I really feel like going to Kyoto!! I met with a friend from my university in Kyoto the other day and now I really want to go visit!!<\/p>\n

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at ORANGE ROUGE’s latest figure!<\/p>\n

The 1\/8th Scale…

That blue and white haori coat and gentle expression from the original illustration has been preserved perfectly!! The sword was originally owned by the Shinsengumi captain,\u00a0Okita Souji –\u00a0Yamatonokami Yasusada is becoming a 1\/8th scale figure! \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

His gentle looking blue eyes, eyebrows with a strong will behind them, the beauty spot under his left eye… and that cute smiling mouth that makes me imagine his voice!! All the charms from the game have been faithfully preserved in figure form for fans to enjoy! The different textures of the outfit have also been beautifully crafted!!\u00a0(\u0e51\u2022\u0300\u3142\u2022\u0301)\u0648\u2727<\/p>\n

The front of his hair is sticking out to the sides, and the ponytail made in the image of a Pomeranian’s tail looks so lovely and fluffy from the back! While the pose is just a rather simple standing pose, the sculpt of his haori and hair wafting about in the wind \u00a0gives the figure a lovely feeling of motion! (\u00b4\u25a1\uff40\uff61)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

They say he is a sword that is not easy to handle, but the gentle and quiet expression on his face makes me think that he would be so easy to get along with!\u00a0\u266a<\/p>\n

However! No matter how gentle he may appear, there are elements that clearly capture his masculine side as well!<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can only get a glimpse of the neck through the scarf, but those muscles look so perfect!! They’re not huge or anything, but they are sticking out just enough to notice them!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The first time you look at him the expression and pose can make you think of him a bit too high on the cute scale…<\/p>\n

But once you look at him in detail you can really tell he has been carefully sculpted as a male character!! A sword boy!!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Speaking of details… take a look at the tufty\u00a0accessory on his front, or\u00a0crests on his hands or the lacquered appearance of his chest armor…<\/p>\n

Even the smallest accessories and details are so intricately sculpted!<\/strong><\/p>\n

As usual, the details on the sword itself – the scabbard, guard and grip are all amazing to look at as well! ♥\ufe0e<\/p>\n

Plus looking from this angle you can see\u00a0up his sleeve – the layer of clothing beneath the haori has also been sculpted! This kind of angle was never seen on the original illustration, showing you just one of the many new discoveries you can have when you change from a 2D illustration into a figure!!\u00a0\u00a0(\u00b4\u25a1\uff40\uff61)<\/p>\n

The long arm covers that also cover up most of his hand even include the rings that go around his thumb and middle fingers!\u00a0\u266a<\/p>\n
