\nAfter the hectic weekend of WonFes I really can’t wait to relax this weekend!<\/p>\n

\nBut the manufacturing team can’t relax even after WonFes!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

They still need to send out brand new GSC figures like this one so they can reach the stores in time! But that also means I have to do a review of the wonderful figures as well – so today we’ll be looking at this wonderful figure!<\/p>\n

The third in the 1\/8th Scale Bakemonogatari Series:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Suruga Kanbaru<\/a>!<\/span><\/p>\n

She is from the anime Bakemonogatari, and follows on from the already released figures of Hitagi Senjougahara and Nadeko Sengoku!<\/p>\n

It’s the same amazing quality as the rest of the series!!
\n<\/strong><\/span>I am a Kanbaru fan, but I really do recommend this to fans and non fans of her! It’s such an amazing figure!

Not that you can see much of her – but you do get a nice look at the huge base filled with books! You can even see the little colored tags that Kanbaru leaves in the books!!<\/p>\n

There isn’t any specific part that Kanbaru clicks onto – you just need to position her as you please! As you can see here, I decided to put her on the top of the pile of books instead<\/p>\n

A closer look at the amazing base!
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

I don’t know if you can really call this a base – it’s so amazing it’s almost like another figure in itself. ^^;<\/p>\n

Every single book is painted separately!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Plus they even use a gradient!
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

When working on the original master design for the figure I remember that there was a lot of sweat and tears put into painting the books – it’s hard to imagine that there have now been thousands of them made in a factory! There are really not many figures that have a downward glance like this one, it works very well for Kanbaru! The delicate hand holding the book, her arm resting on the books beside her and her bountiful bosom are all super sexy!!<\/p>\n

Her beautiful, long and slim legs!

Just look at those beautiful calves! You can tell why she is the ace of the basketball team with legs like these! Plus the best thing about this photo is the way it seems like she is looking down at you!<\/p>\n

The books can all be removed from the stand so you can even do things like this! (The basketball can also be removed, but it is attached by a prong, it doesn’t just stay by itself.)<\/p>\n

This one came out as a strangely sexy picture!<\/span><\/p>\n

The desk and chair come from the forth in the Bakemonogatari figure series – Tsubasa Hanekawa – you can combine the two to create something like this! The fact that they are all the same scale makes it so easy to do things like this!<\/p>\n
