Hello everyone! Mocchi here from the Good Smile Company Planning Team!
Today I’ll be taking a look at Nendoroid Hikaru Shindo and Nendoroid Fujiwara -no-Sai from “Hikaru no Go”, which is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the original anime broadcast this year!
The two of them are here in Nendroid form just in time for the anniversary!
Hikaru’s unique hairstyle, oversized clothing and sneakers have been perfectly recreated.
He comes with two face plates including a standard face and an energetic smiling face.
He also comes with an annoyed face that looks great when posing him with Fujiwara-no-Sai!
As you can see, Sai comes with an adorable teary-eyed face!
Sai also comes with a closed fan part seen earlier in the blog along with an open fan part. Enjoy combining it with his various hand parts to make a bunch of different poses!
You can also change up his expression a bit by hiding his mouth with the fan part!
Hikaru comes with an ever-important item for recreating scenes from the series… A Go set!
A Go stone, Go board, floor cushion and sitting lower-body part are included. Enjoy posing Hikaru on his own or with Sai!
The Go board also includes a special scene for creating a certain scene… The Divine Move!
The stone is emitting some sort of light!? What kind of manufacturing magic is done to achieve this!?
As you can see above, two top parts for the Go board are included. One has a small hole where a Milight 316B (sold separately by Hiromi Sangyo) can be installed in order to create the Divine Move in Nendoroid form!
Hikaru and Sai will be available for preorder from the same time! be sure to pose them together and create tons of scenes!
