Every time I see Kyubey the first thing I want to do is stroke his tail! I don’t normally get along with animals all that well, but somehow I think I could get along with Kyubey!<\/p>\n

Anyway, today I’m going to be taking a look at:<\/p>\n

\n           ~The Beginning Story \/ The Everlasting~<\/a><\/span> \u266a<\/p>\n

From the movies released in 2012, ‘Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie: The Beginning Story \/ The Everlasting’ comes a scale figure of Kaname Madoka in her Puella Magi outfit. The figure is a complete rendition of the key visual for the movie, originally illustrated by character designer Ume Aoki. The sculpting work is by Hiroshi (Sakurazensen), the same sculptor who brought you the 1\/8th scale Ultimate Madoka. It’s a figure filled with amazing detail for fans to enjoy.

We showed off the unpainted prototype at the Summer WonFes, and now finally we can take a look at the painted version!<\/p>\n

\nThe soft pinks and whites are so lovely and relaxing!<\/p>\n

The colors used by Ume Aoki-sensei have been faithfully preserved! Not to mention all the minute details!<\/p>\n

\nJust look at the detail of the creases on her clothes as her body twists…<\/p>\n

<\/a>\"\"<\/a>
\nOr her cute skirt with such amazing volume!<\/p>\n

<\/a>\"\"<\/a>
\nFrom the underside you can see all the layers of frills that make up her skirt! It was quite a nerve-wracking experience putting this prototype together… (\uff9f\uff21\uff9f;)<\/p>\n

<\/a>\"\"<\/a>
\nThe rose at the tip of her bow has also been faithfully sculpted!<\/p>\n

<\/a>\"\"<\/a>
\nThe dynamic pose has her hair flowing behind her in a pose that captures the split second of motion perfectly! \u266a<\/p>\n

<\/a>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The heart-shape area cut out from the dress on her back is also lovely, and personally I’ve fallen in love with the back of her knees! \uff8d(\uff9f\u2200\uff9f*)\uff89<\/p>\n

It’s a figure you could happily lick<\/span> stare at for hours..! I think I need to show everyone a video instead of just photos so you can see every angle! \uff1c\u25cf\uff1e\uff1c\u25cf\uff1e<\/p>\n
