I am a complete indoor person… I haven’t even rode on a bike in ages!<\/p>\n

But anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at a Max Factory figure that was shipped out yesterday…<\/p>\n

Oooooh! Onoda-kun!!! (*\u00b4\u0414\uff40)=\u0437<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

From the popular manga, anime and game series ‘Yowamushi Pedal’ comes a figma of the high-cadence climber,\u00a0Sakamichi Onoda!<\/p>\n

The yellow jersey of\u00a0Souhoku High is so bright and noticeable! Plus those round glasses are simply fantastic!\u00a0<\/span>\u2661<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

This is how the blister pack looks! (\uff40\u30fb\u03c9\u30fb\u00b4)\u309e<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Alternate head parts to display him with his helmet are also included!!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

But more importantly…
\nwhat is the strange plastic model like thing I can see behind him…?<\/p>\n

Parts to put a bike together!!<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

First compare the unattached parts to the handling instructions and make sure that\u00a0everything is there!<\/span><\/p>\n

Hmm… is this really going to build into a bicycle…? (\uff1b \u30fb`\u0434\u30fb\u00b4)\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Let’s start off by cutting out each part from the runner! \u266a<\/p>\n

If you read through the instructions carefully, you should easily be able to cut at the right areas!<\/span><\/p>\n

Just be sure to check where to cut for each new piece! (\/\u03c9\uff3c)<\/b><\/p>\n

I prefer cutting out all the parts before getting to work, but you can also cut them out as they are needed! \u2665\ufe0e<\/span><\/p>\n

Here we have all the parts\u00a0separated!<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

I just cut them out and left them as is, but you can also sand the cut edges to get them smooth if you want a cleaner attachment!\u00a0<\/span>\u2605<\/p>\n

But hold on a second… there are no wheels here!\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

How will my bike work without wheels?! \u00a0(\u00b4\u25a1\uff40\uff61)<\/span>

<\/b>“The wheels, saddle and handle bars are over here!”<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Oh right! There were some parts in the front as well! Thanks Onoda-kun!<\/p>\n

*I actually honestly thought the parts were missing at first. I was just about to ask Max Factory about them when I realized…\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Right then, let’s start putting the bike together!\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The explanation is very clear, and even I was able to progress rather quickly!<\/p>\n

Putting the parts together took around 10 minutes! <\/b><\/span>(Including a quick break!)<\/p>\n

Finally Onoda-kun has a bike to ride on! \u30fd(*\u30fb\u03c9\u30fb)\u4eba(\u30fb\u03c9\u30fb*)\u30ce<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b>Even though the bike is a model kit, it still has nice detail all over! The handles and front wheel can also be turned left and right to create slightly different poses.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u2606<\/p>\n

Just look at how happy Onoda-kun looks with his complete bike!\u00a0<\/span>\u266a<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

I still can’t believe that those parts managed to come together into such a convincing bike! I never thought the parts I cut out would transform into the bike so easily!<\/p>\n

Hmm?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

But what is this part that Onoda-kun is looking at so intently…?<\/p>\n

A drink bottle holder!!<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

That can only mean that… a drink bottle must also be included!!\u00a0(\u25cf\u00b4\u03c9\uff40\u25cf)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I can just hear Manami’s voice in my head…<\/span>
\n“Need a drink? I’ve got some Aquari.”<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

Not only does Onoda-kun come with parts that allow him to hold the bottle, you can also insert it into the bottle holder on the bike! (\uff61\uff65\u03c9\uff65)\uff89\uff9e<\/p>\n

<\/b>Ready and\u00a0hydrated, time to start riding!!\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u2661\u2661<\/p>\n

The start looks like quite a climb!<\/b><\/p>\n

After getting to the top of the hill, it’s time for a break! \u266a<\/strong><\/p>\n

Onoda stands about 135mm tall, which isn’t too different to other figma, but the tight feeling of the cycling jersey gives him a rather small looking appearance!<\/p>\n

He fits quite comfortably into the top of a Gacha cup!<\/span><\/p>\n

Be sure to display him in all sorts of fun situations when your’s arrives! (\u03c3\u30fb \u2200\u30fb)\u03c3<\/p>\n
