The top drawer of my desk is an emergency stock of snacks that seems to be getting bigger everyday…\u00a0even though I know I shouldn’t I sometimes can’t stop myself from taking some out though! *nomnom*<\/em><\/p>\n

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at some of the photos that were sent in to me for my…<\/p>\n

August 2015 Twitter Header Image!!<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The theme this time around is ‘Summer<\/span>‘!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

As usual I have received an amazing number of entries which have all been a pleasure to look though!! It was amazing how people managed to capture Summer in so many different ways – many of which were even taken indoors and still definitely had a Summer charm to them! \u00a0Just looking though them made me feel like I was on Summer Holiday!!<\/strong> (\uff61\uff65\u03c9\uff65)\uff89\uff9e<\/p>\n

A big thank you to everyone who sent in photos this time around! It was, as usual, very difficult to select just one to use as my header image, but as some of you may have already seen on Twitter I have selected this photo by\u00a0IKKI.F<\/strong> as my header for this month!!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Miku-san wearing a yukata with a lovely smile on her face. I tried to make effective use of light, positioning and composition to create a unique photo. Compared to my normal inability to take photos, this one came out miraculously well!\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The warm lighting and the way she is slightly covering her face as if a little embarrassed is so lovely! The kitty on the road is also a lovely little touch! The photo as a whole really captures the spirit of a ‘Japanese Summer’ so nicely! I wish I could have had a Summer date like this!!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As usual, I received all sorts of photos from around the world, so thank you to everyone who send in a picture or message! I unfortunately can\u2019t show everything on the blog, but I will showing as many as possible by splitting the August\u00a0messages\u00a0into two parts \u2013 this being the first! The next part will come later!<\/p>\n

School swimsuits suited these two from Kodomo no Jikan so perfectly that I had to take a photo! \u266a<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

School had entered Summer holidays, but I came by to swim and took some photos! I wanted to include Mimi-chan as well, but the swimsuit parts don’t quite match up with her bust size very well… so I decided to leave it at these two! ^^;<\/span><\/p>\n
