Thank you for your continued support of Good Smile Company products!<\/p>\n

We have already sent a mail out to everyone who purchased Nendoroid Snow Miku: Fluffy Coat Ver. regarding the defects that occurred in production. Along with all the delays that occurred, there were still defects to come through, and I wish to apologize for all the problems this product has caused to our customers.<\/p>\n

As mentioned on the GSC site, we will be taking the following actions to help remedy this problem.<\/p>\n

– Defects on the mike stand, shovel parts, twintail joints and hair ribbon –<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

At the end of September, a mike stand\/shovel part set<\/span>, two twintail joints<\/span> and a hair ribbon<\/span> will be sent to everyone who ordered this product from the GSC Online Shop.<\/span><\/p>\n

These will be sent to everyone who ordered Miku, whether you experienced defects or not. We will send you an email to inform you as soon as these replacements are sent.
