Yay, he actually took the pose!<\/span><\/p>\n

Shuu-chan from the planning team was kind enough to take the attack charging pose from Monster Hunter for us! You can’t really see his expression in this photo, but even that is a very convincing rendition of the game! :P<\/p>\n

In the background we also have the cafe team watching with a smile! I love Good Smile just because of all the things like this!!

\nMale Swordsman – Lagia X Edition!<\/span><\/p>\n

From the Nintendo 3DS game ‘Monter Hunter 3G’ comes a Nendoroid of the male swordsman wearing the G-class ‘Lagia X Series’ armor set, made using items from the Sea Wyvern Lagiacrus.<\/p>\n

The Nendoroid features an amazing 23 different joints for all sorts of different poses! The figure has also been given a very solid finish to recreate the defensive feeling of the armor!<\/p>\n

The great-sword he wields is the Thunder Blade Lagiacrus!<\/strong><\/span>
\nBecause he is a part of the fully posable ‘Edition’ series of Nendoroids, you can strike some really cool poses with his sword! Let’s play around a bit! (`\uff65\u03c9\uff65\u00b4)

The little tail-like thing sticking out the back of his helm looks lovely! It’s also fitted with a ball joint so you can move it around!<\/p>\n

As a quick side-note, I’d like to let everyone know the GSC is full of Monster Hunter lovers! I was quite addicted to it myself at one stage…

He had best watch out though, as the fierce Rathalos is behind him! This is one of Shuu-chan’s own personal models, which is a part of Capcom’s ‘Capcom Figure Builder: Creator’s Model’ series.<\/p>\n

Rathalos always just flew away whenever I tried to get him…

I’m actually using double-sided tape to hold the sword onto the stand here, it doesn’t actually connect on like this. ^^; When you look through his helmet you can see he has some lovely clear eyes!!

This was the monster that had to be defeated for our warrior to make all this lovely armor! Lagiacrus is generally found underwater, and I was not really used to underwater combat when I fought him so it took me quite awhile…

This little extra is actually my own personal little part and isn’t included with the figure, but it seemed to suit the Nendoroid so well I had to take a picture! It does look a bit odd that he has such a straight expression while sitting on an invisible chair though. :P
