as well as the jacket she wears around her shoulders can both be removed! I’ll show you how that looks a little later!

Sitting Parts and a Chisel!

This allows you to pose Nadeko-chan just as she looked during this scene in the series! The sitting parts are adorable!

Smiling Expression + Hands Behind Back!

You can also pose her in a much more playful, innocent pose like this!

The arm from the base is made slightly thinner than normal making sure it doesn’t get in the way of for poses like this!

Right! Let’s see how she looks without the hat and jacket!

The parts are not connected by any specific joint or anything, they’re held in place by the shape of the sculpt – meaning you can attach and remove them with ease and have her looking perfectly natural without them!

She also comes with the lovely embarrassed expression you can see here – she can even be posed as if twiddling her fingers too!

She also comes with a folded up swimsuit! The swimsuit!!

After ‘Nadeko Snake’ has come to an end, Nadeko returns this swimsuit to Araragi… making for a very memorable scene that is lovely to see in Nendoroid size! I always loved the shout of victory at the end of that scene!

Without the hat you get a nice close look at her expressions! The left is the standard face, which actually has slightly worried looking eyebrows!

Nendoroid Nadeko Sengoku is planned to ship out from GSC next week!

Nendoroid Koyomi Araragi

I never had any siblings, but I’ve often dreamed about having the perfect big brother by my side! Today I’m going to take a look at one ideal candidates for such a brother…! (/ω・＼)

Nendoroid Koyomi Araragi!

From the popular anime series ‘Bakemonogatari’ comes a Nendoroid of Koyomi Araragi! He comes with three expressions including his standard disinterested face, a grinning face that looks ready for some mischief and a frightened face that fans are sure to remember from the series!

Optional parts include his school bag as well as various different sticking-up hair parts, as his hair would often show his emotions! The sword he borrowed from Shinobu ‘Kokorowatari’ and a special base made to look like a road are also both included, allowing for all sorts of situations from the series!

Oooohhh!!! （*´▽｀*） Araragi-kuuun!!

The main character who also provides comic relief and silly lines throughout the series is finally joining the Nendoroids! ♪

He is wearing his Naoetsu Private High School uniform sculpted in lovely detail, and his hair also looks great in Nendoroid size – it even covers his left eye!

I love the way you can see him peeking out between the hair! ♡

His sidelong glance has captured my heart! (。｀・ω・´。)

Optional parts include the school bag you can see him holding here, as well as a rectangular base made to look like a road! The characters are often seen walking to school along a road in the series, and this allows you to display them doing so even in Nendoroid form! Just place your heroine of choice beside him! ♪

“Hey, Araragi-senpai! Fancy meeting you here!”

For example, you can display him with the previously released Nendoroid Suruga Kanbaru as they bump into each other on the way to school! ♡

As you can see, he comes with mischievous expression, ideal for displaying him with Mayoi-chan! The way the nose is done is so unique… A very rare expression for a Nendoroid! (ﾟＡﾟ;)

(・∀・) “He also comes with two different front hair parts!”

We’re joined by the figure’s planner… Chanshuu-senpai!!

(・∀・) “Araragi has such fun expressions that we wanted to give everyone the option to see his full expression as well, so a version with his hair not covering his face is also included!”

I love the hair covering his eyes, but I’m glad we have the choice to see his full expressions as well! I also see the sticking up hair on his head has a mind of its own just like in the series! ♡


(*´Д`) “Yep! It goes all read and swells up like this!”

（´-`）.｡oO（ Chanshuu-senpai is suddenly breathing rather heavily…）

(・∀・) “There are really an endless number of uses for this expression, but most of all it can be used to make some fun poses with the heroines!”
　　　　
I believe he has one other expression as well…? ((o(´∀｀)o))

(・∀・) “Yep! He also comes with a frightened expression!”

Yay! Gahara-san!!! ヽ(*・ω・)人(・ω・*)ノ

(・∀・) “Yep! You can recreate this famous scene with Senjougahara!”

The expressions are all so lovely… but this one really brings his character out for me! Even his teeth are perfect! ♪

I love it!!! ♡

(・∀・) “A special jagged piece of hair is also included to match the expression!”

I can’t wait to display him in all sorts of fun ways with the Bakemonogatari girls! I also want to see him together with Nendoroid Shinobu Oshino! ★

(・∀・) “Ah, speaking of Shinobu…”

Is this sword what I think it is?!

(・∀・) “‘The Kokorowatari sword is also included with Araragi-kun!”

Oooohhh!!!

Ciel Alencon: A Closer Look!

＼ Now Up For Preorder! ／

Today I’m going to be continuing on from yesterday’s blog with a closer look at…

The 1/8th Scale:
Ciel Alencon!!

From the popular action game ‘GOD EATER 2’ comes a 1/8th scale figure of Ciel Alencon! She is posed with her powerful God Arc weapon in ‘Predator Form’, ready to combat the Aragami with a confident expression on her face.

A ‘Blade Form’ version of the weapon is also included, allowing you to choose which you prefer. Careful attention has also been given to Ciel’s unique outfit – from the frills on her skirt to the intricate details on her boots! A figure filled with highlights for fans to enjoy!

She’s finally up for preorder!!


Yesterday I took a brief look at her from eight different angles, but today I’ll be taking a look in a bit more detail! (｀・ω・´)

– Ciel –

The first thing I want to show is a rather unusual angle – A look from the side!

Just look at the lovely little frills on her blouse…! (ﾟＡﾟ;)

The puff sleeves look so realistic as well… I actually expected them to feel soft when I saw them at first! The muscles in her neck you can see from this angle are also lovely!

Also take note of the creases in her outfit!

You can picture the shape of the body beneath the clothes perfectly!

Her skirt filled with frills, the tight corset which brings out her body’s shape beautifully and the delicate white blouse all come together so nicely, while still giving such all sorts of variation! ♪

Not to mention the thighs you can see below her fluttering skirt! Delicious!! The detail on her shoes is also stunning!

Her upper body doesn’t reveal too much, making the areas that do show some skin stand out more! Just look at her neck and the small opening on her back!

The holsters strapped around her back are also so intricate!

Her gaze from this angle is simply breathtaking!

Those eyes are filled with such confidence and composure! (｀・ω・´)

But there is more to Ciel than just the character… her weapon is pretty much another complete figure!

– God Arc –

(・∀・) “We really did our best to recreate the ‘living’ appearance of the God Arc!

We’re joined by the figure’s planner, Otanaka-shi!

(・∀・) “For those unfamiliar with the series… a God Arc is an weapon infused with Oracle Cells making it an Aragami itself! A living, bionic weapon of sorts! We worked really closely with the game’s publisher to ensure it came out looking perfectly in figure form!”

The detail on Ciel herself was impeccable, but the minuscule detail on the God Arc is almost unbelievable! It looks like it should be pulsing with life…

The strange combination of the mechanical weapon and the organic Aragami parts also makes for some lovely contrast…. along with making the weapon even more disturbing!

Take a look at red area inside the top of the ‘mouth’…!

It genuinely looks all wet and slippery!!

I really thought that Ciel’s confident look was incredible… but the sinister look of the God Arc might be even more so!! (； ･`ω･´)

(・∀・) “The point where all the tentacle bits meet make for the most organic looking parts, making it even easier to compare to the mechanical parts to get that amazing contrast!”

I think looking from the bottom is also a great way of getting a good feel for the contrast…!

Just look at the way the tentacle-like things are crawling around the metallic semi-circle part! It actually makes me picture it moving further along giving a rather creepy feeling!

Whilst the mechanical and organic contrast is one thing, you also have to contrast the clean and composed Ciel with her horrific, untamed looking weapon! (/ω＼)



All in all, the combination of the two is simply a work of art!

(・∀・) “Ciel goes without saying, but this time around we wanted to bring out the GOD EATER universe and thought that including the God Arc in all it’s detail would be the best way to do that! The base of course also helps pull you into the universe of the game… to be honest I really think we put too much work into this figure! But with the sculptor and publisher working so hard, we simply didn’t want to cut any corners! We hope that she’ll be picked up and enjoyed by fans all over!”

By the way!

All of my photos have had the God Arc in Predator Form…. but she also comes with an alternate version in Blade Form, which makes the figure look a lot less threatening! Simply pick which you prefer!

Her ‘God Arc’ weapon with its unique organic look and impressive volume is sculpted amazingly, and her outfit and accessories are a perfect rendition of the original design!

Not to mention the amazing sculpt and paintwork on the ruined base!

She’s absolutely perfect for fans of the series, but I’d be happy to recommend this one to figure fans as well – even if you don’t know the character she is a treat for the eyes!

Yayoi Takatsuki

“When will the miracle come? No point in waiting! ♪”

“Just get up on your feet and Hop, Step, Jump! ♪”

Hello everyone, Kahotan here! (@gsc_kahotan)

I remember listening to this IDOLM@STER song, ‘KIRAMEKIRARI’ all the time when I had just started university. I was still getting used to living alone and it always got my spirits up!

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at Phat! Company’s…

1/8th Scale Figure:

Yayoi Takatsuki! ♪


From the anime series ‘IDOLM@STER’ comes a 1/8th scale figure of the idol who always does her best to help her family – Yayoi Takatsuki!

The pose is based on the illustration by director Atsushi Nishigori seen on the 3rd volume of the Blu-ray & DVD jacket for the anime series! Yayoi is posed with her arms outstretched with a bright smile on her face, ready to cheer up anyone who looks her way!

She’s adorable!!! （*´▽｀*）♡

The cute, fun-loving Yayoi is on my desk with a lovely smile!

She is in a very characteristic pose that brings out her energetic personality, with her arms outstretched behind her and a huge smile on her face!

This is how she looks from the side!

I wish I could run up and hug her!!

Even her hands are opened out behind her – each of her fingers look lovely! Her slim legs also look great, and ready for some amazing dances! Her innocent, happy-go-lucky personality is captured beautifully! (｀・ω・´)

Personally I love the way her socks are all piled up at the bottom!

(・∀・) “It’s not only her body that captures her happy and energetic side!”

We’re joined by the figure’s planner, Takamatsu-shi from Phat! Company!

(・∀・) “She also has an wonderful expression that will bring a smile to anyone who looks her!”

Just imagine her running into your arms with this smile! (*´Д｀)

Plus just look at the detail that has gone into her sculpt and paintwork! Each of the badges on her outfit are all faithfully included, and even her frog purse ‘Berochoro’ is included! ♪

Not to mention the careful creases on her clothes, and the collarbone you can just see above them!

(・∀・) “The jacket illustration really had a lovely, fun-filled feeling to it, and we wanted to ensure that feeling was preserved in the figure form! Plus just like Hibiki and Iori before her, Yayoi’s hair has also been very intricately done! Her curling twin-tails as well as the back of the hair came out looking great!”

The curling of the hair really has been done perfectly… (ﾟＡﾟ;)

The pose is energetic and detailed… while the figure itself is filled with variety and colors! It’s so much fun to look at! ε=(｡・д・｡)

Let me take a second to introduce my personal favorite point on the figure…!\

Behind the knees!

Her pale, mostly flat legs show off her youth and make the back of her knees stand out! Definitely a point I’d recommend to anyone!

Although the front of the knees are certainly not to be missed either!

(・∀・) “Even the bottom of her shoes are rather detailed!”

Oooh! You can see the soles of her shoes!

As expected of Takamatsu-shi! The shoes are always a sight to behold!

I see the base this time around is a clear orange…?

(・∀・) “This base is just temporary! The final base will be similar to Hibiki’s, with the IDOLM@STER logo included. We’ll definitely make sure it fits in nicely with the previously released characters!

I look forward to future characters in the series too!! ((o(´∀｀)o))
