I’m sure it must be a prototype or a figure that just went on sale… but which one could it be!? With such a huge smile on his face, it’s got to be something really great!<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong><\/span>Ran Yakumo! <\/span><\/p>\n

From the famous Touhou Project series by the doujin circle Shanghai Alice comes this 1\/8th scale figure of Ran Yakumo, the nine-tailed fox youkai! This is the third Touhou project from Phat! Company following on from Chen\u00a0 <\/a>and Yukari Yakumo<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Her tails are so big and fluffy you almost can’t see her at all! :P
\nHer trademark 9-tails are absolutely gorgeous!<\/p>\n

It really is a huge, fluffy tail! Because this is a prototype the tail was incredibly heavy as well… I’m not sure how it’s going to be supported on the actual product…<\/p>\n

What adorable eyes! <\/span><\/p>\n

They’re very finely painted on – the expression all in all is very cute and detailed! The tips of her hair also have a light pink tinge to them which looks wonderful! I wish I could get her to make me dinner everyday – bringing it to me with a smile like this on her face!<\/p>\n

It almost looks as if she is supporting her breasts with her arms there – it looks really nice! I’m sure I know where everyone’s eyes went first – but also look at how detailed the sleeves have been sculpted!<\/p>\n

Her skirt is sculpted as if blowing out a bit, and the frills on the bottom have a nice Touhou feel about them! Her boots have an enamel paint job which looks great – you can’t even see the feet that easily but there has been a tonne of work put into them!<\/p>\n

Her hat can of course be removed.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can pick which you prefer or dress her up differently each day! The little seals on her hat are also very detailed!<\/p>\n

The Yakumo household!

From the left we have Ran Yakumo, Yukari Yakumo<\/a> and Chen<\/a>! The two on the right are already released! (Well, Yukari is out in October – not long now! )<\/p>\n

Fans of the Yakumo household – it’s definitely worth it to grab all three of these lovely figures!<\/p>\n
