Wearing short sleeves is already rather chilly! I’m sure it wasn’t getting this cold at this time last year… I’ve only eaten shaved ice once this year!<\/p>\n

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at a figure currently up for preorder from FREEing:

From the popular naval simulation game ‘Kantai Collection – KanColle-‘ comes a 1\/4th scale figure of I-168, also known as ‘Imuya’! Her uniform can be removed and she also comes with an alternate expression, allowing you to choose between her half-damaged and standard versions!<\/p>\n

\t\tAt an impressive 1\/4th scale, fans can enjoy all the details of the cute Imuya to their heart’s content – but details have also been put into other areas of the figure such as the ship parts she holds in her hands, as well as the huge tube she sits on, specially made from a soft material.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Imuya, the Sniper of the Seas is visiting my desk! \u266a<\/span><\/p>\n

She is wearing the classic sailor’s uniform over swimsuit that is loved by Admirals all over!<\/p>\n

You can even tell the difference between the texture of the uniform and swimsuit!<\/strong> <\/span><\/div>\n
\n

The creases in her outfit around her arms and stomach help give the uniform a tight-fitting appearance! (*\u00b4\u0414\uff40)=\u0437<\/p>\n

The original illustration from the game has Imuya looking over her shoulder meaning that the front of her was left to the imagination… but the figure allows Admirals to enjoy her from any angle they please!\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Now for a quick size comparison!

1\/4th scale really is quite impressive!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Plus even though the torpedoes are normally covered up by Imuya and the tube, they are still nicely detailed with a lovely gradient paintwork! (\u00b4\u25a1\uff40\uff61)<\/p><\/div>\n

The squishy appearance of the tube is also lovely!<\/div>\n

\n…the soft skin looks even more squishy than the tube!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Even her fingers and fingernails use a different paint to bring out an even more realistic appearance!<\/p><\/div>\n


\nThe hand holding a ship looks like so! <\/span>\u30fd(*\u30fb\u03c9\u30fb)\u4eba(\u30fb\u03c9\u30fb*)\u30ce<\/p>\n

I love the way she is holding the boat with her index finger pointing outward! It’s strangely cute! \u266a Her long ponytail and ahoge also faithfully represent the original illustration!<\/p>\n

From the twists and curls in her hair down to the ribbons tied near the ends – everything has been faithfully included! Her kind of surprised, but still confident looking expression also looks fantastic! ♥\n<\/p><\/div>\n

If you look closely at her hair you’ll even notice the tips have a light blue gradient at the very edges! (\uff40\u30fb\u03c9\u30fb\u00b4)<\/p>\n

Looking from this side angle also gives a nice look at her sexy back, hips and bottom that curve in a beautiful S-shape! ( -\uff89\uff6a-)<\/strong><\/div>\n

You can also display her in the half-damage pose!!<\/span><\/p>\n

The sailor uniform can be removed to reveal her torn-up swimsuit! <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Not only that, but she also comes with an alternate expression part to switch to for a completely different feeling! Even the tears in her swimsuit are faithful to the game’s design!<\/p>\n

The little peek you get of her shoulder blades is lovely, but I adore the way that parts of the swimsuit are bunched up even more!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The fact that the swimsuit also has that ‘shiny’ appearance through the paintwork is a nice touch!<\/p>\n

Not to mention that if you look from the front you can make out the shape of her belly button perfectly!! ( O\u03c9O)\uff89<\/span><\/p>\n

We might never know the true size of Imuya’s breasts seen she is always facing away, but FREEing has given her a nice moderate size that I agree suits her very nicely!<\/p>\n

Enjoy both the standard and half-damage I-168 in 1\/4th scale! \u2661<\/div>\n
