Nadeko Sengoku: Medusa Ver.!\u2665\ufe0e<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

From the anime ‘Bakemonogatari Series Second Season’ comes a 1\/8th scale figure of Nadeko Sengoku in her medusa version. The figure is based on the cover illustration of the ‘Otorimonogatari Volume 2 \/ Nadeko Medusa (Part 2)’ Blu-ray & DVD.<\/p>\n

The pose shows Nadeko as the Snake Goddess oddity with a cute smile together with a hint of madness on her face. Her white hair made up of snakes has been carefully sculpted to preserve the subtle movements, creating a dynamic scene with mysterious charm. The donation box, bottles of sake and money are all included as a part of the figure to bring out the original illustration as faithfully as possible for fans to enjoy!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The polite and quiet Nanahyakuichi Public Middle School student has been transformed into a figure in her Snake Goddess Oddity form – recreating the rather memorable Blu-ray cover illustration!!<\/p>\n

Her thin one-piece dress has been beautifully sculpted and even has\u00a0the loose strap on her shoulder! The sitting pose also creates various creases along the fabric which are all faithfully sculpted onto the figure – even from the back!! \u30fd(*\u30fb\u03c9\u30fb)\u4eba(\u30fb\u03c9\u30fb*)\u30ce<\/p>\n

\n<\/a><\/span>\u25b3 You can really make out the curves of her body!<\/div>\n

\n

The hair that has transformed into snakes has also been intricately sculpted down to the tips! (\uff61\uff65\u03c9\uff65)\uff89\uff9e<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Both the dress and the hair are blowing sideways in the wind, but the snake hair has another element of movement to it as well… it’s like each and every one of the strands is moving around on its own!! \u00a0<\/strong>I swear the longer\u00a0you look at the tips of the hair the more it looks like there are actually snake faces on them!!\u00a0((\uff1e\u0434\uff1c))<\/p>\n

Although the one-piece dress has a rather childish design, the shoulder strap slipping off her shoulder and the fact that she has her knees held up so high give her a little bit of a mature charm as well! \u2606<\/p>\n

The middle of the dress that is tied up tight has the area filled with various creases and a darker shade that brings out the feeling of the fabric really effectively! ( \u2727\u0414\u2727)!!<\/p>\n

This is also GSC’s 10th figure from the Monogatari series of scale figures!!\u00a0\u2665\ufe0e

<\/b>Its quite rare for a single series to see so many scale figures from GSC!! This must be one of the longest on going series!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

But anyway, let’s get back to Nadeko! Just look at that cheerful smile on her face as the white snake hair slithers about…<\/p>\n

It’s a cheerful smile… but… but there is definitely something amiss about it!!<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

There are all sorts of hidden desires coiling about inside of that smile!! (\/\u03c9\uff3c)
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

The package illustration had a kind of mysterious glow to the hair to give it an even more ‘non-human’ appearance, and this has been kept to a certain degree on the figure through the use of pearl paint on the hair!\u00a0<\/span>(\u25cf\u00b4\u03c9\uff40\u25cf)<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

If you get the light right it looks like her hair is shining mysteriously, adding that same element the illustration had nicely!<\/p>\n

Also note the details on the base she sits upon! The donation box has various wooden patterns making it look heavy, yet with that nice wooden beauty. The bottles of sake on the side are also all carefully made down to the details on the labels!! (\u30fb\u2200\u30fb)<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>\u25b3 The gradient paint of the wood is very pleasing to look at!\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

You can even see the details of the structure inside the donation box!!<\/b><\/p>\n

Such lovely attention to detail…!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
