I hate both dentists and hairdressers! I avoid them as much as possible… but today I was forced to make a visit to the dentist for reasons I’ll explain in a bit…<\/p>\n

Today I’m going to be Chinatown with a\u00a0figma that went on sale at the end of last month!<\/p>\n

From the manga ‘Kodoku no Gourmet’ comes a figma of Goro Inogashira!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Using the smooth yet posable joints of figma, you can act out a variety of different scenes.<\/span>
\n\u00b7 A flexible plastic is used for important areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability.<\/span>
\n\u00b7 Three expressions including his standard face, a face to display him eating and a talking face are included.<\/span>
\n\u00b7 He comes with special hand parts holding chopsticks and a rice bowl.<\/span>
\n\u00b7 An alternate jacket with one side pushed aside to display him with one hand in his pocket is included.<\/span>
\n\u00b7 An articulated figma stand is included, which allows various poses to be taken.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Goro-san looks so natural out in the real world! \u2661<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Taking photos\u00a0of him outdoors is actually really easy, and each photo can be made to look just like a panel in a manga without too much effort! Previously on the figma blog IG Sakai showed his love for the series by doing a similar real-life resturant photo shoot with Goro, but I decided I had to take him out on a Chinatown adventure myself! \u30fd(*\u30fb\u03c9\u30fb)\u4eba(\u30fb\u03c9\u30fb*)\uff89<\/p>\n

Oooooooooooohhhh!! (\u00b4\u2200\uff40\u3002)<\/span><\/p>\n

I’ve never been very good at outdoor photography, but \u00a0it feels so very natural to take photos of Goro in these surroundings!<\/strong>\u00a0He is amazingly photogenic for a figure!<\/p>\n

Unfortunately the weather was rather cloudy on the day I went out… but in a sense the cloudy weather suited the the atmosphere of\u00a0‘Kodoku no Gourmet’.<\/p>\n

Walking around Chinatown there is of course more than enough Chinese dishes to choose from! So many in fact that Goro was quite uncertain\u00a0at what he should eat!<\/p>\n

“I guess I could go fancy and grab some Peking duck too.”<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

“Man… I have no idea where I should eat…”<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

There really are so many different\u00a0restaurants\u00a0and stores in Chinatown!<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It’s really hard to decide where and what to eat!<\/p>\n

I hate being unable to decide on things!!\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

“Ah, shrimp\u00a0chili… that could also be good…”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Oooh! That sounds like a great idea, Goro-san!!\u00a0\u266a<\/strong><\/p>\n

Me: “Right, lets head inside then…!”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I had been neglecting my cavities for too long it seems!!<\/span><\/p>\n

I couldn’t believe the terrible timing…. but\u00a0there was no way I could eat shrimp chilli with a broken tooth, so…<\/p>\n

“Goro-san, we’re going home! Without eating!”<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“W-What?!”<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

…and thus Goro-san and I left Chinatown behind us, with gentle tears streaming down our faces…\u00a0(\u00b4\u30fb\u03c9\u30fb`)<\/b><\/p>\n

That aside, I once again just have to say that Goro-san is so easy to take photos with! He blends in with backgrounds so nicely!<\/p>\n

I did really chip my tooth, and I went down to the dentist today!<\/span><\/p>\n

Today he just gave me an anaesthetic injection as I grumbled and worried… but it wasn’t that bad in the end. Now the right side of my mouth is lovely and numb! I worry\u00a0how this mat\u00a0affect my Live Broadcast this evening…<\/p>\n

Everyone… take care of your teeth and visit your dentist regularly!<\/strong><\/p>\n
