Today I’m going to be taking another look at this item which went up for preorder\u00a0last Tuesday!<\/p>\n

Shigure Kai Ni<\/a>!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

From the popular browser game ‘Kantai Collection -KanColle-‘ comes a 1\/8th scale figure of the 2nd Shiratsuyu Class Destroyer, Shigure Kai Ni! The pose is based on the illustration used on Shigure’s card in Bushiroad’s card game, ‘Wei\u03b2 Schwarz’. The ship parts differ to those normally seen in the games illustrations, and the pose depicts Shigure in a confident and powerful looking way that fans are sure to enjoy!<\/p>\n

Additionally, the figure comes with alternate parts that allow you to display her more true to the games illustration – with the larger ship parts attached to her back and smaller turrets on her arms – quite a large variation for a scale figure. The smaller turrets on the sides as well as the torpedo launchers on her legs are also articulated, allowing you to place them at the angle that you think suits her best!<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Kujou Ichiso’s illustration has been faithfully transformed into a figure!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The figure is now up for preorder… and you may or may not have noticed, but something is quiet different compared to the previous time I showed her on my blog!\u00a0\u30fd(\uff65\u03c9\uff65\u00b4(\uff40\uff65\u03c9\uff65\u00b4)\uff89\uff40\uff65\u03c9\uff65)\uff89<\/p>\n

Shigure Kai Ni can in fact be posed in two distinct poses! The first is the exact same as the original illustration – with the two large cannons held in her hands… but you can also instead move the cannons onto her back to recreate the original game’s appearance as well!! \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Today I’ll be taking a look at just how you switch between these two versions!!\u00a0\u30fd(\uff9f\u25c7\uff9f )\uff89\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Let’s swap over to the other version step-by-step!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0Remove Ship Parts<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

First off, you need to take the large cannon ship parts…<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

…and detach them like so!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The parts are quite easily detached and reattached! You also can then remove the parts<\/span> that connect to her hips, which you can see below!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

<\/b>2. Combine the two Halves!<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

I wanted to make the combination look awesome!\u00a0<\/strong>So I added a whole bunch of unnecessary frames and movements, but the two halves basically connect into each other very quick and easily!<\/div>\n

3. Twist the Double-Barrelled Gun Part Upward and Detach the Single Barrelled Gun!<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The multi and single-barrelled turrets connect onto the larger parts with a round connector, which means they not only detach, but can also be attached at various different angles like this!!\u00a0\u03b5=(\uff61\u30fb\u0434\u30fb\uff61)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n<\/a>\u25b3 The torpedo launchers on her legs are also articulated!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

<\/b>4. Turret and Alternate Hand Parts<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The single-barrelled turret can then connect onto the alternate hand parts!<\/p>\n

\u25b3 The barrel can also be moved around for different nuances!<\/div>\n

Her right hand also comes with an alternate clenched hand part, which really completes the confident pose!\u00a0<\/span>(\u25cf\u00b4\u03c9\uff40\u25cf)\u309e<\/p>\n

<\/b>This angle really shows off the fluttering skirt and allows a nice peek at her thighs!<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

Let’s take a look a little lower at her lovely long legs as well! <\u25cb><\u25cb><\/p>\n

Her slender build means that her thighs and calves are very nice and shapely!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The WonHobby Selection figure Musashi Kai: Heavy Armament Ver.<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>had much more meaty upper legs, which I thought were lovely… but Shigure’s healthy looking legs are a lovely contrast!<\/span><\/p>\n

Along with the lovely thighs, you also get a nice look at her charming knees!!<\/b><\/p>\n

Anyway!\u00a0I got a little carried away for awhile, but…
\n…the posing is now complete!!\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span>\u03b5=(\uff61\u30fb\u0434\u30fb\uff61)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Even though the only part that has actually been switched out completely is the hand parts… the moving around of parts really allows for a very different appearance! (‘-‘*)(,_,*)(‘-‘*)(,_,*)<\/span><\/p>\n

It’s a rather simple design, but it works so very well! Even someone as clumsy as myself was able to switch between the poses with ease, so I’m sure everyone will have no trouble at all! \u266a<\/p>\n
