The Bakemonogatari Premium Item Box!
It’s already been announced on the official ‘Kodansha BOX’ site, but in case you haven’t seen yet… GSC is a part of this wonderful product!
This is something that all Bakemonogatari fans can look forward to! (*゜∀゜)=3
But if GSC is involved, that must mean there are figures involved… right?
What exactly is to be included in this ‘Premium Item BOX’?!
We’ll find out in just a second… but let’s first take a look at today’s prototype!

Nendoroid Hitagi Senjougahara!

The ‘Bakemonogatari Premium Item Box’ is filled with goodies that all Bakemonogatari fans will love, including the long-awaited Nendoroid of Hitagi Senjougahara! She comes complete with various items of stationery to hold, as well as optional parts allowing you display her with a pony-tail!
The Nendoroid also allows you to display her in the popular key visual pose with stationary falling from her skirt – the same pose used for the 1/8th scale Hitagi Senjougahara. Plus you can also place her in a pose based on one of Akio Watanabe’s popular illustrations. The July issue of Monthly Hobby Japan features this Nendoroid, so be sure to take a look! |

A short story by Nisio Isin?!
Based on that title… it seems like a story that might involve figures! There is no way I can miss out on this now!! Not to mention that the Senjougahara Nendoroid is included as well! I can see why this is called the ‘Premium BOX’!! (((ﾟДﾟ)))
This is how she looks from the back!
Good Smile has released a number of scale figures and Nendo Petites from Bakemonogatari in the past… but now there is a full-sized Nendoroid as well!! Just look at the lovely color of her beautiful, long hair!!
“Is the right side feeling left out?”
Recreate the amazing scene from the first episode of the anime, where Senjougahara stops Ararararagi-kun from talking! Nendo Senjougahara comes complete with a craft-knife for her right hand and a stapler for her left! The amount of detail and quality on the Nendoroid-sized stationary is unbelievable!
She comes with a standard expression and a cunning smile!
This is the ‘cunning smile’ expression! Definitely an expression that suits Senjougahara perfectly! Nice choice design team!! The expression has a bit of a cute side to it as well – cute and cunning are just what Senjougahara needs!
She also comes with bent arms for both her left and right arms, and there is even a joint included underneath her puff-sleeves! This means you to alter the angle her arms are bent at, allowing for even more posing options! Little things like this are always so nice to see! (・∀・)
Switch over to a pony-tail!
By swapping out her back hair parts, you can display Senjougahara with a cute pony-tail tied up by a white scrunchie!! Generally she only tied up her hair like this when she was in her casual clothes, but it’s cute so that doesn’t’ matter! When you think about it… having her wearing her school uniform with a pony-tail is actually a rather rare thing to see!
Being able to switch to the hairstyle you prefer is such a wonderful thing! Yet another great part of the figure world!
Akio Watanabe’s illustration!
The Bakemonogatari Premium Item Box includes goodies illustrated by VOFAN, Akio Watanabe and Hajime Ueda! But that’s not all… you can also pose Nendoroid Senjougahara in this famous pose illustrated by Akio Watanabe! ヽ(ﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾉ
…and here is that very pose!
Posed holding a craft-knife and stapler as she gently hops through the air! Seeing the illustration shrunk down to Nendoroid size like this is amazing! This collection of goodies really deserves the ‘Premium Box’ name!! (`・ω・´)
I’m sure fans of the series can’t help but crack a little smile when they see how much effort has been put into this Nendoroid!

It’s here!! The same pose as the 1/8th scale figure!!
This simply had to be included!! (*´∀`)
She even comes with special hand parts to display her holding up the alternate skirt parts! Then you just need to place the stationary parts into the stand and it looks just like they’re falling from her skirt – a perfect Nendoroid rendition of the famous scene! For those of you who have the 1/8th scale version, I’m certain they’ll look amazing displayed next to each other!
