I find it pretty mysterious how they manage to even move&#8230; :P<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><strong><br \/>\nBut I can still tell how detailed the sculpting is!<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>I had some discussions with the rest of the staff, so at least I have learned something from writing this review! :P<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/en\/imgs\/9\/7\/97fc801a.jpg\" alt=\"001\" width=\"515\" height=\"661\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:x-large;\">These are the designs for the Cuirassier!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s based on the series of motorbikes called the &#8216;YAMAHA V-MAX&#8217; &#8211; the\u00a0Cuirassier is basically a special version of the V-MAX designed especially for Saber! The design was created by Namaniku Attakai, a character designer from Nitroplus!<\/p>\n<table width=\"510\" border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"12\" bgcolor=\"#ffe6e6\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"color:#333333;font-size:x-small;\"><span style=\"color:#000000;\"><strong>I designed the front bender to be more pointed and give a more curvy image. The cowling was based a little off Saber&#8217;s cuirass. The design also tried to create a very &#8216;heavy&#8217; kind of feeling, just like the normal armor they Saber normally wears. However, we also still tried to keep it under a simple-is-best design, and not make it look too over the top, or unrealistic. The overall image gives it a kinf of shark-like appeal, which combined with the original V-MAX design makes for something that works together very well in my opinion, and I hope you&#8217;ll all agree. &#8211; Namaniku Attakai (Nitroplus)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/span><strong><\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/en\/imgs\/7\/0\/7036d56e.jpg\" alt=\"008\" width=\"515\" height=\"433\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><strong>This figure was created&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size:large;\">From just the three design images above!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s amazing just how perfectly it came out! The sculptor Kawapon and the planner, Oda-P were busy with the smallest of changes and meetings all the time in order to create the perfect looking bike!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/en\/imgs\/e\/8\/e830d57d.jpg\" alt=\"011\" width=\"515\" height=\"672\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:x-large;\">Let&#8217;s start with the engine!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Let me first remind you that this is a 1\/8th scale figure! Obviously the smaller things are the harder they become to sculpt. Often on 1\/8th scale figures certain very detailed parts can be simplified or left out &#8211; but in this case you don&#8217;t get that impression at all! It looks so very detailed!!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/en\/imgs\/9\/3\/932e5f69.jpg\" alt=\"017\" width=\"515\" height=\"633\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:x-large;\">It&#8217;s like a real bike was just shrunk down!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Even to someone like me that knows nothing about bikes, this area really impresses me!! It&#8217;s a bit of a strange analogy, but it reminds me how people write names on a grain of rice &#8211; that&#8217;s just how finely detailed this looks to me! It&#8217;s amazing to see just what the GSC sculptors are capable of!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/en\/imgs\/b\/5\/b5bab336.jpg\" alt=\"012\" width=\"515\" height=\"607\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:x-large;\">You can even see the screws and bolts!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On the real figure these are easily around a millimeter in size! If you compare this picture to the one above, you&#8217;ll notice that the two sides of the bike are in fact very different!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><strong>Even the engine is completely different on either side!<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sure a lot have already scrolled back up to confirm, but if you scroll up and down between the two pictures you can really see the differences in shape<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/en\/imgs\/a\/a\/aadf9e46.jpg\" alt=\"010]\" width=\"515\" height=\"531\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:x-large;\">The grated area looks incredible!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This is an area near the very bottom of the bike! It&#8217;s not an area you&#8217;re likely to see very often no matter how you display the figure, but even so it looks absolutely incredible&#8230; I almost want to shout at those who made it for making ti too detailed in unnecessary places!!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/en\/imgs\/4\/8\/48a153df.jpg\" alt=\"013\" width=\"515\" height=\"690\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:x-large;\">The tires really look like real rubber!<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"line-height:14px;\">\u3000\u3000\u3000 \u3000\u3000\u3000\uff3f\uff3f\uff3f_<br \/>\n\u3000\u3000 \u3000\uff0f::::::\u2500\u4e09\u4e09\u2500\uff3c<br \/>\n\u3000\u3000\uff0f:::::::: \uff08 \u25cb\uff09\u4e09\uff08\u25cb\uff09\uff3c\u3000\u3000&#8221;H-How??<br \/>\n\u3000\u3000|:::::::::::\uff08__\u4eba__\uff09:::|\u3000\u3000\u3000 Isn&#8217;t it all made from polyester putty?&#8221;<br \/>\n\u3000\u3000\uff3c:::::::\u3000 \u3000|r\u252c-| \u3000 ,\uff0f<br \/>\n\u3000\u3000 \u30ce::::::::\u3000\u3000`\u30fc&#8217;\u00b4\u3000\u3000\u3000\uff3c<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:x-large;\">Yet it looks just like rubber!! Incredible!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This really is the epitome of the sculpting arts at the moment&#8230; just by looking at these tires I want to touch them to see if they&#8217;re actually filled with air!! :P<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/en\/imgs\/a\/8\/a8058cf5.jpg\" alt=\"014\" width=\"515\" height=\"647\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:x-large;\">A look at the suspension!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>(\u2191 I learned a new word! :P)<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s the spring-like part next to the exhaust! I get the feeling that if it gets too loose it&#8217;s a bad thing, but this one looks very tight and just like a real spring! It&#8217;s lovely!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/en\/imgs\/2\/1\/218817da.jpg\" alt=\"015\" width=\"515\" height=\"653\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:x-large;\">This is how the handle bars look!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>You can even see the brake hoses! Plus I have to mention those bolts once again&#8230; they&#8217;re just incredible!! :P The pictures here are zoomed in quite considerably, so I think they give a good impression for just how detailed the work really is&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><strong>It really looks like a real bike has been shrunk down!<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nIf you decide to pick her up, I know you&#8217;ll be impressed with the product! Anyone would be!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/en\/imgs\/c\/4\/c430d8b2.jpg\" alt=\"016\" width=\"515\" height=\"752\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:x-large;\">The front cowling looks like this!<\/span><br \/>\n(\u2191 I learned yet another word! )<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size:small;\"><strong><br \/>\nThis is basically the part that covers up the engine!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The cowling is made to leave the bike looking good from any angle&#8230; as well as making the curves on the bike look very smooth! I think this is a perfect example!<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/en\/imgs\/9\/c\/9c875535.jpg\" alt=\"018\" width=\"515\" height=\"695\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"5\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:x-large;\">The exhaust is lovely and shiny!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The cowling has a nice glossy paint job that makes it stand out brilliantly &#8211; but the more metallic parts like the exhaust have a much more shiny look to them, they really gives them an even more metallic look. It&#8217;s just incredible&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><strong>The cowling also has a very slight gradient to!<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThis was pointed out during one of the live broadcasts and the question came up whether it would stay that way for the final product&#8230; I&#8217;m sure the GSC production team will do everything in their power to see it through!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/stat.ameba.jp\/user_images\/20111219\/17\/gsc-mikatan-e\/5b\/61\/j\/o0515067711681062662.jpg\" alt=\"goodsmile company Mikatan's Blog English Version\" width=\"515\" height=\"677\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:medium;\"><strong>And lastly&#8230; another shot of the lovely Saber herself!<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nIsn&#8217;t she just beautiful!!
