I recently had to add a extra blanket to my futon… it’s really starting to get chilly at night now! It’s nice and warm with my blankie though!<\/p>\n

Today I’ve got a couple of topics to get through… but of course first up is my review of the Nendoroid I showed off briefly yesterday…<\/p>\n

Nendoroid Suruga Kanbaru!<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/a>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
From the popular anime series ‘Bakemonogatari’ comes a Nendoroid of Suruga Kanbaru! Optional parts include one of the key items from Kanbaru’s story, the ‘Devil’s Paw’ as well as a basketball to show her off as the ace of the Basketball Club!<\/p>\n

An entranced expression, a number of books and sitting parts are also included to pose her absorbed in her reading – all sorts of parts allowing you to recreate various scenes from the series! Be sure to display her with the other figures in the series to fully recreate the Bakemonogatari universe!<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Just this one photo makes her look like a sporty girl… but I’m sure most of us know she has many other sides to her than just that! She’s also a lovely, bright hentai-san! \uff1c\u25cf\uff1e\uff1c\u25cf\uff1e!! Nom nom!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nBlack leggings! (\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) Yay!!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I never really understood the appeal of short leggings like this until I met Kanbaru! She changed my mind though! ♥<\/p>\n

However! Kanbaru comes with more extras than just her basketball!<\/p>\n

First up… the Devil’s Arm!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a><\/a>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This monkey-like arm plays some rather important toles in the ‘Suruga Monkey’ story… I can’t go into much detail here, but it’s definitely a part that had to be included with Kanbaru! (\u00b4\u25a1\uff40\uff61)<\/p>\n

The hair-like appearance has been sculpted nicely, giving it a lovely mismatched appearance!<\/p>\n

It’s a rather unusual part to be included with a Nendoroid! ((((\uff1b\uff9f\u0414\uff9f))))<\/span><\/p>\n

Unusual… but in a way that definitely suits Bakemonogatari!<\/p>\n

We’re joined by Kanbaru’s planner, Otanaka-shi<\/span>!<\/p>\n

Ooh! It suits her so well, particularly in this pose! \uff08*\u00b4\u25bd\uff40*\uff09♥<\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “I don’t think there are many characters that this expression would work on… but it suits Kanbaru perfectly!”<\/span><\/p>\n

Agreed! I think the expression will also suit her well posed with the basketball!<\/p>\n

\n(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “I also recommend displaying her with Gahara-san!”<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOoh! You can really bring out Kanbaru’s playful side with this expression! \u266a<\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “She also has another expression part!”<\/span><\/p>\n

\nShe looks completely entranced reading her lovely selection of books! ♥<\/span><\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “Yep! Using this expression you can pose her absorbed in her… ‘special’ books!”<\/span><\/p>\n

This means you can take a similar pose to the scale figure of Kanbaru<\/a>, based on the 3rd volume jacket illustration of the Blu-ray and DVD!<\/p>\n

Not to mention that you get sitting parts!<\/strong> I love sitting parts!! \u266a<\/span><\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “All the books in the photo above will be included with the Nendoroid!”<\/span><\/p>\n

\nFive sets of three, two sets of two and a single… 20 closed books are included with the Nendoroid! Not to mention she also has one open book to hold!<\/p>\n

\nI really like this expression! She really looks completely absorbed by the book…<\/p>\n

(\u30fb\u2200\u30fb) “The books can be positioned around Kanbaru however you like! You can recreate her room with the books in all the right places!<\/span><\/p>\n

\n(I almost couldn’t help myself from trying to look between those inviting legs…)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

An exchangeable arm, sitting parts, two expressions and a load of books… I’m sure fans will be most satisfied! (*\u00b4\u0414\uff40)=\u0437<\/p>\n
