1/10th Scale Ultimate Madoka

I’ve been wondering about this for awhile now… (=ﾟωﾟ=) Where did this Ulti-Madoka come from?! She’s listed on both the Hobby Japan website and the Good Smile Website… and according to both she’s going to be included as an extra to a magazine!! I know that magazines often come with Nendoroid Petites or even Nendoroids……
