When it comes to Pocky, I like the super thin kind! They make much more sense because you can choose to much on a whole bunch together if you want a thicker version, but if you just want to nibble slowly on them then they last way longer! I suddenly have a strange urge to eat some Pocky…! <\/p>\n

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a closer look at the 1\/8th scale…<\/p>\n

Frau Koujiro!! \u2661<\/span><\/p>\n

From the popular scientific adventure game and anime series ‘Robotics;Notes’ comes a 1\/8th scale figure of Frau Koujiro, the genius programmer who loves to speak in internet slang. The figure is based on the cover of the 1st volume of the ‘ROBOTICS;NOTES REVIVAL LEGACY’ manga.<\/p>\n

She is posed gazing ahead while holding onto a figure of her beloved Gunvarrel, with her characteristic hairstyle and uniform both sculpted in careful detail. She is seated on her favorite sofa while surrounded by Pocki packages, which all come together to create a figure that brings out her character perfectly!<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

She’s here!! \uff08*\u00b4\u25bd\uff40*\uff09\u2665<\/span><\/p>\n

I’m sure many of you had been waiting for her ever since her prototype announcement during last year’s WonFes… and then again when the painted version was shown at this year’s WonFes!<\/p>\n

She is based on the cover illustration of the 1st volume of the ‘ROBOTICS;NOTES Revival Legacy’ manga! \u2661 <\/p>\n

The creases on her outfit and the flow of her hair are really beautiful, and bring out the Tatsuya Shihira’s illustrative style perfectly! Another area I have to point out immediately are those lovely juicy thighs!! \uff1c\u25cf\uff1e\uff1c\u25cf\uff1e<\/p>\n

Oooh!! (*\u00b4\u0414`)<\/span><\/p>\n

So close and yet so far! But even without being able to see inside the pose is still amazingly sexy! By the way, the Gunvarrel she’s holding was actually made by using 3D data from another in-progress product, the ‘Full Action Gunvarrel’ (provisional name). The combination of the soft skin and mechanical robot also make for lovely contrast!<\/p>\n

The skin you can see from in-between the gaps of her uniform… simply lovely! \u2665
\nThe sinking appearance of her legs into the stool is also amazing!<\/p>\n

\n(I just realized I’ve only been taking pictures of her legs… \u03a3(O\u03c9O )!)<\/strong><\/p>\n

But that reminds me!
\nThe original cover only actually showed up to her thighs!!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Where did the idea to pose her with sagging socks and candy boxes come from?<\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “Allow me to answer that!”<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We’re joined by the figure’s head planner, Chanshuu-senpai<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “The candy boxes littering the floor are Frau’s favorite snack, ‘Pocki’!”<\/span><\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “We wanted to add something more to bring out Frau’s character, and this seemed like a great way to do so!”<\/span><\/p>\n

By the way, each of the Pocki boxes are separate from the figure and can be placed wherever you like, or not used at all!<\/p>\n

I’m fairly sure Frau would have them scattered around like above, but it’s compeltely up to you how you want to display them. A total of 10 boxes are planned to be included with the figure! \u266a<\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “As you’ve already mentioned, we really paid special attention to small details – the edges of the skirt<\/strong> and sailor uniform<\/strong> are particularly detailed! Be sure to take a nice close look!”<\/span><\/p>\n

And what about the loose socks<\/strong>? What inspired them?<\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “That was just one of my personal fetishes!”<\/span><\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “Just kidding, that’s only half true<\/strong>. As I said before we wanted to bring out Frau’s character, and figured that while she was sitting playing with Gunvarrel she needed a more innocent look to her… which is where we decided on the loose socks!”<\/span><\/p>\n

Let me take some photos by the window for a quick change of scenery! <\/em><\/p>\n

I must admit that the scattered candy boxes, socks and Frau’s lovely expression really do show off her personality perfectly! (\uff40\u30fb\u03c9\u30fb\u00b4)\u309e<\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “I’m fairly confident that anyone who loves those loose socks even half as much as I do will really adore this figure!”<\/span><\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “I also want to say a very big thanks to the sculptor that created the figure exactly as I desired<\/span> planned – Ajiken-san! Thank you very much!<\/strong> It’s a figure filled with love that I know fans of Frau and the series will love!”<\/span><\/p>\n
